Great staff, nice comfortable rooms, clean, convenient to everything, beach, shopping, restaurants. And did I mention the staff, yes, well let me say it again, they were so nice, helpful and friendly!! Excellent stay.

Everything was fantastic! The staff could not have been more helpful or kind. Breakfast was excellent and our room was beautiful.

Great Hotel & awesome staff

Hotel Victoria was great

We loved Hotel Victoria. Its location is perfect. The beach was beautiful. Shopping was amazing and very reasonable. I wished I had shopped more. The hotel staff was wonderful. They were so welcoming and kind. The only think I didn't love was the bed. It felt very very firm to me. However, overall I loved the hotel.

Great location, great staff up and down. What more can you ask for. Very appreciative of the team working here—all of them. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the reception.

The staff are unbelievably friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and wonderfully located. We liked it so much we are going back for two more nights at the end of our current trip. Nothing bad to say at all.

We had a great room with a balcony. Breakfast was superb. Omelets and eggs made to order plus fruits, pastries, yogurts. Drinks and appetizers also really good at the bar. The staff was gracious. One of best places I have stayed in Italy.

Every now and then you come across a hotel which stands out for its attention to customer service and this is one of them. My wife and I only stayed one night but were sad to leave. The staff were exceptional and the room was nice. Being within walking distance to the station yet close to the seafront made this hotel a perfect choice for us. We loved the place and would definitely stay again.

We loved this boutique hotel. Giuseppe was very welcoming and all the staff could not be more helpful. Pleasant hotel and close to the train station and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would recommend highly!

Wonderful hotel!! Great service!

From the moment we arrived the entire staff took control of our stay and immediately made us feel comfortable and welcome. From the manager to the clerk and other staff members couldn’t do enough for us. The hotel is well run and organized. Exceptionally clean and stocked. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel except to say that you will be pleasantly pleased with every aspect of your stay!!

Amazing Staff. Everyone is so accommodating and ready to help. The area itself is incredible, close to the beach, shopping and many restaurants.

Very welcoming with exceptional service

Perfect position

Incredible warm welcome from all front of house staff, they really could not do enough for us, a nice well needed refreshing drink on arrival and simple check in, room was clean and fresh as was bathroom, location was perfect although we was worried about driving in pedestrian zones it is authorised, beach is nice and sandy and a 5 min stroll, plenty of bar’s restaurants and shops all within a nice 10 minute stroll, thanks Victoria hotel for looking after us.

All the staff were outstanding, and very accommodating. Breakfast selection was extensive and they were happy to fulfill special requests. The room and bathroom was updated, stylish and modern. They have wet and dry saunas in the spa room downstairs, just ask the desk for a time slot. The hotel was in a great location near the main piazza and the main street, with plenty of shopping and restaurants; even a grocery store in the same block.

The staff here are the best. The breakfast really good.

A Gem in Pescara

What a wonderful hotel. The location was great, close to beach, station, shops , bars etc., The hotel staff could not do enough for us and were brilliant. The breakfast was excellent and plenty to chose from, Fresh smoothies were the best.

Staff at Hotel Victoria were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They had suggestions for local dining options, offered a "happy hour" beer in the lobby, and served an outstanding breakfast in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful healthful staff. Must stay in Pescara

Very professional, clean,quiet midsize hotel run by outstanding caring people.. Hotel very well located in the midtown,.ideal for business and short term tourist traveler..24 hour reception that is really willing to assist around the clock. Late arrival at midnight, early taxi at 5 am, no problem. Even a free Cappucino for the waiting taxi driver if you have no time for the nice breakfast. Will be back for sure. .

Friendly people, highly recommended,

We look forward to our visit to this hotel each year. The personnel involved are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble - they really do go that extra mile. We have travelled the world and this hotel is one of the best Hotels we have stayed in.

A lovely property, a phenomenal staff, an ideal location. Breakfast was superb. I would certainly stay at this hotel again and intend to recommend it to my friends..

We stayed just one night in Pescara, but the Victoria was well located to see the local sites and to have an excellent dinner. We left early for Fiumicino and the night manager made sure that we got coffee and something to eat before leaving.

Terrific welcoming hotel in the heart of Pescara

Excellent customer service all around. Comfortable bed - usual Italian firmness to bed and pillows with free water in room. Nice breakfast of pastries, assorted cold cuts, cheese and buns, fresh cut fruit, and eggs made to order with toast. Lovely free welcome drink provided with generous snacks. Great hosts and a wonderful local area close to everything.

Pescara peach!

Just stayed one night to break up long train trip. The room was small but the hotel was quaint and the staff was great! Loved the balconies!

Great hotel - Brilliant Staff

GReat hotel that’s very clean and modern and in a perfect location. Beds were very comfortable and noise was not a problem. The staff are brilliant and couldn’t do enough to to help - from the receptionist to the cleaner all were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing in both range and quality and again nothing was too much for the staff. I stay in a lot of hotels and this has been one of the best.

Great hotel in perfect location

The room, the staff and the location were ideal. This was my second trip to Pescara and this hotel was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Near several large piazzas and one block from the center of town. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. Easy walk to everything. This will be on my list for future visits.

Excellent choice for Pescara

High quality hotel in a fantastic location in Pescara. Italian hospitality at its best, really made to feel welcome. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable with fast WI-FI The Bar is a friendly place to relax in the evening Breakfast was fantastic although I have to admit to overeating a little because of so many delicious foods on show. I will definitely return on my next visit.

Great hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is close to everything by no more than a few minutes walk. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent too. I would not stay anywhere else the next time I got to Pescara.

A beautiful boutique hotel on a quiet street a couple of blocks from the public beach. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. One of the best hotels that I have stayed in during vists to the British Isles and Europe.

Better than we expected!

This hotel is in a great location and the staff and amenities exceeded our expectations. The complimentary breakfast and refreshments during the day were better than at most hotels!

We stayed two nights at Hotel Victoria after an organized tour of popular Italian tourist destinations. We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful the staff was, especially given our Italian is fairly poor. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. We loved the decor of the hotel. The free wifi was the best we had in Italy hands down, such an unexpected treat. Air conditioning was nearly too good as the room got chilly at night as we didn't check the automatic temperature setting. Our main bedroom window had mechanical shutters that could be raised up, like a garage door, that you close when you want privacy. These shutters, when fully closed, completely blocked light so our room was incredibly dark. During the day, we raised the shutters and enjoyed sitting out on our balcony. The location was fantastic as it was only a few blocks from the train station and a couple blocks from their lovely beach. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Pescara.

Excellent location to piazza, beach, stores and restaurants. One way streets make it a little hard to access the first time.

The hotel is centrally located near restaurants, shops, train & bus station...and a short walk to the beach. Staff were amazing - friendly and very helpful...especially the barman (Adriano)

Great service; comfort could be improved

The hotel is very well located and the staff are incredibly friendly. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and the air would shut on and off throughout the night, which would consistently wake us up. As a result, unfortunately I slept very poorly the two nights we stayed. Other than that, absolutely fabulous service and location!

Grandparents' birthplace

We stayed one night at Hotel Victoria because it was located in close proximity to the towns where my grandparents were born - Francavilla al Mare and Spoltore. We arrived a bit before check-in so the staff served us drinks and snacks while we waited about 10 minutes for our room. The staff and room were very nice...I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great service in Pescara

What made this stay so enjoyable were the staff especially the bartender. He worked the evening and breakfast the next morning. Very friendly and learned a lot about Pescara and Italy. The included breakfast was excellent with a large variety of hot and cold foods to choose.

Great Hotel in the heart of the city

The staff and in particular the gentleman at the check in desk, (who spoke very good English) was very warm, and informative. He offered us a complimentary cocktail, and breakfast. Both were appreciated and unexpected. I would absolutely recommend this hotel !

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Victoria. The staff was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and make our stay enjoyable in every way. They were informative and knowledgeable. The rooms were comfortable, stylish and beautiful. We would stay here again any time we return to Pescara and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

Pleasant

Room was on the smaller side but wed made it work for the two nights we stayed. Service was great - the gentlemen running breakfast were very efficient and courteous. Overall great stay - no issues.

Awesome Victoria Hotel

Second time at The Victoria. Just as good as the first. Rooms may be a little small but they are so well appointed and functional. Love the Julie balcony and the proximity to town. And the service is without peer

Everything about this hotel was great

To start, this hotel is very close to both the train station and the beach, walkable to both. In addition though, the staff at the front desk was very welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety and in addition, they would cook up some fresh eggs for you. They would even suggest you take some fruit with you for the day. The room, was very spacious and comfortable. And unlike some other hotels, the air conditioning worked very well. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a good solid hotel. Nice & clean with friendly staff. Complimentary drinks on arrival, good breakfast and really no faults I could find.

Best boutique hotel in Pescara

The BEST boutique hotel stay ever! Friendly helpful staff, fantastic location, awesome service. Found us anything we needed and wen t out of their way to make sure our stay was a great experience. Pescara is beautiful. Best kept secret in Italy. Don't tell anyone.

Exceptional service

Did not start well - your intrepid travelers could not find the hotel, despite cell phone GPS and cell phone conversations with hotel staff. Turns out it was on a street changed to a pedestrian mall. The staff offered to come to our car to guide us in! Hotel was a few blocks from the shore, near shopping, and had a roof-top restaurant at its sister facility a block away. Ahhh, the food and the ambiance. Nice walk around town and along the water. Kicky rooms with faces painted on the entry doors. A wonderful stay.

The best service we've ever received .

I traveled to Pescara for an Ironman 70.3 event . Great location hotel , very close to registration and start /finish. Amazing service , from Ivan and all the staff. Could not have been made feel more welcome . Great room and breakfast . I would highly recommend this hotel .

Hotel Victoria Pescara

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Parking is always a problem in Pescara so it was good to find they have dedicated parking spaces outside the hotel. Hotel is located central to the shopping area and restaurants and is a short walk from the sea front. I would certainly stay here again

Hotel Victoria in Pescara - simply perfect!

I stayed at the Hotel Victoria for one night and was extremely satisfied. The location is optimal, very central and easy to reach. The neighborhood is beautiful, of course. Everything was nice, modern and clean. The little bar / breakfast place adjacent to the lobby was staffed by the friendliest bartender ever. I showed up a bit late for breakfast, but although the buffet was gone and there was already a group coming in, he still made me feel welcome and served me a wonderful impromptu breakfast according to my wishes. Just as friendly and helpful, if not more so, was the concierge staff. Their recommendations for dining, for example, were spot-on. Overall, the quality of the service was simply impressive. I would never stay anywhere else when I'm in Pescara.

Outstanding Service with A Smile

From the moment my husband arrived at Hotel Victoria, we were impressed. The staff bent over backwards to accomodate our needs. The rooms are immaculate, clean and modern. The shower alone is impressive with 3 different washing settings. The breakfast was outstanding and they even made us fresh eggs (which weren't part of the standard breakfast). Nothing was ever a problem to organise including hair appointments, dinner reservations, car hires or general day to day queries. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is moments away from high end and high street shoping, boutiques, several main squares/piazzas and plenty of cafes/restaurants. We were welcomed with a smile and we left smiling from ear to ear. Thank you Ivan and the team at Hotel Victoria for making our stay at Pescara so enjoyable.

Best hotel during our 3 weeks in Italy

During our threee weeks travelling all across Italy we stayed in about 8 hotels. Hotel Vicotira was great. Not the fanciest hotel we stayed at but by far t he best one and certainly the cleanest hotel by far. Thehotel and rooms were spotless. The hotel is accurately represented on the web. Location is great right in the heart of Pescara just off the main square. The Manager, Ivan and staff were extremely helopful and friendly. Not speaking Italain he made call so n our behalf to contact relatives in Pescara and the nearby towns. Provided great advice on local restaurants and sites. The buffet breakfast in the morning was very nice, again staff provided very good service. Overall it they made you feel like family.

Loved this Hotel

Very close to the beach and train/bus station. The rooms were very modern and I loved the balcony. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They even helped with arrangements of renting a car, since we did not speak italian. Every morning a great breakfast was served.
