They are being bombed so don't know what its really like, but i oaid a lot to stay in a gotel where it was hard to get intk parking, find the person to check in and most of the facilities where closed. Should have been half the price i paid.

Spectacular hotel

We had an amazing time at this hotel!!! The room is spacious, clean and equipped with all the things you need for comfortable staying. The bed is huge and soft. Amazing room service with good prices and excellent service! The only drawback is that you can’t control the temperature inside the room instead you need to call to the receptionist and ask to lower or higher air conditioner.

Corona Luxury!

Considering the Corona Regime and forced Lock down, the stay was excellent. Only Breakfast was possible to get at the restaurant and room service, of cpourse. The Lounge bar on the roof and all restaurants were closed as well as the Spa, gym and poool.

The staff and service at this hotel was fantastic. I was truly amazed.

This is the best hotel in Kharkiv. It has a spacious modern feel and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great.

The staff were very friendly, spoke English in case your Russian isn't good. Free bottled water in the rooms, it's not recommended to drink or brush teeth etc with the tap water. Perfect place in Kharkiv, within walking distance of the town center and the best parks. My only complaint is that you can;t book room service in English. the 3 times I tried the phone was put down on me. I advised the reception and the management but it didn't change a thing. Otherwise I would highly recommend this Hotel and would gladly stay there again.

Kahrkov Palace fit for a King

This hotel is truly a 5 star hotel on all counts. The lobby and Hyatt style atrium elevators are stunning. Covid security measures are well observed. The very profesional Concierge Alexander was especially helpful in organizing our trip to Turkey and restaurant waiter Ivan in restaurant very attentive. Reception staff without exception always helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended!!!!

Excellent but a few aggravations

Have stayed here multiple times. Always very clean and good service. Notably some items on restaurant menus were not available and Skybar closed last 2 days of my trip. Left a package with concierge to be picked up by a friend, the day I left. It was thrown away.

Everything is good,service,room,quality of food at breakfast.But one disappointing -quality of sparkling wine on the breakfast,it was cheapest local one,named Shabo brut-strange budget level for such 5 star hotel

Great stay over NYE! Staff at the front desk spoke English so made checking in very easy. Lobby bar was a tad slow but probably because NYE special staffing so not a problem. Will stay every time in Kharkiv!

The property is well maintained and looks like it is brand new even though it has been open for several years. The Sky Lounge, on the eleventh floor, is a nice place to have a drink or snacks and enjoy the view.

The Kharkiv Palace Hotel has provided me with an excellent base for all of my trips to Kharkiv. Friendly and efficient staff, excellent restaurants and facilities, I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kharkiv.

Everything paid for thru Expedia. Urged to put my credit card down for "incidentals." At check out, a special daily tax of 83.46 shows up for a total of 550.00 (local currency). Not straight up.

This is one of the best hotels I have been to. I always stay there. The only change I did not like was that buffet breakfast price has risen from 15 to 21 dollar for the last 2 years, but variety of offered food has declined a bit. It still has a great selection though

Staff was very courteous and helpful at every step along the way. I felt welcomed and valued as a guest of the property. I loved visiting the spa and wellness area in the morning. The scheduled car for pickup at airport and taking back to airport upon departure was great value and very easy to schedule. Overall was a great experience for me and I plan to stay again the next time I visit Kharkiv

In the center and perfect location / staff was fine / top floor restaurant was excellent. Small items only - towels were not close to the standard of the rest of the hotel - they were small in size and not comfortable; the shower drain did not work properly and thus had to stop the shower several times to let the water drain or else the floor would have been flooded. In all - pleasant stay and will choose it again.

As a frequent business traveller who stays in a multiple of hotel brands through the year, I can safely say that the Premier Place is one of the nicest I have stayed in. The staff are very welcoming, the service is good and for a large hotel it is very cosy and warm. I am back in Kharkiv in January and will be staying here again.

I did, in fact, enjoy my stay while at the Premier Palace Hotel Kharkiv. All the way until the very end of my stay, the only problem I had was at the very end of my stay when they decided to double bill me on five occasions. I highly recommend that if you’re going to pay for anything for anything with the in advance and in cash that you keep your receipts, which I failed to do. `They ended up double billing me by £500.00 British Pound Stirling. I also want to inform you that they charge you a tourist tax every day while you stay with them. They do, in fact, fail to inform you of that while you are staying there. I paid my entire 2 week stay at the Hotel in advance, I also alway ensured that I paid all of my expenses the same day yet at the end of my stay, I still ended u having to pay and additonal, $1,650.00 USD. I feel as though I was thoroughly ripped off by them! I will not be going back to that Hotel any time soon because of it! Being a supposed 5 star Hotel the staff should be better trained in ensuring that know how to use the computers and ensure they log in when you pay in advance and in cash! Again, I will NEVER ever return to that Hotel because they did in fact, rip me off by a considerable amount of money! If you like honesty, do not go to the Premier Palace Hotel, Kharkiv, Ukraine! They are theives!

Wonderful Hotel

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve had while traveling abroad. Beautiful hotel in a great central location. On premise restaurants were superb and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Kharkiv.

This in my third visit , I have never found anything that I disliked, the staff are always helpful and always friendly. Being limited in my Russian language I never have a problem communicating through out the hotel. I find the staff at the reception very helpful in what ever request I have for the day. Staff in the sky lounge are also amazing and can't do enough to make sure you feel comfortable , meals are excellent in all parts of hotel. Rooms are very comfortable beds are excellent ,rooms are always keep clean. If I was to score out of 10 it would be 91/2.. Excellent hotel.
