Good standard 4 star. Breakfast very good, but very busy which the team managed well. Shops galore around the brought. Subway directly below the hotel, well connected. 1-2mile walk to the centre. Nice room, clean and bright.

Easy access to the hotel from the MYR/Bis network. All staff really helpful with Lounge access being a real plus.

Jen was very convenient and perfect location. Our room was extremely comfortable. Very clean and quiet. The pool was amazing along with all the other amenities. Would stay here again

Great

The hotel is conveniently located above the MRT train station that will take you anywhere in Singapore. There are a lot of shope and restaurants just on the ground floor of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in a large shopping district and very walkable. The rooms are nicely appointed. The breakfast buffet was the largest we experienced on our trip. They also offer a dinner buffet as well. The pool area offers a great view and was very enjoyable, with nice loungers and areas to relax. We would definitely return if coming to Singapore in the future!

The most attentive service ever, staff going out of their way to accommodate every request and even guessed at our needs before we mentioned them.

It was satisfactory

Very nice, clean, quiet boutique hotel. We were allowed to checkin early since the room is already available. Marina Bay Sands view is a plus. Staff are friendly and courteous, excellent breakfast selections, very convenient to travel within the city either via grab or mrt (somerset station) and just right beside the Orchardgateway mall, so lots of dinning and shopping options. Will stay here again if ever we wiil come back to Singapore and will recommend to relatives and friends.

Great city stay - Singapore

Stayed three nights with my sister. The location was great and just really liked the feel and comfort. The roof terrace with bar and pool was also a plus. Great option with views across the city

Had a couple days in Singapore before a cruise. It is essentially in a shopping center that keeps my wife happy. Has a rooftop pool. Rooms comfortable. Subway in basement of shopping center. Very convenient.

Close to MRT and shopping

Best hotel for metro access: therefore the best hotel base to explore the country. Reasonable rates for good quality. Very good bed, ok shower, great to have filtered drinking water on tap. Surprised to have Club level room yet no bath robes. Whilst we were there (3 days) the reception team were constantly overwhelmed: they put on a brave face but it was tough for them and not a great customer experience.

Staff is not as friendly as most hotels in Singapore

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location was excellent we enjoyed our stay very much.

The washroom has no area to change clothes, only a sliding door to cover. We found hair in the shower tub. The scene has been blocked by another building.

The facilities are excellent and the service is superb.

Good hotel with improved service needed

Check-in and room condition were satisfactory, and housekeeping was excellent. However, I was very disappointed with the service provided by the front desk staff, Ira, during check-out. I had requested my invoice to be sent via the hotel robot between 8am and 830am, as confirmed both during check-in and in a call the night before. Unfortunately, it was not delivered, and I had to go to the front desk to retrieve it. The line moved slowly, and when it was my turn, Ira realized the invoice had not been properly sent. What was most disappointing was her lack of an apology for the inconvenience caused or acknowledgment of the delay. Instead, she explained her side of the issue without addressing my concerns. When I pointed out the absence of an apology, she smirked, which I found unprofessional and dismissive. As a loyal guest who stays at Hotel Jen over 60 nights a year, this experience was below the usual standard. I hope the hotel will work on improving follow-through with guest requests and ensuring front desk staff respond with professionalism and empathy.

Second time staying, automated check-in wasn't working, long wait. Very clean and great location.

The staff is very accomodating and provided help to book taxi to explore the city.

A great position above Somerset MRT station. Lovely rooftop pool area with views of tbe city. Well presented club lounge with good food options. Definitely would recommend.

Fantastic holiday - absolutely one of the best rocking hotels in orchard in Singapore. Would love to have the return to this hotel.

Right by shopping center at the start of Orchard. Must take elevator twice to get to your room was quite annoying. Very small rooms. Breakfast was just plain okay.

Great location and service

We love staying in this hotel, is the second time. The location is great because you are at an MRT station literally, don't even have to go out to the street to get in the MRT. There are many things to eat around, great location. Service is very good, we love the pool, rooftop with a great view to relax after a busy day.

Beautiful convenient hotel to stay

The hotel is in a great central location and there are both MRT stations and taxi stands nearby. I appreciated having the mall next door to grab a quick bite or stop by the 7-11 for a SIM card. The thing I appreciated most was that I was able to get access to our room early in the day which was great as we had taken a red-eye and desperately needed a nap. I know that's not guaranteed by any hotel but they somehow made it happen!

This is a nice hotel in a great location. The pool deck is fantastic and the club lounge is also good. The rooms are a bit better than average. There are two issues - the hotel starts on the 10th floor so it means two lift wells to get to your room and the lifts are slow. The other issue is that the breakfast buffet is loud and disorganized. We had to queue to get in and couldn’t wait to get out.

The hotel is in the heart of Orchard road, next to Subway, the staff are super friendly and kindness. The cleaning team is super quick respond to any of request. Also Jeno and Jeni these two robots are so charm and smart. We love Jen and always stay in this hotel any time we be in Singapore.

Busy location

This hotel is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants around. However it is quite busy and not the most relaxing accommodation. The main problem is the room is rather small with little room for luggage and packing. The other issue was the smell in the room, esp. when AC is running slower and the fan is pushing out very stuffy musky air. The duct probably need a proper cleaning.

Really nice hotel, generous and varied breakfast, no issues with noise but above shopping centre and metro station so super convenient. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice roof top swimming pool, although it gets very busy and all the seating gets taken from the morning. Nice to have cocktails by the pool with great views of Marina bay sands hotel and in general great views.

Told them I was checking out a day early at the time of checkin, was told it wasn’t a problem. Refused to honor that request at check out. Will never stay there again!

My overall stay was excellent at Hotel Jen. It is easily accessible to MRT and a lot eateries at the same building. However the waiting time to take the lift during peak hours is really bad.

The Jen orchard Gateway is a conveniently located property, with shopping centre attached, and MRT somerset below. Property is clean, some rooms are on the smaller side but still comfortable, this time we were upgraded to an executive king, so it was roomier then previous stays. Down side , currently building works across the road can be noisy if you like to rest up during the day and your room is located on that side of the building. Buffet breakfast is probably one of the best i have had in all my travels, with a huge range of offerings catering for many different tastes. I would be more than happy to stay at Jen again :)

Very nice hotel! Clean and modern, eco friendly. Lovely swimming pool with stunning view. Location is great near to train station. We enjoy the time spent there.

Very child friendly so suitable for young families like ours. Highlights were the pool, filtered water tap in the room and location of the hotel.

The hotel was very nice, beds are comfortable and the Roma are very quiet overnight. The staff was very nice and checked us in at 8:00AM as we had just arrived from a 16 hour flight.

In the heart of everything and only an elevator ride to many modes of transportation. The pool the was highlight! Very quiet and comfortable rooms as well. Will stay again.

Gorgeous

Lovely hotel and gorgeous pool. Wonderful location. The only reason I gave it a 4 was that it took 3 days, and a request from us, for them to mop up a stain on the floor. The stain was there when we arrived.

This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel and this experience was as good as the first time. The rooms are quiet, a good size and well equipped. The staff are helpful and friendly. We could not extend our stay with a late check out but were free to use the roof top facilities and the lounge areas. Perfect.

JEN Singapore is located on a very convenient area. Attached to a mall, and accessible subway at the basement level. You don't have to go far to do your shopping, travelling, eating. Four levels of food court just below the hotel!!! Makan restaurant in the hotel has a superb breakfast buffet!!!

Amazing stay and highly recommended! From check-in process to the room, all exceeded expectations. Optional breakfast was delightful and delicious! Would stay again!

Chaotic

It's a crazy hotel, when you enter you go in the lift to the 10th floor for reception? The room is not very big, but you have to remember that you are right in the center of Singapore. We had a great view of the whole bay. Breakfast was utterly chaotic, nowhere to sit and items had run out. Love the robots wandering around though.

Great hotel and stay. The disappointing issue was being dropped off a few car lengths away with your luggages and receive no support from the hotel to take your luggage from drop off to level 10 reception. close to the reception desk nice carpet meant that it was difficult to move luggage. If someone had offered the trolley on the ground floor it would have been so much easier. Staff and services were all otherwise great. Pool is fab, environment is also great. The location is central for all sights, but proximity to the mall means convenience and a bit crowded. there was a metro in the basement level and a bus across the road. Overall, a fantastic location.

Good location for exploring the city.

Great location, right next to the MRT and situated in part of the Orchardgate shopping mall. Perfect for exploring the city. Rooms clean, with good amenities but maybe a bit on the basic side. The hotel offers a Robot Room Service, whilst we didn’t use it, it was in the lift with us one day after a drop off and adding a little fun. The breakfast was really good, offering a wide range of choice. Negatives, check in was a little rushed and basically ‘here’s you keys get on with it’. If you wanted to add breakfast you had to do it 24 hours in advance otherwise you would be charged more. The decking on the rooftop pool is extremely slippery- one lady fell over while we were there.

Standard hotel on Orchardroad

It is an OK hotel, close in Orchard Road and the subway, but rooms are too small and hotel is expensive for the type of service it provides. But now days hotels are very expensive in Singapore It is a fine hotel to stay a few days
