Bonita experiencia en mi hospedaje.

My toom was located on the 1st floor. The window of my room faced the wash room which make it very noisy, therefore making it very difficult to get some rest. Somel staff members kept slamming a door which faced my window throught the night and talked very early in the morning. I had to call the front desk at 6:30 am to get them to stop slamming the door. As for the staff talking by my window, well that continued throught my stake making it very difficult to rest. Other than this everything else was good.

Like the location, didn’t like that the hotel room key shut everything off when you leave the room it’s 100 degrees outside and you return to a hot room.

Very nice hotel. Everything was so close and walkable. Nice Starbucks Cafe in the lobby. The atmosphere of the town is very enjoyable.

I don’t know why this property hasn’t had recent ratings , I stayed here and I must say wa a the best decision for me . The room was clean and the food was excellent , very fresh with so many healthy options .

Annoyed

It was OK. I didn’t like the fact that they were messaging me that I needed to come as soon as possible so they can keep my room. I had put my credit card there so they had it so they knew we were coming we were just roaming around the city so we had to stop and come back and see what was going on. Not sure what their deal was.

Great location for tourists

The hotel has a great location in City Centre of San Andrés. Great location to move around all the tourist attractions nearby and come back to a good clean hotel. Walking distance you have bars and restaurants.

Super Hotel when visiting San Andres Tuxtla Mexico

This was a fabulous hotel with great service and friendly staff. Near all the local markets for great shopping. They do not speak English very much but we had alot of fun communicating with each other. They helped so much with everything we needed or wanted! Couldn't have asked for a nicer place!

Hotel cómodo y con buenas amenidades.

El hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones un poco reducidas de tamaño pero cómodas, lo único que si es que se escucha mucho ruido de las calles y de cuando otros huéspedes salen de sus habitaciones.

Sin duda el mejor hotel en Los Tuxtlas , quizá el único inconveniente es el ruido de la música en la noche de los antros del centro de la ciudad

Buena opción en San Andrés Tuxtla

Es un hotel que es antiguo y remodelado, dividido a su vez en 2 partes, la parte "ejecutiva" y la "standard" Esto no se avisa a la hora de reservar en la pagina y entonces la expectativa vs realidad es diferente El telefono no funciona por temas de remodelación El servicio eso si es impecable y destaca contra cualquier otra opción en San Andrés, lo q lo hace muy recomendable, permite sentirse en un standard cotidiano en un pueblo magico, Excelente para negocios.

Buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas. El estacionamiento un poco complicado por la calle estrecha y esperar a que haya espacio en el elevador de autos.

El personal y servicio fueron excelentes, no así las camas de mi habitación, están viejas y deformes, eso fue lo malo.

Inconformidad por habitaciones

Bien a secas. El problema se presenta que al llegar a hotel te dan habitaciones diferentes a las de la App, que no son las más bonitas e incluso son de la parte vieja del inmueble. Lo reclame y prometieron cambiarme. Espere casi hasta las 19:00 horas y me llamaron y ya no acepté el cambio. Fuera de esto bien.

Buen servicio

El servicio es muy bueno, la comida en el restaurante también es buena, pero no descansé nada, me dieron la habitación que da hacia la calle y en la noche se escucha demasiado ruido, en frente al hotel hay un bar y toda la noche se escuchó la música demasiado alto, no se puede descansar así.

La atención amable. Esta cerca del centro. Es tranquilo el lugar y el personal te atiende muy bien

Todo estuvo muy bien, muy recomendado

Es un hotel de muy buenas condiciones, excelente servicio desde la recepción hasta las camareras, una limpieza impecable y un trato muy agradable por todo el personal, camas cómodas, espaciosas, no faltó el agua caliente, muy buen servicio en el bar restaurante y el servicio a la habitación y de información... zona céntrica, lo recomiendo sin dudas, ojalá se mantenga así para próximas visitas.

Es un concepto nuevo en la zona y creo que todo esta bien
