Beautiful hotel in a beautiful village. Amazing restaurant and staff. Will stay again.
Amazing hotel, 5 🌟 experience, you get what you pay for.
This is an amazing property in a beautiful village. The staff were excellent, the room outstanding and the food at the hotel and nearby was superb.
This was one of the nicest places I stayed in France. I would recommend it to anyone!!! Perfect location and accommodations. Impeccable service!
Wonderful
Enjoyable Stay, Lovely Hotel.
We recently stayed at this lovely hotel for 2 nights. We were met in the car park and assisted with our luggage which was a nice touch. The staff were all very friendly and professional which added to our experience of the hotel. The room was a good size and furnished in quite a minimalist style, very much to my taste. The pool area was quite small so it didn't take many people to make if feel crowded but that said a pool in a town centre hotel is a nice thing. The breakfast was exceptional with breads & pastries from the owners bakery together with an array of meat, cheese, yoghurt and sweet treats to name but a few of the items on the help yourself buffet. All in all a very enjoyable 2 nights and we would certainly re-visit if we were in the area.
Charming
Out of this world
We stayed 2 nights as a couple during a long weekend break in the Alsace. This was one of the most enjoyable stay we ever had in Europe. Everything was perfection. The staff was absolutely wonderful. The room was stylish and modern. The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. Naturally, the food by acclaimed chef Olivier Nasti was out of this world. We also had the best massages of our lives. This hotel is a gem and so personalised. If you love boutique hotels, you are going to loce this. We loved every minute of it.
Absolutely a hidden gem in a quaint village. Top notch service and excellent restaurants.
When can I go back?
We loved our stay here! The room was sleek and beautifully decorated with a large bathroom and dressing area. The location is incredible - right at the quiet end of the main street with nice restaurants and shops! Can’t wait to go back to this beautiful hotel!
Good
This is a relais and chateux so you expect a certain level of quality both in terms of the quality and cleanliness of the room but also the rennovations. Our bathroom was extemely old / archaic -- and we paid over 400 euros for the night. Will definitely not stay again until they confirm a remodel in the rooms.
Extremely nice
Beautiful and wonderful. Very large rooms and every comfort.

Amazing
Great stay!
The service and hospitality of the staff was amazing. The facilities were also top notch. Would stay with them again no hesitation.
Great hotel
Exceptional. Great service. Both restaurants were fantastic. It was white asparagus season, so the food was very good.
Great experience
The hotels is cool, with an edgy vibe! The service was good with wonderful food.
Two-Night Stay in Fairy Tale Place
Beautiful setting, perfect for me (Helene), retired teacher of medieval history, friendly staff, loved the daily treats in lobby, plus apples, water, and chocolates in room. Really felt welcome. parking was perfect, and the balcony and view from our room we will never forget. Decor was such fun! Everyone so nice, we hope to return next year.
Our favourite hotel in all of Alsace
We absolutely LOVED this hotel. The staff were wonderful, the spa was a lovely spot to relax, dinner at the Winstub was superb, and our room was amazing with beautiful views of the vineyards. Be sure to take advantage of the convenient private hotel parking (parking elsewhere in Alsace is pay parking, and a real nuisance, so this is a huge perk). Kaysersberg is a fairy tale town and this hotel is perfectly situated to take it all in — go for some wine tastings, walk up the paths to the ruins atop the vineyards growing up the hill right behind the hotel for stunning views (and to explore the rows of grapes up close). We would stay here again in a heartbeat and have only good things to stay about the experience from start to finish. It was romantic, quirky, charming, luxurious, and such a magical place to relax. We stayed in a few hotels in several Alsatian villages, and this one is easily our favourite!
Nice place to stay in Kaysersberg.
The town and area were great. The hotel was quite lovely-I enjoyed the pool and the complimentary croissants. The staff was polite, but not exactly warm. Ate in the Winestib and had a good meal.
Excellent, attentive multilingual staff
This hotel is set in a charming town. We had views of the hillside vineyards and a castle on the hill. The staff were friendly and attentive.
Wonderful experience
It was terrific throughout the stay. The staff was gracious and accommodating. The room was outstanding with a lovely view. The restaurant was world class. All in all, a great experience.
Great location and food options
Nice room and outside seating in the beautiful summer weather. Great, picturesque town with shopping and great food. Wonderful hiking options.
Great hotel in Kayersberg, France
Really great hotel with all the amenities. Our only difficulty was a bit of initial confusion on where to pull in our vehicle given certain times of day when the main road of Kayersberg is closed to traffic. We were not sure where to pull in and ended up unloading our car full of luggage and purchases in the wrong location. Despite this, the hotel overall was great, the room was comfortable, and the restaurant was a great experience. All this right in Kayersberg where we could easily walk to everything. Pricey, but worth it. Highly recommended.
Nice hotel, odd decor
We were warmly welcomed by the staff and enjoyed lovely rooms with balconies overlooking the vineyards. The hotel has a great location in town and our rooms were very quiet. The balconies were our refuge in nature, away from the shag carpet which didn't feel sanitary for commercial use. The decor was garish and dark in our room and the hallways. As mentioned, the staff was wonderful and our stay very nice if one can move past the decor. The beds and rooms comfortable, bathroom modern and clean. I would highly recommend a room with a balcony. I also enjoyed the spa and a wonderful massage, reasonable price.
Great dining, comfortable stay.
A distinctive property in this attractive town. Decor isn't to everyone's taste in the public areas - but bedrooms are comfortable and clean - nicely appointed. Many have small balconies with nice views over the vineyards. Excellent restaurant. Driving to and from the hotel and parking can be a little tricky- the hotel staff didn't tell us the easier way to access the property until we figured it out! They will park the car for you too. Efficient if slightly cool service.
Beautiful property in wine country
Beautiful and comfortable property with an amazing staff and excellent restaurants. Highly recommend it.
Great view over the vineyards, great staff, lovely village.
Great Hotel
Great hotel and great food. Nice hosptiality and clean room even though it is a bit small. The interior decorations are great. The village is small but it is great for one day retreat with scenic views. The gourmet restaurant was closed on the night that we were there. the ordinary dishes were one of the best that we had in France.
Charming town
Very charming town, and the hotel is in the center of it. Parking was easy, and everything was walkable. Great restaurants in the area. Somehow my reservation was not in their system, but I had confirmation documents. It didn't take long to get it set up.
Excellent
Excellent overall. The gastronomy restaurant is also very good
I loved everything about the hotel but the decor.
To take such a charming hotel and try to modernize it with such whacky furnishings is ludicrous. Our room was painted a dark, dark brown and had very poor lighting. I also wish the hotel had a little bar so we could gather with friends. With two excellent restaurants, I was surprised to find out that there was nowhere we could have a drink before dinner. The breakfast area would make a wonderful small bar.
Great destination for Alsace wine country
Would definitely stay there again.
Better than most in alsace
Better than Colombier in Colmar. Everything was great
Gem of a boutique hotel in the heart of Alsace
Friendly, courteous staff. Well appointed room with a lovely balcony. Great location for exploring the Alsace wine country along the Rue d'Vin. Would recommend this hotel and stay here on a future visit.
Hotel Chambard - Kayersberg - beautiful facility
We had great difficulty in locating the hotel because the name Hotel Majestic Alsace does not exist. At reception, we were advised that they had our reservation and they have had identification problems with this website. Once located, the property is beautiful and our room had a balcony that viewed the Chalet. The setting was ideal, the room and housekeeping were impeccable.
Wonderful Visit
An excellent hotel connected to two outstanding restaurants situated in a wonderful Alsacian town. Don't miss the Albert Schweitzer birt place/museum.
Fantatsich
Het was ver boven verwachting. Service en kwaliteit geweldig een echte aanrader.
4 Days in Alsace
Very good and pleasent stay
Fantastic hotel with perfect service in all aspekts.
Excellent food options. Wonderful breakfast where we got to take home 2 types of bread (full bread) a pot of marmalade ! Never seen in our live!
Super morgenmad helt i top. Super restaurant. Meget venlig betjening.
The check in was wonderful and the breakfast was simply superb. The dinner at the Winestub need a lot of improvement. The personnel was running around and forgot many orders. Also no help when ordering the food. They were too stressed. The A la carte was hand written in small font in French and as a guest not fluent in French it was difficult to order with out help from the servant.
Tres bon séjour a kayserberg
Nydelig mat i Weinstub. Et perfekt utgangspunkt for å utforske Alsace .
Charmantes Boutique-Hotel
Service impeccable
Tranquillement en promenade....,
Bel endroit et des commerçants sympas
L’Hotel LE CHAMBARD è sempre L’Hotel LE CHAMBARD
L’Hotel LE CHAMBARD è sempre una garanzia, favoloso.
2 Days in Alsace
Hotel was nicely located in the center of the town, and the addition of two restaurants and the small SPA it makes it the perfect location to explore the region.
Fantastisk hotel i hjertet af Kaysersberg
Desværre havde vi kun bestilt en overnatning her. Det er et helt fantastisk sted.

Cute, very comfortable. Beds, lighting, in room options make for a wonderful stay. The most adorable small town.
