Not a bad place to stay in a conservative price. Rooms are spacious but nothing amazing.

I will say that 80 % was very good, I would stay there again, just couple of small observations, the electrical outlets in between the bed were not workable, the next outlets were in the bathroom, ( so you need to carry with you an extension cord), next, the coffee in the restaurant is horrible..

Nice and clean

I only stayed one night but my stay was comfortable and check in was fast and easy.

Bad hotel

The hotel was being fumigating. It smelled bad and the rooms were not what I saw on line. Very poor quality.

Photos on Internet were different from rooms

The hotel is older than what they show on line. They where fumigating when we got there

They never get my reservation ask and stop me for a few days trying to figure out how I'm going to pay them. They argue that the web page hotels.com was not from their knowledge until 1 day befor I leave they resolve the issue... Make us feel really uncomfortable. Hot water, forget about it even when I asked a thousand times

A REAL DUMP

This place is not was is shown in the Expedia Site....We were furious to see the outdated, rikedy racked room....I felt we were in the 40's horrible..........the bed was made of planks of wood with a light mattress or maybe you can say a comforter for a mattress...the hot water...WHAT hot water... The staff could not care less, we mentioned the site and they just showed us 3 other different rooms that for us looked all the same...well instead of the bed near the window it was near the bathroom, what a joke... The area was nothing much to see or do, and the parking lots was more of a construction site parking....just awful.... We are not pleased at all..........DO NOT GO THERE....not worth a dime!!

Maña experiencia desde el check in

Cero higiene , olor desagradable y el baño tapado… solo estuve unas horas pero definitivamente creo que no lo recomiendo ni mucho menos me volvería a quedar

Desde el inicio tarde media hora en hacer checkin por qué me comentaron que ya no tenían convenio con ninguna página web y ya había dejado pagado yo el alquiler. Me tocó alojarme en tercer piso, no sirve el elevador, la habitación estaba muy dañada por la humedad, las sabanas y cobijas no estaban limpias, el cristal para el balcón roto, definitivamente no regresaré.

Me gusto que es muy servicial el personal pero si deberian de tener agua enbotelledada en las habitaciones, y pues cuidar mas el reutilizar toallas, jabones y poner mejor cuidado en el agua tiene tasas que gastan mucha agua. Y pues deberian de invertir en remodelar las habitaciones el personal es exelente

Todo estuvo muy bien. El único detalle es el baño que tenía un poco de moho en la orilla del cancel de baño.

Por el precio que pagamos no esperábamos nada extraordinario; pero el elevador no funcionaba y subimos dos pisos hasta nuestra habitación, muy ruidosa,

El baño no tiene agua caliente y tampoco hay suficiente presión de agua en la regadera. Necesita remodelación el baño.

Muy buena, solo que hay cosas que deberían de poner un poco más a atención como el elevador que ya no sirve, tarda uno al momento de oprimir el botón, la habitación que me toco la puerta del baño estaba rota de una bisagra, pero en lo demás buen ambiente, excelente comida muy sabrosa.

Llegamos al hotel y no nos respetaron la reservacion porque estaba lleno y no tenian habitaciones. Tubimos que buscar hospedaje en otro hotel. Mala coordinacion con Expedia.

Pesima limpieza del cuarto y bano, muy pocos muebles al servicio del cuarto, pintura del cuarto en pesimas condiciones, limpieza de cama y almohadas pesimas y con pelos. No hay secadora de pelo. En general pesimas condiciones del cuarto

Habitación muy austera

El mejor servicio que obtuve fué del bell boy (un señor como de 60 años muy amable). Cuando llegué a recepción mencionando que tenía una reservación ni siquiera sabían que trabajaban con Hoteles.com; tardaron como 25 minutos en poder decidir si darme la habitación. Estan era muuuy austera, de primera vista sin ganas de quedarse ahí, las cortinas unas simples telas sin chiste, mobiliario feo y viejo, pero si muy limpio todo, la cama, el baño, etc. a final de cuentas se duerme bien pero la verdad el servicio y las condiciones del hotel muy mal.
