Fabulous hotel and even better with the swimming pool and facilities at the rear of the hotel compared to last time.
Excellent
It was amazing experience. Enjoyed every moment.
Most amazing hotel ever.
Excellent stay here!
Excellent all the way in all aspects.
Burj Al Arab is really the best worldwide hotel. This is why many people call this hotel 7 stars. Despite the high price, it is worthy all. Rooms are amazing, unforgettable, super comfortable, huge size, and with great views around. Restaurants are at top world quality. Breakfast buffet by the sea was the best we have been, with a high personalized attention, with almost all “a la carte”. You really feel like a”king” in this hotel. We will recommend it to friends, family members, and everybody else. No one could be better! We want to highlight the attention we received from Ulises at front desk since the beginning to the end of the stay. He was all the time pending on our needs and wishes. Everything with him ran smoothly and fast. Thanks a lot Ulises, we won’t forget you. Our butler, Mr. Abhinav, did an excellent job since our arrival at floor 20th. He was pending on all for us. Bottom line, we don’t think that there is another hotel better than Burj Al Arab worldwide. Thanks.
I just need to complain about the front gate security, no help ! I was there with a tour bus send us there at the date of check in hotel, after loaded my luggages and standing outside hotel for almost 40mins under the sun and ask for security to help to call to get in with luggage’s but nobody care!
I paid for a panoramic suite and they gave me an “upgrade” to a 2 bedroom suite which is definitely not what I wanted! I only have 2 people so it’s totally unnecessary to give me 2 bedrooms. I wanted the floor to ceiling view which is why I booked the panoramic suite. We checked in at around 1:30pm and clearly declined the “upgrade”, yet they failed to give us the original panoramic suite we booked. They have other people checking in after us and still got the panoramic room. The staff did not check with those people to see if they wanted upgrade instead. I know because my friend checked in 1 hour after me and still got the panoramic suite and the staff didn’t ask them to give them the upgrade (not that they wanted it), but my point was the staff did not try to fix the problem! They just forced us to accept a room we didn’t want and just comp our meals. But I’m not here for free meals! I feel like the staff did nothing trying to give us our original room back! Plus for a hotel with such high prestige, it should not overbook the room! Initially they said our room had “issues”, then later slipped and said they tried to get our room back but couldn’t! So obviously they gave my room to someone else! We wasted several hours trying to resolve this thus couldn’t enjoy the hotel as much as we had hoped. I am very disappointed with the staff and management!
Bucket List
Amazing service . Especially from Dior and Fraser at breakfast . Dinner had its highs and lows . Room breathtaking and very comfortable
Nice hotel
Staying at this hotel was a truly unique experience. We had a duplex suite, with lots of amenities. The upstairs bathroom had a whirlpool bathtub in addition to a great shower. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. The staff, at all stages of our stay, were polite and engaging.
Very nice place
A first rate hotel and worth it’s 7 star rating
The best
Excellent Hotel. Great service. Check in process could be better for this level hotel. Staff and service excellent. Would definitely like to go back and recommend to friends and family.
Burj Al Arab
A great experience from start to finish. From checking in to checking out. The staff could not do enough for you. Food quality was exceptional. This was our second visit and will definitely be going back again.
Me and my boyfriend visit for the first time dubai and stayed in this hotel for his birthday and OMG it was definitely better than expected. An unreal experience and it was definitely the most beautiful suite and hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff was great, easy and fast to check in, everything was just perfect. Hotel is definitely a 7 star!
No wonder it is a 7 star hotel. It should be a 100 star hotel. Wow.
Amazing, amazing , amazing. Hospitality and amenities were beyond 5 stars. Speechless
The property itself is unique, the staff and their services are all excellent! The best of the best!
No wonder it is a 7 star hotel.
The best hotel ever!!!
It’s huge but some stuff are not available for a 7 star hotel
The Burj Al Arab is an iconic hotel, offering the perfect getaway with its luxurious suites, stunning views, and personalized butler service, making it a once-in-a-lifetime experience that was truly worth it! We felt like royalty from the moment we entered to the moment we left!
Would like to have the room earlier
Amazing!
Good. Took the tour prior as well. Parking takes time to retrieve car. Not a kid friendly hotel. Pools and most restaurants are not for kids. Better for couples
What a hotel!
A truly amazing experience. Thank you to Ulysses for greeting me upon arrival and showing me around. All the staff were amazing, food was excellent, service was out of this world and let’s not forget the suites. Wish I could spend more nights there. Every penny was worth it! Would love to go back again. Thank you to everybody for making my dream come true!
Amazing! 7 stars indeed.
Great everything
Very nice hotel to stay
Very nice hotel definately above average i Dubai
The rooms are incredible. It has been the best hotel i have stayed at.
Nice building but the valet staff is incredibly unprofessional. I couldn’t believe they were cursing, yelling at taxi drivers and paying little attention to guests . I felt like I was at extended stay near south beach. Also- check in is slow. Really slow. It took us 30 mins just to check in. This is supposed to be a luxury hotel. Average 3 stars.
Phenomenal experience beyond our expectations. Thanks to all Burj al Arab Team for making it happen. Keep up the great work
Hospitality was very good.
Unique location. Being by the water away from the city center is a plus for holiday. Excellent facilities. Outstanding staff/service. Decor is very “Las Vegas” glitzy and may seem less than elegant to some. Apparently they don’t double check work of housekeeping prior to releasing room. We found a nail file behind the door in the second bathroom. Some furnishings are a bit worn (dusting lampshades daily likely leads them to be off kilter). Some room lights didn’t dim properly like the others indicating bulb replacement was needed but had not been noted. So outstanding in many ways but not absolute perfection as a standard. Some delays for services.
Hotel worth every star. Staff is incredibly helpful, with every language spoken that could be imagined, diversity in very much appreciated. We had family visiting and process was smooth and straightforward. Floor concierge went above and beyond to assure we had everything needed and felt comfortable, with response time within minutes. Breakfast was delicious. We certainly will come back.
Very comfortable furniture, well designed, variety of restaurants, gold cappuccino. Service at check in was terrible. Varvara was rude and ignorant. We asked for a quiet room away from elevator numerous times, but she was arguing with us trying to assure that there is no noise from elevator. She put us into a room by elevator that we had to change later.
Sorry to say that this hotel has gone backwards over the last 5 years. The breakfast restaurant was awful, cramped and dirty. Service was average at best. Definitely not the place for families. Only one lift working at peak time for breakfast. English language levels were poor overall. Whole place is crying for a revamp. I hope one day it’ll improve as it’s an iconic venue. Won’t be back for a very long time
So beautiful but the alcohol drinks are so expensive 80 us$ for a glass of champagne 50 to 60 for a Martini
Alles war einfach unbeschreiblich das beste Hotel das wir je besucht haben der Service Sauberkeit alles nicht zu beschreiben
Once is enough
Have stayed previously, so you know what you are getting, fantastic service as always, especially from Tariq who looked after us,
BAA lives to its reputation,it has unique and distinct flavor. From arrival to departure the process was smooth and efficient.
We had an amazing stay at Burj Al Arab's panoramic suite! The Rolls Royce pick-up and city tour were luxurious, and our concierge made check-in a breeze. The view from our room surpassed expectations, and the amenities added to the exquisite experience. December offered fantastic outdoor options, including pools, the beach, and Wild Wadi’s Waterpark. The Talise Spa's Royal Rose Journey massage was a highlight. However, a small setback occurred at Al Muntaha restaurant, as it doesn't allow children under 8, impacting our anniversary plans. We opted for La Perle's show instead, a mesmerizing substitute. Despite this hiccup, our stay was exceptional. We rate it 5 stars, grateful for the helpful staff. Planning a return for a milestone celebration – Burj Al Arab stands out among luxury resorts, highly recommended for an extraordinary stay!
It was good stay. I have been in better hotels than this if compared.
Working staff are good.but front staff are not professional. Maybe i expected 7 star service quality.
Staff is very friendly. The hotel is definitely shlwing its age. Especially in the room. Definiwell overrated. “been there, done that ” kind of hotel. Many other resorts ib dubai are far superior .
Honestly the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in so many hotels the start to finish it was a nitemare please don’t be fooled by this hotel it’s joke
When you walk through the door the service is 7 Stars and all the staff were amazing to the Butler on 2nd floor to the buggy driver Dharamjit, to Sal Team Nitish and all his team were all amazing to the breakfast team thank you Team
This was our third stay here. The property is fabulous although rooms are looking a little tired and dated now. The room amenities were certainly much better and more luxurious on our previous two visits, in 2017 and 2019. This time there was no luxury, complimentary, beach bag waiting for us in the room, nor was there a box of dates and bottle of wine. There was still a lovely 50mm bottle of eau de toilette in the bathroom but the shower cap, toothbrush and other amenities were all far inferior to the last visits. On a positive side the new beach front Sal restaurant was fabulous with great staff. The pool area staff were also all very friendly and helpful. More negatives: There were definitely too many people from outside around the pool. It used to be for the exclusive use of guests with just a few outsiders allowed in. It is definitely the place to go if you are into instagram. We are not. Most people in the pool were filming themselves on their phones rather than swimming. We were not allowed to use a normal camera as it was deemed too intrusive. Rather ironic in view of the fact that most people were videoing everything on their phones. It is also the place to go if you are into Botox and very skimpy swimwear! We are not. Would we return to this hotel? Probably not unless it has a complete refurb. Rumours around are that it will close soon for a complete refurb. If you want real luxury, stay at the Atlantis, the Royal. We had 3 nights there too..fabulous!
Amazing hotel with excellent service. Our stay was beyond expectations. Thanks Jumeirah
I spent my birthday here and the staff was AMAZING. I felt so welcomed and accommodated and truly loved every minute of it — special thanks to Lucas from the front desk for giving such a warm welcome and tour of the hotel room. The staff truly were some of the kindest people that went out of their way to surprise me and make sure I enjoyed my birthday. Truly worth every penny and cannot recommend it enough!
All services, including butlers and communication, are outstanding. The hotel offered complimentary bottle water, chocolate, skin care products, camel riding and many many more. We were there to celebrate our 35-year anniversary, and a little extra made a huge difference.
The service start from the first step you get in, but when the moment you check out, sorry nobody would bother you:=(
Love it😍 definitely recomended
All perfect
Definitely 7 star service!
Great facility with incompetent managers
The staff at check-in and registration including the manager of that division are absolutely incompetent if not useless. The rest of customer facing staff are outstanding, Omar provided us with world class service. I stayed at the Royal Atlantis the week before checking into Burj-Alarab and I felt like I downgraded.
Everything is unique. The staff are out of this world.
Burj Al Arab has been a bucket list item for nearly 20 years of my life. As I had never stayed in such a luxurious hotel in my life, I was extremely nervous. However, from the moment I arrived, the staff put my mind at ease and made the experience seem as if I were among friends rather than hotel staff: the 14th floor staff are truly positively outgoing people and their attention to detail was spot on. Roger, the head of concierge is a true sweetheart and helped me navigate a situation that arose due to a staff miscommunication and went above and beyond to make certain I got to see Burj Khalifa. While the hotel and accommodations make Burj Al Arab iconic, it’s staff is what makes it legendary! Thanks to all.
Excellent hotel
Very good! Thanks
Bad stay
The most beautiful hotel on planet earth! The staff are extremely welcoming and although expensive the food was amazing. Highly recommended!
Nice place I love it
Exclusive
I loved it .Great people are working there .Can’t wait to go back next summer.
An absolutely fantastic hotel. Service was second to none, and the accommodation cannot be compared to anything else, absolutely superb!
Simply the best hotel I have ever seen on earth
Amazing
Amazing stay - staff were super attentive and exceeded our expectations. Only issue was didn’t get no welcome dates, tea or wet towel
One of the best experiences of my life. Everything was THE BEST. Hospitality is unmatchable
Everything was great. Best hotel I have ever stayed at.
Definitely a 7 stars hotel
Very good. We enjoyed very much
Nice iconic building with beautiful room. Hotel staffs are super friendly especially the personal Buttler, out of the universe service. Thank you everyone at Burj Al Arab.
Amazing service, wonderful staff
Royalty treatment
The best experience ever! I really loved everything about the experience! By far the best
Best Hotel
Stayed here a few times, never disappoints. Complimentary room upgrade upon arrival each time, followed by exceptional service and amenities
The staff was extremely helpful but Vidhi and Angelica made the experience/stay that much more memorable. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
Property needs updating, the bathroom stuck like cigarettes, and the room made cracking noise all the time, like it’s falling apart, the bathroom shower made dripping noise in the drain for half an hour after shower was turned off.
when I arrived at the hotel at night, the overweight male receptionist misled me and kept me busy for hours. he said wrong high price and then, realizing his mistake, he began to lie. he was also very rude and disrespectful. since if you did this to someone staying in one of the most expensive suites, I can't even imagine how he treats anyone else. when he saw that I was paying cash money, he started asking me for more things all the time. he raises his voice from time to time. Look, this guy even asked me for a deposit when I left the hotel :D yes, he asked me for a deposit when I check out from hotel. he did it because he knew I had a plane, but I didn't pay. I only paid the minibar and transfer fee. he also took 2430 dinars. I wanted to get an invoice or any kind of paper. he said there is no need. he gave my cash but there is no any proof or invoice about it. it's a shame not to give an invoice. I will never pay cash at your hotel again. besides, there's a guy named Ramkesh in security, he's rude and act weirdly. maybe he drinks too muck alcohol. When I went to the beach, the towel boy couldn't find my room number and name, they made me try for an hour. then they found my information. If you want to 3star hotel experience with high price you should go. they are all SCAMS. Also building is very old. Rooms are not comfortable. service is ZERO. worst experience ever.
As soon as you step on the property you are in their zone, a safe, secured, luxury, service minded zone. The hotel is everything that has been written about it, from the rooms, lobby, pool area, and service.
World class hotel! Excellent service!
Best property i have stayed in the world
their 7 star rating is well earned, you are treated like royalty, there is a high price for a stay but worth it
Amazing!
If you want to feel a king...
The service is abselutly amazing. After being in a several luxerious hotels that I was dissapointed by, I was carefully looked for failures in this hotel, as at the begining it looks perfect. After trying hardly do find some defects, the only one I found was that the massage head shower in the side wall were not in a good shape, but it doesnt made me feel bad as this place is really perfect. If you eant to feel a king, this is the place for you.
AMAZING STAY
WONDERFUL STAY,ALL FACILITIES ARE EXCELLENT.
The hotel is not flexible with reservation. I called way more that 72 hours ahead because i had missed my flight and they were inflexible with moving my reservation
The hotels duty manager a ms hassa is terrible to deal with I got food poisoning and she acted to humiliate me by medical examination s of which she wanted me to pay for over £700 every minute there was someone coming to frisk me for money,ms hassa had no sympathy for what I went through , I had to keep chasing her over and over to get a response she was just not interested In my well being.if u decide to stay in this hotel keep away from her find another manager.she is a liar she first said she waive the cost of the food that got me sick than came back after my constant chasing decide no she wasn’t going to.there food made me sick !!!
Awesome place, friendly, polite and respectful staff . Food amazing . I love this place
The best hotel in the world A
The Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Dubai is a very beautiful hotel
We did stay in this property for 3 nights, suite # 612 . Overnight every 5 minutes some noise comes from air conditioning or blinds, really we had experience with barely any sleep at all, we did told our butler and the Manager apologized with little Gift!! We hope they will change the room , to have little good night off sleep! Thank you.
The best hotel ever!!
This is a very special hotel. It is beautiful, the suites are huge and the staff is very helpful and always available. Of course, this comes at a price, but staying there is a unique experience.
