Average
Average rating. Options for dining should be made clear in the restaurant. Staff offer drinks for to everyone without making it clear that water is not included in half boarding only to charge costs to your room: I suggest a drinks menu should be available on each table and staff should mention when presenting water that this is chargeable to avoid embarrassing guests.
Great hotel with excellent staff.
Hotel was spotless staff aways friendly and happy to assist food was excellent and plenty of choice
Another lovely week spent in the star prestige area of this great hotel. All the staff, whatever their role in the hotel, were faultless throughout, always a hello and smile when passing you. We have visited this hotel yearly for approximately 7 years and will definitely be back. Well done to the Iberostar staff
Very quiet and amaxing hotel and near restaurants and on beach front fab for families with children but not walkable to any night life we couldn’t find any only restaurants but amaxing hotel and lovely rooms
Amazing stay with family!
We just spent 4 nights at Iberostar. Would highly recommend this hotel, the staff were really friendly, plenty of activities to do for everyone. We went half board and they had a lot of choices (vegetarian/vegan) for both breakfast and dinner. I went with my 6 year old and he really enjoyed the water slides at the hotel. The room was really clean and spacious. We had double partial sea view room. The hotel also has a good location.
Amazing
All is perfect ! Star prestige is the must!
Nice stay but this is not 5 star
We chose this hotel in Lanzarote because of our great experience in Tenerife El Mirador. The first impression when we arrived at the hotel was that we know this is not 5 stars, well we can compare all 5 stars in that level as we've travelled to more than 100 countries, some of the 4 stars can be 5 stars but this one is just 4 stars for me. We arrived with 3 people in the Front office attendant, all busy but we were serve by David, if i got his name correct, told us that there is a different check in for Star privilege which we don't fmind to be serve anywhere and he gave us a good room on the 3rd floor, I think all facing the see or facing the swimming pools are all ok from 2nf floor, of course it depends to what you pay. The lobby is just ok and the room we got is also good with basic amenities, the difference here vs El mirador is the personal touch, there is no card greetings to welcome you, the toiletries were all now in the refillable bottles that you need to squeeze, tea and coffee pods, nice bed and lovely view from the balcony. There is also a lounge for star privilege where you can have snacks and drinks, which is ok for those who love drinking, but for us we don't drink this is not applicable but for others this is a great benefit. Breakfast and Dinner- all Buffet and a separate room for star privilege as well, it's noisy when it's busy because of kids around but a bit quiet in the star privilege room.
Exceptional
Iberostar Lanzarote Park is truly a gem of a resort, and my recent stay there was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was perfect. The dedication and attentiveness of the entire team, from housekeeping to the waiters and reception staff, was truly remarkable. It was evident that they took great pride in their work and genuinely cared about the guests' experience. The entertainment staff also deserve high praise for their outstanding efforts in creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. They poured their hearts and souls into ensuring that everyone had a fantastic time, and their passion for their work was truly infectious. The food choices at Iberostar Lanzarote Park were nothing short of fantastic. The variety and quality of the cuisine available were truly impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. Whether it was a sumptuous breakfast spread or a delectable dinner, every meal was a delight to savor. Overall, I can't speak highly enough of my experience at Iberostar Lanzarote Park. The exceptional staff, from the housekeeping to the entertainment team, made my stay unforgettable. Combined with the outstanding food choices, this resort truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't wait to return.
Ok but no 5 star,
Room wasn’t clean, towels aren’t towels they are just cut offs. Furniture in the room cheap tacky and stained. Food good, customer service mostly good. Breakfast service very very slow, but food good choice. Communal areas modern and nice shame they haven’t done the same for the rooms. I wouldn’t stay again due to the rooms, stains on the wardrobes, doors wood peeling back, patio doors don’t lock with handle you have a little boot at the top. Beds horrendous.
My husband’s birthday
We have just had a lovely holiday for my husband’s 60th birthday with our adult boys and partner. We all stayed in star prestige and had such a lovely time we didn’t want to leave. The hotel staff made made my husband feel very special. We were able to pay for my husband’s family to have lunch with us they all said they preferred the hotel to the one they were staying in. The staff in the star prestige bar surprised us with a cake and champagne as well. We will hopefully be back soon and stay for longer.
Excellent hotel.
Fantastic hotel . Would thoroughly recommend. Accommodation is top class, breakfast is superb and location on the sea front is wonderful. Star prestige well worth the money with free drinks and snacks during the day and an exclusive adult only pool area. Good sports facilities as well. 10 min walk to the main shops and restaurants in Playa Blanca and taxis are cheap and easily available if required. Will be returning next year.
A fabulous hotel. Beautiful views of the sea and conveniently located to the centre of town. Lots of choice for breakfast and staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!
our room was very good with a sea view, food excelent suckling pig was the best Ive tasted.different everyday, langoustines, crab, best deserts ever.
We had such a lovely stay at Iberostar , really hope we can come back soon ❤️
The staff are the true stars.
An absolutely gorgeous hotel; fantastic food, amenities, entertainment and children’s activities. But, above all else, the staff are awesome. I went on holiday with my 5 year old son after losing my wife and his mum to cancer 6 months previous. It was his first holiday abroad and my first without my wife. Many tears were shed but the staff went above and beyond to make this holiday special, I will never forget their kindness to me and especially my boy.
Luxurious, comfortable, clean and friendly helpful staff 😊
Long birthday weekend Lovely food Friendly helpful staff Lovely hotel
We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were always very cheerful and helpful. We will definitely visit again.
For context, we left yesterday after having spent three nights and had stayed at Barcelo Santiago in Tenerife for three nights immediately prior: 1. The Good On the upside, the breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever had and better than Barcelo Santiago. The pools were awesome although I wish they had people coming around asking for drink orders. Location was very convenient as it was walking distance to many restaurants. Walking to beaches is possible although it’s a bit far. Maybe the hotel should have a fleet of electric scooters which guests can borrow? 2. The So-so When I first approached the property, I was a little distressed as it is in a commercial area and one approaches through a small shopping area consisting of tourist rental shops for bikes, scooters, etc. I was relieved once I got to the lobby. The rooms were spacious and ours had a great ocean view but the decor is a stark white (no art or on the walls or color anywhere) which gets a bit monotonous. 3. The Bottom Line Nice place but not as lux as some of the hotels I’ve stayed at in the past and not as nice as Barcelo Santiago. But we certainly enjoyed it!
No thanks
Fantastic hotel
WOW. Wonderful from checking in to checking out. Staff very friendly efficient and attentive. Fantastic choice at breakfast. Will be back
Rooms are spacious and cozy. Balcony with pool access are additional bonus. Breakfast was excellent.
The beds are old and rickety, the bathrooms seemed to attract mosquitoes whenever you had a shower, leaving my daughter and I covered in bites. There were no activities of any merit, no spin classes even though there is a designated spin room, terrible kids club, and tennis courts where you are not able to hire a coach …. Supposedly for insurance purposes. The hotel was very expensive and I feel cheated. It was positioned nicely with great sea views, and there was lots of options at the buffet. But I feel you can’t charge these prices and offer the rooms in that state with such low quality activities. I actually left the hotel 2 days earlier to go somewhere else.
Easy access to the town center spotless hotel with very friendly staff and very good food.
Not 5 star
Lovely hotel but not a 5 star hotel. It looks very pretty but lacks the elements a 5 star hotel should have. Our check in was stated as 2pm. Arrived at 215 to be told check in would be ‘after 3pm’ - we weren’t called about our room until 3.50pm. Check in was a farce, spent 20 mins trying to check in despite checking in one room on line (couldn’t do the 2nd as the site kept crashing). Then when we went to get our keys we were kept waiting another 10 mins for no apparent reason. Then we had to wait for someone to come to get our cases as they were still sitting in the lobby. They also hadn’t kept track of what luggage was ours as we had to ask for other bags that weren’t with our main case which was a bit alarming. Rooms were fine, simple and clean. Refillable water is great but would be nice if it was full on arrival to the room rather than having to trek to the cooler. Minibar is a bit random and they don’t advertise that certain things that are there aren’t included in the room rate which is a bit cheeky. Food was ok, nothing great and for a 5 star hotel very much a disappointment. The hot food wasn’t hot, choices were repetitive at lunch and dinner. The fresh made food was very basic and again repetitive. Outside areas were clean but the sun lounger padded cushions were left out every night so were soaked and horrible to sit on in the morning. Again, not the standard you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Pretty disappointed with our stay.
Fantastic staff and hotel
We love that it was right by the sea, the welcome we received by David was excellent and most helpful. The property is a little tired looking for a 5 star, but was kept up together well by the lovely staff.
Excellent location and restaurant option
Fabulous 2 week holiday
We are just back from a 2 week stay in Iberostar and we had a fabulous holiday from start to finish ...the Friendliness and Service of All of the staff was Excellent ...what a selection of food it was Excellent and what we loved they cooked it there in front of you, all fresh food and delicious .... it was our second time back and will definitely be going back. . We would Highly RECOMMEND this hotel
I stayed for 8 nights at the hotel at the end of July. Negatives Towel change is poor, fresh towels are only available at random times of the day Positives Always got a sunbed and they were nicely spaced out Amimacion team are excellent Good food although narrow set up were the food is served Excellent location. Flamingo beach is a short walk away and the town is a 20 minute walk away. A taxi to the marina is about 4 euros or the bus takes less than 10 mins. I would return.
Lovely hotel, we had a great stay
Hard to fault. Well located, well appointed (nice rooms, gym, spa), extensive breakfast buffet, plenty of space around the pool, convenient location...and above all warm and welcoming staff! Couple and family friendly.
Such a lovely hotel. My family, including our two under-5s really loved staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful, the entertainment crew were energetic, the pool area, restaurant and bars were beautifully maintained and the family room with sea view was perfect. The nearby beach was safe for small children but still great for swimming, and there are plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kids loved the beach, the hotel playground and the hotel breakfast. We loved being able to have a drink outside by the pool in April, mostly - thanks to the heaters - without jumpers! This was our second stay and I'm sure we'll be back again.
Great stay
This was our first stay here. What a great choice! Could not find even the smallest thing to complain about. The hotel was spotless throughout and the staff all very friendly and helpful. We had a Star Prestige room in the adult only section. How nice to be able to relax by the pool and eat in the dining room without noisy children around. The room was comfortable with a great bathroom and shower. Breakfast was excellent and the pool bar a great place to chill out over a drink or two. Cant comment on the evening meal as we prefer to eat out at local restaurants. Will definitely come back again next year.
All staff were excellent - Very polite and Professional
Great service and friendly staff
Lanzarote hotel
A modern hotel with very friendly helpful staff. Location is ok but a bit of a walk to get to better bars and restaurants. It is a large hotel but unfortunately the indoor pool was closed and as the weather was so bad I did not experience the pool areas outside. I think it is a good 4 star hotel but not 5 when I compete to the numerous 5 star hotels I have stayed in previously
Excellent hotel, very comfortable, great food, friendly staff
Not a 5 stars hotel
Great hotel close to the resort centre.
We were very happy with our 7 night stay ,having been offered an upgrade to a more spacious family room. We can’t comment on the entertainment ,because we went around the resort at night ,there are 2 or 3 local bars close by and the resort stars about 400 metre away.the hotel food good.
Excellent hotel
We are just back from our holiday and we had a faaaab holiday... Iberostar Hotel was excellent.. The friendless and helpfulness from the staff was excellent it makes such a difference always so polite .. the food was fabulous and what a selection they had .. We will definitely be returning and we would highly recommend Iberostar 😀
Great location and amenities, buffet was very good, staff friendly and helpful.
Staff were fantastic, from the reception team to the bar and restaurant staff they were very friendly and welcoming. We received a welcome room upgrade on arrival which was very much appreciated. The hotel itself had plenty of sun loungers and space around the pools so no issues there. Food was great and all Covid controls being adhered to. The spa is also worth a mention. Gym has everything you’d need, the steam room is the best one I’ve been in and I’ve been in a lot! Sauna and pool area all very good too although I would say the treatments were a bit pricey. The hotel itself is a 6minute walk from the first group of bars/restaurants and around a 10-15minute walk from Playa Blanca town which has numerous nice restaurants, cafes and bars. Couple of decent beaches in either direction too - it can be windy at night so best to take a few warm clothing options. Would recommend the hotel, very relaxing break
5 star 🌟 just wow its amazing
This hotel was just amazing 100% 5 🌟, the food was amazing, the staff was amazing, the views amazing. Honestly if you can fault this hotel in anyway you seriously need help. You have my word you will compare every hotel to this its just out of this world.
could not fault the hotel, had everything, nicely located, and lovely setting, staff very helpful and atentive, couldnt ask for more .
Beautiful hotel and our room was excellent as well. Fantastic grounds and facilities. The only down side was that I was only there for one night and their computer system was down. I had to get the porter to let me into my room every time I went out.Only other minor issue was the air con was not that effective so the room was very warm. I will give it another try but only once the current situation improves. Lot's of closed shops and restaurants did spoil the holiday slightly.
Loved the direct access to the coastal path. Only a 2 minute walk to Playa Flamingo. Aqua fit in the horizon pool was good fun. Always plenty of sunloungers available and beach towels were provided in the room free of charge. Very large variety of food at breakfast and dinner. Mixed quality. But the fresh omelettes in the morning and meat and fish from the grill in the evening were delicious.
Fabulous hotel with really attentive staff. We stayed half board 'star prestige', and on arrival were upgraded to a Junior Suite, with direct access to the adults only pool area. Star prestige also gave us use of an adults only lounge with free drinks and snacks, a poolside bar as well as a separate dining room, although you could also eat in the main dining room if you preferred. Highly recommended.
serious problem with heating in bedroom instead of normal cool air; no info. given at check in and a/c showed cool air which was false!! unable to sleep for 4 nights. no effort to explain or only derisory/insulting effort to compensate.3.5 stars equivalent due to this. pool location and sun beds ok. Public rooms lacking in numbers and quantity! ? SAME AS WHEN WE STAYWD 30 YEARS AGO WHEN 3STAR APARTHOTEL! LACKING IN ALTERNATIVE DINING LIKE OTHER 5 STAR HOTELS IN AREA.
A lovely hotel, great location on the front, very clean, staff very helpful and friendly, great animation team, something for everyone in the restaurant at breakfast, comfortable beds and sun loungers! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will return in future.
Rooms spotless,Staff so helpful & friendly,A truly relaxing experience. It is our 3rd time in Star Prestige & returning in August.
Great location, superb service and great facilities
Spotlessly clean hotel in great location with excellent facilities. Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Free welcome drink and complimentary room upgrade was a treat. Highly recommend
Lovely hotel and everyone so nice. Would stay again
Brilliant hotel
Amazing hotel! Exceeded our expectations! The staff are all so nice and work so hard to ensure you have a great holiday! Would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely return! Thank you for a brilliant holiday! Best way to start the new year
Comfortable, clean, friendly staff and superb food, excellent position. Disliked the two tier star select system
Great place to stay. Great activities for kids and great fun in pool
Lovely hotel. Staff were very helpful. Only downside was meal times. The food was the best we have ever tasted but there were so many young babies and children it felt like eating in a crèche.
Excellent hotel, great for kids and adults
Excellent hotel, perfect for families. The separate kids pool, water slides and playground are great to keep kids entertained, while there's a spa and lots of included activities for the adults too. Our Family room was lovely, spacious and with a separate bedroom and living space, ideal to give the adults a separate space when kids go to bed early. Food is excellent too, buffet is varied and of good quality always. We loved our first stay so we came back again, unlikely to be our last stay either!
Hope to return
Good choice of food. Good wi-fi and good TV included UK channels. Some bedding and towels worn with holes. Leaky shower was looked at but continued to leak. Overall I liked the hotel and hope to return.
This hotel should have a 5 star rating ! I stayed here for 7 nights with my mum and we received a 5 star service from the moment we walked in. Expedia had mis-advertised the side sea view double room as having 4 twin beds... which I selected so we could both get plenty of space... the hotel doesn’t have any rooms containing 4 twins so they upgraded us to a room in the prestige area to compensate ! We were all inclusive but mum has allergies and a strict vegetarian so María Vall in Guest Service approaches us and offered to plan meals over the 7 days which chef would prepare separately and serve ! It’s the staff friendliness and professionalism which stands this hotel apart from others. Reception staff were always willing to accommodate any request, wherever you went and sat down in the hotel bar staff would approach and offer a drink or bite to eat, everywhere you looked you would see the hotel being cleaned, it was spotlessly clean ! The minibar was stocked up twice a day, food and drink choice was amazing ! Even a fussy eater would be spoilt fir choice here! Evening entertainment was fabulous and the entertainment staff in the daytime made a lot of effort in going around inviting people to take part, bingo, aqua exercises, yoga, cooking shows, ball games etc. The beach was accessible through gates at the back of hotel in several places and reception helped book various island tours through local companies. All in all this hotel beats any hotel I’ve ever stayed in !
I liked that the hotel provided gluten free food options
All The staff were exceptionally professional & Polite.
Good hotel in a good location
We were staying in the "normal" part of the hotel, not in the "Star Prestige" section. Nonetheless, the room was fairly big and spacious and in good condition, aside from the traditional keyholes outside the room doors, which, albeit no longer in use, are a bit rusty throughout the hotel and don't give a good impression. The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the daily clean are excellent, coming from a person that's fussy about it. The soundproofing of the rooms is not excellent, and you won't be able to sleep long after 9.30-10am as the furniture in the other rooms will be vigorously moved during cleaning. Not a problem for us, but I can see how others may be affected. Luckily, after 11pm, the hotel and the surroundings tend to go quiet, so no issues there. The location of the hotel is very good in general (sea view from most rooms, 5 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca - nearest resort with loads of restaurants), and also if you want to see the island and have a car, especially because it's a 5 minutes drive to the Papagayo beaches, which we thought were the best ones on the island. The breakfast is quite good, with a decent variety for every taste and good quality overall. We didn't try the restaurants for lunch nor dinner.
From the moment we arrived it was perfect. Staff can not be faulted in anyway shape or form. They must employ 100's of staff. A well run hotel with super efficient friendly staff. Can not rate this hotel enough. We went as a couple for 6 days but if you have kids its ideal for them too. Breakfast is a vast buffet offering pretty much anything and everything. Location is bang on too. We had a great stay and will certainly be back. Fantastic. Thank you.
Beautiful hotel, stunning location. Staff couldn’t do enough for you! Only slight discontent below, but it didn’t take away from my enjoyment.... No poolside food or drink service - you have to order from the bar yourself and cannot eat by the pool. They only served food at certain times so if you get hungry you have to wait
Fantastic location. Great staff all always smiling and happy to help
Amazing food on offer
Amazing food selection especially fresh fish most days. Probably the highest standard service we have experienced in a hotel in the last few years. We went all inclusive recommend suggest you do the same.
Fabulous hotel and location Great staff Food excellent Totally relaxing
Family friendly hotel resort with plenty of activities for everyone. Convenient supermarket nearby and amazing food. Service was great, they gave complimentary wine and friendly staff. Meal times could have been slightly earlier and WiFi internet was on/off, can be improved! Overall, was a great experience.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a real 5 star feel to it but without being stuffy. Very relaxed and always willing to help. Breakfast was really good and all pools are lovely. Would definitely stay here again
Hard to fault so I'm not going to try
Great Holiday. Hard to find any fault without being nit picky. The hotel are blessed with a hard working yet always pleasant staff. I hope the management appreciate them as much as the guests
Beautiful hotel in stunning location with fantastic staff. Service is excellent
Great staff. Lovely room with great view. Stayed star prestige for the 3rd time and quality never changes. Food very good. Could do with more beds around pool .
Food was fantastic something for everyone! The alcohol was international brands and not cheap local drink which we have been given in other all inclusives! The swimming pools were great and the rooms were spotless! We had our 3 children with us, age 9, 14 and 16 and they all agreed it was best hotel we ever stayed in!
Was upgraded on arrival, made to feel like royalty, a piece of luxury for a few days. Perfect for me being away on my own. Vey much appreciated. Made me feel happy. Thank you to all involved.
Brilliant for kids. My daughter had her most enjoyable holiday yet and well positioned...
Stayed here in February couldn’t fault hotel hence our return. This time a little dissatisfied.Room still good & cleanliness still excellent. Most staff very helpful & pleasant. However the hotel was very busy & therefore you became overlooked on a few occasions. The main issue was the dining room.It was noisy & chaotic & full of babies children & buggies. It resembled a busy airport terminal lounge not a pleasant dining experience. The star prestige option was a must if you enjoy a quiet dinner. Also there is the sun beds.In February nobody reserved them & it was really great to see. This time was very different by early morning the beds adjacent to the pool were reserved & annoyingly some were reserved but not used until afternoon. All in all had this been our first visit then we wouldn’t have returned.
Location and cleanliness of the resort surrounding the hotel
I’ve visited this hotel twice now and honestly couldn’t fault it. Its immaculate In every possible way! It’s one of my all time favourites and I can’t wait to visit again!
You found my sons teddy ❤️
On arrival to our hotel we was greeted by the most help full kind warming understanding reception staff/porters. We had arrived at the hotel a little stressed and they did everything possible to ensure we felt welcome. The Hotel was perfect, the room was amazing the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. The cleaners worked ever hard each day to maintain this. The food was outstanding what you would dream a 5 star would be it really was. The staff in the bars and food areas worked so hard. The lifeguard at pool side helped my husband with a toe that has spit out, he did such a good job. The entrainment was amazing the shows and atmosphere at night was perfect for all ages. But most of all my little boy left his dog teddy there which is his most loved teddy. The staff have found my sons teddy and have sent us a photo of his and he will be coming back to my little boy, now that’s has well and truly shown how well the business and hotel chains are ran, to find the smallest teddy and leave a family so happy and most of all my little boy will be reunited with his teddy
Free mini bar soft drinks, wine, cava included in room. Also, for tech experts you could plug in your music through the room.
Great position. This is 4th visit and service never changes. First time in family area normally stay in Star Prestige. The whole family enjoyed every minute.
Outstanding
Amazing stay, excellent staff and really lovely hotel.
Loved it! So glad the childrens pool is heated in April! Staff very attentive and friendly.
Fabulous time at Lanzarote Park. Would highly recommend.
We liked the facility to be accommodated in an adults only area. We liked the lounge facility but found it very cramped. If it was opened up into the garden with a patio door it would be greatly improved. The lack of car park is a major drawback.
Amazing staff - polite, courteous, friendly, pride in their job.
Staff were all really friendly. Food was excellent. Facilities great.
Customer service was outstanding! The staff go above and beyond what we have experienced in other hotel groups. Always clean facilities, food in the main restaurant was lovely! Bar staff and all staff in fact work incredibly hard. In addition, The kids club staff Ellie and Glenda really made our sons holiday experience one to remember- we will be booking again next year! Without a doubt!
The layout of the property and it’s location is just perfect. The pools are great you have a children’s pool with fun slides or a small toddler pool and also great adult pools. The view of the sea from our room was amazing. We went half board breakfast and dinner it was great only downside is there is not much choice for babies so we bought our own food the option to get plane veg and some chicken mashed up would have been great but it was not available also dinner starts at 18.30 which was too late for my babas to eat so we fed them in the room before dinner. My twins did love to chew on some pancakes in the morning and I made my own baby porridge for them which I would have done in any hotel really. I also gave them fruit and youghurts from the breakfast buffet. What we didn’t like was the first room we were given was a ground floor family room 4005 it was way too small and had steps down to the door it was not suitable for our double pram and twins, however we were able to change rooms with little to no hassle. My advice is ask to stay in the main block building if you have any mobility issues or a buggy our room 1316 was great 3rd floor plenty of space for two travel cots loads of storage it was quite comfortable only thing that would have made it great would have been a changing table and high chair in the room would have made it so easy to change and feed babies when needed!
Great value, service and position but not 5 star
A very nice hotel but not up to the standard of a full 5 Star. Only one restaurant but with a separate ‘Prestige’ area. This only offered a limited choice menu although access to the large buffet area was easy enough, but not up to the standard I would expect for 5 stars. I also objected to have to wear a wristband! Nesspresso coffee machine in the room but someone should have realised that to load the capsule the machine had to be slid off it’s shelf! Shower area was excellent, and the rest of the room comfortable. Service in the hotel was excellent, as was the position of the hotel. All in all a very nice hotel and good value for money but just missing that 5 star special feel.
Great location. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean facilities. Fab breakfast and lovely anenities for kids. All in all, i couldn't fault the Iberostar Lanzarote Park and eould definitely return
Hotel excellent. Too many unruly children in the buffet restaurant
having to pay to use the spa. Would have been helpful for better signs around the hotel.
Hotel is ideally located, beautifully kept and fab breakfast buffet!
Amazing!!!
What an amazing hotel and setting this is. Too drawer!!! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone whether it be couples or families.
My fiancé and I just return from the Iberostar Lanzarote, the hotel is located in a very good location. The rooms are large and spotlessly clean, the breakfast buffest has a fantastic variety of food that you can choose from. The bed was comfortable, towels changed everyday. The staff are professional and friendly, always greeting you with a smile. They are a credit to the hotel, we would recommend this hotel unconditional to anyone.
Lovely Hotel with Great Staff
Pros: The hotel is lovely, clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, attentive, and always available to assist. The entertainment is engaging, with a great team full of energy. Traveling with an 18-month-old, the kids’ club and evening entertainment were a hit—not just for my child but for other kids as well. The food offered a variety of options, making it easy to find something to enjoy. Convenient water dispensers located throughout the hotel were a thoughtful touch. Close proximity to the beach and the town adds to its appeal. Cons: Cutlery, plates, and utensils were not always spotless and could benefit from more thorough cleaning. While the food was nice, some dishes at the restaurant were bland and oily. Drinks are not included with dinner unless you are all-inclusive, and even filtered water comes at an extra cost. Offering complimentary water at dinner would align better with the breakfast service. Unfortunately, during our stay, a norovirus outbreak spread among guests. Although this was out of the hotel’s control, more proactive communication or precautionary measures (e.g., signs or health advice) would have been appreciated. The hotel itself is good, but it feels overpriced due to its location rather than the experience it offers. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay, thanks to the excellent staff and family-friendly atmosphere.
