Well located, very easy to walk around. The rooms were clean and big. I also liked the breakfast. The staff were friendly as well.

Thé hotel is in a great location, not far from the station and just a short walk from the Hotel de la Ville and lots of cafes and restaurants. I doubt that the room I was given would be standard (long corridor two rooms) but even so it was very comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast had everything you’d expect for a continental breakfast.

striking modern decor; very nice breakfast; excellent central location towels are skimpy and not worthy of this class of hotel. parking is below the hotel down a steep, curving ramp that demands caution! very convenient, but not for the faint-hearted or anyone with a large car.

All of the staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the public spaces comfortable. The wifi was a little unreliable.

The reception desk staff is very helpful and friendly! And the breakfast staff in the morning was also very sweet and helpful!

This is a very modern, attractive hotel with large, well appointed rooms and stylish common spaces. The location is slightly outside the main flow of street traffic, but in less than 5 minutes you are in an area with lots of restaurants etc. And it was nice and quite, with good air conditioning, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The one issue we had was around parking. I had specifically chosen this hotel because it listed onsite parking in the same building as the hotel. We arrived in Poitiers after a very long day of driving, so I was quite distressed to be told the onsite parking was unavailable because of construction. It turned out that the alternative option (parking in the public Hotel de Ville parking lot) was very nearby, but it was actually quite hard to navigate to, since Poitiers streets are labyrinthine. Not what I needed at that point in the trip. It ended up being fine, and and I will note that that desk staff worked hard to try and help us. But a disappointment to not have an amenity that was a specific reason I had booked the hotel.

Online description incorrect - reception is staffed, so booking in sorted quickly. Friendly staff, and liked the bowl of sweets at reception, just right when I arrived very late. Would stay again and recommend to others

Good hotel, great location near downtown. Parking is a little hard to find. Unfortunately the AC wasn’t yet turned on and it was over 28°. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

It’s a classic Ibis but very well located, the rooms are big, the breakfast room is nice and overall the hotel is clean

Perfect location, clean and comfortable

Apart from the weather, which we can't blame IBIS for, the whole weekend was lovely. We stayed for one night on NYE. It was a last minute decision and we were very glad to have chosen the IBIS Styles. Great location with only a couple of hundred metres to the Hotel de Ville square. Lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a 'carrefour' supermarket within a few minutes walk. Train station 10 mins walk. Bus stops right outside. Fab room, very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast included in price. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again

Great stay in Poitiers

V good stay, hotel allowed us to leave our bikes in their left luggage room. Liked the orange juice machine at breakfast. Would be good to have conditioner in the bathrooms.

Great hotel, with just a couple of exceptions

Very central and great design. Room was stylish and comfortable with just a couple of things that could have been better: of the 2 rooms we booked, one smelt badly of cigarettes even though a no-smoking room. The other, situated on the first floor at the back of the building did not have a window directly onto the road but onto a kind of covered empty segment of the building. This made the room rather dark and hot.

Nice hotel in fantastic location.

The hotel is excellently placed very close to the central square, with lots of shops, restaurants and bars an easy and flat walk away. The cathedral is also close by, but down a big hill. The staff are very friendly and helpful and provide maps. There are lots of leaflets about nearby attractions. The only slight downside is the parking, it is under the hotel down a very steep slope, which bends at the bottom. It was tricky in an estate car and low powered cars may find it tricky to return to the surface. The parking is connected to the hotel by a lift, as are all floors.

Fantastic location in centre of historic Poitiers. Reception so welcoming and helpful - even remembered name two hours later. Really comfortable room and great breakfast featuring real orange juice through machine. Hotel very new and for us great style thanks to staff

Stylish hotel at a good location

Stylish decor and clean, good sized rooms. Breakfast included which was plentiful. Private parking (€10 per night) is in a side street off the restricted town center zone. A challenge to find. We didn't fancy scraping our hire car on the steep ramp leading in to the car park and parked it for € 5 in the Theatre car park, 5 mins walk from the hotel.

Spent four nights in July. Very modern, well set up for families, not so good for oldies like me but staff extremely helpful, facilities clean and modern. Quiet location close to both town centre (5-6 mins) and railway/bus stations (10 mins).

Fine hotel in the centre of Poitiers

As always difficult to get to any hotel in the centre with sat-nav but once you've found it you won't be disappointed very nice receptionists, very clean and bright rooms and a simple but fine breakfast.

Good for business stay - good value for money

Although beds were comfy and rooms served the purpose in this modern hotel, I was not satisfied with the breakfast as they were not serving eggs (not even hard boiled).

Great central location

Right in the centre of Poitiers and, essentially, with it's own underground car park. This should have been 10 euro, but for some reason they didn't charge us- possibly because the place was almost empty. it's new and very comfortable at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and the buffet breakfast is excellent. The only problem is getting there as the centre is surrounded by rising traffic bollards. You have to 'phone the hotel and they will give you the code to lower them. Also the 'phone number on the booking confirmation is that of the Mercure hotel,so check the website for the correct one!

L'arrivée à l'hôtel a été laborieuse; pas de panneau indicateur pour l'hôtel ibis style; à plusieurs reprises j'ai été obligé de demander ma route; même un postier diligent m'a proposé de le suivre; arrivé rue Jules ferry toujours pas de panneau indicateur pour l'hôtel; la rue étant en sens interdit j'ai rebroussé chemin, me suis garé dans une rue annexe et me suis rendu à pied sous la pluie à l'accueil; l'employé m'a indiqué l'entrée du parking pas évidente à trouver vu la configuration des rues; l'accès dans le parking est difficile , la voie en forte déclivité; en plus on doit payer un supplément de 10 euros pour la nuitée; beaucoup de désagrément!! heureusement que je suis arrivé en milieu d'après-midi! qu'en aurait-il été à la tombée de lanuit!!!,après la fatgue du voyage c'est dur à avaler!

j'aime beaucoup cet hôtel qui est central et relativement au calme. Les chambres sont très propres et les lits confortables (je suis une habituée de cet hôtel)

Hotel en.plein centre bille avec un parking

Je suis cliente depuis presque 3 ans, a raison d’une visite par mois et des fois tous les 15jrs. La personne a l’accueil n’a pas sur s’adapter. Je suis Gold sur Hotels car je ne reserve pas via Accor. J’ai toujours eu une bouteille d’eau. Cette fois l’agent me dit que c’est uniquement pour les clients accor. Toutes mes informations sont dans le système et malgré ça elle m’a traité comme ine nouvelle cliente (l’enregistrement a pris plus de temps). Cette expérience me laisse réfléchir (ainsi que mon collègue pour les prochains 6 mois en ce qui concerne nos réservations)

Bel hôtel avec un bon rapport qualité prix dans le centre de limoges à proximité de l’hôtel de ville. Directement dans la vieille ville piétonne. Un parking situé sous l’hôtel permet l’accès à l’hôtel directement par ascenseur. Chambre twin grande avec une salle de bain vaste et dotée d’une douche à l italienne. Petit déjeuner bien achalandé. Petit demande : svp mettez de véritables sèche cheveux plutôt que ces modèles muraux si peu efficaces

Comme d'habitude quand on réserve via hotels.com ou expedia, on m'a donné une des chambres les moins confortables et les plus bruyantes de l'hôtel. Un super relai pour une rencontre familiale, lit hyper confortable qui a permis de bien récupérer avant de reprendre la route. Bien qu'on n'ai pas pu en profiter pleinement, il est idéalement placé avec un parking accessible au niveau prix... Mais attention au gros SUV l'accès physique est très limite...et je pense que l'option du parking municipal est à préférer dans ce cas ... pas loin non plus. Petit déjeuner correct, chambre à libérer à midi ce qui permet de récupérer un peu...

Très bon hôtel et bien situé

Une seule nuit du samedi au dimanche. Nous avons pris une chambre familliale qui s'est avérée etre très confortable et grande. L'hotel est situé à deux pas de l'hotel de ville, de nombreux restaurants sont accessibles à pieds.

Sejour très acceuillant, le petit dejeuner très copieux. Le seul ic est la protection de matelas plastifiée, entre le bruit au moindre mouvement et la chaleur qu'il degage, il est compliqué de trouver le sommeil. Pour autant , la qualité de la literie n'est pas en cause, elle est très confortable.

Plein centre ville : tout est à portée de vos deux pieds. La voiture est oubliée et seule la visite de cette belle ville occupe nos pensées. Joli hôtel ! Petit déjeuner de très haut niveau.

Propre et spacieux, par contre quelle chambre bizarre ? Fenêtre et porte fenêtre donnant sur une autre pièce à la moquette verte , commune aux autres chambres , avec vue au loin sur l'extérieur ? Wifi pas très stable et eau chaude dans la douche non plus.

Conscient des contraintes sanitaires j ai trouvé la preparation et le service du petit Très moyen Le parking de l hotel est difficilement accessible,mal indiqué et oblige a payer un parking centre ville

Le séjour s'est mal déroulé : une personne de la société a passé l'aspirateur en pleine nuit dans une pièce voisine de ma chambre, me réveillant au passage ... Je ne veux pas omettre que quelqu'un a ouvert ma porte à 6h avant de se rendre compte qu'un client est présent et de refermer immédiatement.

Hôtel très bien seul hic notre chambre donnait sur une salle de réception de l hôtel qui paraissait initilise mais du coup aucune vue sur l extérieure - jamais vu ça avant sinon. Le reste très bien - j y retournerais mais dans une autre chambre
