The kind service of Benjamin, Ricky and the entire team
A very nice higher-end resort. We had a great time. Particularly liked the beach, pool, tennis courts. We also had some of the best massages ever at the spa. Only thing to be aware of is how quickly costs add-up when on site, and the location is not well located to do much off-site
This was the perfect vacation
Paradise
My fiancé and I had the most incredible stay at the Kempinski Hotel in Baie Lazare, Mahe, Seychelles. From start to finish, the experience exceeded all our expectations. The food was consistently delicious, offering a wide range of flavors and high-quality dishes that made every meal memorable. The service was exceptional, with every staff member going above and beyond. A special shoutout goes to Lea, the Lady in Red. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and always ready to help, making us feel truly special and cared for. Her warmth and expertise added an extra layer of magic to our stay. We also had an amazing time exploring the hotel’s marine activities. Boating along the stunning turquoise waters was a highlight of our trip, offering breathtaking views and unforgettable experiences. The hotel’s range of marine adventures—from snorkeling to other water sports—provided endless excitement and beautiful memories. Also we wont forget, Ricky and Jean Paul are amazing service was incredible!! Between the delicious food, top-notch service, and exhilarating marine activities, this trip was pure perfection. We’re already counting down the days until we can come back!
Excellent, quiet location. Lunch and dinner choices and quality could be improved
My wife being a vegetarian, she was introduced to Chef Shanker who made dinner for her everyday Staff are the assets at this property. Other helpful staff-Salim
Kempinski Seychelles Resort is an excellent five-star resort with clean facilities and friendly, professional staff. The place offers an amazing, very clean beach, perfect for snorkeling and chilling. The beach service is excellent and includes variety of cocktails, foods, and beverages. The property is located on a scenic but remote beach, so it's hard and expensive to leave the resort to see other places or eat outside. The place offers three dining options: 1. Buffet dining with a good but not diverse choice of food 2. Beach restaurant, which offers a diverse and tasty menu. 3. Chef restaurant that apparently nobody attends. Therefore, if you don’t book a half board option, you actually have one dining option - the #2, which is good but not enough for a vacation of more than five days
Beautiful hotel and property in a quiet area of the island. Lots to do on site. Staff were friendly and helpful but not quite the high level that we usually get for hotels of this cost
Fantastic resort, great staff, vibe, food etc. Only downside was the helicopter landing site next to the beach: like F1 racing in the cathedral of nature!
As usual, Kempinski is synonym of excellence and distinction
Wonderful
Everything was wonderful from the staff to my room. I’ll definitely come back with my family next time. Thank you Kempinski Resort Seychelles!
The hotel is not worth its price / stars. Service was below average Food was average Facilities were weirdly designed Sunbeds were worn down Staff didn't seem knowledgeable / engaging I am glad that we had booked another hotel for the second part of our trip, because Kempinski mahe almost ruined the Seychelloix experience for us.
Loved the hospitality of everyone from the moment we walked in to the minute we stepped out. Friendly and accommodating staff, even made special arrangements for our honeymoon without any additional cost. Everything was perfect. Breakfast selection was great and food was tasty.
Fantastic
The services are exceptional excellent. The stuff is amazing. I highly recommend it.
Great experience!
Excellent facilities and very good service.
One of best holidays
Friendly staff.. liked the chefs and how they accommodated my dietary requests.. I mention especially breakfast chef, plus two Arab chefs; Ayman & Emad.. spa was great too: both aster & Joice were wonderful.. thx for the whole experience 💕
We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, when we got to the room we saw that there was a problem with the TV, we called to report it, they told us that they would fix it tomorrow, the problem was not fixed, and every time I called to check, we got a different answer. We paid for a 60 minute yoga class, the class lasted only half an hour, one day when we returned from the pool we called to ask for another towel, it took them 35 minutes to bring it to us, a disappointing service experience and does not justify the price of the hotel.
We booked a few days at this hotel whilst in mahe with our six month old baby. We wanted to properly relax, surf and enjoy a bit of luxury. We normally stay at more boutique, independent properties but were attracted by the surf break, and the convenience as it was our first holiday with the babe. First, the good stuff: the beach is truly beautiful and they did well to not build to the shoreline, so you get a tropical
Overpriced
Overpriced. Food and services are really, really expensive. Front desk is not up to the task, they let people jump in front of you for no reason. Also, there was a problem with my booking but they wouldn't try to fix it. All they did was telling me the booking platform I used made a mistake. When contacted by the booking platform they didn't even bother to reply. Rude and unprofessional. Resort is actually nice but not worth the price, not even close.
All greta Only minus is some construction work that taking place at the resort that we didn't know about
We stayed at the Kempinski for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful beach lined with palm trees as well as the large swimming pool (with a lifeguard) and extensive property. Every night we enjoyed live music in the lounge and dinner on the beachfront restaurant. The rooms were large with balconies, separate living room area, and modern bathrooms. The staff were friendly and attentive. The Kids Club offered a place for children to play and had a verity of activities. A wonderful resort!
Great hotel super clean beach and very peaceful
Great hotel very kind staff , all was great, all requests was just yes ! We where upgraded with no extra fee , great rooms , best view, friendly staff great place to go with kids !!
Excellent holiday. Lovely staff , amazing beach and good food options. Only negative maybe a convenience shop would be beneficial.
Very disappointed and over priced
Overpriced hotel just go to Praslin or La digue
Beautiful resort with good food options and buffet! Staff were very helpful and friendly! Would love to visit again!
Very good hopitality. amaizing place and great atmosphir.
Everting was excellent
Absolutely loved it here. From the moment we arrived to this stunning hotel we were made to feel very special. The staff were very friendly and the lady in red was amazing with helping to plan our days. The beach area is stunning with water provided regularly and fruit provided whilst laying on the beach. Coconut trees and palm trees decorate the stunning beach that this hotel sits on. Thank you toe everyone who made our stay so amazing here!
The staff was superb! They were extremely courteous and helpful at all times. The property was always peaceful and spotless. My wife and I loved our stay here.
the stay was excellent
Kempinski went above and beyond to make our honeymoon a special occasion. We were amazed by the facilities and the professionalism of the staff. We will definitely use Kempinski resorts at other locations we will travel to in the future. Thank you for a perfect time.
It îs ok
😊 Great location, very respectful staff, very comfortable bed! 😞 The water has a lot of vegetation in it and as it is reyrage it is very small water and full of grass. 😞 Very expensive everything food drink, extra services.
Love this place!!!
Amazing place!!! We enjoyed so much!!!!! The staff are everything!!!
The location of the property is quite spectacular. The property itself is a little bit dated and there are works going on to renovate. The renovation itself doesn't cause any disturbance. However it meant that only two restaurants were open. The quality of the F&B leaves a lot to be desired though. The fish n chips, biryani were quite poor. The grilled fish was passable.
Good resort in beautiful country
Great resort for a short stay on the beach doing nothing. Highly recommend doing some excursions like seeing the giant tortoises and going to one of the waterfall hikes.
Great for couples honeymooning
I liked most the spa and food
Building works
Hotel staff were pleasant and friendly but some of the hotel bars and restaurants were shut with very loud building works Buffet for dinner is pretty embarrassing - reminiscent of school lunch vs a five star experience
Amazing beach with it's own coral reef. Food was nice and plenty, cold fish and sea food salads were superb :) Not located in the central area - but it's a good thing if you are searching to stay away. Staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Great hotel but service is far away from a real 5* hotel. I received an e-mail asking me if I am celebrating any particular occasion and I answered yes (wedding anniverssary) but Nothing happened (no one congratulate you, no offer, so why such question?). For diner, we had to wait 30 minutes before beeing serve our salad… when asked why nobody knows… The good part is that we have been allowed a very late checkout. Overall a great place to stay but service need serious improvements.
The hotel is in a gorgeos location, nice garden and excellent beach. The rooms are spacious, well maintained, high quality furniture. The meals (breakfast, dinner) where quiet bad. The service was exteamly slow, the service personel where bored, was keep mistaking something. I wish they had the usual dinner buffet, which was nice the previous visit!
Great facility and beach, mediocre service
Beautiful resort with great beach and low level of service, very impersonal and doesn’t meet service level expected of the 5* resort. It feels like the team makes you a favor by providing the service. One day I asked 3-4 times to clean the room, but sadly we ended up at 4 pm trying to rest after day on the beach with the cleaning team in the room. Also the reception wasn’t really interested to assist, we had long stay and had to make COVID test on the 6th day, they promised to make an appointment for “tomorrow” but the day after ended up they didn’t, luckily there was another girl that finally called and made the appointment. If you want good facility for decent price this is a place for you, but if you expect personal and attentive service try elsewhere.
excellent !
It was great! Fantastic service and beautiful beach.
Beautiful location Excellent maintenance Endless space
Overall this is a good 5 star hotel. Everything was ok, but nothing was WOW. If this is your first time in seychelles or in a Resort its definitely ok. But if you're looking for serious luxury and wow, this isnt the one for you. This was our second time in seychelles, and we have previously reviewed on expedia several verified trips to mauritius, reunion, Maldives, etc., so our expectations are a bit different... This is an ok solid Resort, but the rooms, the service, the food, and The property are not super gorgeous and luxurios like others we have reviewed..
Food was terrible! Service was terrible! Rude staff, certainly not a 5 star experience! Food was just awful.
We like everything ,the beach, the room, the stuff
All we wish for
The welcoming was delightful, the stuff is super friendly and happy to serve. The hotel is located on a beautiful beach and the accommodation is very clean and in brand new condition. The restaurant on the beach is one of the best on the island for sure. Highly recommended you get tremendous value for money choosing kempinski🏝️❤️
Worth it :)
Great hotel in seyshelles, nice rooms, fantastic beach, pool..
The hard product - hotel and location are great. However, service and especially the food options and quality are very poor and certainly not anywhere near 5 star grade. Very disappointed with our stay and would not recommend.
Great resort and great service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Views are very beautiful. Accommodation was very comfortable.
A unique place surrounded with beautiful nature. A very friendly staff welcomed us on our first day at the Hotel and we got a refreshment after arrival. The breakfast buffet was great and always fresh as well as was the dinner buffet. Every day the theme of the dinner buffet changed so we could try different types of tastes. The pool area was airy and enough sun beds were offered at the beach and pool. Every day we got fresh towels and a big bottle of water. All in all I definitely can recommend this hotel and its nice and very professional staff!
Location was great, lovely grounds, food and restaurants were very nice, lovely beach and grounds with a lovely lake, lots of wild life. All the staff were lovely from start to finish.
Great location on a large and secluded beach with great snorkeling. The staff was exceptionally attentive, courteous, and professional. The rooms and facilities were clean, functional, and well-equipped. Three restaurants and a bar offered great food at a wide range of hours. The ice water and small snacks distributed to those lounging along the beach was a welcome touch. Overall excellent comfort in an excellent location - highly recommended.
Staff are wonderful! The hotel is set in beautiful gardens, a very relaxing holiday.
I spent a fantastic 10 days at the hotel! I couldn’t ask for more.
The surroundings were lovely and relaxing. Service, vegetarian food and overall cleanlines was appalling.
Paradise on Seychelles Islands
Great Location.Good ambience.Great place to spend a few days.
We had a delightful stay at the Kempinski. Amazing service, lovely pool and beach, good variety of restaurants and great breakfast buffet!
The resort was large and well kept. Unfortunately, we were only there for three nights - two days consisted of non-stop rain - so we perhaps didn't get to see the resort in all its glory. The beach was lovely (no crabs anywhere in sight); staff were attentive and the room we stayed in was lovely - clean and cosy, with everything we needed. We treated ourselves to a massage in the spa which was delightful. Reception provided us with dvds on the rainy day we didn't feel like leaving our room. My only slight reservation was the food. There is lots of variety and it sounded amazing, but it was all a little bland and tasteless for my liking. The staff were great though - especially Sher and Gurpreet. Overally, a lovely hotel.
Heaven on earth
We were there for a friends wedding. The hotel was amazing, from the time of check in to check out the staff were great. We kept Paul at the pool bar hopping. He was comedic, so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had great service. Beds were amazingly comfortable, had a great sleep. Good choice of food for breakfast, best gym I’ve seen at a hotel ever! The only thing I can criticize is the bar lounge, no fans so very hot, food was not great, very expensive for what you got ( I live in UAE, so hotel meals are expensive here )and service in this area was not the best despite it not being very busy. I’m a big water drinker, so they kept the room stocked well with water Would I go back? Yes
Kempinski Resort is a great place to unwind and relax. Service and amenities are great. Rooms are spacious and smell amazing. Spa service is low on value for money. 'Yoga on the hill' was a great experience.
The beach and room were great, restaurants ok but expensive
Not a thing. It was an average hotel. Take your money to.elsewhere
Smell of the rooms were not healthy because of humidit at walls
Less then expected
The Kempinsky hotel is a nice 5 star hotel with good service and good food. However, the nice rooms are a bit “old” with smell. The main weakness is the beach. Although the landscape is nice, the sand out of the water is not pleasant and the water is full with vegetation ans stones. Furing our stay very few people entered the water and probably preferred the nice and pleasant sweeming pool.
dedicated staff, great customer service, great dining facilities
The view and scenery were amazing! I was a little disappointed with the beach itself and some of the wait staff, but overall a great visit.
Superb hotel, provides everything one could possibly want. Staff need to use their eyes a little more but were all very pleasant. Fine dining restaurant superb although poorly patronised. Whole hotel spotlessly clean and well managed.
The hotel was in a lovely spot, the beach right on your doorstep. Handy for using local transport to Victoria, easy to hire a car and get around the island. Lots of activities to take part in on the beach and plenty of sunbeds to use and staff to look after you.
Excellent hotel on the beach
The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and it was an amazing vacation. The staff was very gracious and amazing hosts.
Honeymoon destination of note!
Kempenski was (and I don't say this lightly) perfect for our 10 day honeymoon in the Seychelles. The staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough for us but also left us to ourselves to allow us to relax. The hotel itself is beautiful and very natural within its surroundings but also clean and well thought out. We very much recommend a break or honeymoon in the Seychelles - Baie Lazure is further away than other locations but the beach is brilliant and very very quiet! Even by Seychelles standards. A 40min taxi (800SCR) taxi away is the small "city" of Victoria and an hour away (1000SCR) is Beau Vallon which we thoroughly recommend for a more activity based day or two out! The major word of caution I do have for all visiting is just how much Mason Travel (one of Kempenskis partner travel agencies) is NOT good! They are expensive and our tour of Praslin and La Digue was rushed and poorly organised. We were very disappointed and when I complained politely to the agent at Kempinski she was unreasonable, unhelpful and lied to us about what she would do (by which time our stay was up after three chats to her and 5 days of false promises). Avoid Mason Travel. Other than that blip we loved our stay and recommend the hotel. Our best holiday ever!
Very nice hotel . Fantastic stay
One of my best:)
The best ever tropical vacation of my trips. The beach, the setting of the hotel, the service is perfect! It is not cheap:)))
Excellent beachfront hotel
First time Seychelles for family holiday. Excellent hotel, quick check in, staff were warm and friendly. We arrived 6 hours before normal check in time, room was ready within 20 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable and the fantastic beach was right outside our garden doors. The TV in the room had a personalised software interface that gave a lot of information about the hotel and the islands and also allowed you to view your bill for items charged to the room. The software kept rebooting while viewing which was a little annoying. Food buffet selection was great for breakfast and dinner. We later discovered that you could request other meals not on display, so my son had freshly made pizza every evening from then on (at no extra cost). Hotel location us quite secluded so if you are wanting to see the town or to go on tours and excursions it is a bit of a journey to get there. Wonderful family holiday all in all.
Private Resort
We found the resort very private and peaceful and would recommend to anyone who wants a little less bustle than you get from any resorts.
Excellent hotel in a beautiful part of the island!
The hotel staff is amazing! Everyone pays great attention to detail. Also the entire hotel facility inside and outside, everything is so well detailed. I can tell the hotel really plays attention to detail. The food was exquisite! We had a wonderful experience with the grand turtles on site as well. One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The hotel room was amazing as well. It was overall the best place and experience! We loved it. Thank you!
Beautiful resort for a relaxing stay
Serene setting, great service, beautiful beach. Rooms overlook the beach. The spa is excellent. My daughter and I had a lovely few days' holiday.
An overall pleasant experience!
We have just come back from a long weekend stay at the Kempinski Baie Lazare and we loved it! Upon our arrival we were welcomed with refreshingly cold towels and a welcome (non-alcoholic) drink. The hostess took our passports to start the hotel check in process while we had our drink and refreshed ourselves. Everything was smooth and we were escorted to our room which is spacious enough, with a balcony overlooking the sea. The resort has 3 main restaurants and a bar: Cafe Lazare (served breakfast and dinner - buffet style); Windsong restaurant (served lunch and dinner) and L'indochine (fine dining, we didn't eat there), and the Planters Bar where we spent most nights. The food in the resort is varied and includes local flavors and international cuisine - we tried different items every day and were not disappointed with the food at all. Special thanks to Chef Hamza for the amazing food we had during our trip! The resort's beach is nice and cozy; they give you reef shoes to swim in the ocean, and the beach attendants are energetic and super friendly - meeting your every request and stopping by every hour or so with complimentary cold refreshments and snacks. The iSurf shack on the corner of the beach has all kinds of water sports that you can take part of. We really enjoyed our experience in Kempinski Seychelles Resort and would definitely recommend the resort to our friends and will stay there again on our next trip. Thank you for everyone for making our trip pleasant.
Special thanks to svetlana for great restaurant recommendations
great hotel
Great hotel, great staff and winding restaurant really good. But would not pay extra for a sea view as the lagoon is just as nice, we were in room 225 which does not have a sea view or a lagoon view unless you climb on step ladders with binoculars, so don't stay in this room. Gym is lacking in equipment, only one treadmill. Plenty of sun beds even when full and the staff at the pool are excellent.
We had a wonderful stay for 6 nights in the beginning of Jan.2018.The Kempinski resort is beautiful the staff is excellent .The beach Servise was exceptional!!We love to go back.Rita .
Beautiful hotel with a lovely private beach.
Our 6 day stay at Kempinski Seychelles resort was wonderful! The staff were very attentive from the minute we arrived until the day we left. Our room had a lovely ocean view and was very spacious. When I asked for another dehumidifier the housekeeping staff worked quickly to accommodate and followed up to ensure we were taken care of. It was a very festive atmosphere with Christmas music playing and lovely decorations throughout. A nice touch!
We stayed only one night. Sea is not accessible, Beach smells badly because of the seaweed on the beach. Food at the beach reataurant is terrible and super expensive, although everywhere in seychelles food is terrinle and crazy expensive such as a 2stars michelin restaurant in London
Nice hotel but expensive......nice view too Staffa
i wish i could stayed longer Nice hotel but expensive......nice view too Staffa
Very nice
It was very nice place but the WiFi its very slow & about change off currency dollar it’s was in the hotel 1 $ they change around 12.80 Seychelles on same day on four seasons they change around 13.25 Seychelles
Wonderful stay, top service, dream surrounding
We (family with one 3 year old child) spend 8 days here. You summarise the stay it was wonderful I've if there best experiences ever, and we had plenty of equally excited tripods on our record. The hotel ideas not brand new but kept well in shape. Food variety good, service is top notch. Room (garden sea view) was nice spacious and clean) short walk top the wonderful beach). They offset a all day child's care with very friendly and caring staff. Special thanks to the staff at the beach: ESP Marcus and Dave.
Amazing private location, very quiet and lovely beach!!
seychelles 2017 Kempinski
Having previously stayed at a Kempinski hotel the expectations where very high!! So, the resort setting was fantastic, beautiful! white beaches and aqua blue ocean as you would expect for the Seychelles. The staff in the resort were 5star!!! friendly and helpful. The hotel beach / pool guys were 5star!! giving everyone a 5star treatment and what was nice a towel for the beach / pool area that actually fitted on the sun bed... the guys in general could not do enough for the customers. The restaurants were ok food was lovely but not what i would call 5star especially the buffet, whether it was break fast or evening meal. The pool side restaurant again was fine but not top notch food for 5 star i would have expected more! again the staff in both restaurants were wonderful very helpful always smiling and very friendly. The planters bar staff very attentive and friendly with the live music each night it was a lovely end to a sunny day. The rooms were lovely but need some TLC, marks and scuffs on walls, hard towels in bathrooms, windows i had to point out needed cleaning as we had a sea view and wanted to see it! the attention to detail was missing for a 5 star hotel i was disappointed!! our champers glasses left outside our room for over 2 days and yes the hotel apologised and sent wine and chocolate but it should not have happened in the beginning it is a 5 star hotel and price accordingly. Compare this resort to other Kempinski and 5star hotels it lacked the polished touch!
Horrible receptionist
I was delayed at the reception both on check in and check out while I saw new comers been attended to as they come and go. Maybe because I am black but at that the so called receptionists were black too. I also suspected that my room was ransacked while we were away. I do not know what they were looking for. it wasn't the cleaners but the management knows better. the food was too expensive and the beach is dirty.
The pictures do not do this hotel justice!! A++
What an amazing hotel. The service was like nothing I have experienced before, and the food was nothing short of amazing. The beach was clean and only a 30 second walk from the room. Highly recommended.
Perfect getaway from city life and modern ....
This was my 2nd visit to victoria but my first at this resort. The staff were all amazing - the property is superb overall. I wish the room decor was a bit brighter and well lit. Keep in mind best months to catch waves and full ocean activities is from December till April - these days the water tides aren't friendly - planning to bring the Mrs back here too
Beautiful location, shame about the service
Amazing location, Baie Lazure beach is beautiful. Hotel service is totally hit and miss - we experienced issues with pretty much everyone we came into contact with except Tiffany who manages the beach restaurant. After complaining several times someone came and made the effort to apologise and provide a complimentary meal but for a 2 night stay it really was a case of too little too late. Wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend - there are so many luxury options in the Seychelles, go for something else!
Excellent Location, Phenomenal Service
We honeymooned at Kempinski, having never been to the Seychelles, and having never splurged on a 5-star resort experience. Beyond the expected impeccable grounds, facilities, and beachside location, we were floored by how helpful Kempinski's whole cadre of staff were. When we needed a rental car, they had us covered. When we wanted tips on eating and recreating outside the hotel, they had us covered. When we locked our keys in the rental car miles on the other side of the island, they took care of it without judgment. When I asked to borrow nail clippers they were happy to oblige. When I asked for something to jerry-rig a tie to my GoPro, they came up with a solution. They were more than happy to take care of restaurant reservations, exchange decommissioned Seychelles rupees, mail out our postcards, and accommodate our changing plans throughout the trip. Perhaps, most importantly, it was all with such enthusiasm and compassion. We would recommend this resort on the basis of the staff's professionalism, expertise, and friendliness alone.
Excellent resort, great for families.
A superb resort, fantastic location, excellent facilities, all but a few staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and most courteous. Location of our specific room was exceptional, staff whom we would most like to thank are Edwina, Gautam, Marcus, Mike, Paul, Jean-Claude, Kenny, Mary-Anne, Judy, Rona, Alexandro, Angelika, Hamzeu, Jayraj, Randolph, Harry, Martin, Ryan, Dave, Sharon, Ruby, Una, Shana.
Nice complex
I stayed in the Kempinski Hotel for 3 weeks. The complex itself is very nice, suitable for the location, and clearly blends in well with the environment. The hotel and its extensive surroundings are evidently well-maintained. The staff are amazing -in particular- Maria in house keeping. She is efficient and friendly, she made our stay feel very welcoming. Breakfast was also very nice and always looked forward to the perfectly cooked eggs from Chef Daniel. With regards to dining, there were about 3 locations to eat. The Windsong Restuarant on the beach is nice but has a limited menu, therefore, after about 3 or 4 nights you would get bored with the food, the only vegetable they offer seems to be asparagus. The buffet was lovely, but could only afford to go once because the prices were extortionate, a 1000 SR each -without a drink. After a week, we ventured outside the hotel to look for places to eat, there are hardly any around this area. Apart from a few singers each evening, there was no real entertainment, which overall, gives it a real dull ambiance. The most exciting thing I see was when there was a wedding party, and they had great music, fire-eaters, and dancers, I watched it from my balcony and wished I could be there. For the money they charge, I would have thought they could afford much more exotic and fun entertainment for the guests. Overall, this is a great place for a rest, but unfortunately, unless you are rich, not much else.
Good Location, Close to the Beach, reasonable price
Reception is great and helpful, Breakfast is amazing, great Variety, and taste good. Though the room location is at beach, i found the floor dirty a bit and the bed was not comfortable at all. unfortunately, although i booked a single king size bed, i have seen that it is two mattresses joined together. it was uncomfortable at all.
