They need to train their chefs and waiters. They are friendly, but the foods are too local and two salty and too much sugar. Carpet is too old. They are willing to learn, give some training.

Nice Hotel in Tegucigalpa

Hotel is well located and in very good condition, breakfast is great!

At the rooftop, they took forever to serve our food, and there was only one server and they didn’t have the option that we asked for dinner

The staff is super friendly and attentive the facilities are cleanish BUT my complaint is about the noise at night. They usually have a DJ or parties at the pool area and it’s impossible to sleep this is my second time staying here because there aren’t many options in Tegucigalpa and my experience has been the same.

This is my second stay at this Hotel. As always, all the staff are very attentive. The breakfast (included) is perfect since you eat what is customary in the country. Plenty of parking (included), which belongs to the hotel.

Room is not even ready, they have made us wait for one hour. Staff was unhelpful to resolve.

I booked for 3 days and i need to book another day, i did it at the same time, they charge the same fare, at the hotel after 3 days they told me I need to change room because i had another reservation, the last room wasn't the best, completely different

Amenities Closed Loud Music all Night

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly however the amenities like pool and gym were not accesible due to an event. The only reason I booked this hotel was to use the pool and gym. Blocking access to paying guests due to another event is unfair to us as the amenities is a deciding factor when booking a hotel and they heavily advertise the pool in their pictures. There was loud music all night due to said event which made it almost impossible to get any sleep on the floor I was in. I would not stay here again.

Nice Hotel great staff safe area I strongly recommended . The only thing I noticed was bed sheets was stains on it . I requested new bed blankets!!! Very quiet Room

Very convinient. There are lots of little shops around, fast food, mini mall, safe area.

Overall was really good, just will make some observations in cleaning service on room, we returned from the pool and the room was not made. And service at the pool should be available since early even if it’s Sunday, to offering snacks or drinks if needed.

It was amazing! From the beautiful rooftop pool area to the fantastic daily breakfast and the friendly helpful staff, the is the only place to stay in Tegucigalpa! I have stayed in a few of the top properties here and this one is simply superior!!

Discriminatory, double charged room, rude

Added a room for mother and sister as the stay was to bring wedding dresses and gifts from the USA. I has already reserved this stay for 4 days, and they refused to allow us to add a room. They demanded paperwork for my mother, two sisters and brother, although one did not even stay, and for my sister who was getting married, they demanded documentation for the child and accused us, a brown Honduran family, of child smuggling. We spent $400 at the restaurant and bar. They had a lot of attitude toward my family who are farmers, it was extremely insulting. I own a company in Texas and after being detained for an hour trying to register them, they charged quadruple room rate as I have just received the invoice today. I am extremely unhappy.

Superb Hotel in Tegucigalpa, Honduras

What a great hotel to stay, the staff are friendly specially the Restaurant personnel. They treated us warmly and the service was magnificent. We will definitely coming back to this Hotel.

Disappointed

Check in took a long time, then I was given a room on the first floor. I asked for a higher room and she said they were booked… on a Monday… she didn’t even check. Room has a strange smell, bathroom looked like it needs paint and maintenance. Won’t stay in this hotel again.

No good is really bad service

It was a great experience overall. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Close to the US Embassy which was the purpose of my trip. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff helped me arrange transportation from the hotel to the US Embassy and also to the bus station.
