Realmente los cuartos del 2do piso y 4to piso no cuentan con nevera no coinciden las imagenes de las habitaciones con la realidad. Deberian poner las fotos reales de los cuartos economicos o estandar.

Muy mala experiencia me visitaron en el hotel por una visita me cobraron es una estupidez e viajado en diferentes lados y no me avían cobrado por visita en ese hotel si me cobraron muy mala experiencia no lo recomiendo

Muy bien, el hotel es cómodo y el servicio es muy bueno, el único detalle es que la piscina estaba con algo de sucio, en mi opinión deben mantenerla más limpia

TravellerTuve muchos problemas con la persona encargada del ckeck in, no tenia clara la reserva y la información, mucha demora para organizar todo. Como es posible que no exista un solo tomacorriente en la habitación para conectar y poner a cargar un celular o un computador, el único tomacorriete disponible esta en el baño. Esto fue FATAL!!!

El personal muy atento a excepción del Sr. Roosvelt que nos atendió en el BAR y en el RESTAURANTE, no responde el saludo, no orienta al huésped, no habla y desatento.

Se hizo la reserva para pago con tarjeta de crédito y al momento de pagar no la aceptaron. A parte de eso la gerente del hotel muy atrevida llama a quejarse del comentario, siendo una persona muy molesta y descortés.

Personal muy amable, cuarto bastante cómodo y limpio. Desayuno exquisito y con amplia oferta de opciones. El sector no es malo pero tampoco invita mucho a salir. Están reparando la piscina pero se esmeran en no incomodar
