Older hotel for just a night or two it is fine,it was pretty dusty. The curtains hadn’t been washed for a while. The staff was friendly and helpful and it is a safe place and for the price is worth what you get if you’re not staying in the hotel room and wanna walk down, it’s close to everything
Very friendly employees and was a great experience
The attention and quality of service
This is the absolute WORST hotel I've ever stayed in. It might as well be a hostel instead. Bad location, ugly, dirty, small, no elevator, almost in ruins (I have pictures to prove it). I paid for a DOUBLE room on Expedia ans was given the SMALLEST room ever instead, saying I needed to pay more if I wanted what I had already paid for!! Management sucks and the main guy only wants to find reasons to charge you more for the worst accommodations. Trust me, DO NOT stay here unless your only other choice is to sleep on the street!!
👍
Great little place! Not much to look at on the outside, but once inside, it's all you need! Clean bed, en suite shower, toilet and sink and TV. It comes with Netflix and WiFi. Corner stores for sodas/snacks, with restaurants and shopping a few blocks away. This is in Zone 1, which is being "reinvented." Not the best, not the worst area. Staff were super nice. 15 minutes from the airport. I would stay here again! Gracias por todo!
They charged more at front desk.
very safe place
Great Hotel!
Hotel Metropolitano is great! I was visiting Guatemala City for a long weekend on a solo tourist trip and was looking for an inexpensive, centrally-located hotel. Hotel Metropolitano was perfect. My room was comfortable and clean. It was a short walk to the tourist sites in central Guatemala City. The service was wonderful - everyone that I came across was kind and helpful. I'd highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a budget friendly hotel in the city.
Acesibility is close to the downtown it is too expensive for the kind of place it is
Muy bueno exelente
It’s a room did not have any hot water in the shower or the sink. There was no electricity in the bedroom and I had to rely on the light from the bathroom to see my way around.
