Amazing property but mostly staff. Very accommodating and helpful when needed. Beds are comfortable but you can’t separate them for two people unless you need them for kids. Grab studio bed instead which is lovely. Breakfast is delicious together with espresso coffee and access to oat milk or almond milk which you can froth and add to your coffee (I consider myself a Coffee connoisseur :). Overall, very pleasant 5 night stay and I’d def go back. Thank you to all making my stay so enjoyable.

We had a great 8 night stay at Hotel Sopot. It’s an easy and enjoyable walk to the beach and restaurants. Only recommendation would be to provide guests with more towels in the room and on site at the spa, gym, pool. Otherwise, we loved our stay!

Sopot

The hotel was modern and stylish. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff were freindly . The spa area is nice . A short walk to the beach ,a local train station to visit the tri cities and centre of Sopot . Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A great choice!

Great hotel with excellent facilities and helpful staff. Location was good (though a short walk into town). The room was very clean and comfortable, with nice furnishings. The free sauna was also a nice treat! A la carte meals can be slow at the restaurant on busy evenings. We were also surprised to learn that the hotel charges guests to use the sun beds at the beach. These were our only minor complaints on an otherwise perfect stay.

Do not recommend

First we had to wait around 45 minutes with 4months old baby for them to let us in as the apartment was not ready even though we came at check in time. Then they offered us only 2 welcome drinks to share among 3 adults. We have spent around 15 minutes waiting at the bar for barman to come and take the order. When waitress came she told us we can choose the wine from the list. After we chose other barman told us that as welcome drink we can’t choose the type of wine… After finishing welcome drink we were told at the reception that the room is finally ready but unfortunately as we tried to enter it the housekeeper told us that she is not finished. We called the Manager on duty who came and asked if everything is fine, at that time those problems were solved so he answered himself that everything is fine and offered us a meal in restaurant where they do not serve vegetarian meals (and 2 people from our family are vegetarians)… As we started to unpack we found out there was no bad sheet, robe and towels for third person in saloon, the robes were too small for males and that the towels that we had were having holes…

Hotel Sopot offers a tranquil retreat near the sea. Clean rooms provide a comfortable stay, but the small sauna and gym may disappoint fitness enthusiasts. Overall, it's a peaceful option for relaxation in Sopot.

Parking issues

Property is really good, but there is issues for the parking. You need to reserve it in advance, otherwise you will travel around trying to find public space, where everybody parked for the beach. You pay quite big amount for the room and have issues with parking. Not expected

Visually a beautiful hotel. The setvice from the desk agents and bar staff was great! The room is self was a little bit of a let down. Beautiful in apperance but that as 4* as it got. - Bathroom contained long brown hairs on the floor and in the shower. Used shower gel left on the sink with the other complimentary soaps. - Bed was wonderfully soft, however it was two single bed pushed together, during the night you would sink down the joint. -Two single duvets for a double bed? - Rooms not cleaned daily unless requested, so coffee was not stocked daily. Overall a pleasant visist was had, but also let it self down considering the 4* status and price!

The staff are all friendly and helpful 💖 Breakfast is incredible - so much choice and between 7 and 10 o'clock - very flexible 💖 Restaurant food quality and flavour - delicious 💖 Suggest a "daily special" menu for people who eat there everyday (I was working so ate everyday) as the same choices get boring Spa is nice - excellent massage, interesting oxygen treatment experience 💖 Gym was disappointing - air conditioning didnt work and nobody fixed it the whole week - too hot to enjoy a workout.

It was an very nice stay for one night and the team has been great from welcoming us, the Happy Hour on the bar 😋, Dinner in the Restaurant was delicious and the massage next day was a joy! The team even extended our check out to 1 pm as we had a massage planned and so the accommodated us in a way to do not have to rush out of the hotel but had our time to get ready! Great experience and Hotel!

I liked the breakfast best of all the hotels in Poland. Didn't like the view of the parking lot. Was surprised that the Sopot Library card opened the elevator and lights in my room I didn't try it on the door but it probablly worked on that too. Try it if so not secure! Is it I didn't sleep in the last night I went to another beach front hotel with balcony and had to beach front in my room beautiful I came 3000klm ns rerrible view. Thank You

Great service. Breakfast excellent. Al-a- arte menu limited for evening meal. This hotel offered a washcloth along with towels. I always use a washcloth to bathe or shower so this amenity was very much appreciated

Very clean and nice, very much liked the interior materials and especially lightfixtures in main areas. The breakfast was everything I hoped for and more. And they made very good mojitos 😊

Some reception staff were very good whilst other were very poor. This hotel seem to care more for their corporation (possibly German) guests who appear to be greeted warmly and enthusiastically. Appeared to be just another guest, I was not made aware of their facilities; felt almost unwelcome Poor wifi; was not available on day 4 Not able to help with socket adapter; I have stayed around the world and all hotels keep socket adapters from 3 pin to 2 pin adaption. No change at bar, so I had to keep a tab ( expectation of a tip?) Overall, did not feel like a 4 star hotel guest. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Truely disappointed, worst experience in 3 years

This hotel managed to: Give me a hard time about arriving at 2pm Provide a room that the cleaner wanted to still access (was it cleaned?) Fail to provide any service for a coffee or lunch whilst waiting Enjoy the party it hosted so much it alienated guests trying to sleep have one receptionist on call whilst some guests gave up waiting on reception due to the 15 minute wait time to be spoken to Fail to set my requested wake up call Fail to allow my airport taxi to pull up to the door, although I have explained my disability chase me outside for local taxes, which were not declared on arrival and owe my 2 PZL as the receptionist didnt have change.

Underwhelming and disappointing stay

We were very underwhelmed and disappointed with Hotel Sopot. The hotel definitely does not deserve 4 stars as the quality, staff and amenities do not measure up to what a 4 star hotel should be. It's incredibly overpriced for the value it delivers and inaccurately represents what it looks like in person. Cons: - The staff is understaffed and not present, it took me 4-5 tries to finally be able to reach the reception desk. It seems they are understaffed and missing strong management. - There is no internet or mobile network in the rooms or hotel - we even asked staff to reset to router and still there was no internet through-out the hotel - The rooms have no amenities besides shampoo, conditioner and towels - The spa area is tiny and not taken care of - not clean, no towels, bright fluorescent lighting. The "changing room" is a co-ed bathroom. - The hotel advertises that it's "on the beach" however, it's a good 10 minute walk down the street/forest behind. There is not direct access from the hotel - We booked a "sea view" room which entailed a 2 inch horizon of the sea in the distance. It was rather a "forrest view". - The vibe is eerie - it is not a designer hotel, not a business hotel, not a hotel for families, not a boutique hotel, not a luxury hotel so it's really missing a vibe, atmosphere and direction. Pros: + Very comfortable beds + Very nice lobby and bar area

Overall the the proximity to the beach, train, town and shopping was great! The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood which is very relaxing. Everything in the hotel was clean and I felt safe leaving my things behind. Service at the restaurant and front desk was nothing special. Could certainly be improved.

Very good value for money

The hotel is as good as it looks in the pictures. It's location is very good for the rail station and is a short stroll away from the beach. The parkland walk between the hotel and the beach is a plus in my book. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Sophisticated dinners and extensive breakfast buffet.

Nice hotel that needs some improvements

Overall it was pretty good, service was great, good breakfast, nice clean rooms. A few issues were that Wi-Fi didn’t work, and it’s very difficult to reach someone about an item I believe I left at the hotel. Also pictures are misleading, looks like hotel is connected to a private beach, but actually it’s like a 10 minute walk and anyone can come to that beach. You can rent chairs only with a deposit and carry them to the beach, which isn’t very convenient. They also advertise that they have beach umbrellas ans towels available, but they actually don’t. Chairs only.

Very clean hotel, staff was friendly but a lot of them were new and were struggling with service related tasks. Hotel is currently building an outdoor pool, otherwise not many amenities. Not much of a backyard space either. Parking is extremely limited, if you park downstairs in the parking garage (which is also tiny) you have to pay a surcharge. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Check in and check out process was poor. Beach and pier within walking distance.

Zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen. Leider hat es sich doch verändert. Zimmer wird nicht richtig geputzt. Benutzte Kaffeetassen auch nicht gereinigt und neue hin gestellt. Mit dem Chip ist man ins Zimmer gelangt. Via Zufall hab ich das Zimmer von außen ohne Chip aufgemacht. Jeder hätte reingehen können... Sprich die Elektronik hat teilweise nicht funktioniert. Sehr unerfreulich

Quite ok, but no more than that. We were incredibly disappointed that there were no sun beds on the beach and that the beach bar was closed. There was no information given to us beforehand. We had to go to other hotels and pay for sun beds instead... The spa was very small and not very fresh. The room was fine. There is some noise from traffic in the street next door that you should be aware of.

Hotellet är skinande rent och fräscht, vilket skapade en mycket behaglig atmosfär. Rummen var välutrustade och smakfullt inredda. En av de största fördelarna med hotellet är dess fantastiska hundvänlighet. Som en stolt hundägare var jag imponerad av hur välkomna både vi och vår fyrbenta vän kände oss. Hotellet erbjuder inte bara bekväma faciliteter för hundar, utan personalen var också mycket förstående och hjälpsam när det kom till att tillgodose våra behov. Det fanns till och med speciella bekvämligheter som hundbäddar och vattenskålar på rummet, vilket var en fin touch som gjorde vistelsen extra speciell. En annan stor fördel är hotellets läge nära både en park och stranden. Det gjorde det enkelt att ta med vår hund på promenader och utflykter, vilket verkligen förhöjde vår vistelse. Decent hotel fairly close to the beach

Decent hotel fairly close to the beach and away from the buzz in the city centre. + New renovated rooms. Cleaning personal exceptionally friendly and helpful. - Front desk personal not very service minded. Beach bar not opened every day and lacking half of the menu (for example aperol spritz in the middle of July!?) Only two elevators in the whole hotel is insufficient. No bottled water in the hotel room, only some strange opened bottle with filtered water. Garden closes already at 21.00.

Okej, men hade önslat bättre service

Få i personalen var serviceinriktade. Dyr frukost för vad man får. Läget är bra. Ganska nya och fräscha rum men smutsig spa-avdelning. Trevlig lounge.

All in all a nice hotel. There was some rubbish under the bed (e.g. lollipop sticks). But basically everything was clean. The staff was very polite. I could imagine a second stay.

Hotel Sopot skuffer i den grad!

Alt foregår på Polsk, også menuerne! Personale taler kun Polsk og fatter ikke et ord engelsk! Morgenmads buffet acceptabel. Aftensmadsbuffet under al kritik. Elendigt! Meget lange leveringstider fra køkkenet ved a la carte. Meget ringe udvalg på menu. Hotellet og baren løber tør for så simple ting som Cola, Cola zero, Isterninger! Gentagne gange. Meget dyrt i forhold til kostpris! Det skal vi ikke prøve igen. På hotellets private strand, uforskammet personale. Aldrig mere. Spa og swimmingpool meget uhygiejnisk. Pool decideret ulækker og grumset også efter henvendelse til personalet om at få rettet op på rengøring.

Dåligt mottagande vid incheckningen. Liten liten pool i trädgården, bra o gratis bastu. En liten bit att gå ned till stranden och 1,5 km att gå in till gågatan i Sopot. Lite off läge.

Hotel ist eines der schönsten, das ich je gesehen habe. Die Lobby, die Zimmer, einfach alles sind sehr geschmackvoll und edel eingerichtet. Nach kurzem Fußweg erreicht man den tollen Sandstrand, an dessen Promenade sich unzählige Bars und Restaurants befinden. Wir sind von dort zu Fuß ins Zentrum (1,4 km), was aber an einem lauen Sommerabend nicht schlimm war. In Sopot tobte das Leben, der Ort war voll von Menschen und Künstlern. Und dann noch das Frühstück, welches alle Erwartungen übertroffen hat!

Das Hotel hat ein wunderschönes modernes Designs. Bei Ankunft haben wir ein Upgrade von einem Doppelzimmer auf eine Suite durchgeführt weil uns ein Balkon und zwei Schlafzimmer wichtig waren. Die Umbuchung war problemlos möglich. Das Personal war unwahrscheinlich freundlich und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich reichhaltig, es ist alles was das Herz begehrt vorhanden. Auf Wunsch werden frische Eierspeisen zubereitet. Wir haben Abends im Hotel gegessen. Es wird ein Buffet für 85 z. angeboten. Für uns war es genau das richtige. Auch hier war die Auswahl reichhaltig und qualitativ hochwertig. Weiterhin waren noch Getränke wie Wasser, Saft und Kaffee inkludiert. Daher empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als sehr gut. Auch im Restaurant und an der Bar empfanden wir das Personal als extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns während des ganzen Aufenthaltes sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit das Hotel wieder buchen. Logisch liegt das Hotel ca. 300 Meter vom Strand. Dort kann man bus nach Sopot laufen. Am Strand sind viele kleine Restaurant oder auch Bars. Wer kein Interesse daran hat im Hotel zu essen, hat dort eine große Auswahl an verschiedensten Restaurants.

Har bodd på flere hotell i Sopot, men dette skal jeg ikke tilbake til. Elendig internet, sur betjening, rot med spa bestilling- så det ble ikke noe av, og de hadde glemt å gi oss beskjed, overprisa frokost- som vi forøvrig måtte spise utendørs, med teppe rundt oss fordi de ikke hadde plass inne, ikke nært stranden som det fremstår i annonse, og litt usentralt ifht avstand til Sopot sentrum. Vaskepersonalet derimot var blide, oversatte på google translate da de var dårlige/ ikke forstod engelsk selv, og rene fine rom.

Best choice in Sopot

if you are looking for a place that is located near the beach, walking distance to pier in Sopot, some night bars and clubs, this hotel is the right one! There is a great spa area with sauna and pool - free of charge! The room was very comfy and clean. The breakfast was great! I really do recommend this hotel to stay! so far, the best I stayed in ever.

Bardzo ładnie zaprojektowany hotel z gustownymi wnętrzami i wygodnymi pokojami. Niedogodnością jest brak balkonów, ale w hotelach modułowych to standard.Minusem dla nas było również wyżywienie.Skromne śniadania,bazujące na znikomej ilości lokalnych przysmaków,Z karty próbowaliśmy sałatki - niestety bez smaku.Menu PRL-u : kupne galaretki z nóżek, ciepła wódka prosto z Żabki - pomysł fajny,realizacja pozostawia wiele do życzenia.Bardzo drogie miejsce parkingowe 90 zł/dobę.Menager hotelu sympatyczny, reagujący od razu na przekazane uwagi.

Nice stay

Located a bit far away from the center/pier but right close to a nice park. Get a package with dinner if you can, it’s worth it. Cleaning service comes quite late in the day and may not work if you’re back at the room to rest after a busy morning (in 3 days we didn’t have cleaning done during the mornings but they came later when timing didn’t work for us). Parking and pets were extra (~460 pln for 3 days of parking + pet).

Hej! Service och personal var under all kritik, värre vistelse har jag inte upplevt!! Frukosten var katastrof, kranvatten eller en sorts fruktjuice, frågade man om flaskvatten så pekade dom på deras dryckesbehållare. Vi kunde inte ens köpa kolsyrat vatten!! Incheck och utcheck var lika dåliga dom, personalen var oerfaren och servicekänslan var väldigt dålig! Vi checkade ut en dag tidigare trots förbetalt boende, säger väl allt! Mats

Fint & mysigt hotell. Men tyvärr väldigt hård säng, inte alls skön. Dålig service i receptionen när vi bad om en vägbeskrivning. De kan språket och kunde hjälpt oss att hitta informationen vi sökte men försökte inte ens. Det var okej men inte värt det priset. Vi kommer att välja ett annat hotell nästa gång.

Fantastisk hotel, nyt flot og rent.. beliggende lidt uden for den værste fest støj, men ikke længere væk end man kan gå til byens restauranter og barer.. Der manglede bacon på morgenbordet, men der var så meget andet ellers perfekt ophold Super lækkert spa, med super professionel og dygtigt personale..

Vi hade en utrymning från hotellet 8 på morgonen som ropades ut i högtalaren på polska först och sen på engelska inte bra. Kom sent på söndagen till hotellet och kunde inte ens få en banan eller macka. Restaurangen hade stäng för 5 minuter sedan

Modernt, snyggt och fräscht hotell! Härlig trädgård och pool. Lite litet gym och långsam service i restaurangen annars perfekt!

Dårlig service! Dårlig utvalg på buffet

Flotte rom! Moderne, stilrent og fint hotell. Rolig, men likevel sentral belligenhet i Sopot. Hyggelige resepsjonister og bartender. Rommene i de øverste etasjene er flotte. Personlig synes vi park utsikt var finere enn hageutsikt. Sjøutsikt har derimot den aller flotteste utsikten. Restauranten kunne hatt en bedre meny og noen av servitørene var lite serviceinnstillte.

Första resan till Polen

Vår första resa till Polen blev till Sopot och Hotell Sopot. Hotellet var väldigt trevligt och är beläget i ett lugnt område nära till stranden och parkområde. Trevlig personal och bra mat på hotell restaurangen, frukosten var ok men inte mer. Vi kommer med säkerhet besöka Hotell Sopot i framtiden.

Flott hotell, men litt langt fra sentrum

Fint nytt hotell som lukter godt både på rom og og i fellesarealer, og har gode senger. Litt for langt fra sentrum, gåavstand langs strandpromenaden på ca 15 min. Det som trekker ned er svært dårlig wifi, som er nærmest ubrukelig. Dyr frokost, mye billigere å spise frokost på restaurant i byen eller langs strandpromenaden.

Dårlig frokost, veldig lite på menyen i restauranten. Spa var overhode ikke etter forventningene.

Bra hotell i rolig og fint område

Fint og nytt hotell som ligger en kort spasertur unna en og lang strand, i et rolig og fint område! Egen hage til hotellet samt halvstor platting hvor man kan spise en ålreit frokost! Ingenting å si på hotellet bortsett fra at det ble en del venting på heisen siden de ikke har noen trapp, og at det er litt lytt mellom rommene. Men ikke noe å lure på - bare å bestille!

Supert hotell. De som jobbet i Spa avdelingen var utrolig dyktige

Trevlig och hjälpsam personal, suverän frukostbuffe, trevligt med relaxrum med tillhörande poolområde.

Ny renoverat och fint Trevlig personal vi är nöjda och ser fram mot ett besök i framtiden.

Läget är bra enkelt att promenera till stranden och till kärnan av

Rolig beliggenhet, kort vei til Sopot. Hyggelig betjening. Nært jernbane holdeplass som gjorde det veldig enkelt å farte rundt for en billig penge.
