Cleaner esther was a lovely lady we were in room 727 the lifts could be a bit of a pain getting use to them some of the food in the restaurant was look warm, plates were not warm, soup bowls very hot a decent selection of foods but bacon at breakfast was not the best, eggs a bit dry, chips look warm we did inform reception other people complaing has well i would give the hotel a 4*star rating but with the restaurant food problems 3*

Ideally located easy to get around everywhere hotel very nice as I have stayed you on many occasions. However I was disappointed in the mornings with the breakfast as there is no chef to do an omelette for you

Really good hotel

I recently visited Presidente and found that the restaurant was clean and the staff were very nice. The rooms were nice and spacious, offering everything we needed. However, I was disappointed with the food as it wasn't hot and didn't meet a high standard. I hope they can improve on this in the future.

This is the first time at this hotel could not fault it and would go again. Just a little gesture would be to have a couple of bottles of water on arrival in the fridge.

Having stayed here 3 times this year unfortunately the hotel has slipped in its standards. We tried to order food in the foyer bar at 4.50pm and was told that we have now changed time for closing from 7.pm to 5pm as of today. I said it is only 4.50pm not 5pm yet and was just told “l tell you we closed” Even reception said that I was right but said they could not do anything. However, I certainly can as I have been coming here for many years but will never return again. Great way to lose customers!

Lovely clean hotel, rooms we're spotlessly clean and the food was very good, the staff were ok but didn't smile much. However the main pool was a little bit small for me and check in was a bit slow.

Booked well in advance for a suite, for our 50th wedding anniversary, arrived at the Presiddente, and told .that we could not get a suite until 2 days later 14/08/2024. At that time my wife and I were not happy, the wife she wanted to go to another hotel.We were offered a pool view room, to see if we liked it. On Tuesday 13/08/2024 when. We came back to the room, there was a bottle of chilled wine a small box of chocolates, and a lett.er of apology, which surprised us. We did not tell them it was our anniversity. We were content with the room. We were very pleased with the all round service, from all staff at the Presidente. Many thanks Derrick and Helen

Great location , excellent house keeping , clean modern hotel with professional staff , throughly enjoyed our stay .

Hotel is in great condition, desk staff are very pleasant but the the bar staff and waiters can be incredibly rude and unresponsive. I even had one of them shout at me when I used an open fire exit to access the pool when my card failed. Not really the four star treatment you expect. Other than that, the hotel is incredibly clean and looked after, just a shame some of the staff can’t raise their game.

Great hotel and great location

Location is excellent, everything clean, stayed in Junior Suite which is great, nice and spacious and overlooks the front of hotel which can be noisy but fine if close the doors, beds bit hard, pool meant to be heated but tepid at best, lots of sun beds biggest disappointment was the restaurant, the quality of food ok but the choice very limited, no warm plates, replenishing of food sometimes slow (not really busy) only can get juice and water at breakfast have to buy bottles at dinner, but do clear your tables as soon as finished.

This is the fourth time of visiting this hotel. I have never had any complaints. The staff are friendly, helpful and the hotel is spotless. The food is excellent with plenty of choice. The bar prices are all reasonable despite being in a hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Added bonus of its own entertainment lounge so no need to leave the hotel in the evening if you don’t want to.

The Hotel Presidente is in my opinion a highly recommended hotel. It is an excellent hotel, very clean, the staff were amazing, it is in a great location close to the beach. The entertainment in Phillipines 10 underneath is quality, west end performances and a good variety. The buffet food has a good variety and choice for all, the salad bar is amazing, the drinks are very cheap for a hotel and the restaurant is immaculately clean with staff everywhere to help you. There are taxis everywhere to get around, I stayed in February, so pre season, it was busy but not overpowering and the weather was lovely, when in bed with the patio doors closed, it does take away a lot of the noise/music and had a comfortable sleep, however in the height of busy season you have to compensate for how busy and noisy it will get but still, it would not put me off staying at this superb hotel.

Stayed for one night at this hotel. In close proximity to the main strip and the bars and clubs. Just a short stroll to the beach. Rooms clean but although have a kettle you have to pay daily for the replenishments. We stayed in room 627 and it was quite noisy from the bars around. Other guests complained to us about the night noise from the streets. The hotel has a small library of about ten books but no reading area. The restaurant has an array of food to suit all tastes. The phillipino bar attaches to the hotel, was a great show (shame Leroy smoke wasn’t the best). He spent more time swearing and using the audience to sing rather than him being the entertainer. The rock/pop group was fantastic. Overall, had an enjoyable stay but due to the noise, we wouldn’t stay again.

Had a fantastic time at Hotel Presidente over Christmas the rooms are so comfy all the staff were very good.Resturant Staff were very hardworking and lovely food very good breakfast 👍 english bacon everything you want. The bar in the hotel Gallery a fine addition good prices John Smiths on tap cold lovely beer husband very happy. All in all 👍👍

Silly greedy requests

We must have had the noisiest 3rooms in the hotel 137 -139 we could hear everything from the phillipines bar as if it was in our room which didn’t Finnish till 2am only then to be woken early in the morning by cleaning staff scraping furniture across the floor in the bar below I was astounded when I discovered the bar was charging 1.40 euros for a glass of ice absolutely outrageous I love lots of ice in my drinks and I asked if this was true to get charged for ice to be told it was only if people took it to their room not if they wanted it in their drinks It would definitely have made me think about booking the hotel again if I had been charged I would have drunk somewhere else The tea & coffee in room was not complimentary if you wanted it replenished daily it was at a cost of 12 euros absolutely outrageous The hotel was nice nothing special I have stayed at many nice hotels and have never had these silly greedy requests for things that should be totally free in a hotel of this class It really spoiled my view of the presidente hotel The food was lovely & staff were great & were tipped accordingly for their service to our party The gala lunch was amazing with everything we could have asked for The full English breakfast was spot on Overall a wonderful stay only spoiled by silly greedy requests for things that should be complimentary

Super Hotel close to everything in Benidorm

Our rooms were ready, so we had an early check in. Rooms large with super comfy beds. Fabulous shower., restaurant and staff there were super, always on hand to take your finished plates. Food was very good but the Xmas lunch was fabulous, choice was amazing and delicious. Entertainment every day and downstairs had a club with different acts every day. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the beach and the entertainment bars.

Great hotel

Stayed for the first time for 4 nights. Hotel is central for the new town so near lots of other hotels and pubs so plenty of entertainment. Beautiful hotel. The pool area is lovely although difficult to see if it gets shade in the summer as it is December atm The food was average but plenty of choice so hopefully has something to suits most people. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Overall nice hotel

5 night stay for a family get together all staying in the hotel . We really enjoyed our stay few small issues with the hotel that could have been avoided but overall a nice hotel food was good plenty choice and fresh . Bar prices very reasonable . The 2 issues asked for 2 extra pillows on first day was promised they be sent up stopped asking after day 3 .. the poop is heated in winter months but only to around 20 degrees asked if this could be upped was told no if your heating a pool it may as well be hotter if doing so ..

Great hotel, brilliant location, really clean, Sunbeds around the pool are a little sparse and could do with more as people leave towels on beds all day and are never seen. Food is great, loads of choice everyday.

Staff, food & hotel excellent but would not stay again with a child - the staff were great but a large enough to make you feel uncomfortable handful of guests have an attitude that the hotel is 'adult only' especially in the pool. Children apparently should not be jumping in or splashing in the pool. OMG it's a pool - except to get wet!!!

Great hotel. Close but not too close to the late night bars. Staff very friendly. Pool heated. Plenty of sun loungers. Great food, inexpensive drinks in the dining room. Philippines 10 connected to the hotel was great for entertainment and easily accessible from the dining room, with discounted drinks for guests. Highly recommended.

Repeat stay, excellent from arrival to leaving. All staff so helpful. Comfortable rooms, no neighbour noise. Love the rooms facing The Arcos Hotel, great sitting there just people watching prior or returning from your night out.

Food fantastic, service greatand apart from noisy on the outer rooms on the street side(it is Benidorm) thought the hotel was great and highly recommended it to others!

Decent

I wanted to try this hotel for ages but the price is usually way too expensive. Anyway decided to book for one night while in Benidorm and the rooms themselves are lovely, comfy bed, huge walk in shower which is really powerful and a really big balcony. My main gripe is that I was meant to have a pool view but instead I had a high overgrown tree blocking my view. But as it was for 1 night it didn’t bother me too much. Staff are friendly and overall I would recommend the hotel if you can get it for a reasonable price.

Excellent location, right at the centre of Benidorm. Great choice of menu with delicious food, pool, facilities & rooms clean & comfortable with friendly & helpful staff. Will definitely stay there next time we go to Benidorm.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The food is of a very good standard for a buffet especially the salads. The Philippines Lounge has nightly entertainment and the staff are all exceptional.

Newly refurbished last year went back again. This year was very play still like new. Staff very helpful.

Superb hotel competitively priced, very clean, meals were excellent. Staff were incredible and couldn't be more helpful and always seemed happy. Great location right in the middle of things yet still quiet enough at night. The pool area was also very nice. We will be back in June and November as this is our new 'go to' hotel.

Entertainment should be different every night for guests staying in the hotel .

Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Only had breakfast but there was plenty of choice. It was spotlessly clean. Only thing i would say is that more sunbeds are needed by poolside.

Fabulous Hotel

The hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed out. Could not fault ANYTHING. The food was varied, hot and well presented. Room was lovely and cleaned daily. Pool area great. Evening shows in nightclub under hotel fabulous an varied. Will be definitely booking this hotel again.

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, very clean and mostly friendly staff. Beds are a little firm but the facilities are wonderful, there is still a sunbed scramble each morning and parasols are sparse.

Fabulous hotel but pool area a problem

Hotel was fabulous for comfort, food and entertainment. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Only criticism was the pool area. Non residents using pool daily causing lack of sunbeds. Towels on beds all day with no one using them and very limited umbrellas. The pool and sun area is lovely but needs some extra enforcement of the rules on display.

We loved everything about the hotel the staff very friendly food exceptional. Entertainment not to our liking. We use to sit on the terrace. We think it should be a non smoking zone completely. This is our fourth time and the renovation has been done very well.

Really good hotel. Perfectly situated in the new town for the nightlife. Food is good, ample choices and importantly, the hot food is hot! Lovely salad bar but the desserts QA q. Aq are a bit samey and definitely chosen for the British clients. Breakfast is typical Spanish Spanish hotel where you have to make your own tea and toast and can be a little chaotic when busy. The room was good, nice and nice to q QAqqq qqqqq q

An extremely friendly hotel which has been renovated to a high standard. Located in a central spot to the bars and life of this part of town. The visit was purely for a friends weekend trip and accommodated all our needs. If I went to Benidorm I would use this hotel again for sure.

The whole experience was excellent Spotlessly clean throughout In comparison to the Rio Park & Helios where the food ranged from unappetising to actually inedible, the food here was very very good one criticism which should be addressed was that they still charge for use of the in room safe (4eu per day) this long abandoned by most other hotels as a needless cause of discontent, also they charged 2eu per charge of the disability scooter Overall though an excellent experience and have booked again

Car park issues

I looked on site for parking charges it said 12 euro a day but we were charged 20 euro a day 40 euro in total. We were told to park anywhere then tell reception which space we were in so we did then was told by a very rude receptionist that we had parked in someone's space and we had to move car. So we went back to car park and the space she had given us was taken so complete waste of time and car park was partially empty we will not be staying again at this hotel .
