Pros: The facilities are excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Alina and Olga - very good English, smile on the face and always willing to help! 🌹🌹 It is located in a very quiet area and surrounded by a beautiful park where you can see squirrels and rent a bike and explore around. Cons: Room service is the only thing I should complain about. We literally had to leave a note in Russian if we wanted the room to be made up. Even doing so, they didn't change the bed linen during the last days.

faded glory of a hotel but good location

perfunctory welcome to say the least - all instructions/information in the room in Russia only. Taciturn staff with brief almost offhand directions regarding breakfast which was eventually found and although plenty of food the fact that it had been laid out at 7.00am meant a rather tired and luke warm result. Never the less sufficiently substantial and quite tasty. Good size clean rooms, comfortable bed, good bathroom facilities. Internet frustrating, you have to log in each time your devise goes to sleep and it is not a particularly good signal. The final check out was good in that the one 'on the ball' staff was helpful, cheerful and efficient.

Hotel for the world cup fan

We stay here for the 3rd place World Cup game, as the stadium is just nearby. The hotel is satisfactory. The breakfast is ok. The room is ok. The environment is quite good. It is 15-minute walk to the Metro and the hotel provides free shuttle bus to another Metro. There is no cooling so during the day the room is hot.

The hotel is renovated in common areas however the room I had seemed fro the 1800's

The best location to see the World Cup

Perfect location to go to the stadium in a very quiet neighborhood wit modern buildings surrounded and beautiful park. The price is very reasonable

Hotel is a bit odd, you can see from the pictures, it has not been updated in a long time, the room light needs time to warm up. But anyway, it is very likeable, the rooms are big and warm. The location is fantastic, short walk to Footbal stadion, Sibur Arena and also a beautiful park. The metro is about a mile walk through the park but if you can't manage that a mini bus goes every half hour from hotel. You can eat at the restaurants I had carbonara pizza, very cheap and staff were excellent. Stay here no problemo

Family trip to the Confederations Cup

They initially gave us 2 rooms at the opposite ends of the hotel, but eventually relented and found a large family room for us. Nicely located for the stadium, the food was also good. A lack of maintenance and dated furnishings detracted from the stay.

We've been traveling together. And liked this hotel because of it's park zone location where you can hear a birds singing.

Worth a look

I've stayed here twice on trips to Russia. This hotel has improved since the last visit in 2015. The hotel is away from the busy center of town, near several beautiful parks. There is a shuttle every 30 minutes all day to take hotel guests to the Metro station, and the excellent Metro can take you almost anywhere in the city. English is a bit spotty at Reception, but service was excellent. Room quality and comfort as expected, no complaints. Get at least Comfort level room, I understand the Economy rooms are underground. The parks are great for walking and relaxing, this is where average Russians come to enjoy the outdoors. A different view of St Petersburg.

Hotel Park Krestovskiy

Hotel was nice and clean, nice breakfast, good parking, very polite attitude of staff, but are they not providing electric cattle to rooms at all, telling us because fire health and safety regulation. I never heard such a stupid excuse. Bathroom mouldy silicon around, looks disgusting. All rest no problem at all, we are really enjoyed. I they would be spend time for PPM (planning prevention maintenance) of rooms and provide cattle with tea facilities, this holiday would be absolutely perfect 10 of 10, but at present time my rates would be 8 of 10

The hotel is farway from the city center but it is in very good condition and the area is very nice specially if you have children

Only slight downside is distance from city, but shuttle bus hotel to metro (underground) makes up for this.

Great Value in St. Petersburg

I was a nice hotel for a long stay in St. Petersburg. Slightly distant from the sights, but the convenient shuttle to the metro station runs every half hour and only takes 5 minutes. On the metro it is only a 10 minute ride to the center. Neighborhood is very nice, Krestovskiy Island is mainly parkland which is a popular retreat among locals. Nice restaurants nearby, but few locations to purchase groceries nearby. However, a large shopping center with an Auchan is only one stop away on the metro. Overall, it was a great stay.

Large hotel near a park

I stayed 10 days with a friend who speaks Russian. It may have been difficult without her, as the front desk does not speak good English. Hotel is busy on weekends with Russian tourists. Get at least Comfort-level room....Economy rooms are in the basement. Reasonable rates. Amusement park nearby. Rowing channel across street. Tree-lined boulevard through well-kept park, couples holding hands. All the tourist attractions and City Center are a 15-20 minute Metro ride away. I enjoyed my stay there.

It can be a lovely place, but it is not so for now

Excellently located in a calm place with great nature around on Krestovsky island with good transport infrastructure. Large private parking. The subway station is about 1km by foot through wonderful park with squirrels or by free hotel shuttle which rides every 30 minutes. The hotel provides free WiFi (weak signal at some rooms though). My room (standard twin) was equipped with central airconditioning, however seemed its cooling facilities were broken/disabled, so it was rather hot. This type of rooms is located on the underground floor, i.e. you only have a small window near the ceiling. Other room equipment is OK and in good condition. Their wardrobe is awesome (a small separate room with shelves, enough place for luggage etc). Probably the only two things missing were the fridge and hairdryer. Perhaps their restaurant was the only true desperation for us. Some of issues we were faced to can be withheld or treated as minor curiosities (like serving cognac in whisky glass or accepting payments in cash only). However one day we were refused in service completely. As they explained, they were already preparing food for some ten guests, and their kitchen throughput could not allow to feed ten persons more (we a company of friends all staying at this hotel together). That was strange for a hotel capable of accomodating hundreds of guests. Well, we said we were OK to wait 40-60 minutes. After that the waiter confessed that they simply had no food reserves enough to serve us.

Better Options

I have stayed in other inexpensive Russian hotels but this one just isn't worth it. For the same price or $10 more a night you could get a hotel with better Metro access and air conditioning. Probably more worth it as a winter stay than summer.

No Air Conditioning - Basement Rooms!!

Simple, nice hotel if you are staying above ground in the winter. If it is the summer, there is no air conditioning and it is absolutely unbearable as you can't even open the windows at night as there are not any screens! So of course your room will fill with Bugs!!

Hotel for unexpensive accommondation

this hotel located in nice park area..silent and not so much traffic but quite long distance from center but metro by walking distance. Breakfast very simple but included.there also was no actual restaurant..just lobby bar wich serve food too but not very comfortable. However price especially now summertime when all hotels full booked was quite reasonable,but dont wait too much about quality.

Erittäin hyvä hinta/laatu -suhde. Ei mitkään luksus huoneet, mutta isot ja siistit. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Hotellissa aulabaari, pizzeria ym; ei ole tarvetta lähteä muualle. Lähimmälle metro -asemalle matkaa 1,5km. Erinomainen sijainti stadionin vieressä.

В целом отель понравился, находится в живописном месте. Тихо, спокойно, красиво. Единственный минус - поблизости нет продуктовых магазинов.

В целом всё отлично Бронировал онлайн, быстро заехали, номер хороший Ездили на концерт, который проходил на стадионе, поэтому было очень удобно, стадион в шаговой доступности

Хороший отель напоминает здание Пентагона, завтрак добротный еды не жалеют , номера с 1-4 достаточно чистые , большие , только горничные не особо услужливые! Вокруг леса и парки, отличный вид на каналы и финский залив, можно пожить на острове.

По броне с Hotels.com нас не заселили в номер, сказали что бронь не найдена. Ужасно, отвратительно.

スタッフの態度が。。。

客室等は金額相応。 しかしスタッフの態度にびっくりした。特にレセプションの一人の女性には「いじめられているのか？！」と思うくらい　笑。当方がレセプションに向かうと、こちらの顔を見ただけでうんざりしたような表情をされるのは、本当にめげる。 清掃も、タオル交換くらいしかしないので、滞在中数回レセプションに電話して清掃を依頼した。

минусы: гели, шампуни и вода предоставляется один раз, только при заселении, фен еле живой, завтраки без изысков плюсы : в целом неплохой отель за такую цену, завтраки без изысков но голодным не уйдешь, номер убирали каждый день

В целом понравилось.Тишина.спокойствие.Район для отдыха.Минус телевидение(не настроенное изображение).Шкаф для телевизора лишний(смотреть можно только из койки).Шторы на скрепках(двигаются с трудом). Чтобы не оставался неприятный осадок от посещения бара,лучше рассчитываться картой.

Была неточность в описании, не было минибара- холодильника, что создало трудности...

У нас был номер на цокольном этаже , нам очень не понравилось, во первых постоянно ужасный запах, чувствуешь себя как в подвале, очень плохо .что когда мы резервировали номер нам об этом никто не сказал и мы не ожедал, что есть номера в цокале. Так что предупреждайте своих посетителей.

Отличный отель для отдыха в экологической зоне

Мы очень довольны своим проживанием в этом отеле.Приезжаем не в первый раз. Особенно ценим тишину и природу.Номера чистые и удобные,прекрасное качество обслуживания.Спасибо девушкам на ресепшене и горничным за внимание и отзывчивость.Очень удобен бесплатный трансфер от отеля до метро.

Отличный отель в лесопарковой зоне. Великолепное место не только для путешествия по достопримечательностям Питербурга, но и просто для отдыха. До метро ходит бесплатная маршрутка каждые 30 мин, но можно прогуляться самостоятельно по лесопарку за 20 мин.

Очень даже неплохо.

Отель полностью соответствует своей категории, очень чисто и спокойно. Доставка до метро организована без проблем для гостей. Ведущееся недалеко строительство спортивной арены не мешает. С удовольствием гуляли и по парку и по ближайшим окрестностям. Иногда раздражали поздно вечером и ночью проезжающие мимо автомобили, но скорее всего это из-за того что в тишине все звуки кажутся громче. Единственное неудобство это отсутствие рядом магазина и недорогого кафе. В целом понравилось.

Хорошие впечатления. Оценил бы на отлично, если окна номера выходили бы не на дорогу, ан а внутреннюю часть отеля - при открытых окнах иногда мешает звук транспорта (особенно рано утром)

Las habitaciones no están limpias. Mala cama.

Tuve que solicitar el cambio de habitación 2 veces porque las primeras 2 habitaciones estaban con malas condiciones de limpieza. La primera tenía alimentos en un mueble y la segunda manchas en la cama. Los colchones de la cama son malísimos, sientes los resortes en la espalda. Para alguien que viaja a San Petersburgo no lo recomendaría tampoco por su ubicación, alejado de todo y necesitas tomar una camioneta del hotel al metro y no funciona las 24 horas.

Отдых в отеле "Парк крестовский"

Отель очень понравился! Отдыхали с женой и маленьким ребёнком. Заселили в отель раньше времени, в отеле тихая и уютная обстановка, номер чистый, телевизор и холодильник имелся. Администраторы улыбчивые и внимательные, всегда готовы ответить на интересующий вопрос. Расположение отеля прекрасное: не далеко от центра, рядом "Русская рыбалка", зоопарк, большой парк с аттракционами. Собираемся обязательно вернуться в этот отель.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr gut gelegen

Sehr ruhig gelegendes Hotel, man ist in wenigen Minuten im Stadtzentrum mit der Metro, wird mit dem Shuttle Service zum Metrostation gefahren.
