It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed. There were cigarette butts, the room wasn’t clean at all. The hair dryer didn’t work. And the smell… we couldn’t sleep because of it. The breakfast was terrible, it seemed like they gave us yesterday’s food. In one word, the worst hotel in all meanings.

Some of workers are friendly and try to help but everything was dirty, there is a problem in toilet. Towels are not good and cut. The only advantage is location.

Terrible stay .

Very dirty , terrible. No refg, no water , no sheet no tissue no glass ... . All floor , sheets , pillow ,... Towels were dirty with a lot of hairs every where.

Amazing Stay at Kayra Hotel. Professional, kind-hearted personnel, with all facilities which I required. Generous, understanding. Turkish hospitality at the top. It is very near to city buzz with all access to restaurants etc. Highly recommend.

The staff don’t speak English it was hard to communicate

Old hotel with no improvments, old white curtains full of dust and dirty, problems with the bathroom as the sink was leaking and the closet had the water closed- ..the pictures don't reflect the reality!!

Not a Good Experience

The location was good with a very large room with a double bed and two setees. The staff was friendly and helpful. Turkish tea supply was unlimited. My car was parked in a secure basement area. No fridge in the room. However, the followong is a list of items I would expect and a suggestion for the owners and management based on my personal experience and the room that occupied. 1) No bath floor mat. 2) The toilet was leaking water into the pan continously. BREAKFAST 3)No fruit juices for breakfast. 4) No coffee. 5) No breakfast cereals. 6) No fresh or powder milk. 7) Very limited list of breakfast items. 8) No cakes or biscuits. 9) Only one type of jam Strawberry, 10) No English tea. No bin in the room only one in the bathroom.

Vibrant otel

Pleasantly Otel in the Çankaya will be meet the point of the village.

Property location is fine but bedroom floor plastic laminate is loose and hole way condition is no good floor carpet is not fixing anytime possible trip and Fallings bathroom is fine clean.

TERRIBLE-HORRIBLE-DIRTY

I actually couldn’t stay as the room was terrible. I found it dirty with hairs on the pillow and upon my complain, I was asked to relocate to another room which was another disaster. Same hairy pillows and messy room like a warehouse. I left the hotel and was told to have a refund which never happened. Hotels.com told me they will take a look into case but they also never got back to my.

room was very small and furnitures & bathroom were crumbling.

I had to leave hotel after first night even i paid 2 nights. It was not clean at all. Hairs and stains in the bad, shower, floor. One of my pillow didn't have a cover and took 30 minutes them to find another to replace it. Staff was not rude but low on number perhaps. Staff and location are only two nice things about this Hotel rest is very bad experience.

Try to avoid it

Very good location,quiet street for a pleasant stay and city tour.

I did not like anything with a single word terrible ,hotel never be *** maybe * standard I can not suggest the hotel to anybody to stay.😩

Unfortunately this stay was disappointing. The building itself and the rooms are ragged poorly maintained, the bathroom walls were stained with mild, the elevator was not working, but the stuff tried to do their best and was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was ok.

I booked 2 rooms, reception gave wrong room, for 2 person small room and the other 1 person bigger room, even i was make sure before which one for 1 person and which one for 2 person. And my klien who stay two person already told me in the morning, that i ordered too small room, it was embarrassing for me

Central location & affordable

It has an underground parking where we were allowed to leave our bikes. Nice budget hotel.

Hotel room was dirty, when we arrived in the room there was no towels, no toilet paper, no sheets on bed. I would not stay at this hotel again.

This hotel located not far away from centre. Many resturants are near. The buiding looks new. The staffs also can speak English. Hope breakfast could have more drinking and cereals 😁

Generally it was a good hotel, some notes on the room and Cleanliness for the room (there is no periodic clean for rooms) I guess it was on demand, otherwise everything was nice, studda were kind, and I love the location it is in the heart of Ankara close to many vital areas (in the hotel's lane were many music shops, I love that) and you can find anything you want around you, also metro station is close you need to walk around 4 minutes to reach it, I give 3and half stars for my experience ، cheers :)

Hotel was nice enough for price we paid. Shower had instant hot water, but the hook didn't hold it in place. Breakfast buffet was also good. Wi-Fi wasn't great, but we were on top floor so not sure if that was the issue.

DONT STAY HERE

Extremely poor WIFI and astonishingly bad breakfast there wasn't even coffee . the staff were mean to us . the they let stay at the room close to the roof

I like Its location (near by Kizilay Square and Kocatepe Masjid.) I did not like the following: - Bathroom is not clean and the bath was dameged. - Net was very weak and should log in each time your go back to the hotel with terrible accessing the net. - Very basic breakfast with fixed plates each day.

I spend one night there. At check in I saw a warm welcome. The room is clean and nice. Bathroom is a little small but still good enough. At checkout I needed to left my backpack for few hours, because I needed to go to a visa interview. They kept my backpack safe while I was in interview.

It's ok. Good location. Breakfast could be better if they have coffee.

Nice location, affordable price

I was amazed when I found out the lady in the reception knows the Persian language as well. I had a nice one night stay in this hotel. I can say the price was affordable and the location is great.

In downtown ankara close to the all you need.

They very helpful when you ask for or have some request. Hotel is old built but still not bad for the price , the biggest problem we had was wi fi which was not possible at all from our room. Front desk guy could speak English which it was big deal and he was friendly.

The service was awful. The was no water for 1 full day. We were told to use bottled water. The breakfast is lousy. Please do not book this hotel as there are better in same area.

Das Personal ist unerfahren und nicht lösungsorientiert. Außerdem Zustand und Einrichtungen sind stark verschließen.

20 sene önceden kalma gibi her şey, oda küçücük bir koltuk masa bile yok. Yer halı ama olmasa daha iyi. Dolapta askı yok. Banyoda duşakabinin bir tarafı açık. Otopark dedikleri harfiyat ya da atılacak malzemelerin olduğu bir depo.

Ses yalıtımı kötü, camlar açılmıyor engellenmiş, çok ağır bir koku var fakat çalışanlar oldukça ilgili ve nazik yatak rahat ama temiz sayılmaz ama fiyatına göre güzel öyle kalınmazlık bir durum yok.

Ankara’da kaldığımız en kötü otel

Otel temiz değil. Odalar çok küçük. Banyo 1,25 m2. Klozet bozuk, Duş boruları bozuk, Yorgan ve yastık çok kirli. Bir dahaki seferde sokakta veya yolda yatabilirim ama asla bir daha bu otelin kapısından bile geçmem

Premessa, ho pagato poco, vale quel poco .Può andar bene per le popolazioni non abituate alla pulizia tipo quella medio alta come in Italia . La reception gentile, il facchino molto gentile mi ha accompagnato e portato le valigie fino in camera. Non commento la camera. Non commento neanche la sala colazione e nemmeno la qualità della colazione . Non adatto agli italiani.

Banyo gideri tıkalı idi. odada buzdılabı yoktu. saç kurutma makinesi ve tuvalet kağıdını kendimiz resepsiyondan aldık.

Otel çalışanları çok ilgili Sadece eski olmasından kaynaklı temizlik ve bakım problemi var.

Aracımı hasarlı teslim ettiler

Banyoda havlu odada ne bir adet su ne de bir küllük yoktu sifon çalışmıyor otelin önüne park ettirdikleri aracım gece gitipin yemekten dödüğümde yeride değildi sorduğumda parka çektiklerini söylediler sabah otelin önünde hazır olan aracımın kapısında elma kadar bir delik boru vb biişey saplanmış olmalı bu hasarı söylemediler 1 saat sonra araçtan inince dark ettim

Konumu iyi, onun dışında çok vasat

Temizlik konusu çok büyük bir sıkıntıydı. Odalar, çarşaflar, yerler vs çok kötü durumdaydı. Ama sonuç itibari ile bu fiyatlara daha iyisi her halde olmazdı. Bu kadarını tahmin etseydik bir tık daha iyi bir yerde konaklamak isterdik. Konumu çok iyiydi ama onu da belirtmeden geçemeyeceğim.

Hayatımdaki Tek Kötü Konaklama Tecrübesi

Otel'de karşılayan kişi ismimle hitap ediyor, bey hanım yok. Yatak çökmüş. Hijyen yok ve ilgi sıfır. Genelde düşük profilli ve ucuz otelleri tercih ederim ama bu otel sadece uyumak için dahi kullanılmaz. Adab-ı muaşeret dersi alması gereken bir otel. Uzak durun, başka otellere bakın.

Hotel, pas propre du tout. Pour une semaine de vacances, j’y ai passé qu’une nuit. J’ai du changer d’hôtel et merci pour leur cadeau des punaises de lit.

1 Gece kaldım personel iyiydi, kızılayda olmasına rağmen araç park yeri konusunda sorun yaşamadım yardımcı olundu, temizlik biraz daha iyi olabilirdi ama yine de kalınmaz diyemem kısa süreli kalınabilinir.

Temiz değil, internet yok ama merkezi

Çalışanlar çok samimi ve otel çok merkezi bir yerde. Kısa süreli kalacaksanız iyi bir seçim olabilir fakat 2 günden fazla kalacaksanız başka bir yer seçmenizi tavsiye ederim çünkü otel epey pis. Havlular ve nevresimler kokuyordu, kalışımın ikinci gününde yanımdaki yastıkta lekeler olduğunu farkettim temizler miydi hiç bilmiyorum, bu yüzden kaldığım süre boyunca huzursuzdum. Yerler de pisti... İnternet de var diyor fakat yalnızca bir gün bağlanabildim diğer günden itibaren internet kesildi. Bunu resepsiyona söylememe rağmen bir gelişme de olmadı. Epey vasat bir deneyimdi

Sürekli konaklamak için kullandığımız bir otel . Bu fiyata kahvaltı dahil bir konaklama zor bulursunuz gerek temizlik gerek konfor olsun tam f/p yer. Rahatlıkla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Kissé kopott, de alapvetően nagyon kényelmes. A személyzet nagyon segítőkész, bár angolul nem beszélnek. Ár-érték arányban kiváló. Bent a belváros szívében.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve saygılılardı. Fakat otelin eski olması birçok sorun oluşturmuş.

Renholdet var det en de tingene jeg ble skuffet over. Rommene var ikke helt som jeg trodde da møblene så gamle ut og badet var ikke helt topp. Men personalet i resepsjonen var veldig greie selv om de ikke snakket engelsk brukt vi translat app for å forstå hverandre.

Uzak durun!

20 yıldır gezer tozar, yer içer eğlenir, yatar kalkar konaklarım, hayatımda bu kadar kötü bir konaklama yapmadım. Hotel demeye 30 şahit ister. Uyumak için 50’lik rakı içtim, kahvaltı zaten çay içip otelden hızlıca uzaklaştım. Paranıza yazık!

İdare eder

Otel görevlileri çok yardımcı oluyorlar, otopark olması çok büyük avantaj fakat temizlik gerçekten çok kötü. Klozet yapış yapış ve duşu asla kullanmak istemedim o görüntüden dolayı

Odalar pis, banyo çok kirli ve otel genel olarak çok köhne.

Otelin konumu mükemmel. Her yere çok yakın. Girişteki görevli gayet ilgili biri. Fakat temizlik açısından çok zayıf. Masalar iyi silinmemiş, yorganlar kullanılmış ve verilen temiz havlularda da saçlar vardı. Bir gün önemli bir işiniz varsa maliyet ve konum açısından düşünülebilir.

İş seyehati için geldiğim Ankara’da iki gece farklı odalarda kaldım.Güleryüzle karşılandık ve uğurlandık. Yataklar yeni rahatdı,çarşaf ve kılıflar temiz.Banyo temiz fakat tamizlik malzeme ve aksesuarlar ucuz yenilense artı puan olur.pencere ve camların temizliğinide ihmal etmeyin .

Fiyat performans sonucu gelen hayal kırıklığı

Oda tahmin edebileceğimiz şekilde gayet yetersiz hijyene sahipti. Diğer yorumlarda bahsedilen yataklardaki tahta kurularına biz de rastladık. Ücretsiz park için gece döndüğümüzde bizim için yer ayrılmadığını öğrendik ve aracı götürüp sokağa bırakmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltısı iyiydi. Yiğidi öldür ama hakkını ver.

Otelin : Konumu harika , Otoparkı güzel , Personeli ilgili, Kahvaltısı güzel , Odası geniş ve güzel . Ama okuduğumuz yorumlardaki böcek var odalar temiz değil söylentilerine aldırmadık. Keşke aldırsaymışız. Yatağın yan kısmı temizlenmemiş ve 1 böcek ölüsü , yorgan dolabının içindeki yorganın arasında kene görünümlü canlı bir böcek çıktı . Eşim ve çocuğum çok rahatsız oldular. Otelin komple ilaçlanması gerekiyor ve temizlik personeli işini iyi yapmıyor, personeli denetleyen bir görevli de bulunmuyor , bulunsa temiz olurdu .

Güzel bir yer

Otel temizlik konusunda (ortak alanlar) biraz daha dikkat istiyor. Odaların temizliği iyiydi. Ancak, hizmet, konfor ve ilgi yönünden kusursuzdu. Son derece uygun fiyatla konakladık. Bundan sonra da tercih edeceğimiz bir yer kesinlikle.

Vasat konaklamak için ideal

Otelin avantajlı tek yönü konumu. Duvarlar çok ince olduğu için yan odanın bütün sesi içeride. Wc aktivitesi dahil. Sıcak su sürekli var. Havlular temiz ama çarşaflar kötü, uyarınca yapıyorlar.

Fiyat konfor dengesi gözetildiğinde iyi hizmet sunan bir hotel. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Teşekkürler Kayra Hotel.

В отеле стоял крепкий запах табака. В номерах было очень холодно не смотря на включённый кондиционер. Постельное белье было не досушенным, сырым. Завтрак был сервирован с вечера, еда всю ночь лежала в столовой вне холодильника и была мало пригодной для еды.
