I do like it but not to much

Disappointing stay

Had a great start when the receptionist leant me money to pay for the taxi. Sadly, after this, it went downhill. I was asked if I wanted city or mountain view. I asked for mountain but was given city. The room was tired and smelt of smoke. The curtains were paper thin so the room stayed light at night. The bar was closed. The restaurant closed. Breakfast was quite expensive and consisted of cold eggs, some breads, hard toast and cereal. Breakfast opens late on Friday's so was no use with an early flight. When it came to checking out, no staff are working until 7am so it was another hassle, eventually being told to go next door to check out. To top it all off, I got home and found an £86 charge on my card. I contacted Hotels.com who tried to call the hotel but kept getting cut off so I now have to chase this up with my bank.

The price is decent and the security of the location is good. Ibis is a reliable chain of hotels, however this location, due to the culture of smoking, smelled in the hallways and into the room. I don't think that a hotel chain could enforce a positive change on a culture, however, having that smell in one's business does affect the opinions of the public.

Location is great

Good place to walk around and close by to eat out. Well guarded. Recommend this place.

The worst I’ve ever seen. When I entered the room there was no phone , no hand soap no shampoo no conditioner. The towels are so dirty , the room was awful. On the top of that, they charge me extra when I checked out even though I paid using Expedia . They told me it a government tax. I will never go back to this hotel . Impossible 👎👎👎

Air condition is not working impossible to stay in a place over 42 degrees without A/C. We cancelled reservation but hotels.com did not refund the money! Worst service ever

Basic hotel but lack of other options

Room was a bit small for a four night stay. Shower and sink both leaked. Poor communication with reception. Ordered a taxi to take us to a specific restaurant but reception told the taxi driver another restaurant. This caused us problems with the driver and ended up costing us more than planned. Reception told us we could book a taxi to Djemila but failed to tell us that we needed to apply for permission in advance. Positives were the amazing view from the back of the hotel, the comfy bed and the central location

Typical Ibis....clean, comfortable, nice view from room and with no frills. Great location, 1km walking distance to Pont Sidi M'Sid. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant, which is also typical with Ibis, very overpriced. Overall, I would stay here again if i return to Constantine.

Hood service and clean hotel

Be careful of scammers...

The hotel is a typical Novotel / Ibis however there was a young man in there that was not staying at the hotel and was telling people that his mother needed surgery and that he needed money. After a long explanation, people would help him. He even did the same thing to us. Anyway, we found him drinking expensive drinks in the bar with the money that he had scammed people. We informed the management of the hotel and they did nothing. Later in the evening we saw the scammer leave after he had made his rounds. Disappointing that the management would let this go on in their lobby, restaurant and bar.

If you go constantine the Ibis hotel is great choice. It's great location and staff are really kind helpful

Good sized rooms, good value for money and great location

The fact that Novotel and Ibis share the breakfast area is really unique.

Great location, great hotel

Ibis Constantine has become our family norm. We've stayed there twice now and have had a great experience each time. The rooms are quality though small, but that's standard with the Ibis worldwide. The view is great, accessible to downtown and overall a wonderful spot to park for a day or two. The breakfast buffet (and dinner buffet) had good options and exceeded our expectations.

Reception man was rude, although he was fast and experienced. Room was smelling bad, its like a storage. The floor was not clean, it had some leftover from painting.

Comfortable hotel in good location

Short visit to Constantine. Hotel conveniently locate on center of town within walking distance of the bridges. Not too hard to find. Comfortable hotel at a good price.

Very safe and nice view

This hotel is located in downtown of Constantine therefore at every time I feel safe and can see a very impressive view.

Middle-of-the-road

The hotel was middle-of-the-road. Nice and comfy bed, nice shower, nice overall. The only issue we had was that they wouldn't let us bring food from outside into the hotel. I've never been at a hotel anywhere in the world that doesn't allow their guests to bring food in. We were tired and hungry after taking the train, and the hotel restaurant didn't open until 7PM. My fiancé went out and bought us dinner to eat in...but the hotel didn't allow it, so we fed the hotel guards dinner. Strange. Constantine was beautiful though! I highly recommend it.

Nice, Avarege Hotel

Rooms are small but clean. No minibar. No bottle of waters. No room service. I did not feel like i'm staying at "İbis". But the stuff are genial and helpfull.

Standard IBIS, but with bad service

The hotel was not bad. It is fairly new, and the furnishings are new. The room was small but neat, and included an in-room safe. There are no closets, just hanging space. The bathroom was neat and modern, but tiny. Service is typical Algerian service, do not expect much, very slow and sloppy. I had to call a number of times to have towels brought to my room. This was after the room was cleaned, sloppily. We opted to pay for the breakfast on one morning, this was fairly decent. The hotel is in an excellent location. We did not use any public transport other than from and to the airport, everything else of interest could be reached by walking.

Not impressed

When returning for the second night I found that my key-card did not work. I was told at reception that my second night had been cancelled! When I pointed out that it was already paid for they eventually relented but expected me to pay again. The next morning the key-card was disabled again but they accepted that I did not have to pay for the room again. A real shame as it should have been a nice stay.

Ideal location

The hotel is value for money. Ideally located near the market & having a gr8 view of the mountains. Breakfast should include more options. Would definitely stay the next time I visit Constantine

Dirty, no AC, no restaurant (just buffet). Breakfast is terrible. Missing cutlery, dirty, etc etc.

Plutôt moyen

Chambre acceptable malgré le plancher disjoint par endroits, la paroi de la douche laisse passer l'eau dans la salle de bain lasalle de bain est pleine d'eau. Au petit déjeuner le sol de la salle est sale les plateaux ne sont pas lavés juste recouverts de set en papier. Les 2 machines à café ne fonctionnent pas le premier jour, le deuxième une seule fonctionne, le plateau sucre n'est pas présent sur toutes les tables. Dommage car la ville est belle et à visiter

Best hotel choise in Constanta centre ville

Hotel location couldn’t be better: in city heart and anything worth seeing in walking distance! Cosy and clean rooms, excellent bathroom facilities (in Algerian standards), good beds. Laundry service a bit slow but faster than in other laundries outside hotel (service time: week!) Restaurant street in 3 min walking dist. Safe environment, nice market place just beside hotel, many sunny street cafes to choose. Only minus comes from lacking minibar.

J’ai réservé pour mes parents, ils ont fait 6h de route, ils étaient à midi, ils ont eu leur chambre à 16h30. 4h30 d’attente soi-disant les chambres sont pas disponibles.

Cattive condizioni generali

Struttura vecchia e mal tenuta, molto cupa. Camera classiche Ibis style ma doccia in pessime condizioni e letti scomodi. Internet non funziona e la colazione a pagamento ha un buffet decisamente ridotto.

Bon hotel, securisé, propre. Juste une plus grande variete au petit déjeuner et un rafraichissement des chambres seraient un plus non négligeable.

Bad

La propreté était médiocre, avec de la poussière visible sur le sol et des cheveux dans la douche, ce qui était assez rebutant. De plus, la porte de la salle de bains ne fermait pas correctement, ce qui était gênant et compromettait l'intimité. Dans l'ensemble, le manque de propreté et d'entretien ont détérioré ce qui aurait pu être un séjour confortable.

Nuit à ibis en Constantine .

Bonjour je déconseille fortement cette hôtel ibis en Constantine trop bruyant la nuit mal insonorisé trop de bruit la nuit.certains personnel pas trop gentil. Seul avantage il le trouve centre ville .

Faite la comparaison avec IBIS hôtel de Sétif qui est exemplaire autant le personnel que le service

J’ai trouvé pas du lumière dans la salle du bain pendant 2 jours de séjour pourtant ma réclamation a l’accueil Et je vous demande de me rembourser la sol’e en euro car j’ai déjà payé en réception et bec le dinars algériens avec facture à l’appui Pouvez-vous m’expliquer pourquoi c’était prélevé derrière de mon compte bancaire pourtant l’agent de l’accueil a l’hôtel m’a bien confirmé que je paye que en réception ????!!!!

séjour d'1 nuit

L'hôtel Ibis était fermé nous avons été logés au Novotel juste à côté mais ce n'est pas digne des Novotel habituels. le joint de la porte était décollé sur les 2/3, la moquette dans les couloirs était un peu usée et poussiéreuse par endroits et le personnel de l'accueil a tenté de redébiter la carte alors que tout était déjà payé. le lit par contre est confortable, le wifi fonctionne bien et le pdj est bon

L'établissement doit trouvee une solution pour l'état du tapis(tres sale ) dans tout les espaces chambres et espace commune changer le tspos et entretenir ou élever le tapis et repmlacer avec un recouvrement plus facile a nettoyer c simple

Séjour très agréable de 2 nuits. Très bon accueil et chambre très confortable et très calme. Attention très appréciable, une bouteille d'eau à disposition dans la chambre. Suggestion : un petit réfrigérateur et une bouilloire électrique serait un gros plus !!!

J'ai passé un super séjour avec ma femme, l'accueil et chaleureux , une superbe vue sur montagne , et se qui ma plue que c'est un hôtel très bien situé en plein centre de Constantine sans oublié son rapport qualité prix , je vous conseil fortement de le visité .

Lors de notre arrivé nous avions réservé 2 chambres mais on a du attendre 45 minutes alors qu’il était 23h pour qu’on. Puisse accéder à nos chambres car ils n’ava Pas reçu la validation. Aussi dommage que dans les chambres il n’y ait pas de mini bar, on est sorti à 1h du matin pour acheter de l’eau. Sinon niveau propreté c’etait propre

C est terrible ! Le choc c est le service à la clientèle , Mr Adnan à la réception est une personne méprisante , qui ne respecte pas les clients , avec ma réservation Expédia il m a juré textuellement: je te le jure tu n aura pas la chambre!!! Quel mépris? Quel culots? Comment est t il sûr de lui de traiter les clients de cette manière? Ils sont où les principes de base d hotelerie ??? C est un point noir pour la chaîne Accor ! Ce gars là ne mérite pas d être la devant des gens de toute classes qui viennent de débarquer du bout du monde fatigués et qui veulent avoir leur chambres pour se reposer ! Ce gars m a laisser 2h30 avan que quelqu’un d autre ne me donne une chambre fumeur que tu ne peux meme pas respirer ( moi qui a demandé une chambre non fumeur à cause de mon allergie ) Moi je trouve ce comportement est inacceptable de nos jours , complètement irrespectueux, autoritaire et dégradant pour les clients qui se trouvent en état de choc ! Voir en état de peur ! Il aura fallu demander à mes compagnons d aller alerter la police pour que le reste de personnel ont commencer à bouger ! Pensez vous que c est comme ça qu on traite Je suis membre d expédia avec la carte gold de grand voyageur dans les 4 coins du monde ! Je n ai jamais faite de plainte jamais car c est la première fois que je vois ce genre de comportements que je demande au même temps a Expedia qui est la première , Accor et Ibis de faire enquête sur cet incident , je veux faire plainte , je veux une suite !
