The hotel room looked nothing as advertised. Not clean and disorganized. House keeping and other workers barged into the room at all hours. Would not recommend

Spacious room bungalow, huge pool, clean beach, plenty authentic greek food, beautiful flowers and traditional grounds. A bit annoying but no kettle to make tea or coffee in room, also no mirror in bedroom, was a challenge to dry hair and get ready for the evening from the bathroom mirror, lack of plug sockets. Cleaners did a good job, although not at a consistent time of day, so appearing early evening at door when you want a shower was not ideal. In the main restaurant the fresh fruit deteriorated in the second week of our stay and the general consistency of food from the previous week went down hill. However there is plenty of places on site to get good food and drink at different points of the day, we particularly enjoyed having a local beer from the bar overlooking the beach at the end of the day. Malia town is a short walk away providing plenty of nightlight and authentic eatieries. The evening entertainment at the hotel throughout our stay was very basic and lacked greek culture and fun! Nearby hotels certainly had much more to offer. The room although was in a lovely quiet part of the hotel and ticked many boxes, the view of the sea was very limited, not really what we expected from advertised and the money paid. The staff do favour the requests of the German clients being the main clientele however it did not ruin our stay and we made the most of our well needed holiday.

Stayed for 5 days at this resort (room 313). Spacious and clean room bathroom - Comfortable and cozy. Beautiful and clean grounds. Beautiful and clean private beach. Had the half-board, food options can be improved.

Perfect for a week on the beach

Spacious grounds so it never felt crowded, wide beachfront adjoined to hotel so we could always get a spot on the beach, spacious room & bathroom, plenty of variety for breakfast & dinner buffet & food quality was also very good. We hired a car to look around but found it hard to leave the resort & beach as it was so nice & relaxing. Lovely pool & gardens to relax around if you didn't want the beach.

- Der Strand ist schön. - Das reservieren der Liegen am Strand ist furchtbar. Man hätte doch pro Zimmer zwei Liegstühle samt Sonnenschirm vergeben können. Dann wäre dies kein Problem.

In die Jahr gekommenes Hotel mit schönem Strand

Großartiger, feiner Sandstrand mit tollen Wellen und Lifeguard. Ausreichend Liegen, saubere und sehr große Pools. Essen ist ausreichend und vielseitig. Gute Qualität. Preise für Getränke schon sehr hoch (0,2l Prosecco für 15€). Personal hilfsbereit aber nicht sehr freundlich (Ende der Saison?) Warmwasser im Zimmer nicht immer vorhanden. Auch ein Wasserausfall war dabei (Toilette….). WLAN nicht stabil aber überall vorhanden.

Très très bel hôtel avec plage privée superbe . Personnel adorable . Buffet excellent et varié . Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour . Nous étions en bungalow supérieur vue mer et donc la plage à deux pas ! Le rêve !

La struttura è bella, elegante, perfettamente inserita nel paesaggio naturale, molto bello il ristorante sul mare, vicino alla piscina e con diretto accesso alla spiaggia dove ombrelloni e lettini sono gratuiti. Le stanze sono moderne ed arredate con gusto, dotate di un efficiente isolamento acustico e termico. Unico difetto è la mancanza nei bagni di un punto dove appendere gli asciugamani da doccia ed all'esterno di uno stenditoio per teli mare e costumi. Il personale è stato davvero gentile ed il cibo di buona qualità e abbastanza vario. Grazie, consiglieremo senz'altro questa struttura!

Très bon séjour

Le personnel est vraiment au top, l’accueil, la gentillesse,que ce soit à la réception, lors du dîner ou bien encore lors du ménage c’est un sans fautes. Pour ce qui est des repas c’est assez varié et la nourriture est bonne. Ensuite les piscines sont bien et propres. Le jardin est superbe, manger avec vue sur la mer c’est génial. La plage est bien c’est très pratique de pouvoir alterner en plus il y a des douches à la piscine des qu’on sort de la plage donc c’est parfait. Le point négatif : La literie il faudrait revoir les matelas et mettre des couettes au lieu de couvertures.

Unterkunft und Strand war super. Abendessen war immer sehr lecker und vielfältig. Das Frühstück war leider nicht sehr lecker.. (aufgrund Covid-19 kein Buffet) Personal war sehr bemüht und freundlich. Im Grossen und Ganzen ein sehr gelungener Urlaub!

Buona la prima camera assegnata, cambiata ( perchè non al piano richiesto) con altra molto scadente nel vecchio blocco( porta del bagno che non si chiudeva, sciacquone rotto etc. parti comuni indecenti) e nonostante molti solleciti nessun intervento.

Le restaurant buffet pas top du tout ,après j’ai adoré le complexe

en arrivant, la réception nous a fait un petit peu peur par sa simplicité, mais je conseil vivement cet hôtel, il est magnifique des petits bungalows qui se fondent dans un paysage verdoyant très bien entretenu. Personnel aux petits soins, très très bon choix

Beau cadre/belle infrastructure hôtelière. Les espaces verts pourraient être plus entretenus notamment les pelouses. Les services de restauration du soir se terminent trop tôt (21h15) - d’autant qu’aucune animation ou presque n’est proposée. Bonne table même si l’on peut déplorer des entrées principalement axées sur des salades... Le service en chambre est très basique - lits baptisés/non bordés et revers en vrac ce qui donne une allure très négligée. Dommage !

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit Hotel, Zimmer, Essen und Service unter der kompetenten Leitung von Herrn Perakis dem Hotel Manager. Wir werden sicher nochmals kommen

Resort sul mare, alcune camere hanno l’accesso diretto, la sera ti addormenti con il rumore del mare Direttore eccezionale, sempre presente e attento alle esigenze del cliente

Grande albergo su lunga spiaggia

Il kernos è un grande albergo distribuito su di una superficie enorme. Le stanze vicine la strada sono notevolmente lontane dalla spiaggia le stanze fronte mare pur essendo le più vicine sono in buona parte verso la zona rocciosa quindi la spiaggia è anche li almeno a 100 metri. Ristrutturato stanze gradevoli anche se resta incomprensibile questa specie di open space per il wc diviso dalla zona letto solo da una persiana scorrevole (quindi privacy quasi nulla). Buona e varia la colazione, abbastanza scontata e ripetitiva la cena, fa rabbia il dover pagare molti extra iniziando dall’acqua 3€/litro fino alla bilancia per le valige 1€. Comunque bella la spiaggia lunga e sabbiosa anche se molto esposta al Meltemi, quindi mare mosso 5 gg su sette, almeno per noi in agosto. Stona molto la qualità dei lettini vecchi e rattoppati (siamo in un 4stelle) personale professionale ma asettico. In conclusione mi sentirei di consigliarlo per la spiaggia la vicinanza ai negozi ristoranti e bar, struttura rinnovata comunque con diversi ma.

A great hotel with much to do. Or just relax!

Really nice hotel at the sea front with own beach, as well as olympiuc sized swimming pool. Great service by friendly staff. Good food. We had half-board, but quite soon we changed the dinner to lunch instead, which we thought was more convenient just to get some lunch at the pool and then have the flexibility to eat wherever we wanted in the evenings. The air condition in the rooms was working fantastic. Even temperature, no noice, no "storm". Comfy beds. I only wish there was a gym equipped with some free weights and not only machines. And some organized water aerobics or other sport activities. Nice tennis court with pretty good rackets and balls to use for free The life guard at the beached helped with booking water sports like water jets, paragliding etc - that was great. He called and few minutes later you were picked up at the beach by a water scooter taking you to the activity! They also helped us renting a boat (no driver's license needed), and also for this we were picked up at the hotel and taken to the small port of Malia. I strongly recommend this!! Every day at noon there was a nurse/doctor visiting the hotel - great service! A great hotel with a lot of things to do. Or to just relax!

HOTEL LES PIEDS DANS L EAU

Très bon hôtel, bien entretenu, bonne nourriture, en bord de mer.

Der uns zugeteilte "Bungalow" war zunächst ein ebenerdiges Hotelzimmer, nach einigen Tagen durften wir in einen richtigen wechseln.

Schönes Hotel, trotzdem keine Weiterempfehlung

Leider war das Essen weder ansprechend noch abwechslungsreich. Für das wöchentliche griechische BBQ muss ein Aufpreis bezahlt werden. Für das Geld sind wir lieber draußen essen gegangen. Schöner Strand, nettes Personal. Großzügige Zimmer.

Sehr schöne Anlage und supernette Mitarbeiter !!!

Sehr schönes Hotel, sehr, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, tolle Lage, keine laute Partymeile in der Nähe, sehr schöne und zweckmäßige Zimmer, großer Pool, schöner Außenbereich zum Essen mit Meeresblick, Fitnessraum mit Geräten, extrem vielfältiges, leckeres, großes Abendbuffet, tolles Frühstück, 1x wöchentlich Grillabend....etc. Wir waren als Familie mit großen Kindern (16,20) da und uns hat es allen super gefallen....Das einzige "Negative" ist, dass man im Zimmer oft Türen knallen hört, wenn andere Gäste die Türen nicht leise schließen ....und die Wassermenge aus der Dusche war etwas wenig zum "lange Haare ausspülen".....Aber ansonsten alles TOP und absolut weiterzuempfehlen !!!

Gemütliches Mittelklassehotel an guter Strandlage

Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. 2-stöckige Gebäude. Unbedingt renovierte Zimmer buchen! Schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Service beim Essen lässt zu wünschen übrig. Essen jedoch sehr gut und grosse Auswahl. Personal an der Reception zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Geben gerne Ausflugstipps. Sehr viele Mitarbeiter sprechen deutsch. Vielseitige Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten im Hotel: Billard, Tennis, Massagen, ein Beachrestaurant, eine Taverne, ein Café, eine Bar mit Musik, Abende mit Live-Musik und exklusivem Essen (gegen Gebühr). Liegestühle und Badetücher am Pool und am Strand gratis. Liegestühle leider bereits durchgelegen (Rückenschmerzen). Beim Wassersport wird man preislich übers Ohr gehauen.

Soggiorno di 14 notti con tariffa 1/2 pensione (obbligatoria). Bella moderna e ben tenuta la struttura, ma inaccettabile che in un 4 stelle il set di cortesia non sia stato riassortito in 14 giorni, inaccettabile in un 4 stelle fare la fila a colazione e cena come al refettorio, inaccettabile in un 4 stelle l'espresso a colazione sia extra ed inaccettabile che per la serata greca sia richiesto una integrazione pari al costo in un ristorante esterno. Buona e completa la colazione a buffet, ma monotona e incolore la cena a buffet. Il piatto forte servito al tavolo alla cena misero e poco guarnito. Abbiamo cenato nella struttura solo 3 volte.

HOTEL CALME AVEC PLAGE PRIVEE

L'hôtel est majoritairement rempli de touristes allemands donc on mange des plats germaniques, les plats ne sont pas affichés (on ne sait pas ce qu'on mange) le personnel de restauration parle qu' en allemand, l approvisionnement en produit de bains n'a jamais été fait, la literie trop dur, j 'ai demandé 2 oreillers supplémentaires on m'a donnée 2 oreillers en fin de vie, la piscine n' est pas traitée (sable au fond du bassin), autour du bassin quand on soulève les grilles blanches c 'est tres sale, la pelouse autour de la piscine n 'est pas entretenue on marche sur de la terre rouge. A l'exterieur les murs sont sales . Le médecin n' est present que 1/2 HEURE par jour et ne se deplace pas dans la chambre consultation a l'accueil ????? .Salle de sport poussiéreuse , BOF BOF .... PAS 4 ETOILES

vacanza rilassante ad agosto 2016

hotel senza animazione. noi abbiamo fatto mezza pensione. camere moderne spaziose e pulite. il cibo era internazionale, buono ed abbondante, mancavano un po' di specialità greche. un giorno a settimana fanno la serata con cucina greca con un supplemento ma non l'abbiamo provata. alla sera mancava un po' di musica dopo cena. per chi vuole rilassarsi ed avere la comodità di una spiaggia di sabbia attrezzata, lo consiglio. chi invece volesse dedicarsi aglio sport acquatici c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta. a 1,5 km c'è il centro di malia ricco di locali e bar

Ottimo!

L'hotel è immerso in un grande giardino tenuto davvero molto bene, con molte palme, ibiscus di vari colori, cactus, cespugli di more e bei prati verdi. Il punto di forza sono i 2 ristoranti e il bar all'aperto, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, che godono di un panorama a 360 gradi sul mare. Consiglio il bungalow con vista mare, molto ampio e con una vista mozzafiato, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Cibo buono anche se non molto vario. Per il trasferimento dall'aeroporto all'hotel consiglio "Shuttledirect" in Heraklion, molto efficiente e più conveniente del taxi.

Al di sopra delle aspettative

Ho trascorso una settimana in questo hotel con mio figlio. Il giudizio è estremamente positivo sotto tutti i punti di vista. Hotel moderno e recentemente ristrutturato. Camere pulite e spaziose e ben arredate. Cucina ottima e varia. Location molto piacevole, ampi giardini con vista panoramica direttamente sul mare. Spiaggia tranquilla e pulita. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ci ritornerei. Mi sento di consigliarlo.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage direkt am Meer

Wir wohnten in einem modernen Bungalow mit Meersicht. Alle Bungalows wurden ca. 2014 renoviert. Einige Zimmer im Haupthaus wurden noch nicht renoviert. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Hotelanlage und der Bungalow waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Abendessen war lecker, Vorspeise, Hauptspeise und Dessert vom Buffet. Zudem hat man die Wahl von 2 weiteren Hauptspeisen welche serviert werden. Diese werden ansprechend auf dem Teller präsentiert. Pool und Strand sind gepflegt, einziges Manko waren die Sonnenschirme. WLAN eher ungenügend. Im Kernos Beach verbrachten vor allem SchweizerInnen ihre Ferien.

Fantastisch

Een vakantie hoe een vakantie hoort te zijn! Je wordt met open armen ontvangen, een aantal medewerkers spreken Nederlands. Zeer goede service, vriendelijkheid ten top. De kamers zijn fris, modern en worden zeer goed schoongemaakt. Het eten is zalig. Naast het (warme en koude) buffet is er dagelijks een wisselend hoofdgerecht waar je de keuze hebt uit 2 gerechten. Het strand is fantastisch. Na je ontbijt loop je direct het strand op waar de strandbedjes op je staan te wachten. Veel privacy op het strand en als gast van het hotel hoef je niet te betalen voor je bedje en parasol. Lifeguard en sportfaciliteiten aanwezig. Vlakbij het hotel winkeltjes, apotheek en restaurantjes. De drukte kun je opzoeken in het centrum van Malia en Cherossonissos is met de taxi ongeveer 10 minuten rijden. Het was geweldig!
