The hotel was clean, great bed that made for good sleep. Decorated nice and bathroom was beautifully tiles. Window with balcony had metal shutter to help with street noise. Terrace on fifith floor was not open so was disappointed.

Great staff ! Just the property would use a renovation!

Great location and very friendly and welcoming staff! Some renovations going on which didn’t bother me but can be disturbing for some. Would stay again.

The parking across the street in really close to the hotel

Not a good experience

I was put first intovan extremely tiny room with no space to move. I complained to receptionist and we put onca bigger room next to a nightclub with high noise level so we couldn’t sleep for 2 days. If you are driving, you will be charged €15 per for 24 hour

Reception staff really helpful and location is great. Unfortunate the room door was very loose althogh it did lock. The shower tray filled with water when used and overflowed onto floor rather than drain away. When reported in Sunday morning was told it could not repaired until Monday when maintenance returns. So we were unable to have a proper shower as we checked out early on Monday

The reception staff are very friendly and try very hard. The hotel decor and furnishings are old and tired and it appears in the process of being updated. It’s a great location and a very convenient and safe base in the city.

Very friendly staff, good walking distance from Granada Train station and Plaza Nueva. Restaurants near by, good for easy breakfast in the morning. Room was a bit dark and not natural air flow but clean room.

Staying here was great! Comfortable and clean room, beautiful rooftop bar and within walking distance of the historic sites. Will definitely stay here again.

Disappointment

I was somewhat disappointed when I got to the hotel, I was expecting better since the website showed a very different hotel. The key to our room did not work well so we struggle a few times to open the door(with an old fashion key). There were barely any toiletries and only one small towel. The room also had a strong smell that we had to sleep with the windows open. The bathroom was clean and the staff was courteous. Our stay was only one night and I am glad for that! If I ever go back, I will definitely chose another hotel,

Convenient but very noisy - breakfast poor.

Hotel is very noisy (particularly at weekends) as there is terrace bar on the roof that is open until around 5 in the morning. The public simpy trrop through the hotel to reach it which is not a very secure situation. Told that that is run by another company so not within the control of the hotel - although photos of the hotel on the various booking websites show shots taken from the terrace implying that it is part of the hotel facilities and so not simply a public bar. Breakfast was not worth the additional cost (cornflakes, roll, jam/marmalade, stale croissant and cup of coffee) and was is in the grotty cafeteria at the rear of the hotel. We ended up taking in our own museli and cheese! Wifi only worked at reception. Room was clean and functional but small. However, location is very convenient (10mins walk from centre). Just don't expect luxury!

Easter Visit

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The first room we were given was very basic, tired with only a view onto a wall. The bathroom was far from ideal and not clean but after talking to the reception we were moved the following day to a modern clean twin bedded room which had a beautiful outlook to a church and orange trees. The roof top bar was a lovely space with great views. On the whole due to the friendliness of the staff and the second bedroom i would go back there again.

Hotel in a good location, not the best amenities.

The hotel is in a nice location. The first room we were given was a good size and nicely renovated, but cold. There was a small space heater provided that didn't help. We asked to change to a warmer room. We were accommodated to an older style room, in good condition, with a working heater, which was fine. However, the shower door fell off a couple on us every time. Due to the heat and shower, we wouldn't stay there again.

Good location but noisy from people at night clubs

A really good location , room very clean , breakfast fresh roll good coffee and juice .At night the rooms are very noisy due to people from night clubs in the street where they go to smoke and chat this goes on mostly from 4 to 6.30am when the clubs shut .This is great if you want to join the night life but not if you do not. The staff are very helpful and the view across to the building opposite the hotel is stunning.

very good location

It is greatly located to explore the entire city. Staff are helpful and friendly. The room was very basic, but pretty clean,but the bathroom was impossibly small and humid, with no ventilation system whatsoever.

Marvellous

couldn't have chosen a better hotel for location & the views from the hotel room,and the roof top bar/restaurant.My husband & myself were highly delighted with the cleanliness & the service of all staff. the hotel"s a stoll away from the historic sites,restaurants & shops.

Hotel location is so far away Granada station.

Don't walk to the hotel with big luggage. By taxi to the station, I paid about 7euro. But If U stay there enjoy the central Granada amusement. Room is little small but clean.

Stay in Los Geronimos Granada

Sorry to say that this hotel, except its location in the city, is not confortable (rooms are small and bed is not confortable) and is so noisy that you cannot sleep until people in street or bars leave, means 3 to 4AM.

good value for money

Hotel is OK, very far from the city, it takes about 1 hour and a bus and metro to get to the center, rooms are really big and has an additional bed in the living room, a bit old but well kept

Hotel Los Jeronimos

A good standard for a 2 star hotel. Excellent location, clean & comfortable rooms (if a little small). Great chill out bar on the roof - would recommend. Muy bien por un hotel de 2 estrellas. Muy bien ubicada, cerca de todo. Los habitaciones fueron comodos y limpios sino un poco pequenos. Lo recomendaria.

I stayed 2 nights there. It's clean but I think they should pay more attention to maintenance. The handle of shower was broken and I didn't feel comfortable when showering. And the remote control of TV was out of battery.But the location was good enough.

Hotel bem localizado em Relação a atrativos turisticos. Limpo com boas roupas de cama e banho. Hotel muito simples, cafe da manha nao vale a pena pagar por fora. Servico de quarto so com solicitacao. Piso frio, gelado no inverno. Banheiro de bom tamanho mas box apresentava vazamento o q molhava todo o banheiro

Calidad precio excelente, muy bien situado, aunque antiguo está muy bien.

Habitación antigua con falta de reformas.

La habitación muy antigua, deteriorada, justa para que quepan tres camas pegadas. Con respecto a la limpieza hay que decir que había zonas con polvo, indica que limpian por encima, pero el baño estaba bien. Muy antiguo todo. Las paredes de nuestra habitación eran de gotelé pintado. La imagen de las fotos de publicidad se veían mucho mejor. La terraza no llegamos a verla, no podemos opinar. El armario pequeñito, muy justo para tres personas.

A mi parecer más que un hotel, lo llamaría “hostal”. Habitación muy antigua, sin mesillas de noche para tener cerca algunos efectos personales; y el cuarto de baño da pena verlo. El techo del baño se cae la pintura… Buena ubicación, pero al precio que están las habitaciones, deberían de realizar una inversión y mejorarlo, porque deja mucho que desear…

I had a great time and i was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was so comfortable and it had all i needed. The people working there where very nice. The hotel is in the center of everything, and it was less the 10 minutes to all the good places to visit in Granada. It was quiet and calm the whole night, and the aircon was lovely and worked perfectly. Recommended

Ganz schreckliche Parksituation.

Ich musste für parking 30 Euro bezahlen für 2 Nächte parken obwohl ich nach dem Hotel mit dem Parkplatz gesucht habe. Das sollte mir erstattet werden!!!!

À l’arrivée on vous propose un stationnement moins cher 15€ au lieu de 19€. Mais vous ne pouvez pas sortir votre véhicule entre 21heure et 7 heure du matin. Pour la chambre, : la lunette WC et bouton chasse d’eau HS et de plus coller au mur, attention impossible pour une personne ayant des problèmes de poids. Rideaux sur la fenêtre côté rue à moitié ouverte. Hôtel en centre-ville de GRANADA et impossible de sortir sans VL ( loin de tout). Petit déjeuner: que des viennoiseries surgelées pour soi disant un buffet royal. 8€ (trop cher pour ce que c’est)

Es mi segunda estancia en este hotel, volví por necesidades organizativas. Es muy, pero que muy justito. La habitación no estaba limpia del todo había pelos largos morenos en suelo, pica lavabo, ducha etc. en general está todo viejo. Lo único bueno es la ubicación y el precio. Aunque por 20€ más tienes hoteles intinitamentw mejores.

Sin sevicio de limpieza en la habitacion

Es la primera Vez que veo que si no dices lo contrario, no te hacen la habitación. Con lo que mi sorpresa fue supina cuando volví de trabajar y la habitación estaba sin hacer.

La atención en recepción fue buena pero en términos de condición de habitación esta poco insonorizada, se escucha todo, tanto en el pasillo del hotel como fuera en la calle. No funcionaba el secador de pelo y el agua de la ducha se salía mojando todo.

The toilet didn't have an extractor. That makes the room a bit smelly and wet after the shower.

Excelente localização, mas muito apertado.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, é possível chegar a pé da estação central de trem. A acomodação deixa a desejar, muito pequena e apertada. Banheiro muito pequeno, chuveiro mal colocado, altura super baixa, pra quem consegue tomar banho segurando a ducha talvez não seja um problema, mas a área é extremamente pequena.

Hotel bastante céntrico con muchas tiendas y el personal del hotel muy agradable. Lo que no me gustó fue la habitación, porque la ventana de la habitación daba a un callejón oscuro a ras de suelo. No pude abrir ni la ventana ni la persiana en todo el tiempo.

Impossible de dormir ! Boules Quies obligatoires !

Points positifs : l accueil et la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté de l Établissement. Première déception a l arrivée, contrairement à ce que laisse penser le site, il n ya pas de parking a l hotel, mais un parking public à 100 mètres. 2e déception notre chambre, rien de à voir avec celless presentees. Minimaliste, vetuste, la salke de bain il manque des boutsde carrelage et des joints. La fenêtre donne sue un réverbère do.c impression de laisser allumer toute la nuit. IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR ! L hotel dispose d un tresbeau bar en terrasse ouvert a tout le monde jusque minuit. Donc quand toutle monde sort gros eclats de oix dabs la rue. De toute façon quartier etudiants ca hurle et ca chante jusqu a 7 heures du matin ! Premiere nuit IMPOSSIBLE DE DORMIR...La deuxieme AVEC DES BOULES QUIES. Dommage l hotel est bien placé pour visiter Grenade

Esta bien, pero no ofrece desayuno, en la terraza se puede tomar una copa. La comunicación es buena, es muy facil ir al centro de Granada, donde hay autobuses para subir a la Alhambra, para ir al aeropuerto. Acceder a las plazas donde puedes comenzar buenos free tours para vonocer el centro, Albaicin alto, bajo.

Es un hostal a buen precio y con buenas vistas. La habitación no es tan grande pero para unos días te puedes apañar perfectamente. Los hombres de recepción, generosos y amables incluso llevándonos nuestras pertenencias. Sin duda, repetiría

Nos gustó mucho la habitación, estaba en buen estado, limpia, era silenciosa y totalmente equipada a la perfección. Relacion Calidad/precio de 10. Disfrutamos también mucho del chill out. Deseando volver

Buenas instalaciones. Muy cerca de la playa y transitable, lugar tranquilo. El personal es amable.

Como algo positivo a destacar, la habitación se veía recién reformada, al igual que gran parte del hotel , tenia jacuzzi y solárium.

The last night in Granada, I also decided to stay here. They offer everything what I needed and helped me until when I left the hotel. Netflix was running well and quite fast WiFi. It felt like home. I’ll never forget every staffs always smiling.

Everything was perfect. That’s why I decided to stay here one more time. The staffs were also very kind and they offered everything that I needed. The take out restaurants are near, the downtown area is not so far. I felt safe even late in the night. Could take a rest well every day and night. If I stay in Granada once more, I’ll stay here without any consideration.

No worries about anything. The hotel helps me about anytime what I wanted. It’s not so far from the downtown and have many restaurants and stores to buy. And more, there’s a great view terrace serving great drinks and beverages. Above all, the reasonable price made me continue to stay. Everything was comfortable and want to stay there one more time.

The hotel staffs were very kind and the room condition was not bad. Comfortable bed and nice terrace serving a great beverage and drinks. Opposite side of the hotel, there’s a fountain springs clean water to drink. And very quite in the night. The supermarket and cheap restaurants are near. It was a perfect place to stay few days. I appreciate to the all staffs who I met.
