We spent our days at Universal. Was a cheap Uber fare and everything was great at hotel. Drinks and food included.

The rugs of the room and the hallways were very dirty

You will have to pay an additional $35 a night for parking that was not explained upfront but beyond that it’s extremely convenient to all major theme parks. Staff was amazing. Hotel room was large extremely clean quite pretty would definitely recommend. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was terrible felt like you were begging for towels and room to be cleaned Dogs barking all nite Very expensive at the bar There was a fire alarm that went off as the hotel flooded for the 2nd time And my mother had to ring me as i was on the 10th floor and heard no alarm When i askes why there was no alarm they said alarm only goes off when fire reaches the level your on which is a joke you would be dead before hand I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay here as it was one of the worst hotels in every way ive ever stayed in

Very nice hotel, convenient, close to universal studios

Two attempted breaking into our room. Nothing was done, not provided comfort. Security check was very slow and still trying to provide I formation as to what happened. We were scared that it happened twice.

Phone in the room did not work. Toilet flapper had a leak and the toilet ran constantly. Upon arrival no body wash in the shower and when I called to get some sent up to the room it took 2 phone calls and 45 minutes to get some. I even offered to come down to the front desk myself to get some but they didn’t have any to give me. When I alerted them to the phone issue and the toilet running, I told them I was going to be out of the room the next day so they could fix the issues. I arrived back to the room the next night but they had not addressed either issue. I called the front fuming and wanting a room change (I couldn’t sleep with a constantly running toilet). They did quickly set us up another room. Sadly that was the only thing I can find positive to say about this stay. The night manager even said “I’m so sorry let me see if there is something I can do with your room charges for your inconvenience” but nothing was discounted on checkout. Just an overall poor experience in an area with hotels all around. Stay elsewhere.

My weekend stay was great, the staff was amazing and the location was perfect. The only compliant I have is the cleanliness there were stains on the carpet in my room and on my sheets.

Room was not ready at time of check in, but was given a meal voucher. Air conditioning was not working when I arrived I put in service order, and was never fixed at time of stay. Area location is a plus, it’s in the middle of a lot of attractions. A few stores are readily accessible within walking distance. It’s a decent hotel to stay, just had a bad experience for the room.

Beautiful hotel, have stayed before while under previous owners. I paid almost $30 for self parking. Are you kidding me? Just seems like a way to gouge more money out of the customer. Won't be coming back here.

No towel stay

Girl up front that helped check us out first day got there was super nice and helpful! The problems we had - had to do with towels! Didn’t have enough or none at all. Thursday (last night) we were there, I called the front desk to let them know we had NO TOWLES again. Lady said she’d get someone to take towels to our room but no one ever showed. I called back at least 4 times and no one ever picked up phone for service again. My friend had to go down to lobby for the third time since Monday and ask for towels. Lady said she asked someone, but I don’t think she ever followed up. She also ignored my follow up phone calls to check on towels. Other than that issue - which is important , hotel was good.

Stay was great. The hotel was very clean. Nice and quiet with lots of amenities. Very close to Universal Studios and Icon Park. Service was above and beyond. Donna was awesome as was the young lady working with her. Would stay here again. Only drawback was already paying premium for room and had to pay for parking. It should be free.

Every towel has stains, the sound insulation is so terrible that we can hear every word our neighbor said. The AC controller was suddenly out of battery so we cannot change the temperature. The floor and pillow case is not clean. Definitely would not recommend.

Hotel Landy has alot to offer, the room is clean and basic. The staffs are nice. Food are great . Location is convenient. Walking distance to some attractions. The only down side is the elevator, needs to wait for long. Otherwise, overall is a good experience with this hotel. Price is fair and experience is positive.

The hotel is beautiful and it is well located. What we did not like was the treatment of the staff. Originally, they had guaranteed me early check in and when I got there, they told me there were no rooms available. The staff that helped us was rude and condescending. We had to wait more than two hours for the room, which we got at around 2 pm. They also told us we could use a shuttle to go to Universal only to realize that they gave us the promo code too lat for us to make a reservation. The cleaning staff never replaced our towels. And the pool was not heated. We couldn’t use it and that is why we picked this hotel. The day we left, we had to wait to check out even though there were two staff working at the same time. I wouldn’t stay there again. They need to train their staff properly so that they are ready to offer kindness and to help the guests.

I am unlucky this time: I ran into a fire drill when I checked in so I have to wait about 30 minutes carrying my luggage. Then the water pipe in my room leaks the next morning. The staff is friendly and managed to find a replacement room, though.

Rooms were clean beds are very comfortable

Stay was great except I had put a request not to be put by elevator and was put directly by elevator and the adjoining room had someone with 2 dogs that barked. Had to sleep with white noise. Also the milk in the market is a major rip off. If you have toddlers buy milk before you go.

old bathroom...dirty...rusty...really regrettable and an ABSURD price for what it offers

It was great EXCEPT the AC shut in and off every few minutes and was LOUD which was disruptive to sleep. It’s dog friendly (which is nice), but at times you could them barking loudly. Food, environment, bed were great.

Hotel Landy was absolutely amazing. I had a wonderful experience, the staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were very clean, it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud on the bed

Very nice concierge helped me with my things. Room was cleaned nicely, but no new towels were left, had to ask at front desk. Still a lovely stay.

Service was super good at front desk. Held our luggage on last day after checkout. Valet opened doors and greeted us from Lyft rides. Only negative thing was the pool and hot tub were not heated so that was a little disappointing. The man who runs the convenience store went out of his way to greet us and remember us, 100% recommend him! Decorated very nice and clean. Room service came everyday and never had to ask! Tons of lawn games to play including corn hole, ping pong and bocce ball. The spicy Florida glaze wings at the bar were very tasty! They are a card only establishment fyi to any future guests!

My business trip was pretty short unable to enjoy the hotel and all its amenities. However, I am looking forward to the next my stay.

In my opinion this hotel is in my top three hotels in Orlando Florida

Comfy hotel for an overnight for us. The staff was friendly and helpful. Do know that you have to pay $35 for parking though, we got there at 1am and had to pay full price.

Staff Renee at the front desk was amazing! Great customer service approach, patient, and helpful! Me and my brother spent the weekend there and it was the best Hotel choice for our taste. We’re looking forward to returning back!

I had two rooms. One of them the dead bolt didn't work and they had to break down the door to let us in the room. The other room the AC broke overnight and it was 80 degrees in our room when we woke up.

The only things is when they clean the room they didn't put back the towels on the floor and not refill the body wash . But over all the staff is very nice. Rooms are clean .

Great time for our anniversary trip. The room we booked was not available when we checked in, which could have been a disaster, but hotel staff made sure we were taken care of by giving us the presidential suite for our stay instead!! It was amazing and I only wish we had more time to enjoy it even more.

No soap in the bathroom, had to go to Walgreens at 2am, and lucky that I did because for 4 days still no soap in the bathroom.

Great location near universal parks. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway to park hop. Front desk was extremely nice! Didn’t get a chance to visit pool area but seemed very trendy and cute.

I loved this hotel. The front desk was friendly and efficient the hotel smells brand new and is very clean. The room cooled to ice temperatures in minutes. We had to warm it back up. The shower had great pressure and was very hot. This will be our go to hotel in Orlando from now on. We stayed in the Jr. King Suite. Perfect room

Bed Bugs Beware

We found bedbugs in our bed. They did immediately offer a refund and responded with giving us a new room, where we discovered them again. Moved to a much better hotel and had a great three day stay. But it was a stressful few hours to get someplace with clean accommodations.

The hotel is very nice and welcoming!! The staff were great and everyone was super friendly!! Parking was the only thing that was a little disappointing because the meter does charge you per day.

I booked this stay for my parents and requested their feedback to provide here. Overall, my parents had a great stay and mentioned the staff were all very nice and amenities were nice as well. The only complaint they had was that they were only given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth for a king sized room for multiple night stay, and when they requested more linens, it took them over a day (and multiple requests) to get more towels. They did mention that they would gladly stay here again if given the chance.

Excellent location to all entertainment/attractions. Hotel was very clean but service was poor. Asked numerous times for towels due to the fact that they never gave us new ones when they cleaned our room, Still never received any. Charged $35 dollars a day to park your own car! On top of the regular Hotel rate.

I like that there was a water station with water and fruits along with towels when you arrived at the hotel to feel cool and refresh. I like that the hotel was clean and the staff always provided great customer service

Our toilet flooded and it almost reached our bed. When I went downstairs to tell the receptionist about the issue and if we could have a different room she acted as if she didn’t care and said there were no other rooms available. We were heading to the theme park that morning so I just told my partner to pack our stuff so that they could put us in a different room when we got back. We headed back to the lobby on our way out and that receptionist was friendlier and empathetic and got us a room that moment. She is the only reason this hotel got a decent review. On another note some lady at the bar ordered a glass of rose and was served however the second bartender didn’t know she had already been served and poured out a glass of rose for her and when she found out her mistake she just put the glass of wine back in the fridge.

The dining was limited, the store on site was often closed and out of several things. The Starbucks only had basic coffee no specialty drinks. The sunshine food and drink truck was closed the entire weekend, leaving the kids no food or drink options. The bar was so busy and overwhelmed it was hard to get drinks. The parking lot had grown men asking for help and getting aggressive and mad when we refused. The parking is an additional $35 per day. Would not book again.

This property was without AC for the 2 nights we stayed. Their business center was not functioning either. They had a pool side food truck that was not functioning. They did not clean our room they only made the beds and left limited number of towels. I had to wait hours for bedding for the pull-out sofa and finally went to the front desk to speak to a manager (the only competent staff) to get what I needed. They don't pick up the phones. No room service. I would not book again.
