Amazing property as always, only caveat are the sheets! They are so loud when trying to sleep. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here and always do.

We booked the hotel for two night to explore the city, charge our car and continue to the ski resort. The EV charging stations are simply 110v outlets. The output is 1kwh. It doesn’t help at all. The pool was under construction. They offered to go to the nearby facility which was four blocks away. Not much to see or do around the hotel.

It was very convenient being that we were here to attend Decadence. The convention center was right around the corner which made everything a Breeze.

Loved the 27 floor lounge area. Views were awesome.

It’s a great to stay if you have an event to go to at the Convention Center. Such a short walk. Our room was super clean, the staff was friendly, Parking was convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

stayed here for new years, had to wait 45 minutes in the lobby before they let us go up to our hotel room

Christmas week getaway

A relaxing holiday getaway for my wife and I. Room had a fantastic view of the Rocky mountains and downtown Denver. Right off the 16th Street Mall, shops and boutiques were within walking distance

It was a short but very comfortable and relaxing stay, the inhouse restaurants and bars were quite enjoyable. We may visit again in July.

Beautifully decorated hotel lobby with many dining options. The Peak Bar on the 27th floor is much fun with tasty seasonal cocktails & appetizers. Comfortable rooms. Helpful front desk staff. Excellent downtown location.

Roger at the front desk is more than amazing. Never felt so welcome and calm after a terrible travel morning. Beyond customer service he is a gem! Roger for president!

They didn’t have shuttles. The hours and serving size of the restaurants left us hungry… the restaurant was randomly closed for dinner when we arrived to the hotel, it was like 7pm. Couldn’t get an a la carte menu item for breakfast, you have to buy the whole buffet.

1.5 oz of body wash for two people and one microscopic bar of hand soap. What is up here, it wasn't always this way? Places like Blue by Hilton are more well-appointed.

a lot of construction in the surrounding area but that is not the hotel's fault- overall, a great stay.

There was an error in my check-in process as I prepaid parking on the Expedia app ($5.00 upcharge). The front-desk did not activate my room key to allow for in and out passage. When I went back to the front desk to inquire, another agent, Sophia went above and beyond to correct this error and offered a meal credit for the error. She remembered my name and was wonderful to work with even after I checked out. Superstar!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The Mountain view is a must. This will be our go-to hotel when visiting Denver. Easy walk to most attractions or very short uber drive. Hotel staff was incredibly friendly and the hotel itself is clean, well decorated, and full of character. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the view from the 27th floor bar was spectacular.

Handicap accessible room, bathroom great, needs vertical grab bar. Bed very low making transfers difficult. Bed too soft, difficult to rollover.

Property is in great shape and convenient, the room was well appointed. I expected the bed to be more comfortable for the price point. Staff mixed up my reservation with another guest, and also charged me for a room upgrade. These things were all fixed promptly when brought to their attention, but at this price point these mistakes shouldn’t happen.

A beautiful Hyatt in the heart of the city. Staff is friendly and efficient. The property, itself, is lovely...very well appointed. Comfortable beds, clean as a pin. There are on-site conveniences, a decent gym, a good size indoor pool, and a hot tub large enough to share. The Rooftop bar has a wonderful view. It's also within walking distance of many popular sights, and dining options. Wonderful stay.

Roger, at the front desk, was fantastic!! He was very friendly and provided great service. We loved chatting with him during the check in process.

This hotel has a great lobby with a convenience store, coffee shop and a small restaurant. We used it a lot while staying at Hyatt Regency. Our room was very clean.

I came for a one night business trip, although several staff were at the counter, I wasn’t acknowledged for 5 minutes. Overall, the stay was great. I would return.

Room was fantastic service was great. Beds are super hard very uncomfortable for us struggled sleeping for the 2 nights and air conditioning didn't seem to work to well was a little humid, but over all was great stay!

Killer gym and pool

Great hotel with fast WiFi for business. I actually needed to transfer from another hotel whose internet went down. Great service, though valets could use some retraining on recognizing potential guests (ie someone standing in front of you holding car keys)

We stayed here after a Rockies game on our anniversary weekend. The sweet staff at check in gave us coupons for free drinks at the lobby bar.

Easy check-in, rooms have been remodeled, nice views of city and mountains.

Excellent buffet options , location , staff was good. The drinks were okay in the cocktail lounge pikes peak .

Best downtown Denver hotel

This is my favorite downtown Denver hotel. The location can't be beat and the parking is more reasonable than the hotels around it, especially if you pay for it on the Hotels app. It's right by the Colorado Convention Center, which is super convenient. And it's very close to the 16th Street Mall and all the shopping and dining. There's a lovely smaller restaurant/bar with a changing menu with some delicious options. My favorite nice restaurant is across the street, too. I've stayed here many times!

The property is quite an edifice especially the interiors. Very contemporary but retained the essence of the Colorado. The breakfast buffet was quite good. What I don’t like is the vanity supplies. The quality and quantity leave a lot to be desired. Overall, I will give the property 8/10.

I won't be staying again. I arrived and checked it. At the time, it was over 90 degrees in Denver. My room was stifling hot with no functioning AC. I called the front desk and they advised they would send an engineer up. No one came. The next morning I went down to the desk and and asked that it be looked at again. When I came back they had fixed it, though the air flow was still incredibly week but there at least. To their credit, they gave me a complimentary coffee. It made for a very uncomfortable stay during some extremely hot weather. When I went to get my complimentary coffee at their little lounge bar and marketplace, all three carafes were lukewarm to flat out cold. Their response was to make me an Americano instead and just leave the cold coffee out instead of brewing it again, despite it obviously being hours old. The cashier also didn't know how to use the coupon and was irritated that I had it. Every interaction with an employee gave you the sense that you were wasting their time, an annoyance to be dealt with. They leaned against the counters, gossiped about guests and work nonsense, and it was just weird. Despite this review, I'm actually pretty low maintenance, and I don't get easily irritated by things when I travel. But this sum of the whole experience was just pretty bad. The building itself is old. There are so many other options around the vicinity that are more updated and offer better service.

Nice stay for a convention. It's literally across from the convention center. Also enjoyed the striped bass and chocolate dessert at Former Saint in-house restaurant.

Bartenders on the first floor were great and very service oriented and friendly. I was at a conference at the DCC, so very convenient.
