Very good
Very good.
Ok for one or two nights. But if you want a comfortable room choose another hotel. Our rooms bathroom was smelly and the bedroom was cold.
We booked a room with parking. To get to the parking was very hard as there are a lot of one way streets and forbidden turns. We ended up turning around the city center for 25 min. When we left it was very difficult to figure out how to get out. The room we got initially (315) was very small and despite the hotel listing air conditioning on Expedia website the air conditioning was not working however we had a constant flow of warm air and no exterior window. There was a very strong smell of food and we assumed this was from the kitchen below. We complained and for our second night we were given a different room (311) which was much nicer, had exterior windows to get fresh air, no smell and no warm air through ventilation. It will be important to inform the customers about the parking situation (not on site, difficult access) provide information in how to get to the parking and how to get out and correct ventilation on room 315.
Girl in the reception during checking time was extremely nice and friendly, the whole staff always willing to help
Great hotel, very friendly staff. Very close to so many option for dinner or shopping. Highly recommended.
.
Excellent service! The receptionists were so friendly and helpful.
Had an amazing stay, felt safe as a female solo traveler. One of the staff members had some personal issues.. but the rest were super sweet the next day! Lovely place!
No me volvería a quedar ahí nunca
The property was okay. It seems like it was remodeled recently. The room was spacious enough. The beds were hard but comfortable enough. The AC worked and would send the air to most of the room. The bathroom however smelled like sewer most of the day, the shower clogged whenever someone was showering and there was something to look like mold in a corner of the bathroom. The location was great. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel continues to need some work.
Staff with attitude. No given any respect to the costumers. Unfortunately had Terrible experience.
If you are looking for a hotel in this price range then this is a good choice. It’s conveniently located & central. The entrance to the hotel is on a small road which is not very appealing but it’s just fine. The rooms are spartan but clean and serviced daily. The windows open for fresh air.The lobby has some good seating and is a very comfortable place to put your feet up. The internet was very good. The only downside for us was that the smokers stood outside the entrance to smoke and visit. The smoke and noise comes into the window. Closing it fixes that.
We had an issue with our first room and they immediately addressed this and gave us another room which was wonderful. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to walk to sights and restaurants.
Staff ok, room not as good
The staff was ok, but the room was really close to the breakfast room, we couldn’t sleep from 07:30z
The room was small, but bright and sunny with a comfortable bed. Quiet. Breakfast buffet was nice and well supplied. Close to all the tourist attractions and taxis.
Super fair stay for the price, very well located
Very good hôtel close to everything you want to see Thank you
.
Basic sparse room but good location and convenient parking. Room had window into an internal tunnel/courtyard, no safe in room, no kettle, beds ok. Room small.
Safety concerns and rude staff
First good things, the room is relatively clean and workable. No windows other than one in bathroom but no concerns with the room. However, I didn't feel safe during my stay. Firstly there were no possibility to lock the door due to issues with the lock. Secondly, I arrived late and was asking where to get drinking water. Without coins it was not possible to get water in the hotel since, basis on the receptionist, the only option was vending machine that works with coins only. He was rude and unwilling to help, only option told was to walk midnight some 5-10 minutes to nearby store - something that was horrible to do, in not so safe area, when travelling as a solo female. Breakfast was poor, mostly bread and no fresh juices.
Fine
Large rooms in excellent hotel
Really nice hotel
Really nice hotel. Parking is extra. We paid extra for the room so parking was "free" worked out at half price. Negative is only given a sheet no duvet stayed in winter was cold. Heating worked then blew out cold air. Shower was luke warm. Nice pressure but not hot water.
Very clean room was a little small but served it’s purpose close to everything Breakfast was good
Good location, adequate rooms and good staff
The location was great close to all the walking streets. We paid additional for a parking spot which was very worth it. The room was adequate, pretty basic but it was all we needed. The staff was nice and friendly.
This hotel room was very basic, the room was small with two single beds put together as a double bed (even though we had paid for a double room with a double bed) and not sound proof at all. All night we could hear people in the lobby even though we were on the 3rd floor and there were constantly doors being opened and closed. The hotel room was clean, as was the bathroom. The car park is a private car park, like you would find in a shopping mall. It was hard to locate initially, especially for a tourist who has hired a car and is following Google maps that guides you through roads that you are no longer allowed to use.
the property was well located, clean, breakfast was good, but bed were noisyand the heating system was not working properly
Good budget hotel for city centre
Very good location although in a quite scruffy street. Helpful reception, will arrange a taxi to the Alhambra (about 8€). Suggest taxi there and quite easy walk back. If you have booked with parking best to message them and ask for the parking instructions as it is not in the car park across the street. They send you sat nav coordinates and code for the garage door. It's about 5 mins walk. Good wi-fi, low key continental breakfast but okay. Limited TV channels only DMAX in English. Aircon not very effective in our room although it was around 37 degrees during our visit. Beds okay but very squeaky. Budget price for a city centre hotel. All areas very clean.
Cheap renovated hotel in the city centre (Granada)
The hotel is being renovated, so everything is very new, especially the bathroom, which is very nice. The heating works very well. What I did not like was the fact that there was no duvet, but blankets. Furthermore, although we booked a double bedroom, we were given to twin beds (together) plus an additional bunk bed, which made the bedroom look like a hostel. The bedroom was clean, except for the headboard, which was dusty. Nonetheless, overall, the room was nice, and I would stay there again if they offered duvets. In my view, the hotel has the potential to improve if the furniture and bedding are upgraded.
Under Construction
Hotel YIT Casablanca was still under construction/refurbishment while we were there, we were not aware of this whilst booking. If you're looking for a peaceful break this is not the place, construction was underway at 8am, we unfortunately didn't get to be until about 4am since we took advantage of the great nightlife that Granada has to offer, so the noise of the construction was not very welcome. Our room, which I'm assuming had gone through refurbishment, was at least very clean, however the quality of the construction work was not impressive. Overall I cannot complain since the cost at about €40 a night was worth it.
Excellent hotel in downtown Granada. Fantastic staff.
The place is in a a great location. Walking distance to all the tourist destination in the area. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were very satisfied with the price for the amount we get.
Very good locations, very clean, room is too small
Good.. Kind
Great place
It was great, good customer service, outstanding job.THANKS TERESA!!!!
Nice hotel, but uncomfortable if you have a car.
The hotel over all was nice and the breakfast was good. However, we had a car with us thus made it very uncomfortable due to the location of the hotel and that it does 25tg provide parking.
not very welcoming... looks like tourists factory
Except a cheap and welcoming breakfast ... you have to say hullo and goodbye to your customers if you are not able to smile ... people work here seem busy and boring, except a charming lady who takes care at breakfast.
great location
we had a bit of trouble on check in as i had amended my booking but when I arrived it had not been done so I had to pay for extra nights
Too loud to sleep - good location.
We were on the third floor. Kept awake all night by people screaming from surrounding streets. Shower had no curtain. Wouldn't stay again since we were not able to sleep.
WONDERFUL STAFF, TERRIFIC LOCATION BUT FILTHY....
Great location but the rooms are filthy and terribly noisy. I never slept. The sheets were dirty; taken from the floor and reused...No, I am not joking as I placed the sheets on the floor and the housekeeper USED THEM AGAIN! They were dirty! Breakfast is inexpensive and mostly bread items but an abundance of coffee elections. This is not a hot bar but for less than four euros, it's worth it. If you are on a budget and wish to stay at a wonderful location in city centre, this is fine but if you desire cleanliness and tranquility, look elsewhere.
Last minute getaway..
A last minute decision to get away from 700 bikers at a rock concert in the park near where we live in Almunecar, thought we would have a break for the weekend away from the noise. Disappointed with the Hotel as our room was very dirty, with a plastic beaker on the floor (not even hidden under anything) and long hairs mixed with fluff on the floor. Under the bed had not been swept for months. 4am woken by noise from people leaving a disco next door and doors slamming from 6am. Not much sleep.
major disappointment . very uncomfortable stay
we stayed for 2 nights. this was our worst traveling experience in our 30+ years of extensive traveling . the air conditioners do not work if you open the windows, there is no air flow. as the windows are facing an air well. the temperature outside was a pleasant 55 while in room was 80 + beds are uncomfortable and in serious need of mattress replacement. the bed covers were dirty and liekly not washed in some time in order to reach the elevator you have to first climb 5 stairs from street to lobby then another 6-7 steps to the elevator, which takes you up to in between floors, so you have to walk another 5-6 stairs to get to your room
Close to my IUNS conference venue, Congresos
I am impressed with the fact that my reservation was respected and as such was not stranded in Spain. The hotel is easily accessible. The hotel staff were friendly even though language was sometimes a problem. By and large, I enjoyed my stay there.
Nice location
I have been to Granada for about 5 nights. Though I read many disappointing reviews about the hotel but I did not have many other options as I was late in reservation and so. Anyway, I can say that Casablanca is not that bad as most of comments say. The hotel is in the centre of Granada, easily reached..I loved that. It is about 5 min walk to Granada cathedral, 10-15 min from Alhambra. It is located very close to the shopping streets and grand via de colon. Just next to the hotel there are more than 1cafe you can have your breakfast there. About the elevator that most ppl made comments about I found it perfect, it is new, safe with no step level from the floor as mentioned by others. May be they have fixed this Pbm. About rooms, cleanliness come on it is 2 stars hotel I can not expect more than I got just a good safe place to have your night. The only Pbm I found was the noise of people when they r back at night, as rooms are v close. Overall it was good I enjoyed my stay at Casablanca.
Buenisima relacionados calidad/precio
mancanza di piccolo frigobar e biodet in bagno
Limpio, tranquilo, cerca de centro histórico
Sympa
Bem localizado, atendimento atencioso. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor.
Desayuno simple
Escapada a granada
Bien, calidad y precio correcto.

This is probably the worst place ever. It was totally unsafe and uncomfortable. It is a non me hotel but guests were freely smoking in their rooms. Smoke alarms were obviously not working, which made me totally nervous. Room was very small. Towels were old and had many holes. Beds were uncomfortable. I contacted management by email about the safety issue but i was totally ignored. Expedia did the same and never got an answer. Granada has more hotel choices for the same or cheaper price. DO NOT stay at this property.
