Very nice hotel! Clean and modern, eco friendly. Lovely swimming pool with stunning view. Location is great near to train station. We enjoy the time spent there.

Very child friendly so suitable for young families like ours. Highlights were the pool, filtered water tap in the room and location of the hotel.

Rooftop bar and pool is beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Rooms were clean beds comfortable and views were excellent.

The hotel was very nice, beds are comfortable and the Roma are very quiet overnight. The staff was very nice and checked us in at 8:00AM as we had just arrived from a 16 hour flight.

Lovely hotel and gorgeous pool. Wonderful location. The only reason I gave it a 4 was that it took 3 days, and a request from us, for them to mop up a stain on the floor. The stain was there when we arrived.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and this experience was as good as the first time. The rooms are quiet, a good size and well equipped. The staff are helpful and friendly. We could not extend our stay with a late check out but were free to use the roof top facilities and the lounge areas. Perfect.

JEN Singapore is located on a very convenient area. Attached to a mall, and accessible subway at the basement level. You don't have to go far to do your shopping, travelling, eating. Four levels of food court just below the hotel!!! Makan restaurant in the hotel has a superb breakfast buffet!!!

It's a crazy hotel, when you enter you go in the lift to the 10th floor for reception? The room is not very big, but you have to remember that you are right in the center of Singapore. We had a great view of the whole bay. Breakfast was utterly chaotic, nowhere to sit and items had run out. Love the robots wandering around though.

Great hotel and stay. The disappointing issue was being dropped off a few car lengths away with your luggages and receive no support from the hotel to take your luggage from drop off to level 10 reception. close to the reception desk nice carpet meant that it was difficult to move luggage. If someone had offered the trolley on the ground floor it would have been so much easier. Staff and services were all otherwise great. Pool is fab, environment is also great. The location is central for all sights, but proximity to the mall means convenience and a bit crowded. there was a metro in the basement level and a bus across the road. Overall, a fantastic location.

Good location for exploring the city.

Great location, right next to the MRT and situated in part of the Orchardgate shopping mall. Perfect for exploring the city. Rooms clean, with good amenities but maybe a bit on the basic side. The hotel offers a Robot Room Service, whilst we didn’t use it, it was in the lift with us one day after a drop off and adding a little fun. The breakfast was really good, offering a wide range of choice. Negatives, check in was a little rushed and basically ‘here’s you keys get on with it’. If you wanted to add breakfast you had to do it 24 hours in advance otherwise you would be charged more. The decking on the rooftop pool is extremely slippery- one lady fell over while we were there.

It is an OK hotel, close in Orchard Road and the subway, but rooms are too small and hotel is expensive for the type of service it provides. But now days hotels are very expensive in Singapore It is a fine hotel to stay a few days

We had an amazing experience in this property. Very convenient. It is connected to the mall and MRT station. The staff are very helpful, shout out to Ms. Ira who made our checkin smooth and stress free. We arrived at noon and the checkin is at 3pm, we left our luggage at the reception and were also able to use their changing facility on level 19 to freshen up so we can start to browse the area while waiting for our check in time. The breakfast option is great, food are delicious. Were glad we opt in for it. Best part is their overlooking rooftop bar and pool. Overall, this property is highly recommended.

It was very good experience to stay at JEN orchardgateway for 5nights. Very close to every orchard malls. Their roof top swimming pool is clean and well managed. The view is very nice and clear without interupt of other buildings. Probably will be back to stay at JEN

The property is in a very good location. The main problem is that the hotel lobby is very small and there are no many chairs for sitting.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay at hotel Jen. This is my second time staying here because I love how convenient it is. Somerset station is right downstairs and I can easily hop onto MRT to go places. The only negative thing I would say is the missing partition between the bathroom and the room. It was there the first time I stayed here. It gives more privacy to the bathroom. Other than that, everything was wonderful. My kids loved the rooftop pool.

Experience is good, room is clean, good variety of amenities, swimming pool is big enough, there's kids pool as well. Location is excellent for shopping.

The hotel location is in the center of Singapore with easy access to all the tourist attractions. It’s also adjacent to the Orchard mall with tons of options for dining and shopping making this hotel and favorable option for families with small children. It was super easy and affordable to call a Grab car or taxi. No need to rent a car. This staff is amazing, they literally turn down the room and vacuum every day. The roof top pool and restaurant is awesome. You have spectacular views with an infinity pool that has jets to massage your body. Five star accommodations and service. Will stay here if we ever return to Singapore.

Great hotel in Orchard

Service is great and efficient. The checkout staff noticed my dissatisfaction as I was waiting a tad bit long and gave me a box of chocolate upon checkout. Few things to note: AC is motion sensored, it can get hot at night when no motion is detected. Phone network is cut off as soon as you enter the room and am “forced” to use the hotel wifi instead. TV keeps turning off by itself when changing channels. Check in counter and concierge can have more staff during peak check in and check out hours. Thanks for hearing out and appreciate your team.

Very nice stay at Jen orchardgateway shangri la. We used the club room and can highly recommend this.

Thank you so much to the staff at this hotel. We arrived unwell from our previous travels. The staff caringly looked after myself and my mother. Would definitely go back again to a wonderful place with a beautiful rooftop view and the best staff we have encountered.

Pool are in repairs,Not too many lounge chairs to relax. Breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet over price. Towels in rooms show heavy usage .

Great location to access marina bay sands and Sentosa island by short, cheap taxi rides. Hotel was clean and well equiped, staff were very helpful and friendly. Stayed in a deluxe family room which was perfect for our family of 4.

The room is big and clean and it’s located right on orchard road. Very convenient to access to the MRT station. It’s fully covered so it doesn’t matter if it’s rain or shine, you can access to the MRT and shopping center connected to it. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Very modern, immaculate hotel. Rooms large with great views of the city skyline. Rooftop pool/bar is great but slightly spoiled by maintenance work to the decking during the day.

They have complimentary use of the shower room after checking out which was ideal considering the hyper humid weather in Singapore.

We loved the view, the pool, the staff, and the service. The location was excellent. For example, when the duvet cover was completely torn, the staff was there quickly to fix it and left some chocolates as an apology! Unfortunately, I stepped on glass in the hotel room on the last night of our six night stay. We had not brought any glass into the room during those six nights. If the room had been vacuumed properly, this should have been caught. Sadly, I did not give the hotel staff a chance to make up for this error, as our flight out was early the next morning, but I would hope that the hotel invests a little more in their housekeeping to prevent ripped linens and glass in the carpets.

Hotel's location is really convenient. Rooms are clean and items are all in working condition. Staffs are friendly. Good for old and young.

Best moderate priced hotel on Orchard Road in Singapore as there is the OG/OC shopping mall next door and very convenient MRT station. Singapore has a lot of rain daily at 3pm and it is very nice to be situated indoors with the promixity of this hotel to Grab and other taxis.

amazing location and lovely roof top pool. what set it a part was their staff at check-in. we had landed late and they made our long day so much easier with a fussy 5yr old.
