Centrally located gem

Great location in old city. Room is very basic, but is clean and has air conditioning and comfortable bed. Complimentary bottled water and candied nuts in room. Average breakfast buffet. No food available other times, but lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff that speaks English. Would stay here again.

The stuff it's amazing. But the breakfast and quality of the food its equal to 3stars. Wifi is very poor, Tv is not working. But the people at the front desk will try to do everything to help and assist you.

Very accessible for tourism, and evening excursions with plenty of restaurants around, safety everywhere etc. The deluxe rooms are excellent. Breakfast was excellent with a great omlette station. Since it is within the old city zone, a car can only drop you 50m away. Not a problem except if you have luggage. Some of the ground floor rooms are located across tables for friends to chat around. If it becomes noisy, the manager takes care of them. The manager at the reception Ghairat (Gary) was exceptional in helping us out.

The hotel was very nice, clean. The breakfast was great.

Beautiful! Reminded me of Santa Fe, New Mexico, but with a clear connection to a rich past, with wonderful and intricate Islamic aesthetic sensibility.

The pros: hotel location, comfortable bed, good AC, quiet location, dark room, and decent breakfast. The cons: TV didn’t work, WiFI only worked in the reception area, the bathroom needs a deep clean

Clean, comfortable hotel, located just off one of the main squares and convenient for most visitor attractions. Excellent wifi. Breakfast is buffet-style. Helpful staff.

Central location making it easy to get around. The blankets in the bedroom are very heavy and I prefer a light blanket over me so I switch the sheet and the blanket around.

Small but perfectly good

Lovely little hotel, excellent central position. Just there one night but would certainly recommend. Friendly breakfast staff, happy to do eggs, refresh coffee..nice touches. Good WiFi. Taxis drop off and pick up just round tge corner as hotel on pedestrian street.

It’s absolutely disgusting that you can’t flush toilet paper down the toilet. I felt dirty the whole time I was there.

The standards rooms are quite small, but everything is in order. The receptionist was not super helpful as it took a while to get a receipt for the airport transfer (being on a business trip I needed it to get it reimbursed from my company) Overall a good experience

I like the breakfast choices.The internet speed in the room was fast and reliable. Of course, the location is excellent in the old city of Bukhara.

Overall Good

Good location. Variety in breakfast. Room service and Receptionist makes you feel unwelcome. Small print mention Airport pickup is 5USD, however after booking hotel mailed me saying it is 15USD. I used taxi to reach hotel for 3USD.

Great hotel

The place , location, and service were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel , staff and services are all excellent. Room was spacious, beds and all amenities were good. The only negative was that ground floor rooms have no privacy. The rooms are around a courtyard with windows facing the courtyard. People walking through the courtyard at all times so can't open the curtains to maintain any privacy.

It was beautiful and comfortable. Nice feel to everything.

The hotel is in a great location - just in the middle between the two parts of the old city. Staff are helpful and the rooms are relatively large. My cousins had a room with a bad smell - most likely old pipes - but were given a new room at once. Like most hotels, this one is probably better in the regular tourist season due to the outdoor seating options, but, it was a good location for us, and at a very good price.

Nice location. Off season. Breakfast was fine. Staff helpful. They gave us a late (very) checkout which was great.

Poor wifi signal in room. Will have to pay for room wifi. Near reception free. Poor shower pressure.

All staffs are kind and gentle enough to help my travel there a lot.

Pro: Staffs were all kind & let us leave our luggage before check in & after check out. Con: Shower room doesn’t have any place to put things, so I had to put my shampoo on the floor.

Good location and nice staff

Very nice location for the tour of historic sites of Bukhara. One of my friends needed help and a staff of the hotel, Gayrat, solved the problem very kindly, which is quite impressive to travellers.

Perfect location, good service and nice and clean.

風呂、湯量、Wi-Fi、遺跡に歩いて行ける。朝食美味しい。スタッフ親切。 ただし、パン焼き機やトースターがあるともっと良い。歴史地区内にあるので、１００メートル位、タクシーから降りて歩く。 空港からのタクシーサービスを頼んでいたが、居なかった。高いし、頼む必要なし。

Amirというフロントの方に対応いただいたが、ともかく言うことがいい加減でテキトー。間違いが多いし、それを指摘されても笑顔で全く悪気が無い。無駄足を踏んで、余計に手間暇かかることが多かった。なのにチェックアウトの際にはAmirという名を出して口コミを書くようにしつこく言われた。

Отличное месторасположение в центре Бухары в шаговой доступности до главных достпопримечательностей. Очень красивое оформление внутреннего двора и ресторана с акцентом на национальные мотивы. Уютные просторные номера, быстрый интернет. ОЧЕНЬ ВКУСНЫЙ И РАЗНОООБРАЗНЫЙ ЗАВТРАК!!!

こちらのホテルは立地がとても良かったです。 ちょうど、観光の真ん中あたりだったので、短期滞在の私にはぴったりでした。 また朝食の種類も、私が泊まったウズベキスタンのホテルの中では多かったです。 お部屋も清潔感があり、シャワーもお湯がしっかり出ました。本当に気持ち良く滞在できました。 ありがとうございました！

滞在するのには特に、問題はありませんでした。 ただ部屋に置いてあったホテルの説明書に、送迎タクシーの料金が載っていましたが、その情報は古いからと、高額な請求をされました。最終的に少し安くしてもらえましたが、不信感は残りました。値上げをしたのなら、部屋に置いてある冊子も同時に更新しておいてくべきかと思います。

鉄道の駅までタクシーを頼んだら15ドルでした。相場よりかなり高い気がしています。ブハラサ、サマルカンド間は高速鉄道VIP席で10ドル インターネット予約した。
