Across the street from train station allowed us to get around easy. 10 minute walk from the river with lots of food options. Place itself was clean and spacious. Free coffee in the mornings in the lobby. Staff and everyone was very friendly and greeted us every time we walked by. Would highly recommend staying here.

I love the tidiness and cleanesss. The reception is quick and kind enough. The location is close enough to the city center, yet less crazy. Walking to Heian Shrine was perfect!!! I recommend this location to all.
