Nice, reasonably priced hotel with modern amenities and close to the centre.

First time in Tehuacan, Puebla so I was unsure of which hotel to book. I booked based on photos. Zenith was very clean, staff was very friendly. Highly recommend Zenith.

Four days there were just right.

It was well located, a block from the bus station and two blocks from the zocalo (historical city center) and very near restaurants, and shopping. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Sr. Cresencio Hernandez went out of his way to be especially helpful in many ways.The buffet breakfasts were wonderful, too. The old ruins and the museums were great fun.Don’t miss the Evolution Museum.

The card to the room kept deactivating and I had to go all the way to the lobby to get it fixed. The reception did not know what the issue was. That was the only issue we had.

Great restaurant right across the street. Walking distance to everything. Wonderful staff, good breakfast included, very comfortable beds..

The hotel is nice but really beware of parking your car in the provided garage. We accidentally left the Gopro in our windshield running when we let the attendant park our truck and after watching the video back seen that he went through my truck real good looking for who knows what. We didn’t notice anything missing but the fact that they go through all your stuff is unnerving. Beware if parking a vehicle! Video is posted on YouTube.

The best of Tehuacán

The staff was always friendly and they had excellent customer service skills. also we felt very secure, always had someone at the door waiting to open it for us. We love this place for its location and customer attention

New hotel, great staff

Centrally-located hotel with superb staff, always helpful and welcoming. The rooms are modern, clean, and new. Amenities include spa (which we enjoyed) and a small gym. Some cons are that the TV/cable was quite lacking, and that there weren't more complimentary bottles of water in the room, after all, tap water isn't potable. Overall a good experience, and would come back.

The staff were awesome. The were very helpful and courteous. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I really enjoyed my time at this motel.

You will enjoy every minute of your stay

The staff was great they did more than what we expected, we stayed there for several days and they were awesome. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff very cortecious. We have stayed at 5 start hotels and let me tell you something "this guys at Hotel Zenith make you feel you are at a resort" i can't think of anything bad.. they were awesome!!

Good Hotel in a very small town.

This Hotel is very clean and it seems to be brond new or recently refurbished. The rooms are of good size and it has everything that you may need. The town is very small and we used it only as a stop on our way to Merida. The Restaurant right in front of the Hotel is worth a visit. CASA VIEJA. The servise is slow, but the food is great.

Really like the hotel!

I really enjoyed my stay with my family. I had very low expectations going in but was pleasantly surprised. Very close to the center of town and there are great places to near the hotel. Highly recommend.

ONE OF THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN TEHUACAN, PUEBLA

FROM THE MOMENT OUR TAXI STOPPED BY THE HOTEL WE WERE GREETED BY THEIR DOORMAN AND SECURITY WHO HELPED US WITH OUR SUITCASES. OUR ROOM WAS IMMACULATE, CLEAN, MODERN, FLAT SCREEN TV, SEPARATE BATHROOM AND SHOWER, AC, COFFEE MACHINE IN ROOM, COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WHICH WAS GREAT.

Probably One of the Best Hotels in Puebla.

I'm impressed at how good this hotel was. Honestly and not to be demeaning I expected it to be not so good. The only thing I would change were the towels. Besides that everything was very good. Congrats to the owners. Even the so called luxury boutique in Puebla: "La Purificadora" should take some pointers from this hotel.

quiero expresar mi agradecimiento al personal del estacionamiento por ser sujetos muy amables, de igual forma a los meseros que nos atendieron en nuestro desayuno, muy dispuestos, amables y atentos, aun a pesar de que el restaurante estaba lleno. Además de que el desayuno estuvo muy rico, buena presentación e higiene. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en su hotel. MUCHAS GRACIAS!

Todo bien, lo malo es que no servía el aire acondicionado de la habitación, la temperatura en el exterior era de 23 grados y la de la habitación 27 grados centígrados, no pudimos dormir bien por el calor.

Jamás me había ocurrido en un hotel, que te vendieran las botellitas de agua de cortesía. Eso me genera mucha desconfianza si hasta por ir al gimnasio o al baño me cobrarían. Normalmente le ponen precio para darte la oportunidad de decidir si quieres o no comprar agua. En Marriot encierran todo en el frigobar, para que cuando pidas abrirlo te mencionen los precios. En Vidanta te dejan la etiqueta pegada con el precio en el agua.

Limpio y tranquilo, en el centro de la ciudad. En frente: excelente restaurante (Casa Vieja) el mejor. Será este hotel nuestro preferido cuando visitamos.
