TravellerUnfortunately the only friendly staff is who seems to be a manager a female who treat us with respect. The male individual has nothing to do working there.

TravellerInternet was bad, there was mold in the bathroom, shower on top of the toilet, no hot water, and they wanted to charge us twice for room taxes, which were already in the total showed in the booking details.
TravellerIf I could give this hotel a no star I would. Not only were we overcharged for change of room for two double beds in room but the conditions of rooms were terrible. Also there are sections of rooms were ceiling heights were under 5ft. My son who is over 6 ft tall bumped his forehead twice. DO NOT COME. Asked staff for a taxi and he suggested I walk a few blocks to get taxi. Conditions of rooms are very run down. If Oaxaca wasn’t such a beautiful place to visit the trip would’ve been terrible but the only bad experience was the hotel. Oaxaca itself is beautiful.

Look past the broken tiles and windows and you will enjoy your stay. The room was very clean and the towels and bed linen were excellent. Great value for the money. We sat round the swimming pool every afternoon. Staff were lovely. Great cheap restaurants and supermarkets were near.

Hotel recomendable, tiene estacionamiento ya sea en el hotel o a la vuelta un espacio para meterlo, la recepción rápida, el personal muy amable y atentos, varias habitaciones, tal vez un poco pegadas, pero están bien, limpias y cómodas, ideal para llegar a dormir y seguir con el viaje, todo muy bien
TravellerNo me gusto que me cobraran por darme la habitacion con dos camas cuando asi se habia hecho la reservacion con Expedia, tuve que paga $ 800.00 adicionales al precio pactado con Expedia, es una falta de etica por parte de Expedia, es bastante molesto.
TravellerLa atención del personal es muy buena. Son amables y te apoyan cuando se requiere. Un hotel limpio. Lo que no me gusto es que si pides una habitacion económica el techo es demasiado bajo mi esposo mide 1.81m y se tuvo que agachar y en la regadera peor. No lo recomiendo para personas altas ya que es muy incomodo. Falta un poco de limpieza en el area de la alberca ya que los propios huespedes no recogen su basura al irse. El check out es a las 11 am otro punto desfavorable. Aproximadamente a 7 calles de catedral.
