Good hotel
Good hotel as was there on business clean hotel breakfast was not to good as they had lots of Chinese and I took all the food 😡
breakfast not exceptional
Average hotel. Nasty front desk receptionist.
The hotel is alright for attending a conference. Otherwise there is little to do in the area. Pomezia is just a residential neighbourhood. Most of the people who work at the hotel are nice, except for the lady who works at the front desk. I have never met any hotel receptionist as rude as her. Totally unhelpful and discourteous. I made a request to switch to another room because the shower in my room was missing a shower door. That’s right. It was missing a shower door which meant the whole bathroom floor would be wet after a shower! I understand the hotel was booked full. But she could have said, “Sorry, we don’t have any room to switch you to.” Instead she just barked, “No!” I asked again — very courteously and apologetically too — “May I make a request...” She just cut me short and shouted, “No! No! No!” I was flabbergasted. Not wanting to make a scene, I just left. That day I went and bought plastic sheeting and a roll of sellotape to create a makeshift shower curtain for myself. The rest of the room and hotel was ok. There are some decent neighbourhood restaurants in Pomezia.
Great Hotel for Pleasure and Business
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was a nice way to finish our stay.
3 day business stay
Great hotel, clean, modern rooms and friendly staff. Close to town for restaurants and shops.
Crowded mayhem
Breakfast is mediocre, the hotel overbooked and fulled with Chinese turists making noise and saturating everything
Nice and Solid
Solid hotel - clean rooms that are serviced every day, outstanding complementary breakfast.
Charming peaceful setting
My family and I had a very peaceful stay. we enjoyed our stay. Modern hotel with modern amenities.
Pretty old hotel
Pretty old hotel that needs some maintenance. Spacious room but need significant renovation to deserve 4 stars
Getting ready for Rome
Relaxing after a long flight. Close to beaches. Nice pool. Friendly helpful people.
Overall great hotel!
It was a very pleasant stay. Not the best neighborhood but overall hotel was very enjoyable!
Too hot for me
Room very hot. Air con not strong... Wifi very slow
very nice
relaxing
Good In general
Good in general - better than staying in Rome
Good for business...
A very business oriented hotel. Good for conferences. Bar staff friendly and helpful.
Good conference hotel
I attended a 4 day conference at the hotel. The facilities were very good.Everything was very clean.Staff were pleasant and helpful and patient with a large group of English speakers with little Italian.Garden area was pleasant but it was disappointing that even in hot June weather the swimming pool was not serviced and would have been very unhygienic to swim in .The food at lunch and dinner was very good breakfast was very basic some meat or cheese or yogurt or fruit would have been welcomed but this may have been due to the conference organisers .There was a separate dinning room for other guests.
ok location for business stay
The hotel was comfi enough, the room I was in had been repaired and you could see marks all over the room. Everything was working. Overall rating ok for business stay
Great hotel for everyone!
The hotel is about 30 minutes outside of Rome, which we didn't notice when booking. We searched Rome hotels and it was listed. Getting to and from the hotel and the train station was a challenge! After 3 days there, I'm still unsure the best way to travel this route. We took the train to Pomezia station and then a bus to a stop close to hotel. But we did have to walk a ways dragging our luggage and under an underpass which did not feel safe. A taxi would be better but is more expensize! The hotel is beautiful! The wifi only works in the lobby though.
Great looks but needs to pay attention to details
It is kind of hidden but once we found it we were impressed with the overall look of the hotel and our extremely beautiful room. Unfortunately, the paid Internet did not work for the 3 days we were there and the free WiFi downstairs is limited to a little corner in the back of the hotel. The pay per view movies did not work at all during the 24 hour period. We tried 6 movies and all would stop midway... click resume and it would start over. It is not walking distance to food or transportation. The Best Western website clearly says Airport Shuttle but there is not. It was 65 Euro for myself and daughter for an early taxi and 65 Euro for my husband for his late taxi. The driver was nice but we could have stayed closer to the airport for less. The elevator was broken each day so used the service elevator. The fax was broken so I could not get my boarding pass faxed to me. They gave me an email address but both conceriges on duty could not access the email. The restaurant is Amazing. We ate dinner 3 nights in a row and each meal was absolutely delicious. The restaurant made the whole stay. We did not have hot foods at our breakfast buffet we assumed that was typical since two of our other hotels during our trip also did not provide eggs or bacon (the bacon we did get was not cooked USA style so no loss). Best western really needs to correct the Airport shuttle amenity listed on their website. We will attempt to get reimbursed for our taxi to the airport due to that erroneous information.
Good for business, not so much for tourism
We stayed here because it looked like a nice hotel, and we got the price very cheap on hotels.com compared to the Best Western prices. Although it was far from Rome, the hotel said it offered a shuttle to the train station so we tried it. On the train from Rome to Pomezia, we called the hotel, but they said they didn't have a shuttle driver that day. But they could call us a taxi. We weren't interested in paying 30+ Euro for a taxi. That's why we took a bus to Termini, and a train to Pomezia/Polomba. We waited for a bus, and it took us the 8km to Pomezia and we walked 10 minutes with our luggage, a stroller and baby down a hill through a highway off/onramp with no ped x-ing and finally got to the hotel. The next day we asked for a shuttle to the train station, and again, they had no dri1ver. But we found a Cotral bus that took us to Laurentina Metro stop in Rome for 1.90 The hotel is nice, the service is pretty good, and you CAN do tourism from this hotel. But here are a few tips and facts to manage your expectations. You need to arrange for a shuttle to the train station at least 1 day before. You might have to twist their arms, but they will give you one if you persist. However they NEVER have a shuttle available in the afternoon/evening to pick you up. The hotel says they have free wi-fi and ADSL IN ROOMS, but when you try to use it it asks for 10 Euro /24 hours. I showed the hotel staff a print out of their website claim and they said they would not bill me for the internet. Breakfast is good, but we were there 3 days before we realized we needed to ASK for eggs (they are not out on the buffet). I think you can also ask for meat, but we didn't try. If you use public transportation, it realistically takes you at least 1.5 hours to get to the center of Rome whether you take the train or bus. The changing rooms at the pool were always locked, and you DO need to bring a towel from your room, because there are not not staff at the pool as advertised. However, the pool is nice, and the landscaping around it is beautiful. Some of the advertised ammenities are offered by the neighboring Olympia sport center/spa, which is near the hotel, but not part of it. You must pay extra for these services. The rooms are very nice, and big by European standards. a "comfort" room is a small room, our "executive" room was a 2 room suite with the bed in one room and a couch in the other. I don't know if this is the actual executive room, or if they just put us in a nicer one for whatever reason, but it was VERY nice. The maid service was very helpful, they came each night asking if we needed any evening housekeeping in addition to what they did during the day. All in all, it was a good stay, but if you are trying to pinch pennies, be prepared for some logistical frustration. If your company is paying for your taxi, or you have a car, then you should have no problems.
Excellent location but could be better maintained
The hotel is very good located, 5-8 min walk to many restaurants and shops. The hotel overall is good, breakfast was on some days not really what I expected! No tomato no olives, scrambled eggs were really not the appetizing to look at (just liquidy). Room walls are bit thin and not much sound proof, could hear next door guest snoring and phone calls!
Spettacolare
Spettacolare. L'hotel è molto ampio, con spa e piscina. Il personale è attento e gentile. La pulizia è impeccabile. Sono davvero soddisfatta.
Ottimo
Hotel moderno, confortevole, pulito. Parcheggio ampio e comodo. Colazione nella norma.
Rooms ok, cold shower in the morning, staff friendly. For dinner in the dark and unfriendly restaurant only a very basic plate of pasta with tomatosauce available. No starter, no desert.
buono
Esperienza tutto sommato positiva .... colazione ricca e abbondante ... menù ristorante e pietanze migliorabili...
Ottimo
Ristorante colazione ottimo.

We thought the hotel was close to the center of Rome and in the comments it said that it's close to Termini. We found out that the hotel was 40 kms from Rome and we had to take a train and a bus to get there. The hotel itself was clean and the pool section was really nice. Staff was friendly even though we had a lot of questions. Breakfast wasn't very nutritional, since it was mainly bread and bakery products. The second morning we went there at 9 am the waiters didn't fill the buffet anymore so everything was finished even though the breakfast was served until 10 am. I have to thank the housekeeping for cleaning our room and bringing fresh towels every day. Overall it was OK stay even though the location and breakfast weren't what we expected.
Molto soddisfatto
L'hotel a pomezia è carino vado spesso e mi trovo bene.
God frokost, god service, stort basseng, stille og rolig.
Ottima esperienza
Ottimo soggiorno, camere pulite e personale molto cortese. Colazione di qualità. Da ritornarci
Tranquillità
Struttura pulita e tranquilla, buon servizio
God oplevelse
Dejligt sted, og rigtig god morgenmad.
Excelente
un hotel completamente recomendable. salimos encantados muy bien cuidado Volveremos si alguna vez volvemos a Roma
Restyling
