Big beautifully furnished family room for 4 people with 2 bathrooms!
Very clean and functional. Room was not large but had 2 bathrooms. Service was exceptional as was breakfast.
Food area nearby are all packed
An unbelievable hotel with an incredible staff all around, we’ll continue to stay here every time we come to Sapporo. It’s close to the train station, which is very convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat or shop at nearby (and even more with some walking). An added bonus was the haircut I got from the place on the basement level, probably the best haircut experience of my life.
I like that it is a walking distance to the subway and JR line and that the room is big and spacious
Hotel room is very cozy, bathroom is very large and the twin bed is extra large twin bed. Can join together to make into 1 king bed. Only down point is that they don’t offer Netflix channel, Just only their advertisement playing. Complimentary lounge could be better improved by providing more snacks and treats option for customer. They provide complimentary coffee, teas, 4 beers and 4 bottles green tea which is really great. 👍
Nice clean hotel (somewhat dated) with excellent buffet breakfast. Close to train station and other areas of Sapporo.
Location was excellent, staff was helpful but language was an issue. Although BBC English channel was available but staff not able to assist with English.
Great room. Great service and breakfast is awesome.
Nice property, quiet and away from The crowd. Convenient if you rent a car
Staff are very nice and polite.
Convenient and quiet. The service is excellent. Clean room
Excellent breakfast buffet… Must try
Location to the JR station was within a 7 minute walk. Staff was very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again if we came back to Sapporo.
Comfortable stay.
Hotel was comfortable and well situated. Handy to have Toyota car rental on premises.
Clean, quiet, staff very helpful. Breakfast is phenomenal. Will go back
Excellent hotel centrally located near Sapporo Station, Daimaru and Stellar Palace. Staff is efficient and discreet. Breakfast buffet is outstanding!
Pros: - Short walk from JR Sapporo station, and its attached shopping/dinning complex. - Hokkaido's famous confection shop "Rikkatei" is just across the street. - Great breakfast. The buffet option (restaurant at 1st floor) includes infinite icecream. - Very helpful staff who helped us make a reservaton for a local restaurant (we were unable to do it ourselves as it required a Japanese phone number) - Relatively clean and comfy Cons: - The 2 blue cushions on the bed had an odd smell.
Service was great. the staff were all very professional
Hotel with Toyota Car Rental office
The hotel definitely very well maintained. Our family stay here 14 yrs ago when we first visited Sapporo, more than a decade later, we revisit the same hotel. Everything is as new. Breakfast is superb with lots of selection. A 8 min walk to Sapporo JR & near to major shopping and restaurant, are selling points. Another plus point is the Toyota rental car office is within hotel premises, hence the pickup & return is really a breeze.
Excellent b.fast & walking distance to JR
The breakfast is excellent, lots of local Hokkaido dishes & food. Walking distance to JR station. Further more for those who prefer to self drive, there is a Toyota rental car centre within the hotel premises, hence for pick up & return, it is a breeze
Ok
Clean and comfortable. But noisy. Thin walls. We had a Japanese family with kids next to us that made noise until 1am three nights in a row. Unpleasant.
Our room is on high floor and facing the trains track which is quite cool and it is not noisy at all. From Sapporo station to hotel is about 7-10 mins walk. Nearby attractions - Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower etc
The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the Sapporo Station. Close to convenience stores, dining area, and shopping. Staff were helpful. Place was clean except spotted a spider in our room.
The hotel was fine... just a little out of the way. Ice machines were hard to find and sometimes out of buckets.
Clean and nice hotel
Booked a superior large twin room, room was clean and kept well, the bathroom had a separate powder area, which was greatly appreciated. Great breakfast option at the hotel as well, thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Right beside the hotel was the Toyota Rent a Car facility, which was very easy for us to travel out into other parts of Hokkaido when we eventually checked out. Overall, helpful staff.
Hotel room is a bit old and the bathroom could use an upgrade. However it was very clean and the location was very convenient. Just a few blocks from a Sapporo Station and there is a 7-Eleven directly across the street. Too bad gym charges a few 3000 yen per visit so we did not use it at all. I would stay there again because of the service. The concierge was amazing and helped us out a lot from transportation and dinners to tour reservations and confirmations. Really appreciate them. Made a difference to our trip. Japan is still very old school and many things still works best with a phone call by a native speaker.
Great Hotel, will comeback again
Nice place, excellent staff, good walkable location. The space was a little tight, no drawer space. There was about a 2” step up to the bathroom which seems insignificant but when not used to it it almost caused tripping.
Great hotel, will be returned soon
Everything about the hotel is amazing. Check in timing is 3pm and we came early. They did the check in and helped us (family of 6 adults) to keep our luggages to the assigned rooms. Room cleaning was excellent. The best is Toyota rental south exit is located beside the hotel. Lawson and 7-11 are nearby. The only thing is the breakfast buffet. The waiter and waitresses seem to focus on local guests. They took more than 5 mins to clear the plates. We seated straight near the window where a lot of guests passes by. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect. The north exit bus stop provided shuttle bus (Chuo bus) at 1300 yen to New chitose domestic terminal.
Very goof stay. Room was a nice size and the staff was very courteous. Breakfast had good variety. This is a place that u will stay again
Keio Plaza Hotel is always my favourite hotel in Japan. Central location, spacious lobby and hotel room, gym facility and accessible to amenities.
Breakfast buffet very good
Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Tried to offer tips but they refused. Helpfulness was part of their jobs which was unique.
Love this hotel
Great service, nice room, good breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great view!
Politeness and kindness
Very good hotel to stay and very pleasant staff. The staff is able to communicate with English which is a big bonus.
Staff hospitality, cleanliness
Nice and clean hotel
Omg the buffet breakfast was amazing, even by Japanese breakfast standards!
Each room has humidifier It helps us alot
The hotel staff were pleasant and very helpful. The room was spacious and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Excellent location to train station too!
Very clean and very nice staff. Would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel, very professional staff.
Great location near the Sapporo station, reminiscent of the hotel from Murakami’s book :)
Excellent 4 star hotel, lived up to my expectations. Bit of a walk from the station, but easily walkable, can do mostly underground walkway if necessary. Staff are plentiful and are above and beyond in service. On Premier floor, lounge was a bit of a disappointment, snacks small, but well presented, had to pay if you wanted a glass of wine. Otherwise a great stay.
Comfortable lobby and room. Staff were very polite and attentive. Breakfast was awesome. However room is not as soundproof as can hear the running and stomping very clearly from room above. Also can hear kid crying several times a night from room above.
Good Value especially when traveling with kids. Got a room with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms
We stayed at a family room - 4 beds in a room and the fact that came with 2 bathrooms was a bonus.
Good hotel in Sapporo.
This is a fine business hotel. We chose for location but coming from the exquisite zaborin in niseko I'm not sure any hotel would have seemed great. My real complaint as such is that though the hotel was not full they would let anyone into a room prior to 2pm. So we checked in and wandered Sapporo for a few hours. The room was well laid out, clean, had a cute window seat, and was reasonably large. Lots of amenities in the bathroom, a tub shower, nice linens. The best part of the hotel is really the staff. very helpful - especially a young bellboy from Spain and his colleague who helped us book a taxi. Again a fine hotel. We did not have any food or beverage. Made coffee in the room with the kettle provided.
Renovated rooms were very nice and good sized for Japanese hotel rooms. The club lounge next to the lobby was very nice.
Clean room and kind staff. We ate Japanese cuisine at the B1 Akizu restaurant. It was amazing taste.
Amazing vacatiob
It was our 2nd time to stayed here and we are loved this hotel.
Bathroom would benefit from a refresh.
Clean room and great service. Lounge access was a nice touch. I wish the pillow was a bit bigger and more stuffed but besides that, everything was great and the convenience of being a ski bus stop from Niseko can’t beat anything else.
Too many customers during the breakfast buffet. Please consider to control the number of customers in different sessions (such as every 30 mins).
Hotel with spacious rooms and attentive staff. Great location close to Sapporo station for easy access to areas nearby.
Top 5 star hotel and we enjoyed the dinner in the hotel restaurant. Fresh and delicious. Great staffs too.
Good Cafe Gone
We arrived in the evening and had planned to have dinner at the cafe on the lobby floor which we had patronised on our last two trips to Keio Plaza Sapporo. It served good simple food at reasonable prices. To our disappointment, the cafe was walled off and is now a Club Lounge for people with a special entry card. The restaurants in the hotel were priced at $50, $60, $80 per head. At least one restaurant was adults only (we had two children on our party aged 10 years and 8 years). There is a 7-11 on the other side of the road from the hotel and four of our group had convenience store food for dinner. Two of us walked back to the railway station and had a lovely Chinese meal in the Joyful Food arcade.
Good sized room in Japan. Experienced and friendly staff.
very professional and service was excellent
The concierge was very helpful in securing a reservation for us at one of the nicest "Genghis Kahn" restaurants. She had to multiply calls to find one that was willing to give us a last minute reservation.
Very convenient , Toyota car rental just at downstair. Bus stop to airport is located behind the hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly, room is clean . Walkable distance to JR Sapporo station, 7-11 just opposite the hotel. This hotel is highly recommended. Breakfast is good.
Service was good . Staff managed to arrange to switch our room at late evening and our room view was amazing !
Friendly. Great services , convenient and safe
I will most definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel.
Excellent hotel with easy access to the city center and surrounding attractions. Loved the buffet breakfast. It would be nice if the rooms were a little spacious and if they have coin laundry facility. But other than that, overall highly recommended!
Nice
Roomy, comfortable, and well arranged.
Nice staff service
Well appointed hotel with good service standards, although a little far from Sapporo station it is probably the best hotel in the area.
i loved it !
It's in a slightly quieter area of Sapporo. No issues if you are driving. Place is clean and staffs are friendly. As usual in Japan, most staffs can speak some to intermediate English. Otherwise, personally I find it a nice location that I will consider if I ever visit Sapporo.
Good location, good hotel, room space good, will definitely go back again.
We needed some information from the concierge but no one was around, except a bell person who tried to help but his English wasn’t very good. Another older gentleman came by and said he didn’t know and couldn’t help us. A lady came by when she noticed the situation, I believe her name was Tomoko Horiuchi. I’m not sure what her position was but she immediately started researching about the train information we were asking about. This was surely an experience to remember about Keio Plaza and kind of forget about the bad.
Upgrade was nicely done. Concierge service was very helpful. Close to Tokyo Station.
Short walk to the station and Damarui shopping centre. Stroller was available for use and this helps for family with kids.
Good location, Nice facility, clean and quiet rooms, Very helpful staff. All excellent.
A bit far away from the city center
Stayed three nights. The property is slightly hotly old. It is close to shops and Sapporo Station. Like it!
The location of Keio Plaza Hotel is good, nearby the Sapporo station and big shopping centers. The hotel's breakfast buffet is the highlight.
Great stuff, delicious breakfast
Overall is good. We rented a car from Toyota Car Rental and car pick up is just at this hotel. Very convenient for us.
Would definitely stay again!
The hotel is quite old, the condition of bath room is poor, mold can be found everywhere and with a broken mirror. But their price is reasonable
convenient and close to station
Relaxing holiday
Breakfast was excellent
The breakfast buffet is so good.
Great property, though starting to get a little dated. Breakfast is about as good as it gets.
Close to JR station with just a short walk;
one of the best hotels in my current travel, the view is amazing and the window pane couch is creative.
Always love all my stay with Keio no matter where
Convenient just 5-10mins walk from Sapporo JR
Warm and welcoming staff. Upgraded to a bigger corner room. Room was clean. Buffet breakfast has a wide selection. Nice touch with coffee to go after breakfast. About 10 minutes walk to Sapporo station.
Excellent everything
Almost complete property. Room size is a bit small but I was satisfied. If there is a microwave, it would be perfect.
Great service and beautiful hotel with convenient location
Great location and kind staff. The breakfast was very impressive.
Recommend. I only booked one night as was staying in another Sapporo hotel previous nights. Wished I had booked all my nights in this hotel instead. Will return
