Very close to the center, good breakfast, and polite staff. Easy to reach all kinds of transports.

Service with very unpleasantly small room

Rooms were terribly small. Initially room book was appearing as double room but later when we checked in it was only a small single room. Beds were too too narrow. N worse was absense of any shelf. However service was very pleasant.

The staff is so friendly especially the manager who was there to help always. Property is about 150 m from Taksim square.

There was nothing unique about this hotel. Firstly, the location wasn’t good at all. You’ll have to walk a 200m hill for catching a tram. You’ll have to walk another 100m hill to get into Istiqlal street. It’s not at all near to that. It’s the most ugliest hotel I’ve ever seen. I booked it for 3 nights, but when I went to the room after checking in and the payment, it wasn’t the room which I saw here on Expedia. It was a simple mattress on the floor. Do not trust on the photos. The receptionist was very very rude. He laughed on me when I was asking him to help me out. I had paid €129 for 3 nights. But I couldn’t stay in this hotel for a second. Instead I booked Triada Residence, right at Istiqlal, above CZN Burak. Again, do not stay here.

Location was great. Bathroom was unclean. Otherwise it was an ok location for short stay.

The hotel is in a great location for the bars and restaurants of Taksim Square. Room is small but travelled alone, so ideal. Shower, fridge, air con, hair dryer everything you need.

Room is quite small, like very small. But very comfortable. Fair price related to what it provides. The location is literally in the central to reach any destination.

Location is excellent. Very close to Taksim and Istiklal. You walk up the hill and you’re right there. Staff is excellent, in my stay Mesut and Arslan became like family, very helpful and hospitable. My room was very small, the bed’s back cushion was torn, walls scratched. Breakfast was limited and below average. If you are looking for something fancy with great breakfast this isn’t the choice, but if something convenient, close to Taksim Sauare and Istiklal with great price this is a great choice. I wish if they at least do some paint job and fix the town beds. Improve the breakfast.

Bed was not in a good condition and fridge wasnt working. After 2 days fridge was sorted but it was still not keeping it cool to the level. Hotel staff was unable to change the room as they were fully booked. I chose this place as its ideal for Taksim Square but i wont book this in future.

It was very central which is very good. The breakfast was not the best they can improve it.

The location was quite central with many shops,money exchanger,ATMs and restaurants nearby. Room is small but enough for 1 person. Friendly staff and good Breakfast.

Great Choice

The hotel is in a good location with access to transportation and shopping. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and friendly.

The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. Not comfortable nor clean. Rooms are too small. Mainly just the bed and the bathroom. No room for walking, setting not changing. Moreover, the person who is working from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. helpless and acting like he is from another planet. However, the other two guys were helpful and so nice. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

THIS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE HOTEL. They are a real theft and I have booked through expedia three rooms, and when I arrived at midnight I have been told by a receptionist that no rooms are available because they want me to pay more and they increased the rate because of the high demand.They charged me the full payment in full and I am still struggling to do refund and they didn't send me the money back. I was suffering to find another hotel for 3 hours at that time. I really had extremely bad experience with this hotel and the Expedia team. DO NOT BOOK at this hotel.

If you dont mind smelling wastewater (sewage) 24 hours a day and staying in the room the size of a shoe box then this is the hotle for you! The hotel looks like it is recently built and the sewage smell is not from the hotel itself so they cant fix it; it is located in a sewage treatment area and they don't disclose that anywhere.

Staff where lovely and helpful But when it came to the cleaning of the room it left alot to be desired Beds were not made properly and room was not cleaned properly even after complaining nothing was done

Thin walls but good service.

The room was OK. Personnel was kind and helpful. The location is good & close to the Taksim Square. However, the walls are thin and you can easily hear what is happening in the next room. That is kinda weird. Breakfast was not too rich but OK. There were fresh tea and coffee, eggs and potatoes. There were 3 kinds of cheese and some vegatables also. Overall I can rate it 7/10

What I expected is fair for what I paid.

It was "OK" with me, but I don't recommend it for a long stay.

Great hospitality

Within walking distance to Takdim Square and the staff are very helpful and professional. The rooms are super clean and comfy though, it may not be spacious to open a suit case. If you are traveling light, this may be the best place for you.

Muito profissional o atendimento dos profissionais e proco bem acessível. Gostei bastante pela proposta do hotel e certamente ficaria novamente.

2 kisilik olarak rezervasyon yaptirdigimiz oda fazlasiyla küçüktü. Icerisinde dolap dahi bulunmuyordu. Tek kisilik konaklama icin uygun olabilir ancak cift kisi icin hiç uygun degil. Bu sebeple ilk anda soguk duş etkisi yasadik. Daha buyuk bir oda istedigimizde gecelik fiyati 2 kati daha pahali olan baska bir oda teklif edildi. Mecburen kabul etmek zorunda kaldik. Evet, gectigimiz yeni oda cok daha guzel, ferah ve rahatti ama planladigimiz butcenin cok uzerindeydi. Rezervasyon yaptirdigimiz oda asiri derecede kucuk olmasaydi bu harcamayi yapmak zorunda kalmazdik. Personel guler yüzlü ve yardimseverdi. Yeni odada yaşadigimiz ufak tefek sorunlari ve ihtiyaclarimizi samimiyetle cozmeye calistilar. Genel olarak odalardaki en onemli sorun, kücük olmasi yaninda, banyo ve wc bölumunun duvar yerine cam ile ayrilmis olmasi. Bu nedenle ses izolasyonu diye birsey maalesef yok. Bunun dısinda otelin merkezi konumda olmasi ve kahvaltidaki cesitlilik guzeldi.

Odalar çok küçük

Konum hizmet, servis mükemmel ama odalar çok çok küçük hele yatakların yerde olması rahatsızlık verici. Bilerek gittiğiniz takdirde sanırım sorun olmaz

Otel gayet temiz ve çalışanlar iyi niyetli. Konum itibariyle de çok uygundu.

Es ist zwar ein kleines Hotel mit kleinen Zimmern aber das Gesamtpaket stimmt! Personal Top freundlich und zuvorkommend ! Die Zimmer sind Sauber aber in den Jahren gekommen! Das ist aber kein Problem wenn das drumherum soweit passt ! Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen !

Giriş yapmamıza rağmen rezervasyonu iptal ettiler

Otele sabah kimliklerimizi verip giriş yapmış olmamıza rağmen gece geldiğimizde rezervasyonumuzun iptal olduğunu söyleyip cumartesi gecesi saat 11de bizi ortada bıraktılar. Başka bir otelde daha yüksek fiyata yer bulup oraya yönlendirip farkı ödemeyi teklif dahi etmediler. Bir daha kesinlikle bu otele rezervasyon yaptırmam. Rezillik resmen.

Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum!

Yorumlardan okumuştuk fakat Hotels.com'a güvenip bir yanlış anlaşılma olmuştur dedik fakat yorumlarda okuduğumuz kadar varmış. Rezervasyonu yapıp hatta giriş yapacağımız gün arayıp teyit tekrar teyit aldığımız halde firma Hotel V Plus Taksim rezervasyonumuzu kafasına göre iptal etmiş. Gecenin ikisinde sokakta kaldık. Firmanın hizmet anlayışı aşırı kötü, çalışanların birbirinden haberi yok, otel işletmecisi kalkıpta teyit verdiği halde rezervasyonu iptal ediyorsa siz artık düşünün. Bizim yaşadığımız başınıza gelmesin arkadaşlar bence alternatifsiz kalana kadar bu oteli tercih etmeyin.

Absolutely the best hotel. The best personal that helps you with everything. The flight was canceld and they helped me with the calls and to stay one more night. 10/10 stars from me.

jeg kunne ikke lide at hotel værelset var så lille, og at der ikke var et skab i værelset. og at sengen er munteret i gulvet , det burde det skrive eller vise bedre på billeder, for hvad nu hvis man havde rygproblemer.

Cok berbat bi servisleri var. Rezervasyon yapmistim gece 1 gibi otele girdim anlatim reservasyonumun oldugunu ve onlar iptal etmisler halbuki demistim gece 12/1 gibi gelecegimi. Ve mail heldi Hotel.com dan kararimi degistirdimmi diye.. Hayira bastim ve sonuc otelisiz kaldik gece 4/5e kadar otel aradik gercekten bir rezalet. Sakin bu otele tercih etmeyin biz ailecek 4 kisi magdur kaldik bu otel yuzunden gece gece hemde. Ha bide receptionun bir ustuyle konustum neymis ozur diliyormus benim bildirmem gerekiyormus gec gelecegimi ???? eeee ben zaten telefonda soylemistim. Ve manger veya sahibiyle konusmak istedigimde denildiki gece gece ariyamazmis rahatsiz oluyormus. hotels.com dan da sikayetciyim gece 22:30 gibi mail geldi hayir fikrikimi degistirmedigime bastim ve sonuc hala rezervazyon otel tarafindan iptal edilmis. Peki neden aramiyorlar veya mail yazmiyiyorlar sonucta hem telefon numaram vardi hemde mail adresim. Bir kelimeyle REZALET!!!!

The hotel was very good given the price we paid. The rooms are a little small but were comfortable actually. Very close to Taksim Square. The hosts are very nice. Recommended.

Hersey guzeldi. Tum personeller guleryuzlu ve ilgiliydi. Hotelden Meydana cikan ölum merdivenleri disinda Hersey harikaydi tesekkurler.
