I found the hotel to be a basic hotel which is fine for the price I paid. Having said that it was perfectly clean. The only thing I noticed was the towels were well used! Maybe replacing them would help with future ratings.

Todo lo que se puede esperar de un ibis, básico pero cómodo y con lo necesito para pasar unos días. Personal amable.Está bien comunicado, junto a un centro comercial y cerca del centro de jerez aunque si hace calor como en mi caso, tuvimos que movernos en coche ya que las altas temperaturas no te permitían ir caminando a según que horas. Repetiría si vuelvo a la zona.

We booked only for 1 night with my husbabd abd our baby, the staff was very kind, nice and helpful, they keep our baby food in the fridge and warm it for us, many thanks to them ! The room and common spaces were very veey clean and comfy

Hotel about 20 minute walk to the centre of town along damaged and littered pavements. Pleasant hotel with large bedroom and bathroom that was very clean. Staff particularly Victor were very helpful. Good breakfast with fresh food being topped up all the time. Good swimming pool for the quality of the hotel. Hotel was expensive as there was a festival on.

Great hotel , convenient location

Lovely bed , great shower , clean and perfectly adequate , 20 easy minute walk to centre, convenient for supermarket and other close by shops.

The property was in very good condition, and the location was right near shopping, and groceries, and easily accessible to many different area attractions.

A great place to stay.

What a fantastic place to come back to at the end of the day. It’s definitely worthy of another *. Rooms were modern and clean. The sitting area in the foyer were comfortable as was the patio outside. The swimming pool is a real bonus to relax at the end of the day. Restaurant facilities for breakfast and evening meals were good and there was ample (free) parking. What more could you want? Jerez centre was easy walking distance.

Really nice room and very helpful staff. Only thing missing was uk television channels, loads of French but no English. Staff could all speak English Pool was lovely

Repond au besoin Cependant la clim ne fontionnait pas dans aucune des 2 chambres. Nous avons eu trop chaud et avons du dormir fenetre ouverte ..nous avons donc ete réveillé par le bruit. Bon accueil cependanr. Propre et bien situé pour les visites.

I had a nice two nights stay in this hotel. location is a bit far from the center but it was great for us as we had a car there was a free parking. the guy in the reception was very nice, helpful and welcoming. and another plus is that there is a big supermarket nearby.

Great place to stay if you are driving to Jerez, since it's on the edge of town so there is plenty of free parking and yet it's just a 15 minute walk to the city centre

I would certainly stay at this hotel again. I was most attracted by the pool, and it did not dissappoint. This hotel is also conveniently located to tje motorway and city center. Walking to city center is about 15-20 mins. There is also bus close by. Shopping center woth carrefour right next to the hotel.

Good nothing special but what we needed for one night.

Really friendly english speaking staff. Big car park. After a day walking around Jerez it's nice to relax by the smallish pool and sink a couple of beers. Rooms are a decent size and comfortable. Would stay again.

Good for a short stand

A good base near to the town centre with a very welcoming group of staff. The hotel is very clean but a little dated, with woodchip almost everywhere. The beds are quite old and worn. Overall a okay place and I would stay here again if in the area.

Good value for money

A bit difficult to find. I was by the motorway. Very friendly greeting and glass of sherry. About 20 mins walk from city centre or only 5 euros in taxi. Considering the Feria de Jerez was on it was excellent value for money

Weekend break in Jerez

Hotel looking a bit tired. Small room and air conditioning not working, window only opened small amount meaning room was very warm at night, also with hotel opposite a busy road so bit noisy at night with window open. Hotel and room generally clean and liked the hotel location, useful car parking and free Wi-Fi. Competitively priced.

Nice hotel but nothing special. We were looking for a place to spend the night while road tripping across Andalusia. It was convenient to the highway, clean, and had a nice and filling breakfast. We were able to have dinner in Cadiz (a 15 minute drive) and were pleasantly surprised by the Alcazar of Jerez on our way out of town. There is not much to do around the hotel and we even had trouble finding someplace to buy bottled water after 10pm.

I booked the Ibis hotel as they are generally reliable and you know what to expect. That was true of our stay except for or restaurant experience. which is why I have give the service a low score. The service provided by staff at reception was excellent. We decided to eat at the hotel because the weather was bad. We chose what we wanted from the copy menu in the bedroom. However when we asked for our meals what we had chosen was not available and we were given some limited options. The only starter we could have was tomato and cheese. For the main my wife chose the chicken, I chose the fish (merluza). My wife's chicken turned out to be pork, some bits were warm some bits were cold, the mushroom sauce was cold as were the chips. My fish was cooked on the outside but raw in the middle, obviously cooked from frozen, the sauce was warm the chips were cold. All in all one of the worst meals I have ever been offered, we did not finish either meal. The waiter, did give us a Magnum each and a liqueur when we complained, but then had the nerve to charge us for the food. Carrefor is just over the road on the second night we ate there, there is a café and a cervezeria.

Typical Ibis, clean tidy and good value but a good walk in to town. Couldn't say the restaurant was a good experience. Being next to Carrefour is handy.

This was our first time in Spain so we don't have a lot to compare to. Staff were friendly and welcomed us with a glass of wine at check in.

On the outskirts of Jerez de La Frontera

We had no problems finding this Hotel, just on the outskirts of the town. Yes, this is a budget Hotel but we found the reception to be extremely helpful and accommodating and helped us with finding out about trains to Cadiz and ordered us taxis into town. Parking was free at the Hotel and we took taxis into town for 5 euros. They had a large reception with tv a bar and dining room on the other side. We had one evening meal at the restaurant which was quite basic. I would recommend it if you want a salad and a sandwich with some fries, wouldn’t recommend the pizza. Our room, whilst smaller than some hotels, was more than adequate and clean and comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was of a good size and worked very well. Internet worked well in the room. We stayed here for 4 days and would definitely recommend as a good base for exploring the area. We took the train into Cadiz which was very easily done and took about 30 mins to Cadiz, there was a lot of time schedules to enable you to get there and back at your convenience. Across the road from the Hotel within easy walking distance was a large supermarket that had two cafe bars inside where you could get breakfast or snacks and they had fuel at very reasonable prices. Would recommend this Hotel for convenience and budget price for 4 nights stay, but also for a friendly, pleasant place to stay.

We selected this hotel because we have small dogs with us and dogs are admitted. The location is not the best as it is at the back end of an commercial park but we were not there for location, more for convenience. Dinner in the restaurant was quite ok with fairly quick service. Have stayed at the Ibis Seville as well, overall, no complaints. Would stay in this hotel again.

Helpful staff

Easy to get to by car, especially if you want to park it and switch to buses or taxis to get to the center of town. The staff were very helpful and patient with all of our questions about the many options of places to go to in the city.

nice convenient hotel next to shopping area

There were signs to this hotel in Jerez which made it easy to find by car. The room was a reasonable size and had a comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Nice pool. Next to a shopping area . The breakfast was ok but you could also go to a cafe in the shopping area next door for a cheaper breakfast if you wanted to.The staff booked the bodega trip and a taxi for us. We had booked the dancing Horses show ahead of the trip.

Stayed here with work for a couple of nights, normally have to share a room but this hotel doesn't or didn't have twin rooms but at £30 a night it was nice to have our own room, ibis aren't fantastic luxury hotels generally but they are clean tidy and meet the needs. The restaurant however! Was poor. As we didn't arrive till around 20.30 we resorted to eating in the hotel, starter to share iberico ham and bread sticks, ham was poor and well over priced for a spanish delicacy could of been a lot better. Fillet steak definitely not!!!! Worst steak I have ever been severed I think! And my colleague had pork and ended up with just a plate of fat! The second night we went into town and had a fantastic meal . Credit to the barman though when asked about the local wine Tio Pepe he was more than pleased to let me try his samples and tell me about them.

A very pleasant and good value stay,comfortable rooms,although a little small the space worked very well,good shower,very comfortable bed,and friendly staff,all within a 25 min walk or 5 min taxi into the centre of town,with the added bonus of a small pool for that chill dip.

My Review

Hotel is about. 20 minute walk from town centre. Not a lead ant walk across car parks and up deserted streets. But the walk is worth it for the town is marvellous. Hotel room was comfortable with all facilities. Breakfast was available ( extra at 7,50 euros and a bit steep for what you got). Typical modern hotel. Shame the people next door decided to loudly remodel their room at 02:30 and thanks to the lorry driver who warmed his Diesel engine up at 06:30 for 15 minutes!

Basic and friendly-free car parking

We stayed at the Ibis as we didn't want to drive into the centre of Jarez. The hotel has loads if free car parking and a taxi cost €3. The hotel is basic but we only paid £45 for 3 of us and it suited our needs. Room basic but the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. We all slept well. Pool was nice and kept my son happy in the afternoon. We decided to pay for breakfast and it was good value. Staff very, very friendly. Happy to help with any queries about Jarez. A clean, cheap, friendly and functional hotel. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

Ibis jerez

Nice functional hotel on outskirts of town with free parking. However we booked it as we were travelling in april with our children and it was very warm so we were attracted by the pool. Sadly we were not able to use the pool as it doesn't open until later into the season. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was simple but plentiful for us all.

El personal fue muy amable, el establecimiento es de facil acceso, cerca del centro historico. Lo que no me gustó fue que el baño olía a humedad. Tenía pocas amenidades.

No es la primera vez que nos alojamos, pero seguimos repitiendo. Cada vez que vamos a Jerez es nuestra opción para quedarnos por precio y cercanía a todo en coche.

Muy bien el alojamiento, el personal , excelente 👌 bien situado y comunicado a las playas, y del centro , lo único que 🤔 deberian arreglar unos detallitos que para mi no fue un problema el personal muy amable lo resolvio y lo soluciono al minuto cero , espero volver pronto!!!!

Für den Preis war die Leistung zwar vollkommen in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist aber nicht mehr im besten Zustand (Bad).

Es un ibis como cualquier otro. Pero tal vez la ley de protección animal no deja fumigar las habitaciones y tuve que convivir con un hormiguero toda la noche.

Todo muy bien pero huele en general rancio y como a tabaco

Cogimos la opcion de desayuno buffet, tenia un buen surtido de opciones. Fruta, yogurt,zumos, diferentes tipo de pan, cereales y fia.bre variado. Además del tipico desayuno andaluz. Nos sorprendió gratamente.

Excelente servicio ofrecido instalación correctas y tranquilas

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos aquí y está bien localizado, tiene una piscina pequeña pero muy acogedora de la que hemos podido disfrutar. La cama y la almohada es muy cómoda y el baño equipado con lo necesario. Volveremos en el futuro.

El personal muy amable y educado, la instalación de la habitación es muy pequeña con cama de matrimonio demasiada ruidosa, Señal de TV pésima. Las toallas de aseo no estaban bien lavadas y en la placa ducha también le faltaba higiene por negrura de humedad en las juntas de la placa.

Me gustó el Hotel en general pero no me gustó la distancia a pie de centro y las hormigas en la habitación.

Gut für eine Nacht. Einfach, praktisch, gut. Parking auf dem Gelände.

Nos toco la habitación 201, cama cómoda, habitación cálida, ducha con presión y calienta perfectamente. No estaba muy segura de cómo sería la estancia por algunos comentarios, pero nada que ver. Lo único que no tiene es minibar. Por lo demás un 10!

Très bon accueil, le personnel a été très à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes en s'efforçant de surmonter la barrière de la langue. Petit déjeuner complet, servi jusqu'à tard dans la matinée et les repas proposés le soir sont tout à fait corrects.

Gut & Günstig, in den Zimmern wurde mittlerweile etwas renoviert, das Bad z.B. ist in Zimmer Nr.2 komplett Neu. Frühstücksbuffett sah einladend aus, hatten wir aber nicht gebucht. Personal war freundlich. Parkplätze sind kostenlos auf dem Gelände, sofern verfügbar. Einkaufszentrum, Lidl & McDonalds in der Nähe, sehr gute Strassenanbindung.
