Good for the value, but hair dryer in room wasn’t working and room without window that I realized after I unpacked as there was a curtain on the wall that fooled me

This property is 20 to 25 minutes away from the airport. 3 miles? Really Expedia you can do better. $20 dollars for a taxi to get there and YOU MUST PAY $30 FOR A CAR BACK TO THE AIRPORT. The room has a bottom sheet and a top blanket.NO TOP SHEET. The food is deplorable. Breakfast is boiled eggs and french fries. Disgusting PLEASE DON'T BOOK THIS ROOM!??!

Inadequate lighting in the room. Cold shower. Never got beyond slightly warm. Jackhammer at 2:20 am!!! Unbelievable. I know, it was cheap but I could have done with washing my hair, and not waking up to a jackhammer in the middle of the night, right outside my window.

The property is listed as 3.5 miles from the airport. Reality, more like 30 miles. It's on a really noisy street and I didn't get to sleep until 3:00am. The taxi ride there was 17 Euro. The way back to the airport was 30 Euros for a car because there are no taxis in the town. Expedia really missed the mark on this one. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Close to Istanbul airport. Manager was very prompt to respond via WhatsApp. Arranged transportation to/fro airport via paid private transfer van. Our timings were in the middle of the night and the van was on time and prompt. Met our needs for a few hours of rest between flights

The room smelled of smoke , the carpet was very stained and dirty, the towels did not look clean. Reception staff did not smile only this young boy attended to us who gave us his door key till we checked out in the morning as we were only given one amongst 5 people. Got reception to call taxi for us in the morning and they charged an extra 200 lira as there commission according to our taxi driver who also was angry about this and wanted me to put it in my review.

It was by a road side and was little noisy when sleeping.

Close to IST airport, has buses going to airport regularly, staff is amazing and helpful.

Budget hotel (definitely not 4 star),helpful staff

Hotel was okay-ish, definitely not 4-star. Build is of poor quality eg tiles are broken in the lift and bathroom. Carpets didn't seem clean. In our room, bathroom exhaust didn’t work. it also had no window plus the bathroom and room doors have small gap at the bottom which reflects poor design for airflow management. On the good side, staff was helpful. Our room A/C didn’t work and they fixed it fairly quickly on both days. Location is closer to airport meaning you have to plan properly how to get to main city/tourist attractions. Hotel is in small town so you get to experience that which for us was a plus. It would take you good 1.5hours to get into sultanahmet type areas so do consider that when planning. They do offer Istanbul tours at the hotel but we had our own plans so didn’t try. Breakfast was okay but very limited options - half of the table was olives and cheese with boiled eggs, bread and coffee. Overall an okay budget hotel, though probably not for families!

Liked that area was super busy.... bustling to be miles away from Istanbul city center.... I'll start visiting here yearly!!

Clean and okay. The only reason for the low review is the smell of cigarettes. I requested a non smoking room but could smell smoke from the lower floor. Otherwise very central, nice staff and average stay, but very cheap prices for stay which is a good reason to chose the hotel. And only 15 min away from the new airport (IST).

The hotel is getting old and showing is age needs maintenance and renovation- as the tiles throughout the bldg are broken. It was a quick overnight layover stay for us. We couldn’t see staying there for more than a couple of days. Location is 15 mins from IST airport and check in and check it was easy.

There was a bad humidity smell in the bathroom and it looked very bad. It needs to be remodeled.

False advertising. There is no airport shuttle. Trying to scam customers to pay 50 euro for their taxi service when taking any taxi from the airport is way cheaper.

Nice, neat, clean place. Friendly staff and ambiance. Good place to stay for especially travelers. I stayed one night before my flight from Istanbul Airport. The distance to the airport is about 20 minutes. There are restaurants and cafeterias to hang out close by the hotel.

The website has a false ad. about free shuttle. Airport information says that there no shuttles at all from Airport to hotel. They offer $50 cab round trip. The cleanliness is not the best.

The staff was very accommodating. We had an early check out and they went out of their way to get us breakfast. We had a private tour of Istanbul arranged by the front desk and we had fun.

Being picked up at the airport was chaotic and I didn't like paying 30 euros for a 15 minute ride in a cramped minibus. The lock in our hotel room broke and I had to take my camera with me when having breakfast. I would not use this hotel again.

Not far from the hotel, there is a mall Avlu34, you also can have very tasty food there, and have some shopping. Also there is a Defacto not far from the hotel, Arcan burger, Sok, Bim, and a very good shop of textile (towel, table cover, bed cover), different things for the kitchen.

About a5 minutes from IST in a smallish town. A few local restaurants and markets. Breakfast was better than expected. Okay to spend a layover night. Good value. Good staff.

It was not as close to the airport as its name suggests. It was over 20 minutes away. The hotel itself is more like an old, dated motel. Date decor, well used linen. That said, the price is in keeping with its state, so it didn't disappoint, nor did it blow me away.

The hotel was really nice and clean. Staff made us feel welcomed. We’ve had a 16 hour layover, so we only used it for about 10 hours. We also took a 4 hours tour of Istambul. Ask the receptionist. The guide was really nice and funny. We’ve had a great time…in short time. Thank you very much, Romeo.

Good place to stay for an early flight

This hotel works fine for an overnight stay between flights. Staff were friendly and accommodating - they invited me to have breakfast prior to the opening time to make an early flight. Room was clean and everything worked. I was ripped off by a taxi driver coming from the airport. Make sure you agree on the price before hand (150 tl max) and don't take the toll road.

Location is good close to the IST Airport but, bathrooms are so dirty good I need it only for one night otherwise For sure I look for another one instantly. Breakfast was a plus. Cigarettes odor so strong

It was so shabby I didn’t even stay! There is another hotel, closer to airport and better called the same thing! Very deceiving posting.

We wouldn't rate this property over a 3/5. The reality did not measure up to picture we saw on wotif. The presentation and fitout was below par. We were also subject to a taxi scam in which we were hard selled a pre booked return trip the next morning at more than three times the going rate.

One night stay at Istanbul

It is a decent place. It takes about 35 min from the airport. Located at a very busy street. Okay place for a night

The room smelled terribly of cigarettes. The window in the room didn’t close properly. The shower smelled of moist and the water didn’t dry in the shower overnight. Don’t recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and cozy. We found the staff helpful and friendly. The lady at the front desk spoke great English and was of great help in resolving a scheduling issue that was my fault. My wife and I enjoyed the included buffet breakfast.

For the price, a great choice to stay overnight, not far from the airport (but you will need a taxi), shuttle is not always available and you will have to pay a fee

Stayed for 1 night before the flight. Everything was okay just unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Staff was helpful.

Probably would not stay here again. The shower was so tiny and dirty. I was also able to use my keycard to open another guests door! I felt a bit unsafe. However the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Nice breakfast with different olives and cheese is good. However there was no toothpaste in the bathroom which I assume suppose to be by default.

Nice Hotel in a centric street!

It’s close to the airport and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is very beautifully designed, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is big and has everything you need. You also get complimentary water and tea. Highly recommend this place if you need to sleepover near the airport waiting for a transit flight! There’s also a great fruits place and restaurant right next to the hotel

Budget Airport Overnight Room Stay.

Room comfortable enough but noise from lift motor resonnates through the hotel and room, operating continually through the day and night.

This “hotel” shouldn’t even be an option to book. I’m not even sure where to begin, but I’ll start by saying that my partner and I travel A LOT. One of the must-haves we look for in a place to stay is cleanliness and this place didn’t even skim expectations (I thought maybe it would as the reviews could have been worse). The sheets had stains and some sort of crusty stuff on them. The carpet on the floor needs replacing - stains everywhere, which made feeing comfortable leaving our luggage open on the floor difficult. It smelled terribly like cigarette smoke - it was clear the previous guests were smoking - and this was confirmed by the cigarette ash on the telephone next to the bed. And there appeared to be mold in the shower. We were only in the room for about 4 hours to take a nap and a shower before leaving Istanbul, but I think we could have saved $40 and just gone to the airport and got a sleep pod. On top of it, some futbol team was getting “massages” next door and the noise levels were crazy right up until about an hour before we had to get up. The team pretty much told us to expect noise, no other option for quiet. Spare yourself and just stay in a nicer place further from the airport and spend the extra time in transportation, or get the airport sleep pod. Skip this place altogether.

The main problem of the hotel is the noise, there is a lot of noise from outside and from other rooms.

We stay only one night before moving to next city, not bad for one night stay, not very far from IST (Airport), local shops, restaurants / take away shops, money exchange outlets and few parks and mosques are only few steps away . Small rooms but clean - standing shower. Staff at front office was helpful- Ladies serve breakfast are nice and breakfast was good as well. I won't mind staying there aging for short period of time.

This hotel is well below average slandered and here’s some of their issues. 1. I spent 10 nights and I have to call for cleaning 2. I did received 2 room cleaning with one bed sheet changed 3. I need to asked for bathroom supplies 4. No ventilation system 5. No iron/iron board 6. Terrible breakfast services 7. Weak Wi-Fi

The hotel itself was OK it’s just the Night Shift receptionist should not be working there he is Trying his best to take extra money from customers for ordering food when it’s night out. The bathroom had a broking showerhead The night shift receptionist did not care to help or change the room. Other than that I was fine with the hotel I just hope eventually the hotel owner finds out and gets rid of the night shift Receptionist In the morning I went down to the morning receptionist told him my issue with the nation receptionist it seems like they did not seem to care

The property looks small when you arrive but once the rooms are quite nice and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They arranged my covid test in my room and ordered food for me from a local restaurant that was very delicious. Great place to stay when you have an early flight the next day. Only a 15 minute ride to IST airport and the taxi fare was under US$10.

They were not responsive to our issues and we found roaches near the coffee pot. Then the fire sprinkler started leaking so we left early.

This place is ok except that the name is misleading, its no where near the airport. It’s about 12 miles away from Istanbul international airport. I don’t know why they would advertise it as airport express hotel. The other thing is that I paid 150 lira, which is double the taxi fare, to the hotel for shuttle service to airport but when I get to the airport the driver asked me to pay him again. When I told him that I already paid to the hotel he insisted that I should pay him also because What I paid to the hotel does not include his payment.

Mediocre room

We stayed at the hotel for only two nights. We had chosen to stay there due to their proximity to he airport and because in the pictures, they had a business center and we had work to do. Upon arrival, we were told there was no such business center, they rectified the situation by letting us use another room during the day to do our online meetings separately. Unfortunately we were both locked out of our zoom meetings multiple times due to the slow internet service. Along with this, our room key didn’t work from the moment we tried to get into our hotel room so a staff member saw us in the hallway and gave us a random key he had. Oddly enough it worked on our door, however I’m hoping he didn’t give us a master key for all the doors; if so, what if I was crazy. The key slot for electricity in the room was coming off of the walls slightly so you had to push it in a certain way to keep the electricity on. There was no way to turn off the bathroom light without losing electricity completely. Finally, we needed to take a PCR test for the flight. We had plans to go to the airport to do it, however one of the front desk assistants told us the hotel had a service they could call and for 300tl, a nurse would come to the hotel, take the sample, and it would be ready in 5 hours. It sounds too good to be true. The “nurse” arrived with her mask coming off of her face, no gloves, dirty hands and was unprofessional. Then, she said the results would take over 8 hours...BEWARE

Decent hotel for the price - Only issue I had was the door doesn’t lock and in the middle of the night a member of staff decided to walk in. Not sure if this was an accident or an attempt to steal my belongings. If it wasn’t for the chair that I placed in-front of the door I wouldn’t have woken up. Except for this rather bizarre incident it’s a good place for a one night stay.
