very bad hotel
nothing was satishfactory. no continental was available. and also staff was very rude. i will never recomonde it to any one.
'Hotel New Deepak' - bad experience
I went to this hotel for 2 days and had a bad experience. Staff was rude , room was not tidy , had a TV which didn't work for most of the times due to poor signal. Bathroom flush was not working well, had to spend some time to explain to the receptionist and staff what exactly was wrong with the flush. Still they tried to convince that it's all good. Finally after Half a day, a person came to repair and he seemed to understand the problem and fixed it quickly. Bed was not good either. I found Hotel Kumkum much better than this one when I visited last year. In summary, I will NEVER refer this hotel to anyone.
Difficult to find.
This hotel is difficult to find.
Good hotel worth the money
Rooms are clean and spacious. Although there are cocroches at every corner and are annoying. Hotel better have to spray them out and have room freshners. Overall place is descent and in middle of mumbai making travel easy.
WORST HOTEL EVER BEEN
This guesthouse is out of date, everything worn. Just come in the room you will be gasped of cigarette stinky smell. Sit on the stinky bed, within 3 mins a legion of monster sized BED BUGS will come to eat you alive. No breakfast, no drinking water, no WIFI. Even you cannot order your meal. The place cannot find out, even taxi driver has to ask 100 times before reach this cheap hotel. This hotel not worth 2000 IR / night, just 200 IR / night if you are desperate about a place to sleep or need somewhere near the Rail Station.
ok its good
Very dirty hotel in main business location
There is no basic facilities for a pleasent stay my experience was very bad never I would like to suggest any one to stay there please never book a hotel like new deepak to any one
Horrible
Had to go to a lot of trouble to change the hotel, but the trouble was worth it....couldn't have stayed in Hotel New Deepak anyway.
Not recommended
The bed had stains and cigarette burns. The bathroom had the sink coming out of the wall. The electrical outlets were broken. The hot water is not available from the showerhead. Indian-style shower is available if hot water is needed for cleansing. The website advertised WiFi in the room but was only available in the lobby. The pictures on the website did not match what is seen in the room. The presentation was much better on website. The lobby has mice running around.
Worst hotel ever
- A non-smoking room next to a smoking room made the room smoky - there were lizards in washroom - bed, room, everything was stinky - one of the shabbiest ones i have seen
