Nice Hotel Near the Main Train Station

The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the Main station. We had a nice stay in this hotel because the owner and Ms. Sylvia were very accomodating and supportive of our plans. Sylvia even recommened two nice restaurants near the place. The steak there are superb! We had nice breakfast. Our stay is comfortable because our room is clean.

No hot water until midnight on first day, staff is ok, need more smiles. Breakfast is fair. 房间很干净但是职员很冷淡早餐单一.

Don't judge the book by its cover

A very short distance from the train station (Firenze SMN). The building of the B&B wasn't look nice but don't judge based on the building, the room was extremely perfect! Very nice very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. I can say it is even much better than some of the hotels!! Highly recommended and I would go back to this place again if it happens for me to visit florence again. Thanks for giving us the pleasant stay.

Good B&B close to centre and station

The B&B was perfect for what we needed, the price was cheap in comparison to other Florence hotels. The breakfast was a bit basic but it filled us up and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. When we were there, there was a very unhappy lady who was complaining because she wasn't able to get into the property for a long time when she arrived. On our booking it clearly said that check in was before 6pm and you had to contact the B&B directly if you were going to be late. I think she had missed this - I am mentioning this because I imagine she will leave a very negative review and I don't believe that this is a fair impression of the hotel. It only took us around 10 minutes to walk to the very centre of Florence and the walk back in the evening felt safe and it was lit the whole way back.

room was clean, bathroom was tiny. the bathroom had a bad smell on our last day, and there was nearly any water coming out of the shower, but after a while flowing water came back. hotel was about 15 minutes walk from the terminal, for us that is quite far walk dragging our heavy bags. the owner was helpful in giving us directions. neighborhood is safe to walk at night.

Good location, next to major train station and walking distance to one attractions. Clean room. Bathroom a bit dark. Breakfast could have more variety. Staff helpful. Windows open out to road, ask for non smoking room

It was to locate place. Two three such b&b at this location. Supply in the room and cleanliness need to be maintained. Breakfast is limited in varir ety and quantity. I would rather spend money in regular hotel. I was under impression as this is being a regular hotel.

10 minutes' walk to train station

Very convenient location to Florence train station if you're catching a train. The room is clean and tidy, although a bit small. The only con is the squeaky bed and it's too soft.

Light bulbs out, dust bunnies, breakfast spartan, 8 minute walk from train in the opposite direction from sights, stayed 3days with clean towels on the first, you get what you pay for. Host was nice and helpful.

Posizione discreta, servizi nulli.

Un affittacamere, le chiavi le trovi in una busta all'ingresso, e non si hanno contatti con il personale (se non telefonici). Le camere sono pulite e arredate in modo originale. Nella mia stanza il lavandino del bagno (minuscolo) era completamente tappato, ho telefonato per chiedere di sistemarlo, ma nonostante le rassicurazioni nessuno è intervenuto. La colazione viene consegnata in camera, non essendoci un'area comune attrezzata. L'abbiamo richiesta per le 7.30, ci è stata portata alle 8.20, nonostante diverse telefonate di sollecito. Ci avevano assicurato un servizio di garage con ritiro della vettura sotto il B&B, ma una volta arrivati, scusandosi, ci hanno detto che non era disponibile.

Toccata e fuga senza nulla da eccepire... piacevole e sorprendente, è un ottima soluzione per chi non si aspetta molto!

Accueil sympathique à notre arrivée vers 18h. Le responsable nous a fourni un plan de la ville et nous a indiqué le temps et la route à prendre pour accéder aux différents monuments à pied. Chambre très petite mais propre et joliment décorée. Nous logions au 3ème étage de l'immeuble, la réception et la salle de petit déjeuner étant au 1er. Accès aux différents étages et porte d'entrée par digicode. Heure de petit déjeuner un peu tardive, pas avant 8h30. Le café n'est pas en libre service, il faut demander pour être servi. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans l'hôtel pour la journée, même en ayant rendu la chambre. Le hic : des travaux en bas de la rue et donc beaucoup de bruit, de poussière et un accès un peu plus difficile.

La colazione servita troppo tardi per chi soggiorna per lavoro.

Tivemos problemas com ar condicionado que não esfriava e fez barulhos (estralos) a noite toda. café da manhã (poucas opcoes)pão branco, geléia, mantega, frutas, suco, café, capuchinho, croassaint. Fotos do hotel no site bem melhores do q o ao vivo. Excelente localização, cama, chuveiro.

不建議入住

離車站有點遠 沒有飯店招牌(可能是民宿的關係) 所以很難找到位置 淋浴設備多為故障 流水量超小 還會積水 早餐太簡單 第二天還沒有提供早餐(糟透了) 唯一的優點是服務人員還不錯 其他的都不好

Hotelli oli mukava pieni hotelli lähellä rautatieasemaa. Kadulla jolla hotelli sijaitsi on huono maine varsinkin ilta/yö aikaan. Hotelli oli helppo löytää. Aamupala ei ollut kummoinen.

喱間係一間好有問題嘅酒店， 首先，佢嘅位置係一間好有問題，官方地址錯，好難搵！ 去到按門鐘完全冇人應，於是亂按其他層數，終於入到去，入到去好黑冇燈好似鬼屋咁，到達時係一個人都冇。入住唔到。 於是去對面酒店求救，終於搵到owner,點知佢話冇我地預訂嘅資料，當時搞到就黎夜晚11點幾，仲要係星期六，當晚酒店已經冇咩房，有嘅都好貴，最後成個鐘佢都未覆我，於是只好搵貴酒店入住。 從來未試過book酒店有咁嘅遭遇！ Hotels.com 應評估一下酒店嘅質素先比客人預訂,唔係只會影響到你地自己嘅品牌！

Sono rimasta veramente contenta di questo B&B. La posizione è ottima per poter visitare Firenze. Bastano solo 5/10 minuti per poter arrivare alla stazione di Santa Maria Novella e poi dirigersi al centro. Il personale è cordialissimo e molto disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di esigenza. Le camere sono ben pulite e davvero molto carine e sopratutto moderne! Ho già consigliato ad amici questa struttura!

デザインが素敵なお部屋

多少分かりにくい場所にありますが、駅から徒歩５分ほどで立地もよく、観光にとても便利です。また、お部屋も清潔で、デザインも可愛らしく、素敵な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。女の子同士や、カップルにお勧めです。

Small and noisy. Poor WIFI quality.

The room and toilet is quite small for 2 people. Wall is too thin to prevent noise . Easily be disturbed when other guests are talking on the aisle, in public area. In-room shower place is too narrow and very easy to hit the wall while taking shower. The WIFI signal is very weak- all rooms are only shared 1 WIFI AP setup nearby the reception area. In general, unless you are budget oriented, this is not a place for comfortable experience.

Bonito no muy lejos del centro

Es un bed & breakfast acogedor, con personal muy agradable y un desayuno bastante decente a 1km del Duomo. La única pega del hotel es el ruido, ya que es un 1er piso y en las habitaciones exteriores se escucha mucho el ruido del tráfico durante la noche.

Herr Carlo war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich

Leider eines der schlechtesten Hotels, das ich erlebt habe. Herr Carlo, der Besitzer? war sehr nett und bemüht, sonst ist das Hotel ziemlich herunter gekommen. Habe für diesen Preis schon bessere Hotels gehabt.

PRECIO ASEQUIBLE CERCA DEL CENTRO DE FLORENCIA

Estancia regular, lo justo para dormir y asearse. El baño muy pequeño, anticuado y poco limpio. El desayuno correcto y el trato bueno, las zonas de paso con una decoración llamativa, pero se puede pagar un pelín más por estar un poco más cerca del centro y sobre todo mejorar la limpieza, pues para lo que ofrece no es nada barato.

Il personale disponibilissimo, camere ordinate e pulite. Nel complesso si sta bene l'unica pecca è la sua posizione un po' lontana dal centro.

Buona posizione per la visita di Firenze

E' comodamente raggiungibile in auto in quanto fuori dalla ZTL e nello stesso tempo è vicinissimo al centro della città

Ideale Lage um Florenz zu erkunden

Das B&B liegt in laufbarer Nähe zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten in Florenz. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Unser Zimmer lag im 3. Stock. Allerdings ist die Rezeption ist im 1. Stock (war zunächst etwas verwirrend). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist landestypisch. Wer mit dem Auto anreist findet in der nachbarschaft ein privates Parkhaus das mit der Unterkunft kooperiert. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

ein Albtraum

Ich hatte dieses Zimmer gebucht, weil es auf den ersten Blick einen guten und sauberen Eindruck machte.Die Horrorgeschichte begann so: man benötigt einen Zugangscode für die Haustür, falls man später als 18:00 Uhr dort ankommt. Den habe ich versucht telefonisch zu erfahren, doch der Hausherr bevorzugte den e-mail Kontakt. Kein Problem, doch meine e-mail wurde nicht von ihm beantwortet. Nicht die Erste, nicht die Zweite und auch nicht die Dritte e-mail. Ich rief also nochmal an und er versprach wieder mir in den nächsten Minuten eine e-mail mit den benötigten Infos zukommen zu lasssen. Nichts geschah! Erst nach dem dritten Anruf kam dann die ersehnte mail. Nach 19 Std Anreise endlich in Florenz angekommen, lag ein Schlüssel auf dem Sofa des Hostels für unser Zimmer. Doch die Freude werd nicht lang als wir sahen, dass das Zimmer von jemandem anders bewohnt war. Als wir den Hausherren anriefen, teilte er uns mit, dass er sich leider im Datum unserer Buchung geirrt hätte und das Zimmer leider erst am nächsten Tag frei wird. Wir haben uns dann für ein Hotel im Zentrum entschieden!

Bra service. Bra wifi. Frukosten kunde ha varit bättre. Sängen var för hård.
