Very friendly & helpful staffs. After yr 1st complimentary water bottles, each new water bottle, rm2.

It's clean and quiet. The only think I didn't like is that the room had no windows.

Decent hotel and surrounding areas.

Overall it was a pleasant stay and a decent hotel. There's a big supermarket nearby, a food court and a launderette, if you're up to doing your own washing... all very reasonably priced. The only issue is that you need a car to get around...or indeed a taxi, however taxis are virtually non existent for some strange reason ! So you have to use an app to get a 'grab' car.... which wasn't the easiest thing to do. I must thank the lady at reception who was very helpful and professional in assisting me .

Simple design

Room is clean and comfortable Tesco supermarket is just opp the hotel Near to eateries. Area of improvement The process of checking out is too slow due to only one staff juggling with front desk check out and room check

Overall ok

The property is in a somewhat desolate area, so you'll need your own car or willingness to take a taxi everywhere. The rooms are clean and spacious but there are already signs of poor maintenance throughout. No complaints about the stay though; we had both a connecting room (king with two twin beds) as well as a deluxe queen (two queen beds) and found them very comfortable for our family with two small children. A couple of nasi kandar breakfast options nearby; there is an Aeon mall nearby with a pretty good food court.

we can hear clearly every single words from the room next door.so disturbing.the smell is so not welcoming at the lobby.i almost faint holding my breath.the staffs are very unprofessional,they need training badly.

Perfect For A Mini Trip

We went for a wedding at Ipoh all the way from Singapore. Front Desk Were Super helpful one the early check in for one room at least as the other connecting room was not ready as we were early. Room were very clean and if you require extra pillow mineral water or toilet rolls the house keeping are helpful. It's a small hotel so breakfast is not within their hotel but opposite the hotel there's eating area, walking distance 7/11. Overall we were satisfied.

Happy stay

A very satisfied stay here. The hotel condition is good with a comfortable lobby to welcome the guest, great smile from the receptionist. Surprise that there is a lift even this hotel is just 3 stories and this make it very convenient for people who traveling with elders and big luggage. Room is big enough and toilet is clean. WiFi is fast enough. 1 thing not so good is that the sound proof can be better. Overall a very happy stay.

Good service of staff, the room are good and comfortable. Definitely will book their hotel when I have ipoh trip again.

New hotel

Pros : It’s a new hotel. Clean and quiet. Modern type. There’s a Tesco next to it and a mamak shop opposite it. Cons : Out of town area. No WiFi(we called and the receptionist said they would restart but it’s still the same).

Nice hotel that is clean and comfortable.

Located not too far from city centre. About 15 mins. Rooms are not too big but well equipped. Clean, comfortable and cosy. Newer than Indra Hotel. Around 2 years so facilities in good condition. It is just beside a 24/7 mamak restaurant though so the rooms just opposite will hear noises and music thought the night. It is convenient if you want to eat something there. Nearby is Tesco as well.

Nice & Clean Hotel, easy to access to amenities

Family stay overnight. Staff are friendly, a lot of car parks available (subject to local town council parking charges). the Shower room is equipped with big shower head so make shower more comfortable. Lift available so not need to worry to carry luggages upstairs especially family with young children.

Late check in around 9pm all my children was tired, couldn’t check the cleanliness of bed. Next morning during check out they found some small dirt on the bed. They suddenly charge me more for the reason of soap and chemicals to clean. Is make me surprise and mad not so happy, they should inform during check in so we can aware to check before.

Best environment and valuable for money hotel

I'm feeling very comfortable and peaceful to stay in the property. Not only the,environment was quiet and peaceful enough, even all their working stuff also very good manners. They talk and serve us in the polite way. I would rate them 5star if need to rate for star they qualified to scored.

Very clean hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Good location. The only thing wrong they don't provide breakfast but there is a restaurant just across the road which is very cheap.

Clean and quiet place

Thank you Su for your pleasant greeting on our arrival. The late night shift receptionist was not helpful went informing that the iron was not working. She asked me to go to the 2nd flr to use iron instead of replacing it at the 3rd flr where my room was located. The maintenace service was unable to rectify the sink blockage. He requested me to change room at the late evening but I refused. The free parking and newspaper supply was not given as stated in the details of the room. Overall the place is clean.

The room is great.. clean and neat. But the spoiled is at sound proofed room. We could hear everything outside the room..

Good Enough!

Good enough for a 3D2N stay. Room although seems small, it’s clean with basic supplies provided.

Overall it's a nice hotel with easy access to food and shopping location. Reception staff was quite helpful except I was disappointed as the 2rooms which I booked was not on the same floor and I had specially requested for adjoining rooms so I could check on my elderly relatives.

Great Budget Hotel

This hotel is clean, new and modern. The rooms are comfy with nice private showers. Coffee, toiletries and towels provided. Very basic, but all you need and reasonable prices even for budget trailers like us. Location is not the greatest if you do not have a vehicle. However, uber is super cheap to anywhere in town.

Hotel is very modern, simple and clean. Staff are very nice. Good budget hotel. Location is average. Not in walk-in distance to the downtown, but taxis and Uber are only about 10 RM.

Bloody pillow cover, receptionists in training

The hotel looked clean overall when I entered the room, but then was appalled when I lifted the comforters. The pillow I was supposed to sleep on was stained with what looked like fresh blood that still looked bright red. I immediately called for room service to replace all the sheets as I did not want to be sleeping with someone’s blood, but was instead asked twice whether I really needed to change all and not just that particular pillow cover. Housekeeper eventually changed all but did not seem happy with the request. Then I had to request for toilet rolls as I was not provided with one. Showed my booking receipt with Hotels.com to the receptionist to check in, but I was asked instead on how she could trace my booking so I taught her to trace through the confirmation number. Asked another receptionist on duty later whether to purchase parking coupon on weekends as I saw notice at their door regarding the need for parking coupon for all cars parked outside. Receptionist answered me with a “I don’t know, I’m not sure.” when this hotel was the official dealer for the parking coupon. Besides these, the hotel is quiet and cozy for stay. Hope they can improve their housekeeping and receptionists’ quality.

Value for money

Walking distance to Tesco and eateries. Getting a parking space would not be a problem. Should you came by super-bike, security available at night. Just few minutes away from North-South highway.

One of my regular hotels when in Ipoh. We only use it for showers and to sleep. It's a quiet area at night, peaceful to sleep with 24hr food shop across the street, there's a hypermarket a min's walk away which opens till 11pm. Staff react fast when we require more amenities. Towels are getting rather thin.

Cozy hotel

Clean hotel with comfy bed and nice bathroom. Mamak restaurant on the opposite makes it easy to have your meals or just to 'lepak' with friends.

Ok stay, but a bit mismatch with the price

The receptionist was friendly, room is new. However, u have to pay for the parking (to local authority), room is very dusty, tv has some satellite channels(but no kids channel); Room was a but smelly when we went in, so we opened the window and let the air in, it was fine later. View is...a back street, accross the road is offices. Road was dirty, u wouldn't want to open the window unless no choice (smell etc). Location is good, accross the road is nasi kandar, nearby has some kopitiam. Also tesco is just cross the road (didn't visit any of those) Price is not cheap, should be able to get sth better with this price( this is a boutique hotel with no breakfast not facilities) P/s: free two pack 3-in-1 coffee (taste awful though), kettle in the room. But the noodle in the cup is chargeable.

Clean and decent hotel next to Tesco

Hotel has pretty nice deco. Room is clean.Location is pretty okay- it is next to Tesco and a coffee shop. However, they don't provide slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush. There is also no breakfast or room service provided. Good if you are merely looking for a decent place to stay.

Great boutique hotel, bad location

Other than the location and lack of breakfast room, the hotel is excellent. New, modern, bright and cheery. Clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds and all amenities (except an iron, which is available in the hallway). Wifi signal is strong. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is far from the action, located in a commercial area, but there are several inexpensive local restaurants nearby as well as a huge Tesco Extra. Perfect for a business trip, but not for a holiday.
