Very large room, clean but slightly older, fantastic staff, easy access to freeways with free parking. There’s a large pool. We enjoyed our 4 day stay there.

Clean & Comfortable Newly Renovated Rooms

Convenient location on the western part of the city - probably best to travel by car or taxi. Newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable, but sound proofing could be improved (could hear next door neighbors).

Great renovated hotel

Amazing renovated room. The bathroom uses mostly Toto which is quite premium. Very well decorated and practical. We were surprised by the sauna and hot spa in basement.

WiFi signal was weak in my room. This was unusual, as I have stayed at this hotel many times. The staff apologized for it at checkout.

Good atmosphere, and nice staff.

Needless to say much based on all the positive reviews. The moment we reached the hotel, we were greeted and welcome with gestures from the staff to load off the luggage. We were given a cornered room that seemed spooky and isolated with a fire proof door and we were not comfortable with it. After giving feedback to the staff, we changed to another room with better views and warmly lit. Just an advice to all travellers, if you wish to have some paranormal encounters during the trip, you may try out the cornered room that i stated. The room number was 1414 and its spooky enough with the number alone. Overall it was a great experience with helpful staff who are always ready to serve you.

Pros: - Although the room décor seems dated, but it very spacious and clean. - Bedding is comfortable. - 3 fruits offered daily (complimentary) - Toilet is clean & spacious - surrounding area is quiet but it expected as it nearer to residential enclave. it not near to night market. I like the peacefulness - free usage of sauna, steam bath and hot Jacuzzi pool Cons: - Wifi is very weak - noise insulation has got rooms for improvement. ( I can hear taps running next door, I can hear noise / conversations) It felt like the walls are hollow.

Hotel is nice and clean. Walk a few minutes to night market.

Very nice hotel, big room with lots of restaurants inside. Multilingual staff, gym was bigger than expected, very reasonable room rates. The mini-fridge was nice, free daily fruits, also nice toiletries, just hoping that the razor kit had shaving lotion/cream in it, but everything else was great. Wifi, TV, bed, pillows. Will stay here again.

Stayed for a business trip, so good wifi/LAN, accessibility to taxis, as well as close-by 7-11/Family Mart convenience stores. Room was fine. I really enjoyed the free water and free fresh fruits they provided every day.

Nice, aging hotel

The hotel is a nice but aging 3.5 star hotel. It has quality international amenities and services. Unfortunately if you are traveling with children, there are limited activities because the pool restricts kids from swimming. It is located within several night markets and other tourist spots by taxi and a few restaurants by walking.

Dated hotel

The hotel is an older one with dated decor in the rooms, although everything was clean and comfortable. I did partake of the spa facilities downstairs and that was awesome. The hotel is close to the bus station (no MRT in Taichung!), so that is convenient. Customer service was very nice. I did smell an odor on the comforter cover, so am suspicious whether they changed it before I checked in.

Nice, quiet hotel, close to main part of Taichung City (1.5 miles), and easy to get to from Taichung HSR station. Staff helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Good business hotel

Good business hotel, friendly staff. The traditional Chinese restaurant on the 16th floor is excellent.

The hotel staff were very nice, very convenient to a 7-11 and the 7-11 there is very big! You can even sit there to eat :)

為住宿者可先詢問是否自駕，預先安排停車位，當天晚上住宿客滿，停車場已滿，我是有停進去，但不是停車格，故算起來車位應不足，或可安排其他停車場。 另外早餐跟以前比較，只能說普普，不符合貴飯店品牌形象。 還是有讚許地方，房間寬敞舒適，燈光明亮，淋浴水量大，夠熱，超爽！ 真是個舒服的渡假時光！

房間的電源控制很老舊，要關掉燈光睡覺，需一個一個燈關閉，感覺很老舊。停車場在戶外。簡直較落後，如果下大雨該怎麼辦？

冷氣太冷了

整潔與房間內裝都很好，唯一的問題就是冷氣太冷，室內20度而且無法調整溫度，我們全家冷到不行，如果能改善就更好了。

很值得再來

房間整修後很新，很乾淨，完全沒有灰塵，衛浴空間超級大，還有浴缸，大推！

樓上似乎在跑步，有點噪音，床比較沒有軟硬適中，空調半夜會自動關閉，導致影響睡眠

Truly enjoyed the stay. The room is newly renovated and clean. Concierges and staffs are friendly and helpful. The only area that may need improvement is breakfast as the number of selection is relatively fewer than other hospitals. Overall, an A experience.
