Beautiful hotel, amazing experience.

One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Hotel Lutetia is an incredible hotel. The team there are incredible, impeccable service. The rooms are pristine and well equipped. I would most definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

Wonderful and beautiful can’t describe how great this hotel is in every aspect. Level of service and the hospitality of the staff was outstanding. It will definitely be my hotel of choice whenever i visit Paris.

Very nice

The location is fantastic. Walkable to the main areas of interest and very close to great shopping. Also across the street from a metro station. Felt very safe. Staff is very attentive and always willing to help.

This Hotel is amazing. Expensive, but worth every penny. The staff, the decor, the rooms felt as if an unlimited budget was spent. The spa and spa pool were also 5 star - beautiful staff and architecture. Best place to stay in Paris

Wow, where to start… this is probably the best hotel experience i’ve ever had, and i do travel a lot. A historic real estate fully renovated. All is pristine. Facilities are VERY technological and modern (no Louis XIV furniture) but the frescoes on the wall and the architecture remind you are in historical Paris. Location is perfect with all the nice shops, le grand epicerie and bon marche just a few steps, without the hordes of (other) tourists. Joana at the reception made the stay even more special with a tour of the property and some special tips, as well as kindness that you wouldn’t expect! Proper restaurant and beautiful bar. Not a cheap hotel but it was worth every penny.

This hotel is an extremely poor value. The common rooms were quite nice but the rooms themselves were quite small. The housekeeping was atrocious. But most importantly the hotel is almost chemically overpriced. Except I didn't find it funny.

The hotel itself is beautiful. I felt like everything there was an extra and we asked for a tea kettle to be brought up and for our room to be cleaned and the tea kettle never showed and we had to remind them about the room. No free breakfast and if we wanted breakfast it was 56 euro a person

Loved my luxurious stay!!

Absolutely perfect. The bed was perfection. This is truly a luxury 5 star experience. I will come Back here next time I travel to Paris. Everyone from the driver to the hotel to the concierge to the staff were amazing!

Amazing Experience

Absolutely astonishing hotel and staff. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay during our vacation. Location, service and accommodations overachieved our expectations.

Location and staff, hotel rooms everything is excellent

I reserved the regular room and it was awful - small and cramped overlooking some crappy courtyard. I told the hotel that for $716 I can get a better view and bigger room. They thankfully upgraded me to a nice room with the view. I would stay there next time, considering it will be the same type of room.

The property exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing. We’ve stayed at many five star hotels in Chicago and this one didn’t disappoint. The service was stellar.

Beautiful Hotel! Excellent service! Very good on site restaurants. Many sights and local Cafe's and Bistro's are all within walking distance. Also, being on the Left Bank gives you a more community feeling. Would definitely return to this property.

There is no better Hotel in Paris! In the middle of all places you have to visit in Paris! You can reach nearly all places by foot. Just new refurbished!

Hardware is very nice. Room was spacious with high-end interior. Great hotel facilities and interior overall. However, staff in the front and restaurants are not as nice. I initially thought it may have been an isolated event, but throughout my week-long stay staff seemed unfriendly and uncoordinated. Unfortunate for such a lovely property.

Best Luxury Hotel Choice on the Left Bank

Beautifully renovated. Staff was very professional. Great weekend jazz nights. Bartender was highly skilled. All of the concierge's recommendations were excellent!

Excelente! Já havia me hospedado antes da reforma e já era ótimo! Agora está incrível! Amo essa região em Paris, menos turística, mais tranquila, mais chic!

Leider schlechter Service, enttäuschend zu 2019!

Unser erneuter Aufenthalt war leider eher sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig und man sagte uns man würde uns anrufen wenn es fertig sei. Wir warteten bis ca. 16.00 Uhr und wurden auch nach 3 Stunden nicht angerufen. Die Zimmermädchen, die um ca. 17.00 Uhr ihre Runde machten liessen sämtliche Türen laut ins Schloss fallen dass dann ca. eine halbe Stunde mit Türenknallen erhellt wurde. Unsere Reservierung in der Brasserie war ebenso eine wahre Katastrophe, der Weis Wein war warm, die Mayonnaise zum Plateau fruit de mer 2 Tage alt, man bekam weder Schale zum säubern der Hände noch eine frische Servierte, das Fleisch eher zäh und zu guter letzt hat man uns dann noch die Flasche Wein doppelt berechnet. Die eigentlich schöne Bar, die wir dann besuchen wollten sei dann angeblich auch nur mit Reservierung zu betreten... als Hotelgäste, wiederkehrend... ! Sehr sehr schade... der Service, Augenmerk und Anspruch war einmal besser!

Hotel incrivel, otima localizacao. atendimento e amenidades de primeira tambem. super recomendado.

Razoável, já fiquei em outros hotéis palácio em Paris e achei esse um pouco aquém do padrão. Minha cama não era king size, não tinha ferro de passar e erraram meu nome no cartão de boas vindas. Só houve preparação de cama para dormir 1 noite. O café da manhã também na brasserie bem a desejar.

Plaisir mitigé

Très bel hôtel, rénovation de qualité avec un bar magnifique même si malheureusement le covid nous l’interdit pour le moment. Très belle architecture avec plein de détails magnifiques redécouverts ... Wojciech le responsable relation clientèle est PARFAIT, très gentil et sympathique il nous a conté l’histoire de l’hôtel avec visite, merci! Malheureusement nous avons été déçu par la chambre deluxe où nous sommes restés 2 nuits. Certes le lit est parfait mais pour un Palace...verres du mini bar sales avec traces de lèvres, absence de sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, pas de réapprovisionnement automatique des capsules café le lendemain, petit déjeuner décevant hyper minimaliste pour le tarif, peignoirs trop petits (on me dit qu’il n’y a que ça, je mesure 1m80 seulement). Certes le Covid complique les choses, nous avons pu comprendre qu’il n’y avait plus de dispo pour la piscine même si nous étions plus que déçus car ce devrait faire parti des prestations...mais un hôtel de ce type, Palace qui plus est, doit rester un lieu d’exception et de plaisir luxueux en toutes circonstances. Nous avons séjournes dans plusieurs 5etoiles dont Palaces à Paris, nous reviendrons pour le bar Joséphine mais peut être pas en séjour...
