Il ristorante ZETA è eccezionale, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Quando sono arrivato ho trovato il letto in condizioni di scarsa igiene ed ho chiesto il cambio di tutta la biancheria. Chiunque può accedere alla piscina con scarpe da passeggio contaminando con le loro scarpe il pavimento.

We got a smoking room in spite of booking a non-smoking room, we had a 3 year old kid with us and we constantly got the smoke smell in our room. Secondly one of the ACs leaked water heavily in the corridors. Our 3 year old slipped and hurt himself 2 times. They compensated us with $10 for entire 3 days of inconvenience!

Excellent hotel near the airport

Worst service, never recommended

Worst service! The staff made us wait for half hour before checking in for unable to find my hotels.com booking, if you guys are unable to find it kindly delist yourself from the site. Secondly they did not allow me and family members to enter the swimming pool which is disgusting. I will never suggest anyone to book this hotel if you are looking for family funtime. Rating this as 0 star for their service! Wasted my whole weekend

Bad checkin exp but everything else was great

Checkin was an issue as they had some issue with the system and the junior staff was acting oversmart. Had to call the manager and HOTELS helpline to get it sorted. Post that everything was good.

Overall a good experience!

We booked a 2BR executive suite. I would stay there again but there were tons of things not working. The wifi was not working, the room needed a booster and took whole day to get fixed. The refrigerator needed complete defrost - required 2 days. There were tons of missing things. The service was slow and had to be called multiple times for the same reason. I would not expect that from Hyatt - 5 star hotel. The morning breakfast was excellent.

Weekend getaway!

Food: Delicious...esp the Kodi Vepudu! Breakfast was sumptuous! Room: Comfortable...cupboard doors etc could have soft closing to avoid slamming shut. Check in: Prompt. Check out: Prompt.

Took the hotel too long to check in even though i had my booking done online. Charged me more on hotel.com than the hotel rate.

The best ever

The most amazing stay possible. If you are traveling with a pet this is the property to stay at. They are exceptionally welcoming.in addition to the staff at the apartments, The restaurant staff was very helpful. They encouraged us to bring our pet baby to the outdoor seating area of the restaurant so that we could dine together as a family. Just fantastic. I’m now a fan of the Hyatt. Looking forward to more stays with them.

Extended Valentine weekend !!!

What a fabulous hotel staff were extremely friendly and felt welcome as usual on arrival. My room was clean and had a comfy bed & had all the amenities one can ask for. This hotel also had a great selection of food for breakfast lovely salmon and eggs and espresso that I am fond of. I would definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Pune. My special thanks to Chef Rohit Chadha and Chef Kanchan for preparing yum food which was asked at the last minute from us. Needless to say they served us with atmost care, warmth and love ... Cheers Rohit ...

Good place to stay whlist traveling with a pet

Very attentive and good staff. Place was a bit run down.. cob webs and pealing walls.

Property is excellent , location is excellent . Breakfast bakery items are not fresh . There were insects roaming around on cinnamon rolls . Please be careful of food you're serving.

I made an mistake booking wrong hyatt hotel. The dutymanager of reservations was very helpfull And understandable

The shower needs to have an exhaust fan. It gets too steamy and I nearly fainted. The floor is slippery in the bathroom. The staff at the restaurant was under-staffed.

Got sick from the food

The rooms and apartments are impeccable and very spacious and well furnished. Airport drop off was great, bell boys and reception staff were great. However, Restaurant staff need to get trained on how to look after customers and the buffet breakfast was a waste of money, cold food, not tasty, and staff just not interested to look after customers.

Nice western hotel with all required services. Close to the airport but far from City center

The carpet in the lobby on 5th floor - apartments section - was smelly. The Shower area in the Spa had a foul smell. The House keeping poor...

Overall a great stay. Breakfast is more skewed to an Indian fltaste with much fewer Western options but still enough to satisfy. Always a good sleep.

Enjoyed stay at this hotel , will gladly stay there again in future

I've stayed in hotels around the world including New York, London, Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Indonesia and more... And what I've come to realise is that it is very hard for any others to surpass the hospitality one can experience in major Indian five star hotels and while for the city of Pune, Maharashtra my top (very close) three would have to be (in no particular order) J.W. Marriott, The Westin and Hyatt Regency and I'm pleased to say the Hyatt is indeed in the lead as in the end the quality of the hotels is hard to compare... But its the hospitality of the staff and their care which is really what stands out... So rest assured I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay and just by the way do make sure you check out the pool its really a stand out feature on so many levels!

It was amazing experience to be here. Everything was excellent. Very near from Airport, clean room, kind people, good facility of swimming pool and Gym. Definitely I'll stay again in my next visit. The only thing is this place is little bit isolated from center of the city. So if you find some fun place for entertainment, you may think further

Hotel was ok

The visit was good, disappointed with one of the waitresses in the Italian restaurant, which spoiled two dinners in the hotel. Room cleaned could be done a little better, inconsistent from one day to the other.

As good as it can get

I stayed for 6 days and every day was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing. It's comprehensive. The service is great. The hotel is clean and the staff is very professional.

There were cockroach’s (2) walking on the bed.

The property is nice...cockroaches walking on the bed linens in a five star property was extremely upsetting. They changed our room but should have done more to make us comfortable after that.

F&B and room and location all good. Just that it being an anniversary we had requested for a cake at midnight. inspite of reminding their team member on duty at that time it did not come. they did ask if they could make it up later but the point was lost. Also for check out had told them to keep bill ready but had another instance there wherein i felt their front desk staff needs to get improve. Service could have been more attentive. Except for their service, the hotel is very good. But then for a five star, isnt service what you come for

Beautiful and 15-20 minute ride from airport.

I highly recommend the Spa with Nira as your therapist. The food was outstanding, too. The hotel manager was very courteous and genuinely concerned for my well being and stay.

Hotel was centrally located.

It was supposed to be a fun mother daughter trip. Hotel room Aircon wasn’t working. Had to call twice to get it seen to. Manager calls at 9.30 in the night offering to upgrade us. By then we were too tired. Was a disappointing experience. Breakfast not up to the mark too.

Stayed for 1 night whilst passing through Delhi on business. This hotel is well located for the airport, and business district of the city. Check in was quick and friendly, room was well appointed and clean, dinner and breakfast good. Would I stay again? Yes

I have stayed at this Hyatt on several occasions for business and it has always proved to be a very positive experience. The staff are amazing and make the difference to a stay at this hotel. Restaurants are also very good
