They accommodate early departures with earlier-than-scheduled breakfasts! Beautiful garden area for breakfast. Easy short walking distance to ATMs and Pacific Ocean.

Great hotel and location

Great location - just a few blocks up from Larco Mar and a long stretch of walkable pathways along the cliffs overlooking the ocean. It’s called La Costa Verde and goes for a few miles. Hotel offers pretty good breakfasts. Solid staff, many long-time employees. We’ve been coming here for years.

Solo estuvimos un día en la propiedad, pagamos aproximadamente $53 por noche, la localización es muy conveniente y queda cerca de Larcomar. Nos hospedamos en un cuarto piso y no hay ascensor, solo escaleras, algo que no es conveniente si tienes equipaje. Para entrar al hotel debes tocar un timbre, y en ocasiones tardan en abrir. Tiene bonitos alrededores pero puedes conseguir hoteles con mejor calidad al mismo precio en el área de Miraflores.

El encargado del counter de recepción tuvo una actitud indiferente e incompresivo, con la intención de beneficiar al negocio más no satisfacer el cliente. En el cuarto había humedad y daño serio en algunas de las paredes, hay mejores opciones.

Dated property. Very average. Staff at reception is very unhelpful. Pros: The hotel’s amazing location. Restaurants and cafes are all 2-5 min walking distance. Neighborhood is fantastic too, thriving and vibrant and seemed safe at late hours too.

When we were to use the beds blankets had hair on them it seems like they were not change just fixed same thing on the shower and there was mildew on the corners. The options for breakfast was limited, but not bad.

Impossible to sleep if it's hot

I stayed in this hotel twice in 1 week. During the first stay were were on the first floor facing the inner courtyard. It was very hot so we slept with the windows open and the front desk was able to provide us with a ventilator. We slept fine. I stayed there again a week later, same impossible heat, but the front desk stated they were OUT of ventilators. They also said, don't worry- we'll give you a room with a nice breeze. They put us on the second floor above the lobby facing the entrance and street. Even with the window and balcony door open it was too hot, keeping them closed was not an option. So the whole night we had to deal with street noise, people being buzzed in an out of the front gate, and then a staff member started sweeping the pavement at 5:30 am. Breakfast was good, the hotel overall is probably good when it's not that hot. However not having enough ventilators (when the hotel does not have AC) is unacceptable. What was supposed to be the night to finally catch up on sleep during out trip turned into just 5 hours of tossing and turning due to the heat and noise.

The location is terrific, safe, short walk to the shore, parks, shops. Walking distant from many hotels. The dinner food was very good but staff unable to serve food promptly. Need to ask for sufficient towels but front desk makes them appear. Front desk speaks good English and is very helpful.

To be honest, I didn’t check in, but they didn’t refund me for six nights.

The hotel is at a great location, and that makes it all worth. The gardens are nice and welcoming. Rooms are basic, yet spacious and clean. Something that is missing is a shower bar since it could be slippery. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There are some outdated things both in rooms and hallways. All in all, gardens, staff, and location make staying at Señorial a great experience.

Oasis in Lima

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The courtyard is cool and a lovely place to relax after walking around in the sun. Every single staff member we met was friendly and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. From booking and contact over email arranging a transfer, to checkout the experience was seamless. Great location, close to the beach and bus services to downtown. Can't go wrong.

Reasonable and well located hotel

Good employees. Close to most things in a safe neighborhood in Miraflores. The only thing is just they have no air conditioning. Other than that it is nice place to stay..

RUN AWAY!

What an absolutely horrible experience! Internet is horrible. Bedding is dated and dirty. Mold in the shower. Very rude front desk. To top it off I was freezing in my room and asked for a portable heater. I was told they did not have any. When I returned from dinner sure enough there was one keeping the front desk nice and warm. I have travelled the world and this was by far the worst hotel!!

perfect location in a clean and friendly hotel

This was not my first stay at Señorial. It is cozy, very clean, and in a perfect location. The personnel are extremely friendly. It is very comfortable for a three-star hotel. If anything, I wish they had a handle in the shower. Breakfast is good.

A hidden gem in great location

A great hotel for its category. It is pleasant, very clean, a wonderful location, with great service. I found everyone very friendly and accommodating. It would be great if there were handles in the bathtubs since it could be slippery for some people. I would say that the lighting in the room was weak. However, these things did not prevent me to consider this hotel a hidden gem in a great location.

Business in Miraflores

Was in Lima on Business, I decided to stay in the Miraflores área and found myself a Gem in the Hotel Señorial. Very clean, rustic looking hotel. The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was good, but the location was the best.

Noisy bedroom doors, you cannot close the doors quietly without making a lot of noise. Otherwise it's a great hotel. We would stay there again.

It's a 30 year old hotel after all

Check in was fast and staff very helpful. My room was facing main entrance street and you will get noises, you can even hear a woman on high heels walking by. I stayed during winter, so the weather was good for a room with no vent or a/c. Hot water takes a bit to get there, you will need to fully open hot water first and wait about 5 minutes, but that might of been just my room. Can't blame the hotel for guests bad behaviors, there were people slamming doors, laughing out load at late hours, staff should of warned them but nothing happened. Break fast its very limited, you will have eggs rolled and cut, sausages and french toasts, fruits, bread, juices, coffee, chocolate or tea; all this is from one day. Next day you will have scramble eggs, "scramble pieces of bbq sausages", ham, cheese, bread, juices, fruits, coffee, tea and chocolate. They will alternate these 2 over and over. It's a good hotel to stay if you are on business or if you visit the city a lot and just need a good sleep, the mattress was good, orthopedic as I like it. Menu needs more options as well, there are only beef, chicken or pasta and each with 4 or 5 options which you get tired if you eat there frequently, but you have sandwich options if you want to go light.

great place to stay in the Miraflores area, Lima

I traveled to Lima Peru exclusively for business several times a year, this hotel is such a quaint friendly hotel I definitely will be going back. It's a modern hotel with beautiful courtyards, friendly staff and great food.

Awesome location

Great location! Had a room by the street so it was noisy. There is no air conditioning (no clue how people stay there during the summer) so keeping window open was not an option (noise). They did offer me a fan which helped. Booked a city tour through front desk (Limavision) and it was a great tour. Breakfast buffet in morning was fine too. Reception people were not very friendly (only one guy was and I wish I got his name). Overall I would stay again.
