On the posting is lied with PARKING INCLUDED and that’s the only reason I picked this hotel surprisingly when we got here I have been told there’s no parking!! I would have picked the different hotel for sure

I enjoyed my stay. It's a 3 min walk to Mercado 20 de Noviembre and 15 min walk to Zocalo. Taxis drive by every 2 mins if you prefer them. There's a convenience store next door in case you need snacks. There's NO AC but the room has a window that you can crack open. This place is affordable and perfect if you're mostly going to be out the entire day taking on tourbuses like me.

Un hotel muy modesto muy limpio . Básico y muy conveniente! El personal muy amable. Hay que avisar a la oficina que pongan el agua caliente y un poco oscuro los pasillos. Todo lo demás excelente!

We especially liked that it was clean, convenient to airport and city center and that the staff was extremely cooperative.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Did not like the area around it. It was not far from the center and a grocery store fright next doo but there were prostitutes outside at the corner by a nearby hotel.

Its a nice hotel, clean, very friendly staff but if you get a room as I facing the road that are in some times of the night well trafficked and trucks that unload goods just across the street. Earplugs could be a good thing for those who are sensitive. No hot water some evenings in the shower but for me okay taking a cold one but just to mention.

Ok hotel

The hotel is in a sketchy area and since I arrived at night I did not want to go out at night. The rooms were clean and one was spacious and the other one was smaller and had an awkward shape. The walls were extra thin and the hotel was noisy early in the morning.

A basic standard room at a great price. The room was very clean and a wonderful staff. Only issue I had was having to wait 20 minutes for hot water on one of my five days.

This hotel should be removed from expedia network. This hotel in the center of prostitution and vandalism. Terrible experience.

Very nice and pleasing staff!!!! Did not encounter any problems and employees were very willing to accommodate to all our needs.

Great place to stay for Day of the Dead!

The location of Hotel Isabela 1 is within walking distance to the Zocolo and the various shopping markets. Hotel is very clean, beds are very firm but, all beds in Mexico appear to be that way. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite large and a good value for the money. Great location to stay for celebrating Day of the Dead!

Clean, Decent but intermittent hot water.

This is a decent hotel for the price however the room is very cold at night; has insufficient bedding for the winter and only one out of three days did I get warm water for a shower. I had to wear several (4-5) layers of clothing to sleep and then had to grit my teeth through a lukewarm/cool shower for two of my three days here. That being said the condition of the room is very good and it is clean. It is probably a better choice for a stay in warmer months. However... the other guests here can be very loud and it being in a busy market area it can also be noisy at night.

Es un hotel pequeño, pero agradable... Del lado de mi cuarto daba a un lote valdio por lo cual había varios insectos en mi cuarto, la cama que me tocó rechinaba bastante, el internet es bueno, y básicamente en todo el hotel funciona muy bien. El espacio para el estacionamiento es pequeño, como máximo caben 2 autos.

Hotel cómodo, se puede llegar al zócalo a pie y el recorrido para llegar es seguro. Lo recomiendo

Muy bueno el lugar, está un poco lejos del centro, pero igual vas a pasear así que solo caminar unas cuantas cuadras no le cae mal a nadie.

Decepcionante

Tuve que bajar a recepción a pedir que pusieran agua caliente por que no tienen teléfono en la habitación, el control remoto de la habitación no servía y sufrí horrible con los mosquitos. Nada recomendable

It's a hotel for sleeping, that's it. Quite noisy outside and around the hotel. The beds were okay, but don't have high expectations. I was impressed with how quickly the hot water came when I was was going for a shower so that's a big plus.

Muy bien todo. Lo único que debo de aclarar que no dice la página de Internet, es que el cupo del estacionamiento dentro del hotel es limitado, a lo mucho a 3 autos. Así que los carros adicionales los guardan en una pensión, pero también tiene cupo limitado, entonces si llegas tarde, ya no alcanzas estacionamiento.

Llegamos y nos atendió una chica que ayuda al aseó de las habitaciones y nos dijo que nuestra reserva no estaba pero como había varias habitaciones disponibles no había problema. Nosotros habíamos reservado dos habitaciones dobles y después decidimos cambiar a una habitación cuádruple pero no nos bajaron el precio y la que estaba de encargada nos dijo que no lo bajaría porque los de "Expedia" les cobran a ellos. La señorita solo nos dió largas, dijo que lo consultaría con su gerente que por cierto nunca dió la cara y por último no arreglaron nada. Por cierto si van con ganas de disfrutar la vida nocturna y sentirse inseguros, es un lugar perfecto.

Buen servicio, limpieza la habitación muy confortable. La verdad si lo recomiendo. Nuestra estancia fue agradable.

Hôtel avec de grandes chambres et propose. L’eau toujours tiède jamais chaude comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels au Mexique... Hôtel dans le quartier rouge de Oaxaca (le bloc d’à côté et cela commence tôt vers 8h30-9h) cela reste discret mais si vous rentrez par ce côté, cela peut être gênant si vous faites un séjour en famille. Hôtel légèrement excentré mais reste bien situé sans cela... tout s’y fait à pied.

el 1er dia nos dieron una habatación más pequeña, que se había gecho mal la reservación, en una calle muy fea, la cama y las almohadas parecian piedras, había que estar pidiendo que pusieran el agua caliente para el baño, cada vez que la necesitabamos No tengo fotos de la habitación y no tengo porque poner mis datos personales. Si uds. quieren tomar en cuenta mi opinión bién.
