Clean place , not in the really busy area which we appreciate , the breakfast is good woth a lot of options to chose from . Friendly service, a really good choice

The room was large enough for 3 of us. The bathroom was clean and big enough.

You can find good local restaurants around hotel without long wait and reservation. However, this hotel is far away from public transportation! It was no fun for rolling the suitcases to hotel!

Nice and clean hotel, staff are all very helpful and can converse well in English. The hotel location is a little out of the way though, being between two subway stations.

Very spacious and comfortable room

We paid extra to add a bed for my son. The room is still spacious with 3 single beds. The bathroom is big with a separate shower/bath area. We enjoyed the stay very much.

It was good, as the locations is nearby the NUCB, the Nagoya station and many reataurants and shopping streets / centres.

Room was a bit small but plenty of shopping near by and walkable to dinning, room service is great! Buffet is wonderful!

The room was comfortable for 4 people, 2 of which are children. We requested to make up room everyday and the room was fresh after a tiring day of walk. There were also available toiletries which were convenient. The area was walkable but not too near. Areas of interest took at least 20-30 mins walk. Ohsu definitely was not a 9-minute walk. Train stations as well. The area has convenient stores nearby though. Ok still as value for money

nice quiet environment, walkable to many locations

Nice hotel within convenient 15 minutes walk from Nagoya station. Our premier twin room was very spacious, modern and comfortable. Hotel appears to have been renovated recently as overall condition of hotel is very good.

Brand-new, modern airline hotel!

Spacious modern room with all the standard hotel amenities and fridge. Bath is oversized for Japanese standard and fits everything. Very convenient to shopping and groceries. Staff is a bit robotic but handled everything well. W-Fi is very slow though and kept breaking even after I changed rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. In particular, the staff were all very courteous and helpful. The one item for improvement would be to furnish the room with nightstands on both sides is the need. But all in all, our stay here was very pleasant.

Good Family Hotel

This room was perfect for my family of 4 and close to the station, accommodating all our needs. We were able to find restaurants and convenience stores nearby and the buffet was delicious with good timing and very welcoming staff. Overall, we had a very good experience.

Absolutely wonderful hotel, clean, perfectly equipped, great breakfast. Way above suggested class, absolutely recommended.

great for family, convenient location

We searched for a room for 5 people and the room was assigned to us only had 2 twin beds and no sofa bed. The picture of the room on the reservation had a sofa but the room only had 2 chairs. We were charged for extra people but the room couldn’t possibly sleep 5.

Little further from the train station hotel was reasonable, hotel amenities was reasonable with out being outstanding

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was big, the property was spotless, and the breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food and beverages. The hotel provided coupons to restaurants and shops in the same complex, which were extremely useful.

Reality review for anyone who is going to stay

The location is not bad, and the reception and cleaning service are all satisfactory. They also listen to the requirements well. Breakfast is similar, but it was served with a little change, and Nagoya local food such as Kissimen and Tebasaki was also provided. The staff is really friendly. However, dust is piled up in the corner of the carpet, in the gaps of furniture, and in the back of the bed in the room condition. The management is insufficient in places where it is difficult to see if there is no manual. If you clean and manage these parts well, it would be great as much as possible.

A bit far to go to Nagayo station

We stayed there for 3 nights. The room was so clean and spacious for three of us. We love the bathroom. The service was top notch you won’t be disappointed. The hotel was surrounded by local restaurants, cafe, drug store and of course convenience stores. It took about 10 min walk from Fushimi station but not bad at all. Overall we liked the hotel!

good room for a family-friendly experience

While the room is not very big for a family, the hotel was family-friendly and convenient with a nice breakfast buffet kids-approved and a quiet neighborhood.

Stayed for 4 nights. Walked to nearby major attractions such as Oasis 21, 榮, Nagoya Castle and Science Center. Ate one breakfast during the stay and paid 2500 yens pp. Breakfast buffet has a variety of choices from Japanese breakfast to western style. Good English spoken by Reception staff.

Very good stay with JAL City for 2 nights and will definitely stay again.

the staffs are nice, quick response to help me replace the air purifier once it was broken down. 英語 speaking very well of every staffs, and they was patient to show me the location to buy some pills for flu.

Dusty room

Dusty room. It’s been reflected in many reviews at Google. I don’t think the management has any intention to fix it. WiFi is a bit slow at the beginning but no problem to view YouTube videos. The large chair inside the room is too big for a small room. Bed is comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was nice. The room didn't seem that clean to me, they need to vacuum better as I saw a lot of hairs on the carpet.

Best hotel in our Japan trip

The best hotel in our Japan trip, exceeded all expectations. Firstly, the room was large and bathroom was huge with separate room for bath and standing shower. The place was clean and service was great, they even brought our luggages into our room for us when we dropped off baggage. There are amenities left in the lobby for you to take as you please. Overall, very happy with our stay and would definitely use JAL City hotels again.

Good hotel to stay with family close to all the fun activities down town Nagoya and 25 min drive to Legoland. Would stay there again.

Great area. Has a cool river that lights up at night. Very quiet because it's a little aways from Nagoya station. Very chill place. Staff was very chill and good at English. The rooms were very modern and had a nice shower and bath. Convenience stores are very close by, and if that wasn't enough there was also a Mega Don-ki near by. Very cool place.

Enjoyable stay. Room was clean and amenities well provided for.

Staff at this hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful. The waiting staff at the Restaurant buffet were very attentive to the needs of my wife who has a Garlic allergy and steered her towards those dishes which were allergy free.

Clean and walkable

The hotel is located conveniently 10 mins walk from Fushimi Station. There’s room is clean with 2 large beds. Separate shower room with bathtub. Front desk speaks English making check in process smooth for us. Room also provides charging cable for different phone types, safe and mini fridge.

Honestly better than 2 of the 4 star hotels we stayed at. Clean and quite large in comparison. Modern. The table is out fitted with charging cable with different plugs for any of your devices.

Good location to Nagoya station. Plenty of shopping options nearby. Hotel itself was clean and quiet. Friendly staff.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff great and very helpful but there was too much smoke coming from the smoking area, which made the hotel smell badly of cigarette smoke around the reception area.

Everything is excellent, e.g. spacious room, cleanliness, excellent staff service. I couldn't find anything that I can complain. Lovely stay.

Enjoyed my 5 nights stay. Clean, convenient, and in walking distance to Nagoya Station (not with heavy luggage).

Room was spacious, clean, and pretty. We were also able to get two cribs and baby safety guards placed on our beds for our twin babies. Even with those in the room, there was still plenty of room to walk around. The walls also had nice decorations. My family enjoyed our stay very much.

Hotel is about 15 minutes walk from Train Station. Check-in was smooth and swift, the staffs move our luggage into my room before we arrived. In the lobby, they provided some amenities such as drip coffee, sugar, shower cap, mouthwash sachet etc. Room was big enough for us (2 Adults & 2 Children), bed was comfortable except the pillow. Bathroom was good, bathtub was inside the standing shower area. the downside was they should improve the housekeeping by vacuuming the room as we could see the dirt/litter on the floor till we checked out.

Unfortunately hotel claimed their carpark unable to take our car as too big for their carpark. So have to park somewhere else, then walk to hotel.

Convenient vending machine service

Staff very pleasant. We left some bags in storage because we were too early for check in and when we went back to hotel at check in bags were already in our room. Breakfast was good. They even help forward our luggage to the next hotel.

Amazing experience, big room!

Room was big considering many hotel rooms in Japan are small. Room was very modern and clean. Housekeeping was great as I would always come back to my room at night as if I just checked-in. Very convenient location as there is a subway station 10min walk away to the east and for added convenience at the major intersection there is a bus that goes directly to Nagoya station. High recommend!

Conveniently located especially for those who enjoy walking. The hotel is new and very clean and the room is a comfortable size. The staff was friendly but everyone we asked for directions got us lost. It was Google map that got us in the right direction. Breakfast was so-so and the same everyday (we stayed 5 days).

Great staff and hotel, would stay again!

The hotel was clean, modern and had rather large (by Japanese standards) twin beds. The room was large and comfortable, really like the bathroom setup with a 'wetroom' that had a separate bath and shower. We stayed in the premier twin room Staff was most helpful and helped us arrange restaurant bookings aswell. Only slight negative is location, its not suoer central,but within a 10min walk you will be at nagoya station and its a block away from a busy strip with restaurants

Comfortable hotel near Nagoya station

The hotel is only a 15 minute walk from Nagoya station. It has a very good buffet breakfast and the rooms are excellent and super-clean. The staff doesn't have very good english skills, so if you have any request out of the ordinary, they might not fully understand. They were very helpful storing our bags while we walked around the city before our train.

Good hotel for a 1 night stay in Nagoya. We were in the double room with 2 adults and 2 kids (8 and 11). There was enough space..but just barely. Typical Japanese hotel, good service and close quarters, but if you don’t mind then it’ll work for a family of 4. Breakfast buffet was good, probably worth getting the rate with it included (we didn’t because I didn’t know if we’d eat...we did and it cost us $65 but still seemed worth it). Overall clean and quiet and about 5 minutes walk from the airport bus drop off a the Nagoya Kanko Hotel).

I chose Hotel JAL City Nagoya Nishiki, Nagoya because they claimed they have in house parking. I requested a parking when I booked the hotel room. But the parking gargage staffs did not let me park my car in the in house parking while the in house parking is half empty for all the time. And I also found blood stains on the bed sheet. I hope I can upload pictures on Expedia to let you see how bad it was.

初めて名古屋にいきました。滞在時間は短かったのですが、家族連れでも対応していただき、非常に助かりました。

不満はありませんでした

スタッフの皆様もとても感じが良く、お部屋も清潔かつ快適でした！お風呂とトイレが分かれている部屋で、ゆっくりお風呂にも入れました。フロント横から自由に持っていけるアメニティの中に梅昆布茶があり、美味しくいただきました。そして！お部屋によるかもしれませんが追加料金を支払えばチェックアウトをお昼すぎまで延ばすことができるのもありがたかったです。名古屋に行く際にはまた利用したいです。

双床房的房间很大，除了位置离地铁和火车站有点远，其他都不错。酒店附近的7-11对面有坐去机场的专选巴士

最終日に宿泊しましたが、シャワー続きだったので、浴槽に浸かれたのが良かった。

アメニティも充実してて、備品も清潔感がありとてもよかった。バスルームが洗い場付きでありがたい。朝食も美味しく子供達も満足してた。

駅から歩くのは難ですが、快適に過ごせました

ホテル代が高騰してるなか、2万円で宿泊できるコスパの良いホテルです。トイレとバスルームが分かれてるので、使いやすいです。場所も伏見駅から徒歩5分くらいで、とても便利です。残念な点はベットの縦幅小さいので、足が出てしまいます。

Quiet and parking within hotel area

部屋の防音がしっかりしている。

静かで過ごしやすいホテルでした。お風呂も快適でした。ただ場所柄的に夜の大人のお店があり、子連れの我が家には少し気になりました

部屋が広く、バストイレ別で清潔。4歳の娘連れでしたが、快適でした。 他サイトより安く手配できて助かりました。

とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。朝食の評判が良くて楽しみにしていましたが、期待以上の美味しさでした。朝から、名古屋めしを堪能、サラダも瑞々しくトッピングがあるのも嬉しい。オーダーのオムレツも特別感がありキレイに丁寧に作るのを、見るのも楽しかったです。

部屋が清潔で静かで良かったです。 自販機にビールが無かったのが残念。
