Beware of hidden resort fees
I enjoyed my stay with the hotel. It is a beautiful, comfortable and vibrant hotel. I would stay again. Be forewarned- food options at the hotel are pricey.
Ok but there are much bette options.
Typical bait and switch with $43 a night resort fee and $38 per day parking in top of the already high rate. Service and housekeeping was all text or app based and we could not get anyone to listen to us for towels and other requests. There are better properties without the fees and service issues
Room was okay, most of the staff is friendly but some were rude.
It was really relaxing and luxury place.
Was perfect
Very clean and nice staff
fee with out explanation
Great for family staying. If they can they do early check in, that was great.
Nice enough but not typical Hyatt quality
it a little old and dated in the rooms, big and spacious but empty and tired. ok if you just want somewhere to sleep at night.
Property was close to major roads for ease in getting to places like Universal, Disney Springs, etc. Hotel was clean and had several restaurants and stores. Had an easy to access parking garage; however there were both resort and parking fees on top of what I had already pre-paid for. So be aware of that.
They were a bit understaffed in the bar/restaurants but the service was still amazing which was impressive for what they had to deal with .
Thank You!
Totally forgot how great this hotel is!
It was an overall goid experience, but I was joined with 2 other rooms. There was a locked door between us but it was easy to hear everything!! Everything was way too expensive. You can have Walmart deliver a few things or even walk down to Walgreens and save a little bit. I paid $13 @ the Market on the facility that wasn't even edible! Bread was hard as a rock and onions on it were soggy!
Beautiful property and the staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and clean.
Great experience overall but the carpets could use some cleaning.
Beautiful, spacious hotel with comfortable rooms and decent amenities. 24 hr grab n go coffee shop is very convenient. Gift shop is good for necessities. Distance to Disneyworld: Takes about 30-40 mins and an uber/lyft ride both ways unless you’re driving. This was the only inconvenient part. Staff at front desk were friendly at checkin - not so much at checkout (didn’t say Hello or smile as they pass guests).
Very nice for a convention hotel. Not far from Disney. Wish the bar area stayed open longer for New Year's Eve. I will stay there again for the Citrus Bowl.
Highly recommended
Wonderful facility, large rooms, great service, convenient and good diversity of food services on site. Highly recommended.
Room is clean. Market located in the lobby is convenient. I can buy late night food and Starbucks drink after I came back from WDW. Staff is helpful. Will definitely book again for my next visit.
Great location
Great location. Beautiful hotel ! Would stay again!
all good but bedding did not seem washed from last guests.
Parking should be included but is not
Everything is great! We’ll be back!
What i liked a out the property was the staff was extremely kind. The rooms were midiocre at best... over priced on everything. No real amenities. No chairs on balcony... how are you supposed to enjoy? Checkout was easy..not enough supplies for our stay.
Clean and just well maintained … comfy beds
Best stay
My initial room I booked smelled like cigarettes and when I called the front desk from my room shortly after checking in and checking the room out they told me they were at full capacity and could not move me. They offered to spray my room to mask the smell which was completely unacceptable. I went down stairs and spoke with someone at the front desk and the young lady who was helping me immediately moved my room which I was pleased with. Although, they downgraded my room from my 1 Bed King with balcony to a 1 Bed Queen with no balcony. I did not mind as the cigarette smell was terrible and the new room was clean. After checking out I mentioned it to the front desk as I was hoping they would at very least prorate me since I paid more for a better room and they down graded me. A different lady at the check out time assisted me and said the accommodations was them moving me as if they were doing me a favor. Finally after reasoning with me she removed some small fees and told me that was the best she could do. Although, I feel like for this hotel they should be doing more as it was an inconvenience for me and I paid more for them to move me into a smaller room. At very least I expected more from this hotel and at minimum charge me for the hotel room I stayed in which is cheaper versus charging me for a premium room they had to move me because it smelled like cigarettes.
Good
Good and beautiful Hotel
Great!
Good location, attentive staff, clean facilities, comfortable rooms, nice restaurants, and good service!
Nice hotel to spent Christmas holidays with the family.
Amenities
Extremely clean and prompt room service
it was great
I liked everything
Valet uses a text to get your car system. I texted them and it said it would be 7 mins. We didn’t get our car for over half an hour because they never received the text apparently. After asking the valet people where my car was, they told me to look around it must be there. Also, I was using the shower and in the middle of pulling a towel up off the rack it fell off the wall.
Excellent
That’s the second time for us to stay in this resort. We are impressed by the friendly staff, great service, and the cleanliness.
No shuttles. Expect to use ride share.
Best stay in my life. I met the love of my live here ❤️
Before you book; please note that parking is not free. Self park is 38&tax and valet is 53&tax per day. Self park garage is outside the hotel property line so be mindful. If travelling with kids- they might not have enough cribs. Weird that they wont have any proper arrangement for cribs/bassinet because most people visiting Orlando are with kids. If you add breakfast, it will not be a buffet or multi item breakfast. It will be 1 drink and 1 entree pp only that you can eat at Bdiner. Property has very nice pools and a cute water slide and waterfall over a pool and hot tub that all close at 10pm. There is a 24 hours starbucks which is an added benefit.
Been coming here for years, nothing has really been updated
Front desk, the valet and especially the restaurant. People were very nice. I even asked for extra sheets and the gentleman brought it very fast top-notch facility. I've been coming here for 10 years and I won't stop. I love the hyatt

Hyatt at the Convention Center
Overall the stay was very nice! We ended up seeing lots of players on the NBA G League including Bronny James!!!! We had no idea this would be apart of our stay! Breakfast was good and worth adding the breakfast option. All the pools were nice! The beds were amazing and cozy. Everyone was nice and helpful. The only confusion I had was the portion I had to pay at the property was not valid. I ended up having to pay about $70 more than expected plus the hotel charged double at check in for incidentals with the claim that you get a portion returned at checkout. Still waiting for the portion to be refunded. That part was really expensive and unexpected. This hotel is more for adults as my kids thought the stay was just ok. They were looking for more to do at the hotel. Overall it was a good fancy stay!!
I believe the property was a bit expensive especially for the room that I was in. But I am assuming the cost comes from the area and the amenities. The hotel initially charged me over the amount that I was supposed to pay and didn’t explain the price until after I said something which I felt was interesting. Me and my friend found bugs in our room and had to be moved which was inconvenient for us but the hotels compensation was one free night at one of the resorts. The resort had a 24/7 market which was just insanely overpriced as well. And the hotel didn’t take cash. Overall I would rate my stay 7/10. There were inconveniences but the staff was willing to help and the area was beautiful.
Great area to stay for shopping and Sea World
Nice property very expensive Charged me 140 on top of the expedia 101 dollars that I had to pay at the property after booking 248 altogether was charged then charged me 78 for breakfast even though I was charged 61 dollars Did not have a microwave available and the breakfast was overpriced
Beautiful property! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and quiet. Will definitely come again!
I pulled up from my 7pm flight and no valet. I had to walk with luggage way too far exhausted from traveling in self park. The email they sent me confirming everything about the property had wrong pricing for parking.
!
Love It… Just Beware
I had a great stay at this property and have been there several times. I love the amenities, the food is great, and the staff is excellent. Just make sure you take an extra $1,000 for the resort fees. Other than that I absolutely love this place!
Friendly and welcoming staff, modern rooms very clean. Nice selection of restaurant offerings conveniently located within walking distance of the Convention Center and other area attractions
.
Service levels are terrible. Not the peoples fault, it is the policies.
Stayed at this location many times, it is a great hotel, great location with amazing staff. My only observation would be the abusive fees: resort fee $43, self parking $38 or valet parking $53 plus a parking tax on top of $3.45, really!!?? These alone will increase your per night stay close to an additional $100.
Great resort
Beautiful hotel. Employees were helpful and welcoming. Nicely located near all amenities. Restaurants in hotel were very nice, food was good. 24 hr mini market was a plus. A 20 min ride from airport. Uber/taxi pickup and drop off very convenient.
Property was very nice. Not happy that the price reserved through Expedia was different from the actual price charged at checkout (excluding extras). Not happy how difficult it was to get a receipt of the final bill mailed to me. Not happy that I was on hold for 30 minutes to call to try to obatin the receipt (still have not).
It was a good time. Hotel was good. Everyone was nice
Great service
Front desk could be more friendly. In general the hotel looks very nice, clean and modern, it has different restaurants inside which is good, it has a 24 hours market inside with a Starbucks which is also good but rooms needs a little refresh and the parking lot is not so good. The parking lot is a public parking that like the most hotels the customer has to pay 38 dollars per night and thats fine but people has to consider that they has to walk a bit between the parking lot and the hotel or they have to pay extra for valet parking if they dont want to walk at all.
Better choice if you have events at the convention center. Close to plenty of nightlife or dining options. Walkable or just a quick cheap rideshare ride away. Rooms are great. Bar fun. Property, pools etc are well kept. Parking is convenient but could be cheaper, or free. Especially with paying a resort fee. If i wasnt there for a conference, there are many, MANY hotels in Orlando and Disney area with cheaper rates AND cheaper or free parking, shuttle service etc...
Amazing
VERY NICE JUST A LITTLE PRICEY
Just a little pricey. Parking and the amentities are not included in the price of the room per night. Those things were added on at check in.
This is a very large hotel and run absolutely superb. Room was a good size and very comfortable with everything you could need to do business.
Great hotel
Outstanding stay . Close to all theme parks
Parking is toooooo expensive, that’s all I have to say cause everything else is wonderful
You never really had to leave the hotel for anything! They had a lot to offer....
Easy access to uber
This property is clean and fun!
Property was very nice
The hospitality was great couldn’t have been in a better place..
q
Great location! Near lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hotel was clean and staff were very nice & pleasant. Check in was quick and easy. I arrived at 1:30 pm and my room was ready. The view from my room was absolutely beautiful! I was able to upgrade to another room facing the west because I wanted to see the sunset. We were on the 30th floor and it was amazing!!!! Room was very clean and that’s great for me because I am a germaphobe and I felt comfortable! Check out was easy as well. I received a text and responded with “checkout” and that was it! I would definitely come back to this hotel!
Beautiful
Great
Stayed during a conference and they booked me close so I could come and go to the room with ease for my family! Great stay and wonderful staff!
If I had to stay again , I would do it no hesitation!
As expected.
Pool was wonderful.
Beautiful hotel just not much around the area
Great for adults and children. Great restaurants and pools to choose from.
The prices for parking are with $48/night ridiculous. For a hotel with 1800 rooms and overnight prices for a simple room with $450/night it’s way overpriced. The quality of the food at the hotel did not changed since the last time I’ve been at this hotel 3 years ago, is terrible. The burger (what else you get in American restaurants) with fries was not only cold when it arrived, but the taste was so bad that I could not eat it and send it back and refused to pay for it. Breakfast wasn’t much better and left most of it on the plate. The rooms at the first tower are outdated and cleanliness behind and under the beds is bad. You can find everything from earplugs, hair, rubber hair bands and chewing gum between bed and wall. I’m 34 years in the business of building luxury brand around the World and would advice American hotel operators to step back and re-think the way they serve paying customers because America is on its best way to become a customer service unfriendly society. Would u advise people to stay there? Yes!!! But get a room in tower two and take your meal elsewhere. For now.
Ok
Miss Gigi was very helpful, professional and courteous. I will plan all my stays with Hyatt hotels from now on. Thanks Hyatt and to all the crew members.
Poor Maintenance
All went well until I took a shower and the faucet kept leaking. Notified the front desk about it and all maintenance did was force the nozzle to close which was hard to turn back on. Toilet also kept running, notified the front desk 4 times about this and it was never fixed correctly. Bartender had given me a menu, I hadn't ordered yet but he took it to give to a man and then returned with another one. Did not even ask if I was done using it. I had to call again to the front desk because the individuals next to me at 10:30 pm were partying in their room, took security 45 minutes to come up and quiet them. Since I did not make the reservation or transaction with Hyatt, I was not reimbursed for anything except the resort fees and food. I am utterly exhausted!
Didn't appreciate the weird signs by the pool area threatening to charge $25 per pool towel if not returned to the drop box by 10 pm. How do they even know whose towels are being returned? Had to check my bill at the end to make sure I wasn't wrongly charged. Bit stressful.
I love they have charging stations for electrical cars ! Great !!
I was an amazing Stay had a peaceful energy. The environment was well respectful, our stay was extremely comfortable Will be back again
Good hotel
I was at the hotel for work and had to do a very important zoom meeting. I tried buying premium internet to ensure I could be online. I followed the instructions, called the front desk, went to the front desk- everyone told me to call or go somewhere else. When I finally got in touch with IT they assured me I would have premium internet for my whole stay. Well I work up the next day and it wasn’t working again. Seeing that this hotel has a conference facility you would think the internet capabilities would be more reliable.
Beautiful property, huge conference center, excellent pool and dining

The staff was wonderful and made us feel special for being our wedding night. The room was incredible , can’t beat the view. The bed was so comfy , I didn’t want to get out of it
Overall a very nice, safe, clean property
The property did not look very updated in our actual hotel room. The common areas are beautiful, but definitely over priced for the quality of room. Breakfast is not included. We went to a restaurant onsite which was also just ok, but extremely pricy.
Nice place
Amazing Staff
Extremely friendly staff!
