Well located just off a busy street 10 min walk from clerigos. Staff didn’t speak English but very nice and friendly. Everything was clean but worn out looking. Could use some paint.

The location was amazing! Near so many places. The staff were great but the room had a strange layout. It was a good size room with a balcony but the shower was outside the bathroom . You have to ring a bell to enter the hotel, it was loud and annoying when people came really late because we can hear it from our room and we were on the second floor.

Perfect stop in Porto

We were traveling, so one night stay. Service was great, perfect area. 5 minutes from metro

Hotel was nothing like what is shown in the photograph, it is an old hotel and the bed was old, but the shower was hot, the TV and heating worked and the bathroom was clean. It was as expected for the money and the staff were friendly.

The location is convenient to Sao Bolhao station and main strip of shopping and market in that area. The hotel itself is located around the corner on the hilltop. There is a lift inside and most rooms have balconies I believe. The rooms have high ceilings. All other amenities are old. The AC doesn’t work. The shower needs a re-grout. The doors need some grease on the hinges. Overall the cost per night is too expensive for the quality of the establishment. Nothing looked like the photos.

Nice place, cleaning and perfect room for short time

Staff were nice. The elevator was a bonus! Room was small and the balcony didn’t have the resting lounge chairs like in the photos! Place looked nothing like the pictures on Expedia! The bed was like sleeping on wires, quite uncomfortable. Looked photoshopped as it was stated in reviews. Location was great!

This was not what I expected based off of the description on the site or even some of the reviews. The room looked nothing like any of the pictures. I was also very worried because the one window in the room opens all of the way out onto a patio, which also opens out to another room - which means that if your window is open, someone can literally walk into your room. That really freaked me out because my window was wide open when I entered the room at 10PM. Additionally, the wifi was very hit and miss, but I've been told that's common for the area.

The property was clean, near to shopping streets and beautiful churches. Good service.

Nothing

The staff was pleasant, there was a dirty diaper behind the chair so the cleaning obviously is not thorough. Shower was small but did have hot water so that was good. It was old. The lobby is much more updated than the rooms.

location was great. bed was comfortable. room was loud as although windows were closed, there was a lot of noise of cars passing on the cobblestoned street which stopped at some point during the night. bathroom floor had hair.

I booked accommodation for 5 ADULTS and at arrival only had accommodation for 4. Had to pay extra for a very noisy room for 3 adults. I would like to seek reimbursement of what I had to pay extra at the hotel. I was offered another not so noisy room but the access was through a very, very narrow and steep staircase. The 2-adults room had mold in the bathroom, the air-condition was not working and the light keep flashing all night keeping us awake. A part from a small reception there is nothing in the hotel that can describe it as hotel. A part from a bed, two side tables, wardrobe and a TV there is nothing else in the room. Staff was nice.

I was here with my wife and child, the service was good. People are nice, we enjoied the stay

Cheap and avarage in the city center

Nice location, kind stuff, but rooms wall are thick so you hear every move of your neighbors, and our bedsheet was clean but full of spots from previous usage.

This is a very old bulging, the rooms need repairs and renovation. Our toilet wasn’t working ok. Pictures in internet are misleading.

Bathroom didn’t even have door and floor was always wet - not sure where ir was leaking from. Beds not so good, very old mattresses. Good staff though. Lower your expectations, a place in a good location only to sleep.

It was walking distance to Porto City Center and convenient from bus station and airport.

Santa Clara Porto

Good location and only a short walk to some lovely cafes. Quite a tired hotel and would definitely benefit from a lick of paint. The bathroom shelf had been removed but not replaced so there was no place for toiletries/make up etc. Staff were friendly and pleasant. It was a pretty cheap deal so no complaints on that score.

Sparse, No Frills Hotel.

When we arrived it would have been nice to be greeted in a more friendly way, been given a map of Porto and been told times of breakfast. The breakfast was horrible, cold coffee and very meagre amounts and choices of food. The quality of the food was lousy. The hotel was only adequate, easy to walk to Cento. We are having breakfast out this morning. I would not recommend it.

Hotel is very basic, room is very basic, but the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Good Value but the Ritz It Aint!

The positives are that you get a clean, comfortable room in an ideal location for a reasonable price. The negatives are that staff speak little English and that the rooms are in urgent need of updating. Great for one or two budget travel nights but you might want to look elsewhere if you plan on a longer stay. Bolhao market and Metro station are a couple of blocks downhill from here.

hotel reception staffs very helpful, i took bus to Porto than from bus station to hotel by walking will take long way about 20-25 mintunes to reach hotel,better take taxi to hotel but i don't know the taxi cost.!

Un desastre

Tuvimos que solicitar un cambio de habitación a nuestra ya que la que nos habían designado tenía humedades, olía mal, colchones muy viejos y un ruido tremendo proveniente de la calle ya que era un bajo. Nos cambian de habitación ( somos una familia de 4) y el cambio no fue mucho mejor, aunque muy amables, las instalaciones en general están muy deterioradas.

Meget slidt og støjende hotel

Meget slidt hotel med flere mangler (som fx en stikkontakt til sengelampen) virkelig ustabilt wi-fi, hvilket dog måske skyldes den gamle bygning. Det værste var dog at der var ekstremt lydt, så man kunne høre alt hvad naboerne lavede. Personalet var ikke specielt hjælpsomme og virkede ligeglade. Beliggenheden var god, men det er nok det mest positive, der kan siges.

Lugar ruim, velho, cama muito desconfortável, porta bate a noite toda (mesmo fechada), funcionários não ficam na recepção. Tem que chamar toda vez que precisa de algo.

Terrível. Quarto completamente mofado. Paredes, chão, teto. Pedimos pra trocar de quarto e o outro estava ainda pior. Cheiro forte e horrível. Tivemos que ir embora no meio da noite.

Einfache, sehr saubere Unterkunft mit guten Betten. Perfekte Lage für mich, der große Markt ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Eine schöne, belebte Einkaufsstraße und die Metro ebenso. Mehr benötige ich nicht.

Golvet var mjukt av fukt och det rann vatten från. Dom har bilder på frukost men det finns inte . Dåliga lås på dörren. Kommer inte hit igen och rekomenderar inte till någon.

Décor simple mais propre. Avions une chambre avec lit double et accès à une terrasse. Bon accueil, on nous a expliqué comment se rendre à pied aux différents endroits de la ville. Je recommande. Bon pas cher

Buena ubicación, pero cuarto malo

El hotel estaba en perfecta ubicación, cerca del centro por monumentos famosos como prometido. El servicio amable, nos guardaron las maletas para ir a pasear, porque llegamos antes de la hora del checkin. Lo malo fue la cama, se sentían los resortes al grado de impedir el sueño y no hay calefacción; estaba congelado.

As condições de conservação do local não são boas - a conservação deixa muito a desejar. Por outro lado, em absolutamente todas as vezes que tratamos com os funcionários, a atenção, a amabilidade, a empatia, o foco no cliente e a presteza se destacaram. Ficamos por apenas um dia. Mas gostaria que esses meus comentários ajudassem o local a dar uma atenção melhor à estrutura, considerando, cama, guarda-roupa, torneiras e piso; pois eu realmente gostaria de voltar numa outra oportunidade e ficar por mais tempo.

Sehr schmutziges Zimmer, insgesamt heruntergekommen, der Putz fällt im Zimmer von der Wand, eine Steckdose war herausgerissen und nicht benutzbar, stark befahrene Straße, Bauarbeiten im Haus gegenüber. Der Empfang war zwar freundlich aber sehr unangenehm, da mir das Lied "Küssen verboten" von den Prinzen vorgespielt wurde - als alleinreisende Frau nicht das, was man abends vom Portier hören möchte. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Hôtel très moyen

La chambre avait une belle vue sur la ville de Porto. Par contre elle était sans balcon avec une mini salle de bain. On peut circuler qu'à 1 personne dedans et quand on doit laver des enfants en bas âge c'est compliqué. La cuvette des toilettes n'était pas fixée et cassée. La salle du petit déjeuner ne correspond pas du tout à la photo et il n'y a pas d'espace de jeu comme montré sur les photos. Les photos ne sont pas toutes réelles et pour certaines enjolivees. Il n'y a que du stationnement payant dans la rue. Pour résumer je ne recommande pas du tout, surtout en famille.

La verdad en toda la estancia no han cambiado las sabanas y eso pues bueno , lo peor es que no han sacudido las mismas y si añades que no barren ni friegan se complica a tener que hacerlo tu antes de acostarte , kas toallas las dejabas en el suelo o tampico las cambiaban no habian puertas en w.c , las camas incomodas , las almohadas de trocitos de espuma como hacia cien añios atras y personal nada agradable ,ah!! Y las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con las de las fotos

A fazer a reserva inseri campo de pedido especial: quarto aquecido à chegada com 2 camas e possibilidade de saída tardia pelas 15h Na entrada nada foi considerado pois numa folha de papel não tinha nada mencionado (supostamente já não devia ser impressa pois portal anuncia a não impressão da reserva e levar em modo digital o comprovativo) Outra Surpresa taxa de turismo, onde é divulgado ? Letras pequenas? Não me parece honesto não ser logo divulgado esse acréscimo por pessoa. WC muito pequenos

Hôtel très bien situé, près des bus et métro. Très propre, facilité pour entrer et sortir : quelqu'un toujours présent. Non respect des horaires de bus le samedi (plusieurs bus ne sont pas passé). Pas beaucoup de choix dans la nourriture typique dans les petits restaurants (poissons)

Hôtel très très moyen. Terrasse non aménagée, chambre petite, sans aucune déco, murs blancs, aucune affiche... Bruyant, on entend la sonnette d’entrée et mauvaise isolation entre les chambres... Par contre, bien situé.

Reservei um quarto triplo, com 3 camas de solteiro. No check in informaram que só tinham 1 quarto com duas camas de casal. Banheiro minúsculo.

Quando chegamos no hotel não havia o quarto selecionado e fomos direcionados a um apartamento da rede, bem próximo ao hotel. Fomos enviados de táxi e a hospedagem tinha uma ótima qualidade, metrô perto, camas boas e bom banho. Voltaria, com certeza.

エアコン(暖房)が効かなかった。浴槽があるのは〇。但し、浴槽上の木材が腐っていて汁が垂れてきた点はマイナス。シャワー浴びた後、壁に水滴がしばらく付着しており、換気力も弱そう。

Hotel de dépannage

Terrasse proposée avec chambre mais partagée avec d'autres chambres. Porte donnant sur terrasse ne se fermant pas => obligé de descendre le store pour un min de sécurité. Chambre petite peu confortable "Sdb" très petite avec douche dans un couloir. 1 nuit est plus que suffisante si voyage en famille.

La chambre 1 en bas très bruyante (porte d'entrée et circulation ininterrompue sur route pavée). Chambre avec terrasse : bien mais mauvaise insonorisation. Petit déj : très moyen, café froid, choix très limité. Personnel très serviable et sympathique, à l'écoute si problème et conseille pour visiter. Hôtel situé centre, près du métro bolhao, peut tout faire à pied, calme malgré l'affluence des rues avoisinantes et des touristes sauf la. chambre en bas prévue pour handicapés..

Удобно расположенный, но шумный отель

Остановились в этом отеле во время нашего визита в Порто. Машину можно оставить на подземной стоянке за 10 евро в сутки. Оснащение номера стандартное. Окна номеров выходят на улицу и из-за этого в комнате очень шумно. Кроме того наш номер был на первом этаже и мимо нашей двери постоянно проходили люди. Ну и звонки в дверь мы слышали все - это самый сильный недостаток отеля. С другой стороны, отель очень удачно расположен. Соседняя улица - чисто пешеходная, с кучей кафе и магазинчиков. По ней буквально через несколько кварталов можно добраться до исторического центра.

Recomendable para una escapada a Porto

El hotel está bien situado y cumple con las expectativas. El personal es muy agradable y la habitación estaba bien, con la única pega (por poner una) de que el baño era muy pequeño. Sin duda es una opción muy recomendable para una escapada de unos días a Porto. Además, no tuvimos problemas para aparcar, ya que solía haber sitio enfrente del hotel. Hay que tener en cuenta que los sábados y domingos no hay que pagar ORA en Porto, por lo que se puede ahorra parking.

Hotel permettant d'etre proche de la station de métro Bolhoa qui déssert la ligne E de l'aéroport donc parfait pour une arrivée tardive. La réception est toujours ouverte 24/24 A coté de nombreux restaurants, l'hotel est calme et propre pour un budget tout a fait correct Il manque une table dans la chambre pour poser ses affaires sinon c'est correct pour passer la nuit. Petit déjeuner a 4 euros.

super séjour entre amies

hôtel super bien placé, à proximité de tout!! métro directement de l'aéroport jusqu’à l’hôtel (20 min de métro).2 centres commerciaux juste à coté de l’hôtel, on peut y manger sans problème. L’hôtel simple et confortable, rien à dire. assez frais la nuit, notre chambre directement coté rue donc entendons beaucoup le bruit des voitures mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de dormir. Personnel agréable, ne parle pas français mais nous avons toujours su se comprendre.PORTO est une superbe ville à visiter.
