Very good placing near to everything, exelent price, personel freindly and always greet with a smile. Nice Food so cheap we skiped buying from outside, as u get 3 course meals with deserts at half the price soo much food and tbh tastyer then the harbor top rated restorant.

Nice hotel!

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and relaxing. The food is great! The location great plenty to do near by. A few room for improvements such as: the WiFi is not very good from the room it’s very poor in fact and also the air conditioning didn’t work very well. There was no entertainment at the hotel, this would have been nice to have! Other than those minor things it is a great hotel to stay in and it’s clean and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

Marina Palace is located in the center of Hammamet Yasmine, close to the corniche and to the shops. It has an amazing swimming pool with spa and massage services. The food is delicious, and the staff is friendly. I recommend it for relaxation trips.

No air conditioner/ clueless front desk staff

Very irritating to talk to front office. Like to argue ... no air conditioner thats is my first frustration... food really bad. Although the price not bad for the room. The pool does not look like the advertised picture

Very disappointing.

Definitely not worth 4 stars. The room and amenities were very old and poorly maintained. The bath towels were so old that they look like rugs. They had very old TVs (cathodic tubes) and the display was blurry. Very few channels. There was mild on the AC vents. There was no Gym nor a fitness center as they claim on the hotel web site. No entertainment what's so ever. Towels were not available at the pool. The food was very lousy. Low quality and the remaining of the previous day was served the next day. There were very limited number of staff serving many customers at the hotel. The hotel had a reserved beach slot but it was not supervised (no life guard if you swim before 11am) and the poor amenities were available. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. Though I do recognise that the staff did their best with what they had, the management has absolutely no idea how to run a proper 4 stars hotel in such a beautiful location.

Mixed reviews for a reason!!

We stayed here in may 2015, 5 girls for a hen party. We booked 2 rooms, they were quite clean, average size with nice balconies. HOWEVER One room shower was broken and the other room bathroom flush was broken. We had to change rooms which was annoying. The pool temperature is freezing cold and the staff speak minimal English. They were extremely unhelpful when it came to towels, the chambermaid would take our old towels and not replace them. When we asked for more, they simply didn't get back to us. We had a dinner buffet one day which was ok, good variety but not very tasty. Breakfast was the same, good variety but not tasty. Overall mixed reviews is right for this hotel. The pool and lobby area are amazing, really good location 2 mins walk to the beach, but service and rooms let it down. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for future travellers.

Good value for a short stay

The wifi is appalling And doesn't work in bedrooms. The food is plenty but bit bland. Apart from this I would recommend this hotel for a budget break. Spacious. Nice pool. Nice private beach area. The location is good and area quite pleasant

They say that first impressions last - they certainly do. The staff behind the reception desk were clearly indifferent and did not wish to promote any of the facilities in this complex. I was shown to my room and much to my dismay, the shower was broken and the bath had no plug. The free in room wi-fi service was non existant. When I reported these issues to reception they clearly had no intention of trying to rectify them until I literally refused to leave the desk with the repair man. But life is what you make of it - if you want a quiet time to sunbathe and stroll along the beach and you don't mind basic accomodation then this is the place for you. Shopping is limited within the immediate location to tourist stuff. And don't think you can get any local information from reception because they just don't care. If you are adventurous then you can get the local buses and travel further a field.

Nasty breakfast, TV channels not working, wifi extremely weak everywhere, nice pool nice spa no activities offered by hotel like safari or water sports, not by the water you gotta walk 15 minute to the beach, small parking always full, just get room with breakfast, food is way better and cheaper around the hotel, by 11 pm the entire hotel is dead sleep no night life activities gotta go out. Just go to the next door hotels by the beach, ocean front hotels is way way better in all of what I just said. Never this hotel again for me.

Had a minor shower problem, was fixed quickly. There is a small frige in the rooms, but, you are not allowed to bring anything into the Hotel, like anything includes Water! I was asked by security to give up my 8 pack of water that was going to be used the next day on our boat, I was escorted to the reception where they promptly put a label on it, so I could retrieve it the next morning as I left to the Marina. They refused to keep it cold, and it is a Hot climate in Tunisia. Then they also confiscated a single bottle of water I had in my hand the next sweltering hot day as I returned to my room. The breakfast is a 4 out of 5, very good, in Tunisian style. The regular restaurant is a Buffet style, not impressive. The Gormet restaurant, separate, is only fair at best. The staff at reception is very stiff, almost rude, not one Smile! Seems like a very strained work ethic.

Marina Hotel

The hotel is fine for anyone looking for an average Tunisian hotel. It is not a "wow" place but I found it acceptable. Many other places in Tunisia is terrible but this was fine.

Nice hotel to unwind

Loved staying at the Marina Palace, staff we're very friendly and so we're our fellow guests. Its very close to the beach as well as shops, the medina etc. This hotel is good for those seeking a quiet holiday. Food was great and so is the pool !

Went in late October and temperatures were good at 26-29 degrees, but you have to be aware that the days are shorter so there are less hours of sunshine and cooler evenings. It was late in the season but the atmosphere was extremely quiet verging on "dead". Disappointing as I had been in July/Aug and stayed elsewhere in Hammamet where hotel was lively and had lots of entertainment. If you like the quiet, October's fine, but we found it lacking. Hotel staff were reserved but pleasant enough. In our party we had one coeliac sufferer and she was not at all well all week and found the food choices very difficult to suit her diet. Wasn't happy that the shower holder was broken and kept falling off and flooded the floor if you weren't quick. No apparent facilities open to warrant its 4 stars.

Not a family hotel

The hotel is full of Libyan men and female prostetutes.Every one smokes everywhere.The food is very bad.I booked a non smoking room but was told by the management there is no such thing as non smoking room.I drank a couple of bottles of bear by the indoor pool and when I went back for a swim 24 hrs later the empty bottles are still on the table along with the small plate with bits of cheese in it.

Staff very friendly and helpful. A good hotel location wise and would be happy to recommend it. good for 1 or 2 days but not more than that.

Out of season bargain

Overnight stay en route to the desert. Very low occupancy out of season so limited services but good value and plenty of choice of food.

Affordable hotel close to marina

Breakfast full of carbohydrate- few variation on sidefood. Cold everywhere- almost no heating in public area including dining space. No slippers supplied in the room. Very thin walls between walls. Wish there had been a shuttle bus service to Hammamet city provided by the hotel.

Where hotel standards go to die

This hotel was plain awful. My room was dirty, other peoples hair in the sheets, stained bathtub, stains on upholstered furniture, threadbare sheets and the bed smelled like cigarettes. The food at the restaurants was terrible, it seemed to cater more towards the many northern european guests tastes. The surrounding area is just tacky and soulless. I was meant to stay two nights but checked out after just one. The only thing I did like was the staff at the spa, very friendly.

Great stay for price and location

Rooms are very nice spacious and kept clean allthough some mould stains on ceiling from air conditioning didn't look nice. Food is nice with good selection. Overall very good quality for the price and location is very desirable. The only thing I was upset with was the security on the gate, everytime we went out and tried to re-enter, my husband who is a local would be questioned if he had a reservation but they never asked myself. He felt very scrutinised and accused, and had to prove his booking each time even though I was with him. I felt they were rude to my husband on the gate but once he proved his booking they were apologetic each time but it still made him fed up. if you are so worried about people coming in and out the hotel you should issue wrist bands. I admit I brought friends back to the hotel to drop off some shopping who were English and they were never questioned.

Awful stay

The hotel was in a very bad shape. The room is uncomfortable and lacks even basic stuff (soap, shampoo, ...). The staff are not helpful at all and do not consider seriously the concerns of the customers. I really doubt if this hotel deserves to be a 4-star one. For these reasons, I spent only one night while my reservation was for two days. Certainly, I would not recommend this hotel. That was a very bad experience.

Hotel de moyenne gamme, ne merite pas 4 étoiles, a peine deux. Hotel moyen, peux convenir pour y passer une iu deux nuits. Au delà, vous gacherez vôtre séjours. Le plus de cet Hotel et son emplacement, proche de la marina et de bin restaurants. Le moins, pas d'accès direct à la plage, elle se trouve a environ 400 metres.

L’accueil à la réception a été très long il n’y a pas de pot d’accueil pas de Climatisation, ça n’a pas été une séjour agréable Hôtel bruyant !

L'infrastructure gagnerait à rénover les matériaux de revêtements intérieurs et le mobilier en passant aux anti=acariens.

Malgré le nombre d'avis négatifs, nous avons été agréablement surpris. L'hotel est magnifique et les prestations sont dignes d'un 4 étoiles local. Il est bien situé, non loin de la médina et à environ 400 m de la plage, moins de 10 minutes à pied. La plage est malheureusement semi-aménagée ( parasols mais pas de transats) Les chambres situées près de la piscines (suites avec terrasses) sont spacieuses, climatisées et très propres. Le ménage est affectué tous les jours par une femme de ménage très professionnel. Les repas sont copieux et variés ( demi -pension) et le personnel de service restauration très agréable, une mention spéciale pour HAMZA qui a su prendre soin de nous. Merci! Seul petit bémol : la musique un peu trop forte. Heureusement que les chambres sont bien isolées. Nous y reviendrons certainement.

Il n' y a pas des réductions ou économies avec vous, car c'est faux, sur place j'ai demandé les prix et ils sont moins chers que les votre. Je vais vous dénoncer sur tous les réseaux sociaux avec des photos à l'appui. Comment pourriez-vous laisser sur votre site un hôtel pareil? Et je n'achèterai plus jamais sur votre site. On ne peut même pas poster des photos de cet horrible hôtel ???

J'ai juste passé une nuitée à cet hotel vu que j'avais une compétition sportive le lendemain et c'était agréable. La chambre était propre. Le wifi y est . Le personnel accuillant et chaleureux. J'en ai même parlé à mes amis qui résidaient dans un autre hotel du confort que j'ai trouvé .

Ne vaut meme pas une étoile. Chambre pas propre, mini bar cassé, gros problème d'humidité, petit dej et diner de très mauvaise qualité et cerise sur le gateau nous avons laissé nos sacs dans la chambre pour se baigner et à notre retour il manquait 300DT.. Le personnel est gentil, mais

Chambre propre , spacieuse et climatisation ok. Le seul baie molle la moquette commence à fatiguer. Le personnel fait de son mieux malgré la crise sanitaire. Je conseil cet hotel pour le calme et la gentillesse du personnel.

Séjour au marina palace

Je déconseille fortement les chambres sont à peu près propres sinon la réception l'ascenseur les toilettes le restaurant et la piscine sont très sales. Il y avait des excréments dans l'eau de plus l'hôtel est très bruyant la nourriture est infecte et le choix est limité. Le réceptionniste n'était pas aimable quand nous lui avons rendu les clés de la chambre. Bref heureusement je n'y ai passé que 2 nuits.

Séjour convenable

Malgré les réstrictions du covid 19 notre séjour était convenable. La climatisation était top. La bouffe était bonne mais répétitif. Personnel à l'écoute. Un seul bémol c'est le manque d'animations.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das zimmer war jetzt nicht im besten bzw. neusten Zustand, aber wenn man es nur zur Übernachtung benötigt, ist es optimal. Über das Preis Leistungsverhältnis kann man nicht meckern. Das Frühstück und Abendessen war auch sehr abwechslungsreich. Habe mich relativ wohlfühlt.

Allt dåligt om mat, service, hogien ...

Babybett wurde bei 14 nöchten nur 2 x gemacht. Die sauberkeit des Zimmermödchen war schlecht. Mir wurde ein gekaufzer gegendtand kaputt gemacht. Scherben wurden liegengelassen.

Ho soggiornato con i miei amici per una notte in questo albergo camera grande ma pulizia zero avevo mezza pensione ma non e compreso neanche l'acqua che al momento del prenotazione era compreso tutto vino birra e acqua a bicchiere ma al momento dell'arrivo niente tutto a pagamento anche l'acqua..hotel spento tanti ospite se stanno lamentando perché non ce neanche la musica in piscina e la sera non esiste un po di divertimento sembra un ristorante dove puoi mangiare e dopo vai a dormire ... la cena non era top la colazione buona ..hotel non merita 4 stelle ma neanche 2 .. Non torno mai più
