Great location--very close to the #2 Metro Line; banks, restaurants and a shopping center. Small, but was comfortable enough with a comfortable bed. Highly recommended for saving some money when :good enough" works well.

Great foreigner-friendly option close to airport

I first used this hotel last year when my originally booked hotel wouldn't accept overseas guests. I've since returned three more times. Although the staff don't speak a lot of English, they are always friendly. The rooms are good, clean and modern, with good Wi-Fi. The hotel has a little coffee shop, and an onsite self-service laundry, which I haven't found too often in China. Location is very good too, very handy for the airport, a taxi is between 40 and 50 RMB. Closest Metro station is about a 10 minute walk (Tongzilin), and there is a shopping centre only 5mins away, with a supermarket as well as Western chains such as Starbucks, KFC and Subway.

Convenient location

Rooms were very warm making it difficult to sleep at night; location was convenient and breakfast was adequate.

smell for smoking in Non-smoking room. it is so bad

I chose this hotel because it was close to where I needed to go and it wasn't too expensive. I had a number of issues with this hotel. Firstly, they denied they had received my booking and then I had to call Australia at my expensive to sort it out (it was the hotels fault not Hotels.com fault in the end). I was then given a room with a smoke smell, an ashtray and a sign that said "no smoking in bed". When I asked to change rooms they did offer me another room but the door would not open, so I used the first room! Inside my room the bed was uncomfortably hard, even by Chinese standards. The room also had a fake climate control / room temperature adjustment that didn't actually change the temperature at all. Only saving grace was that the front staff were very polite. Even though they lost my booking, as I arrived late they let me check in a sort out the issue the next day.

No non-smoking room for twin sharing. Overall good

We were told that our room is on smoking floor when we check in. We requested to view the room & it is acceptable. We were given a high floor. The room is comfortable and clean. 10 min by bus 49 to Chengdu South train station (CNY2). Directed by friendly staff to the bus stop.

The ceiling has a leak

It was most horrible experience at this hotel. First the ceiling was leaking, second the hall wall was dark third terrible experience

The room was adequate but the room was old-looking and lacked a clean and fresh feeling.

Clean comfortable room, super friendly staff, great value for money.

Great location, buses were convenient, good food close by, staff were efficient. The room itself was a bit dated but comfortable enough. Would recommend to stay there again.

Facilities need attention

Stayed here many times and each time the air con is getting weaker and weaker. This time it just didn't work.

Very Affordable Hotel Near City Center and Subway

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Fantastic view of city skyline as we were given the highest floor and allow to check in early (before 11am). Staff went out of the way to advise us on things to see in Chengdu

A bit far away but for a place to sleep ok

Staff is super friendly and helpful - location a bit far away from anything.. but taxi fare is reasonable so not too expensive to get around. The Hotel is used by many people - everything is a bit run down - not dirty though but well.. used. But it offers IBIS standard for a very reasonable price if one is only looking for a cheap stay for a night.

Gets the job done

The Ibis in KeHua area is a nice hotel. The hotel is very clean and is conveniently located. We went to Chengdu to visit the American Consulate, this was close enough for our family. The beds are hard--basically sleeping on box springs. Also the breakfast is only a Chinese style breakfast though they advertise western breakfast. Our family went to the local grocery store and bought cereal for our stay. But these are minimal downsides; we would stay here again.

Business Hotel

Our stay here was adequate for the purpose we needed. We were seeking an inexpensive hotel just to sleep at as we were busy every day until late in the evening visiting friends and seeing Chengdu. It was clean except the shower head was broken and would not stay upright all the time. I should have mentioned it after the first night but I didn't bother so that was my fault. The room is small but it is a business hotel mainly and even though we got the family room... It was still rather small. I had a slight issue at check-in. The front desk wanted me to cancel my hotels.com reservation and pay them directly. Needless to say, I told them that wouldn't be happening. I think I was the first person who had ever booked a room that way with them. They seemed concerned as to how they would be paid since their head office received the money. I just told them that it wasn't my problem. They gave us our room cards after that. All in all, for what you pay it is a decent hotel. If you require a lot of amenities, this isn't the hotel for you.

アクセス良く、リーズナブルな価格で快適だと思う。たまたまかもしれないが、Wi-Fiが故障しており、客室フロアでは使えなかった。前払いしていたのに何故かチェックアウト時に請求された。勿論、払わなかったが危うく二重払いするところだった。

エクスペディアからホテルへの予約・支払い済み情報が行っておらず「予約無し」の状態であったが、まずは宿泊させてもらってから確認作業をしていただいた。初めての中国旅行で不安であったが、スタッフ総出での対応に安心させられた。

フロントには常時英語が話せるスタッフがおり、様々な相談に親切に応対していただきました。ロケーションは最寄りの地下鉄Tongzilin駅から徒歩7〜8分、コンビニもホテルから徒歩3分圏内に数店あります。高級ホテルではありませんが、部屋も清潔に保たれており、宿泊費用を抑えながら長期滞在したい方にお勧めします。

Zimmer verraucht, auch nachdem wir explizit ein Nichtraucher Zimmer verlangt haben! Eher unbequemes Bett, sehr hart! Rezeption kann nur sehr spärlich Englisch sprechen Zimmer allgemein sauber, klassischer Ibis Standard

还不错，离地铁站还算近，离机场也不远。附近的小面很好吃。干净，符合经济出行标准。

以商務旅館來說，就是ibis 該有的水準，房間乾淨，離市區還算接近，坐計程車去熱鬧的地方還算方便，唯一不滿意的是房間的天花板和牆壁有明顯的油漆脫落，卻沒有處理，讓人覺得不被尊重

Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal ist freundlich. Teile des Personals spricht und versteht English. Einkaufsläden, Geldautomaten und Restaurants sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine Bank zum Abheben von Geld mittels Mastercard ist mit ca. 10 Minuten Laufweg zu erreichen.

位置於二環, 算是近地鐵站 - 桐梓林站, 附近是住宅區, 所以食用不愁, 只是酒店房沒有 WIFI, 只有酒店大堂有WIFI

位置很好，离二环很近，停车场很大，停车还给20元停车费补贴，工作人员态度很好，素质也高
