Very nice hotel Ski-in Ski-out!

Very comfortable and modern hotel by Livigno standards. It is truly ski-in ski-out, right next to the ski lifts at the ski resort. Regarding the negative points, the bar and restaurant had few staff members, who were sometimes in a bad mood, and the service was slow.

I highly recommend this hotel. The comfort and service was amazing. I wish I could have stayed for a lot longer

Weekend in Livignio

In the summary what I can say the only impact issue is late check in time its apx 1600 and the gap between 1030 - 1600 its apx 5 h and half to clean and prepare rooms . in other places its apx 1300 h. So the improvement shall be in that direction.

Phenomenal Service

Absolutely first class service from everyone at this hotel. All hotels in the world should learn from these guys how customer service is done right. They really went out of their way to make our stay great. I would highly recommend a stay here. The food was always outstanding, the location is beautiful and easy to reach town, the wifi works well, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Fablous biking hotel location - more like 5 star

One of the best hotels I've stayed in! Having visited Livigno skiing in the winter, we (a couple) wanted to try mountain biking in the summer but wanted a holiday that was more than simply a biking holiday and Lac Salin did not disappoint. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable with Sky tv with English channels, free wifi and a well stocked mini bar. The breakfast options were so extensive you felt it utterly necessary to have a 3 course breakfast every day. Freshly made pastries and cakes, freshly squeezed juices, omelette, cheeses, cereals, fruits, yogurts.... I could go on, the choice was vast and of the highest quality. The bar was well stocked with great views of the mountains and a great selection of whiskys and wine. The spa was an actual spa, the kind you pay for to go for a day not the usual kind you find at hotels which claim to have a 'spa' only to find a tiny pool and sauna. You were provided with gowns in your room for use in the spa. We used the services of the biking tours which were very reasonably priced and provided a great day out. Livigno itself is a fabulous town with great shops, bars and plenty to do for those not wanting to be so active. As a duty free location the prices are very good both in the shops and in the bars and restaurants. Would recommend drinks at Bivio in the centre and food at Bellavista in the San Rocco area. For me the best pizzas are at La Locanda at the bottom end of town.

Great place to have active rest

It is a wonderful place to stay. Very balanced as far as sport, spa, gastronomy is concerned. Ski rent is right at the hotel which makes it your real home while you are there. Spa is very good for afternoon visit after a good workout on ski. Very very good feel overall.

lovely modern hotel in stunning setting

We loved our stay here. from the welcome drink on arrival to the friendly eager to please staff, everything was perfect. The hotel rooms are very modern and comfortable with balconies overlooking the beautiful alpine slopes. We didn't fit in a visit to the spa but it looked great. Breakfast choice was extensive with lots of healthy options such as a juicer machine with fresh apples and carrots for you to make fresh juice, also an array of meats, cheeses, eggs etc. We asked for poached eggs which after explaining how they are cooked were delivered by the chef. We would certainly recommend this lovely hotel.An added bonus you can fill up with cheap petrol in this tax free resort.

Lac Salin Spa Livigno - hinta/laatu?

Laadukas spa-hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla joka tällä kertaa tuotti pettymyksen. Tyylikäs ja siisti hotelli mutta edellisen käynnin jälkeen hinnoittelukäytäntö muuttunut ja palvelutaso heikentynyt selvästi. Muuttuneesta käytännöstä ei ollut mitään mainintaa varauksen yhteydessä eikä tilausvahvistuksessa. Aiemmin spa-osaston käyttö sisältyi huoneen hintaan varaustavasta riippumatta, myös maastopyörät sai maksutta käyttöön. Nyt kaikki olivat lisäveloituksella. Perusteluna että varaus oli tehty brokerin kautta eikä suoraan hotellista. Lisäkustannusten lisäksi ikävä yllätys myös se, että puolityhjästä hotellista annettiin sijainniltaan ja näkymiltään huonoin huone alimmasta kerroksesta, parveke suoraan henkilökunnan tupakkapaikan yläpuolella. Asiakkaan pettymys ohitettiin olankohautuksella.

The room we stayed in the hotel was large and comfortable with a fantastic view on snow mountains and the lake. The room was clean. We used a free parking garage on the basement of the hotel. The only disadvantage I could find is a bit unfriendly staff but who cares? I suggest to take it.

Tutto fantastico. L'unica nota stonata la collazione, non per l qualità ma per la gestione dei tavoli. Spiace perché sia la sera che a pranzo il maitre ha fatto la differenza.

Il personale è molto professionale e molto prono verso il cliente. Ti fa sentire a casa e coccolato. Ottima la spa e il massaggio, credo si chiamasse risveglio alpino, di 50 min. è stato fatto da un esperto; mi sono sentito già meglio subito dopo il massaggio.

If there would be an opportunity to rate the hotel higher than 5 stars I would definitely do it! Big value for money.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt,was mir sehr gefehlt hat waren Ersatztücher in der Sauna, als wir um 19:15 ins Restaurant kamen, waren wir eher unerwünscht. Aus der Garage ausfahren ist ohne Karte auch nicht so einfach. ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden

Osoblje je jako ljubazno i na usluzi.Sobe su prostrane i čiste mi smo uzeli duplu sobu sa galerijom na katu šta je bio odličan izbor.Hrana je jako ukusna i dobra sve domaći proizvodi iz okolice.Okolica hotela je kao iz bajke okružena planinskim vrhovima,toplo preporučujem svima a mi ćemo se definitivno vratiti opet.

Sehr schöne, moderne Zimmer. Saunabereich ist ansprechend, jedoch nicht herausragend, vor allem fehlt eine wirklich kalte Dusche, oder eine Tauchbecken. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Küche und die äusserst fair kalkulierte Weinkarte (Livigno eingerechnet). Ein Zimmerwechsel auf Grund einer Baustelle am Nachbargrundstück ging problemlos.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel. Da das Hotel von der Straße zurückversetzt liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Mein Mann hat vom Hotel einen Mountainbike Guide bekommen und ist mit einer angenehmen Gruppe geradelt, ich war jeden Tag im Pool schwimmen, der Pool war schön (29 Grad) warm. Außderm gab es jeden Abend ein Vorspeisenbuffet, 5 Primogänge und 5 Secondogänge zur Auswahl, für den Nachtisch konnte man wieder von einem Buffet wählen. Auch das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl zubieten, einschließlich frisch gepressten Orangen- und Karottensaft.

E un bellissimo hotel proprio vicino alle piste da sci.Noi siamo andati per il ponte di ferragosto ma credo che torneremo anche d"inverno in quanto ci piace sciare.Molto bella la spa.

Stilvoll, freundlich, alles was man braucht und das Essen im à la Carte Restaurant war einfach nur grossartig - sehr gut gekocht, perfekt zusammengestellte Weinkarte, stilvolles Ambiente und tolle Bedienung.

Ett hotell med bra service

Vi bodde sju nätter med frukost. Utmärkt service och hjälpsam personal! Fantastisk frukost med allt vi önskade oss. Det var en varm sommarvecka när vi var där och vi hade svårt att sova eftersom det var varmt i rummet trots att balkongdörren lämnades öppen. Hotellet har en låst parkering i källarplan. Vi rekommenderar hotellet starkt.

Luksusluokan vuoristohotelli

Neljän tähden luksusta. Palvelualttiutta löytyy, mutta ehkä hieman väkinäisesti. Palvellaan kun on pakko. Huone erittäin siisti. Spa-käynnin aikana oli käyty avaamassa sänkykin yötä varten. Aamiainen yllättävän suppea hotellin tasoon verrattuna.

Atemberaubende Landschaft & tolles Hotel

Während unseres Kurztrips hatten wir Aufenthalt für 2 Nächte im Lac Salin Spa & Mountain Resort gebucht. Da uns erst eine späte Anreise möglich war, gelangten wir leider erst nach 20Uhr am Tunnel (von Bozem aus kommend) nach Livignio an. Aus diesem Grund waren wir gezwungen eine Anfahrt über den Pass zu wählen, sodass wir mehr als 2h verloren und erst sehr spät einchecken konnten. Eine kurze Info vorab (bspw. per Mail) dass der Tunnel aufgrund von Bauarbeiten aktuell nach 20Uhr gesperrt ist, wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen (evtl. würden dies künftige Hotelgäste ebenfalls schätzen?) Nachdem wir am Anreiseabend totmüde in unser Bett fielen, waren wir uns jedoch am darauffolgenden Tag mehr als einig, dass sich die anstrengende Anreise gelohnt hat. Das Hotel, angefangen beim leckeren Frühstücksbuffet, dem tollen SPA-Bereich bis hin zu den freundlichen Hotelangestellten fühlte man sich im Hotel wirklich als "Gast" willkommen. Auch die individuelle Beratung für unsere Wandertour wussten wir zu schätzen, ebenso wir die tollen "breakfast-bags -to go", welche am Abend vorher auf Nachfrage für uns vorbereitet wurden, da wir am letzten Tag sehr früh abreisen mussten. Alles in allem die Landschaft in Kombination mit dem angenehmen Ambiente im Lac Salin Spa & Moutain Resort ein fantastischer Auftakt unseres Kurzurlaubs!

Vi hadde en flott uke i naturskjønne omgivelser i Livigno, og bodde på et meget bra hotell. Beliggenheten var perfekt, med passende avstand til sentrum, men også med nærliggende spisesteder. Rommene hadde god komfort og rengjøring og service var topp. Eneste ytterligere ønsket bedring for rommene måtte være at det var dusjhjørne i stedet for badekar. Etter flotte fjellturer var det meget komfortabelt å kunne slappe av i pool- og spaavdelingen. Både Livigno og Hotel Lac Salin frister å returnere til, og kan anbfales på det sterkeste til andre.

Sehr angenehmer Spa bereich, super Sportmassagen. Einzig nicht ganz so toll waren die Frühstückspackete für Unterwegs an einem Sporttag.

Wir waren für eine knappe Woche zum Biken in Livigno. Hotelpersonal wirklich freundlich, nicht aufgesetzt. Frühstück top, Bananen, etc. für die Tagestour liegen bereit. Handtuchwechsel zwei mal am Tag. Im Hallenbad ziemlich "dicke Luft". Ich denke durch Desinfektionsmittel.

Supert

Et flott, moderne hotell "rett i bakken". Ligger noe utenfor det tetteste sentrum med butikker og barer, ca 10-15 minutter å gå ned. Ligger et par bra spisesteder og matbutikker rett utenfor hotellet. Proff og serviceinnstilt betjening. Deilig spa-område. Hotellet arrangerer gå- og sykkelturer for de som ønsker. Eneste som trekker litt ned er at døren til badet var en skyvedør i frostet glass (en smakssak om man synes det er OK - jeg er nok litt privat...) FANTASTISK frokost - be om omelett!

Perfetta location per un tranquillo soggiorno. Molto bello con SPA veramente accogliente e funzionale. Personale disponibilissimo. Possibilità di noleggio bike in loco.
