Property is located in a prime location. Near bars, restaurants.
busy street, noisy late at night and our room was street side. Otherwise, a very nice property and we enjoyed ourstay
Perfect!
Nicely, very comfortable, the balcony was huge, Francisco at the front desk is awesome, He help us every day. Plan a great time.. This is a great location, wonderful, boutique, hotel, great location lots of restaurants around, would stay again!
Five stars for Palermitano
A lovely hotel in Palermo district. Close to the heart of all the action but not noisy. A great place to end our stay in Argentina. Staff very accommodating.
very recommendable
very well managed hotel, super clean rooms with extremely comfortable bed and bedding. very friendly and helpful staff. nice breakfast buffet, good wifi, lovely roof top terrace and small pool for relaxation. truly excellent location with lots of restaurants, bars, shops etc. just around the corner. will certainly return
Home away from home Hotel.
This was my second trip to Buenos Aires. This hotel has become my home away from home. It’s a welcoming environment, which is only a few minute walk the the areas restaurants and amazing nigh life.
The location was great! The staff was very friendly. Aside from its location, I chose to book this hotel because the photos looked nice, and the breakfast was included. The breakfast provided was barely edible. It seemed like the same old pastries were being put out each day. The photos are very generous. The rooms are not as lovely as they were in the pictures. In addition, they weren't very clean. I dropped dark pants on the floor, and when I picked them up, they had dust all over them.
Palermo is a nice, fun part of Buenos Aires. Lots of restaurants , music and nice shops. It is safe to walk. Hop on hop off tour bus stop is 20 minutes nice walk away. Great staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Good value but rooms by road were as if there was no glass. It was like sleeping in the road
Great stay with friendly and helpful staff
Initially the room was not cool. The AC needed resetting. Once the Hotel manager came up personally to assist it was fine. I wouldn’t say it was 4 star. The breakfast was minimalist the coffee cool and the hot water tepid. The neighborhood was fabulous. You could get a great meal and breakfast coffee everywhere. We lived it. Nice boutique hotel.
Great stay
bad hotel, not worth it
Argentina stay
Great location, friendly staff. There’s a night club next door so it can get noisy so probably not the best choice for people with children and elderly
Beautifully appointed rooms. Convenient location. Great, professional, accommodating staff!
Excellent location.
Upon traveling 15 hours this was the first destination we arrived to for our stay in Buenos Aires. Upon arrival, our hotel room had a wet sewage smell to it. The hotel and room didn’t look nearly as nice as the pictures. Started to unpack and found out the shower was only ice cold temperatures and it wouldn’t get hot. After that, we had realized the bed sheets were stained and contained hair along with what appeared to be bed bugs too. They had a greasy feeling that they weren’t clean. In the hallway we noticed the cleaning lady coming out of a room with just chemicals on the cart but no old or new bed sheets or linens to change. After bringing up these issues to the manager, she said she would charge me for the first night which we quickly refused. Long story short, we ended up needing to find a new hotel last minute because the cleanliness and risk of bed bugs was not worth our stay. This was an expensive hotel too for this low quality of experience. LONG STORY SHORT, STAY AT ANOTHER HOTEL.
Very nice family owned. The breakfast consisted of fresh fruits, cereal, eggs, bacon, and assorted pastries. Only thing is, I nearly broke my toe on the elevator on the first level, which is not even with the floor. It Would cost hundred thousand dollars to replace And I can live with that for an economy hotel Excellent Staff.
The staff were super nice and very helpful. The restaurant was ver nice and food excellent. Would be nice if restaurant and or bar would open earlier for drinks. You can hear the customers and staff in our room and every door that closed. Noisy till 12:30 pm
Major Cleanliness Issues
I made a reservation for March 18-21, primarily for the hotels great location. I left the hotel on March 19th after waking up with itchy red spots on my body. After a detailed inspection, I found bed bugs inside the pillow case. My room was #14, on third floor. Despite the proof, hotel management ignored the issue, refused issuing a refund - kept the payment of the other two nights- and offered me two nights in another room, which was not acceptable. Other cleanliness issues were colonies of flies in the restaurant living on pastries and musty corridors and room. Bathroom floor is covered with water after shower. Stains on sheets.
This is a cute hotel, very comfortable bed, lovely, spacious room in a great , very walkable neighborhood. Highly recommended!
Great Hotel and Staff!
A small and friendly hotel, the staff was excellent in every way. We left something very valuable in our room and departed for a nearby country. We called the hotel and Francisco at the front desk located the item, put it in the safe and returned it when we returned to Argentina 5 days later. Amazing these days! Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Location is great with tons of nearby restaurants and Sousa Square. All in all excellent.
Great location with shops, restaurants, and nightlife nearby. Good breakfast of eggs, pancetta bacon, fruit, pastries included in stay. Selena was very helpful and friendly at the front desk. Beautiful artium and restaurant while we didn’t go for dinner looked nice.
Good location for bars and restaurants
Very nice and cozy room, makes you feel home. A lot of food/coffee options around
At the heart of Palermo, very walkable area to everything shopping and eating, very quiet at the same time, really enjoyed our stay.
It was a cozy little hotel, very friendly staff and nice restaurant with complementary breakfast. Eggs cooked to order, pastries, cereal, etc.
Hotel staff was friendly, the hotel overall was super clean. There were a lot of restaurants and bars near the hotel.
Nice stay
Nice location. Room was s nice size. The bed was comfortable. The water in shower didn't get hot enough for me. The water while taking a shower pours out andales a big puddle. You have to put a towel on the ground that get soaking wet.
Great hotel and centrally located! Would stay here again
Great stay and value! So close to the Palermo downtown area
Excelente servicio, la habitación muy limpia, staff muy amable, excelente ubicación… muy satisfecho con mi elección!
A great city hotel in the Palermo district of BA. Close to everything in Palermo.
Very comfortable small hotel in a great area. The rooms are excellent, nice pool and roof terrace area although it is quite small. Friendly staff and overall a good choice of somewhere to stay in Palermo.
Some things could use repair. Mini bar fridge and head board on bed in room need tlc.
Fantastic staff
It's a small hotel in a fantastic neighborhood. Our room was comfortable with a clean bed and nice bathroom. The breakfast is awesome. The best thing about this hotel is their staff who are nice, friendly and helpful people.
Great room and nice area to stay
The night-shift staff was really friendly and helped me with my taxi to airport a lot, I didnt get your name but I really appreciated your kind help. Stylist and spacious room with sofa area and big balcony, order-to-cook omelete for breakfast. Wonderful stay!
Service was excellent! Great location. ..............................................................................
Great place to stay in Palermo Soho
Amazing hotel that is located in the heart of Palermo Soho. Management super nice and have an amazing breakfast that is included!
Good location. Room is dated however with some features not working properly but it is generally still OK.
Good hotel in Great Area
Really great hotel that I would recommend staying at. The area is amazing. Perfect for tourism and travel. We loved this area the most of every where we visited in Buenos Aires. The front desk gentleman during the day was very informative and helpful. The breakfast was okay and appreciated. Room was not huge but clean and new.
Quiet, good breakfast, good bed, but better pillows would be nice.
Friendly, super clean, great A/C
The hotel room was a very nice size, comfy bed, and very nice bathroom. Great A/C. The staff was very friendly. I will be staying here on my next visit. The Wi-Fi in the hotel room could be a bit spotty in the evening, but fast during the day.
Comfortable bed. Would be improved with more pillows. Nice walk in shower. Only one towel hook, with evidence of humidity problems on the wall underneath it. Maybe put a towel hook on the shower (ceramic) wall?
Everything is uncomfortable, not a 4-starts hotel
Few things make this hotel completely uncomfortable (not qualified for 4 stars in any way - I stopped in many different hotels in Palermo Soho - this is the worst out of all 3.5 starts plus) I guess people who manage the hotel haven't even tried to spend a night there. 1. No lobby - there is no place to sit and wait for a taxi (except 2 tables on the street - not fun under the rain). Only front desk and small breakfast room. 2. Everything is old and looks cheap 3. No name shampoo and conditioner in the glass jars with very small opening neck - impossible to get it out. In addition, glass jars in the shower is simply dangerous - it can easily slips out of hands and breaks. No place to put anything in the shower - no shelves even around the sink. No shower gel, no lotion. 4. Room with "city view" is super noisy all day and all night 5. No day curtains at all - only 1 layer of thick terrible looking curtains 6. Breakfast is terrible - only very limited choice of sweet stuff (they charge extra for making scramble eggs). Also, they charge for good coffee. 7. As of end of January 2019, there is constructions going on right across the street
Staff was incredibly helpful, gave recommendations all spoke English, and were just generally very nice people.
Breakfast is only very basic and they charge for hot breakfast. No facilities for tea, coffee in the room. Location is good.
Bad condition. They gave me a room with no working wc. Showers were all rusted.
Nice place well situated in Palermo surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants
Bathroom door was horrible. Sliding glass door that you had to force to slide. Thin windows so you hear all of the construction all day and night. Also the sliding glass door did not lock so there is no security someone won’t break into your room.
The staff were very kind, but the room had much to be desired. The ceiling was leaking in a light fixture and then onto the floor. There was black mold on the wall by the leak. The bathroom door was challenging to open and after a day was stuck open. When we contacted the hotel staff about this, they said that maintenance was away and they couldn’t do anything. They offered to move us to a single bed room (2 single people). It was a good location with plenty of restaurants and bars around.
Dirty sheets upon arrival, woke up with bites
The sheets were stained, so were the pillows. We asked to get them changed, and cleaning service was not happy about it. The new sheets were still dirty. We woke up with bites, so not sure if there were bed bugs or flees or what not.
The pool is awful!
First time in Buenos Aires. The front staff were wonderful - very sweet and helpful. The hotel has a bar as you walk in and a Restaurant at night that is very popular. The included breakfast was ok. We stayed here a couple of nights and were looking forward to having a pool and roof deck. The pool is a joke literally! Very small and was dirty with leaves on the bottom. More like a kids pool as far as depth and size! The chairs were old and dry. Did not want to hang out at all. Should not advertise as having a pool.
Nice hotel in Palermo
I like the hotel design and location. All the people in the hotel are very friendly and willing to help. Congratulations for the staff,
Great location helpful staff
Very happy with my stay, comfortable room and bed, everything I needed. Decour getting slightly old. Very helpful staff, good breakfast
Great location, amazing staff, slightly dated
A lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo. This is a great choice for the location, bars and restaurants literally a stone throw away. The staff were great, really chatty and lovely. The room was a bit dated compared to other hotels I've stayed in in Buenos Aires for a similar price. Needs a bit of updating but nevertheless it's a great place to stay. It is a small hotel, but this is a part of the allure.
Place a bit old, but location is excellent. Price is ok, not the bargain it claimed.
Great spot close to everything in Palermo
It was our honeymoon. They made us feel very welcomed and were flexible with our checkout time. Very helpful and excellency service.
Loved to roof top pool
Great location and loved the roof pool, my main reason for picking this hotel. Room great but was slightly disappointed that breakfast wasn’t better. Maybe it’s just an Argentinian thing and breakfast isn’t a big meal there.
Three times I stayed in this hotel...first time everything great. Second time no air conditioning in the lobby or hallways. Door key wouldnt open the room door and I was sweeting waiting for somebody to fix it. At the same time the wanted to charge me for a room with balcony when in the description it says that it has one. And thennn....A THIRD TIME, All the same problems like the second time. Today I found out that they charged for the second and third time for some charges that it didnt ever apply. Three times is enough.
Good location - very average hotel
I stayed at Palermitano for about a week. It's well located, relatively close to metro and in a lively neighbourhood with bars and restaurants. The rooms are big but quite dated. I am sure it was a lovely boutique hotel 10 years ago - today it's just dated with old and dirty-ish furniture and broken bathroom fixtures. The hallway carpet was dirty. Breakfast is very average and they were running out of supplies every morning (not enough food, not even enough plates and coffee cups!). The reception staff is smiling but not very helpful. The copier was not working so they couldn't photocopy my passport. The elevator was not working so I had to carry my luggage up and down the narrow service staircase (which was also the dumping place for dirty linen). Needless to say that there was no effort or intention to fix the elevator during my week there! Overall an average experience - definitely expected more from the info and photos at the listing.
The nest front desk staff ever
The check in girl and I am sorry I forgot her name was the absolute best, helpful, pleasant, special assistance, just the best, she makes the hotel a great place. Nice hotel, great restaurateur, close to all..
OK hotel
the hotel is located in a very nice area close to many shops, restaurants, and night life. the room itself was very small, but the bed was comfortable. the bathroom appears to have been updated but is also very small and there is very little room around the sink for your things. the breakfast offering was small and there was no staff around to keep items stocked, many food plates were empty. in spite of this, the hotel is a decent place to stay if you are looking for a place to crash while you explore the city.
Nice small hotel , close to restaurants.
My husband and I stayed one night and the room was very neat, comfortable and the staff responded immediately when asked for extra towels and pills. The hotel has a Peruvian restaurant on site and the food was somewhat expensive but delicious. I greatly recommend this hotel. !
Great location.
This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Palermo. We were so happy with the location as it’s walking distance to some great restaurants, bars, cafes and shopping. The room was very basic but offered a big comfy bed. Bathroom door didn’t close properly and there were no room amenities. The staff were friendly enough but didn’t offer too much help in relation to activities. This would’ve helped our rating a bit more. Overall location of this hotel was a big plus.
Nice please next to many restaurants and shops
5 days in Buenos Aires, place close to everything, away from downtown noise. Easy walk to many places. Will return.
Good stay, great area
The service was friendly, the rooms were big and the bathrooms were impressive. Wifi in the rooms weren't an issue but no English channels on the cable tv. We ate in the restaurant one night and The food was amazing, pricey but worth it. Also there is a pool on the roof top that I wasn't aware about until I pressed the wrong button in the elevator. Great area with lots of bars and resterants!!
Best reception staff ever
Had a rough start with lost luggage and allergic reaction to a bug bite. The gentleman at reception went above and beyond the call of duty. He called the airline for our luggage, he called for medical assist to see my daughter in the room and give treatment for the allergy. He was an angel, I can not say enough how he wonderful he was. I wish I had learned his name. This hotel is very lucky to have him as a representative, he should get a raise.
Lovely hotel in Palermo.
I have enjoyed my stay in Palermitano. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Overall it was ok, however it is too noisy from the outside, regardless if you have a room with a street or inside view
Excellent location...
The staff was nice always helpful and willing to provide information about attractions.
good for short stay
good position for exploring parks of Buenos Aires helpful staff, adjoining popular restaurant
Great small hotel in Palermo, where the action is! Very accommodating and helpful management. Our 2nd time here, will surely stay there next time we are in BA!
Nice hotel, noisy neighborhood
Nice small hotel, well-mannered staff and a clean room but in front a noisy street. If you are not part of "the marcha", very late dinner, mid night happy hour and dancing till sunrise, you must prefer another neighborhood than Palermo.
Great location and hotel staff
It was one night and the manager accepted to check out later because our flight was on the evening
Great place in a perfect neighbourhood
We we staying downtown BA at the Sheraton and were not at all happy with the staff or with the area. We heard Palermo was a much safer and nicer area so we looked up the Palermitano and booked it for 4 nights when we came back (we were going cruising and would be coming back to BA in a couple of weeks). Palermo is definitely the place to stay when visiting Buenos Aires. Great atmosphere and completely safe. Pretty tree-lined streets with lots of restaurants and cafes. Best place in BA, and Palermitano is right in the middle of it so location is A-1. Value - Great value for what you get. It was a very reasonable price and you get a decent hotel room + breakfast for the price. We found it to be better value than most other places in BA. The rooms are not like the Four Seasons (we had some burnt out light bulbs, etc) Breakfast - Free breakfast was better than we expected it to be. We are not huge breakfast eaters, but there was cold ham slices and cheese, cold cereal, chopped and whole fruits, plenty of pastries, tea/coffee/juice, and you can ask them to cook you up some scrambled eggs on the spot (served in a bowl). Service - Staff were very friendly and helpful, and even spoke English. They would have given us a much later checkout on the day we were leaving but were full. They still offered to let us stay until about 1:30 pm and were happy to store our luggage for us in a locked room for the day we were leaving.
Great hotel, great location
Great location, however WiFi was unavailable/down for 24hours which made working difficult.
Good wifi in room. Breakfast adequate but no more than that. Eggs appeaded late and some fresh fruit would be good.
Highly recommended
This is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location in Palermo. Walkable and very safe area. The front desk staff was awesome and the room was nice and clean; very cozy bed. Somewhat noisy if your room faces Uriarte St, but definitely a great location. The pool could use a little attention as well, but overall I highly recommend this hotel.
Great location and very helpful staff
This is in a good location because there is alot of restaurants, bars and shops in the area, it's close to the subway (15 minute walk), yet it's pretty quiet. The hotel staff, especial Matias, was extremely helpful with local advice.
Excellent stay...
We are nearing the end of a 5 week visit to South America. SA can be frustrating if you don't speak the local language. We dealt with 3 different front desk people during our 5 nights here and every one of them were FABULOUS, the best we have experienced by a wide margin. For that reason alone I would stay here again. The room was on the smallish side but totally acceptable for our purposes. Very modern hotel with an up scale restaurant int the building. Great area near restaurants.
Right in the heart of things
Great hotel, decent room, pleasant staff, good buffet breakfast, 1St class restaurant attached plus many bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to tube and railway station.
We liked the hotel was a bit cramped but good
Breakfasts were great lovely place were enjoyed the hotel
Great little hotel
Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious room, beautiful breakfast spread. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Great
Great Hotel
This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. There are dozens of restaurants and bars EVERYWHERE. The employees are great about helping with taxis, directions, anything you need them to do. The closest subway is about a 10 minute walk. There is a bus route right on the street, so you could use the bus, if needed.
Impossible to avoid falling in love with Argentina
Palermitano is great hotel in the Palermo district, staff unbeliveable helpsome and friendly. Next door is great bar Luxe Uriarte full of friendly people from Argentina and around the world. Palermo is the place to stay if you are looking for cafe´ and restaurants, lots of open outdoor seating. Will for sure come back to this great hotel/location.
Worth the price.
It is a well located hotel with good rooms. The breakfast is not really good and the staff won't replace what is finished unless you ask them for.
Excellent service, comfort & clean, good location
The Palermitano's staff excels in guest service! Every request I had was granted. There was a leak from the window the first night I stayed, but they immediately upgraded my room. Modern, clean and comfortable; I enjoyed my stay. Dependable wifi. The area in Palermitano is convenient and active but relatively quiet for a big city. On the weekends, you can hear the patrons of the attached restaurant, but that personally didn't bother me. 10-15 minute walk to the nearest SUBTE station AND $10 (U.S. dollars) taxi ride to Aeroparque airport (AEP) saves money on transportation. When I return to Buenos Aires, I WILL stay there again. Thank you!
Best choice ever
Nothing else to ask for. We really enjoy our stay at Palermitano
Great Hotel, a Great Location
We had a wonderful stay. The location is great and the staff was friendly and super helpful.
I reserved a second time in this hotel because the first experience was very positive but when I arrived, the staff( I did not meet the manager) told me there was a sick kid so my room was not disponible and they sent me with a cab, paid by them, to another hotel, close bur not the same anymore, not the same spirit not category so I felt very disappointed. I went back to tell this and the staff told me to come back on Sunday morning to dicuss with the manager. I went back but no manager: another member of the staff called to the manager explaining my demand for compensation and he was correct and reimbursed somehow the price of one night. I was disappointed because of the loose of time, the fact I could not stay in the hotel I had chosen and by the lies of the staff member arriving there. Afterwards one told me this is frequent in Buenos Aires and happens without the manager knows about it... I don't know but it was not a nice experience!
Great hotel! Staff excellent and very helpful ! Close to restaurants and good shopping. Safe at night.
Trendy boutique hotel in trendy part of the city.
Although I chose this hotel because it claimed to have a bath tub on this site and I needed one for my back, I found my overall stay very satisfying. It is in the heart of Palermo, the trendiest part of the city. I gave the neighbourhood 3 stars only because of noise levels if facing the street. Otherwise, it's 4 stars. There are a few cons: facing the street (as I did) means unpredictable street noise that can go into the morning on weekends, no news channels or any channels in English and not very close to the metro. If you plan to be out and don't mind walking, then these are not huge problems. Staff was warm and helpful. Internet strong and reliable. No 8am maid service, so you can sleep in without being disturbed. There is also a fridge in the room to buy and store your own food. Great food very close. I would easily stay again.
Nice area, clean and comfortable
Staff were very helpful, location was good - Palermo Soho. Easy 10 min walk to subway station. Breakfast was simple but adequate. There was a nice rooftop pool, but it was a bit chilly to swim during our visit!
'Charming Hotel in a Great Location'
Fantastic hotel, very helpful staff especially Celina who helped us track down our lost luggage, gave great recommendations for local restaurants; our room was great with a balcony very spacious twin room with a big bathroom. Breakfast is plentiful with a good range and can request cooked English breakfast. If I return to B.A. I will definitely stay here again
Very nice small hotel
This very small hotel has great location, nice staff, good peruvian restaurant at the lobby, six blocks from The Plaza Italia Metro Station!!
positive: clean comfortable rooms and spacious room for the breakfast with excellent coffee
Nice and friendly hotel in Palermo - Soho
This was the hotel we chose for our honeymoon in Buenos Aires. We would spend little time at the hotel so did not want anything expensive but did wanted a nice place at the same time. We chose right. This is a cozy, friendly, yet inexpensive hotel in Palermo Soho. I only have 2 complains about the hotel: 1) not a lot of counterspace in the bathroom (bathroom looked brand new!); 2) if neighbors were noisy you could overhear the whole argument, as well as the kitchen door downstairs needs some oil on the hinges. But pay no attention to my silly complains because they are exceeded by the hotel staff who were so friendly and kind, special thanks to Ignacio and Matías. Also, the Palermitano is a safe 10-15 minute walk to the nearest Subte station. Loved the restaurants and shops in Palermo, perfect place to walk, relax, sit down, have a glass of wine and enjoy the busy scenery. We will be back!!!

Great boutique hotel in the Palermo area. Closed to restaurants.
