Good location with15mins drive form airport Rooms were clean ,

simply awful!

would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a clean hotel, which smells clean too, with a decent bathroom. we were given a smoke filled room, which we insisted they change. they then gave us a room by the street, a bathroom with leaking faucets and toilet flush didnt work. we were up all night with the sound of loud traffic and the dripping water in the bathroom. ripped off completely!

Not service orientated staff.

I enjoyed my stay at the Jyoti Dwelling. Very close to the airport. Lovely buffet dinner with attentive staff and a clean AC room with a king size bed. The staff didn't respond to my email for an airport transfer from the airport but they did make up for it by providing a cab at short notice to take me back to the airport the following day. Very close and convenient to the airport. Safe not working was the only other negative. I would recommend staying here if you need a safe, clean hotel close to the airport with good facilities.

Would not visit again.

Had an amazing stay with my daughter. The place is well managed and well kept. All staff are friendly and respectful. Ideal place for families to live .

Couldn't sleep in night because I could hear everything from the people from my adjacent rooms. That's really bad. Rooms should be sound proof.

Room was small and congested. The price charged per day does not reflect the quality and standards claimed by the property. Breakfast was great though.

The Hotel is not to bad . The food in the hotel was very good and tasty. Dining room staff were very good as well. For us guests going from overseas we pay 3 times more we got 1 bath towel and no face towel , we had to ask for it. Overall the staff were very good. The room card that we received to get a replacement would cost us 500 rupees which we weren’t told . At the end they didn’t charge but explained to us why they do. I would go to this hotel again if I had to but not for 100 Canadian dollars a night .

When I booked, I was told there is free airport shuttle. When I called they don’t give free and only with an expensive amount. And was rude on my request for free shuttle. I will never book a room in this place

Stayed here overnight between flights. Near to the airport and offers pick up and drop off for a fee. Breakfast (bread with butter and tea) was provided to me for no additional fee in my room as I was leaving before the breakfast hours began.

make sure your room is not connected to next room. The I could hear next room's TV at and could not sleep. Called front desk person, they called and called and called, no one replied, banged door few times, after 30mins of drama the manager opened the door the master key to turn off TV. Hotel staff is rude. Restaurant staff will make you feel that they are doing favor in serving you breakfast. And breakfast was horrible.

Avery nice elegant hotel very close to both the International and Domestic Airport. Very friendly staff. The hotel provides airport transfer, pick up as well as drop off. One way it is free and the other way customer needs to pay. Hotel was upfront about it. Has a good restaurant with friendly staff, very helpful. The rest of the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly too. The rooms could be compared to rooms in a well maintained mid range Motel chains in the USA. Clean, well maintained, good sized rooms with coffee maker, fridge and toiletries. Restaurant food was good and tasty.

Its not a hotel, its a cheap lodge

Did not feel like staying in a hotel, felt like a cheap lodge... I paid fraction of this cost and stayed in better hotels, so i would absolutely not recommend this place... very overly priced...

Nice small hotel

I enjoyed my 2 night stay at the Jyoti in Mumbai very much. My room was spacious and quite clean and comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The hotel restaurant was a gem and served an excellent assortment of Indian dishes at breakfast and dinner each day. Overall I rate it as a special find for the money and would recommend it highly to other travelers.

Nice hotel near airport

Good experience Except they provide only one way airport shuttle whereas Expedia simply says Free Airport Shuttle. They should clearly mention about the same. It created little discomfort

Near airports

It works better to get a pre-paid taxi (get it at a counter at the airport exit) to get to the hotel and have the complimentary hotel taxi take you to the airport on departure. The rooms, breakfast, staff and location are great. Not for families. For couples or business travel: great value.

Convenient for stopover with helpful staff

Convenient location for an overnight flight stopover, staff were friendly and helpful going the extra mile on a couple of occasions. Otherwise, room was quite basic and bathroom a bit old fashioned, but just about right for my budget.

A very average hotel, you can do better in Mumbai

Everything about this hotel is average. You can find a much better place for the same price. The proximity to the airport is nice, just be sure you have GPS, because many taxi drivers do not, and they won't find it without GPS.

Well presented boutique hotel close to airports

All round good experience - accommodation, staff & restaurant (food). Helpful friendly staff (good English). Set back from busy road close to Metro railway station & Airports. Good location although long way from many south Mumbai tourist attractions, although this did not prove to be big problem. Big room w air con & fan. Bathroom good hot shower. Great for sole traveller, couples & families. Pharmacy, doctor & Subway Restaurant close. Enough western food selections at breakfast. Good room service

Cosy hotel near to airport

The short stay was a very wonderful experience. The overall experience was very good. The room is good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the food in tasty and homely and the area is very quiet. A wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a well priced hotel.

Close to BOM

We were here on a short layover stay, and arriving late at night were apprehensive about the neighborhood, but it turned out fine. This place is a good value if you need to be close to the airport.

the AC didnt work and the Wifi didnt work and those are the two reasons to stay in a hotel in India.

THE ROOM WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN AND THE RECEPTION WAS VERY FRIENDLY. The who picked us and dropped in the hotel and the room boy was also very service minded and helpful.

Mostly for people on business trip.

Decent size room with small refrigerator, hot water kettle, safe, 2 free 1L water bottles daily. Two single beds put together as double bed. Towels look old, slightly frayed. Hot water geyser which most non-Indians would not know how to operate. There is shower curtain separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. Since there is no enclosure, water seeps from under the shower curtain and entire bathroom floor gets wet.

Needs unpgrade

Good location and staff. Rooms need sound insulation as there is a constant barrage of noise both within and without from traffic and dogs and lorries. The bathroom had and electrical point for the Geyser right underneath the overhead shower head, a serious safety issue.

Fast Wifi, Air Conditioning, Tea-Kettle!! perfect!

Everything about this place was just perfect! Great breakfast, lovely staff(from office to bell-boy!) and the amenities were well thought out. This place is also close to the Chakala Metro station(10 minute walk). I was just so impressed with the fact that this place had a kettle for morning tea! The wi-fi was super fast, cool air-conditioning and the rooms clean and spotless. They even had a personal safe. Everything about this place was well thought out! Loved it!

Nice staff. Clean bed and bath room. Nice restaurant with selected indian items. Will stay here again whenever I visit Mumbai. Take the phone # and address of this hotel so that the taxi can get there faster. Just a mile or two from the international airport. No Idea about the surroundings. Will recommend this hotel everyone.

Nice guest house located in Andehri East Close to Airports, both International and Domestic The staff are friendly and security is very tight The rooms are very large and have great bathrooms, even though the bathrooms are basic, they are clean The only irritating thing is that the elevator makes a noise whenever someone uses it. This got very irritating and I told the reception staff, who mentioned they could move me if I wanted to
