We enjoyed our stay here. Perfect walking distance to areas we wanted to visit. The hotel was very clean & confortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast wasn't included but delicious.

What a great property. A short walk to the square but that gave it a quiet atmosphere which we loved. Fabulous building and rooms. Bathrobes and slippers provided. Yes!!!!! The bar was wonderful. Transportation easy to and from airport which was very affordable. Right next door to local farmers market. We loved this city, this hotel and how close it is to all attractions.

A great hotel choice in Krakow

Can strongly recommend this hotel. Such nice rooms, great food and perfect service. The location made it easy to get to the hotel from the train and easy to walk from to see the most popular places in Krakow.

I didnt like thd small room

A very good hotel, the only thing that lets it down are the small rooms. Has two nights here, and both rooms were small. They are though we’ll equipped and new and clean. Breakfast is excellent, lots of choice, and the hotel gym has lots of equipment, but again small. Great location

We loved our stay at the Hotel Indigo. The staff were all excellent and helpful - especially Daniel in the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing - so many choices of cereal, meats, cheeses and fruit - and the chef cooking items to order which were all delicious. The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable - our room was spacious, and the bathroom was lovely (with a bath and separate walk in shower). The hotel is in a great position - close to the main square and plenty of shops, but tucked away so it is really quiet at night. We would give this hotel a 10 out of 10 for sure.

This hotel is recommended. Conveniently located between the train station, shopping mall and Old Town. A pleasant charm and character, but updated and with no problem areas. A very good room and excellent breakfast. Quiet and comfortable. One problem with the staff not clearly communicating prices in cash or credit for tours. Hopefully, this will be rectified as others and this reviewer encountered problems. Otherwise, pleasant and fully recommended.

A beautiful eye pleasing boutique hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Everywhere was well maintained and clean. The bar area although small was perfect for relaxing and enjoying fine wine. Would definitely return.

Strange greeting

We arrived at 13.30 and asked if the room was available and we were told yes are you a member of the group or do you want to join, we did not want to join so we're now told the room was not available until 15.00 which was check in time.the hotel is very nice and not far from main square and train station.there is a indoor modern shopping centre close as well.

Excellent Stay

Nothing but good things to say. Breakfast was great with lots of options and good food. Staff was friendly and helpful. Property and room was spotless. The rooms were not huge but comfortable and beautifully decorated. 5 minute walk from main square and right across the street from a large farmers market. We cannot recommend this property enough.

Beautiful boutique hotel with neat bar and well appointed. The staff are great and took care of me when my bags arrived late from the airport in the middle of the night. I would definitely stay there again if returning to Krakow. Wonderful ambience. Close to everything. A winner.

Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, well laid out and facilities as described . The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The location was very convenient being near enough for a short walk to the main square, railway station and Krakow shopping mall, but far enough away so that we weren’t disturbed by late night revellers. We will certainly look to stay here again on our next visit to Kraków

Beautiful hotel. Very well located for both the old town and the bus & rail stations. Staff were great, the breakfast was tasty and the rooms were very comfortable with design inspiration from local artists. Highly recommended.

First of all chef, guy was awesome, really funny ,soft spoken and his food was delicious. And hotel was really nice, staircases, elevator, room . Stuff was very polite and helpful

Amazing stay!

Just got back from a weekend staying at Hotel Indigo. Perfect location really close to the old town and main square a few minutes walk. Staff were so helpful and really accommodating to our needs. Room was beautiful for the price probably one of the best I’ve ever stayed in! Clean and bed was insanely comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel lovely Reception staff unfriendly and uninterested, from check in to departure not one smile or asked how our journey was how our stay was always just transfixed to the computer screen . No customer service skills at all Breakfast great choice and good service

Super friendly staff, small breakfast

Super friendly staff, and nice air conditionied rooms with cozy beds. However, the showers cabinet couldn't be tightly closed causing water to leak to the bathroom's floor and even though I reported the problem to the reciption it wasn't solved for the whole week. Also, breakfast was a bit disappointing portionwise and lacking smoked fish and desserts. But generally it was a positive experience!

Amazing boutique hotel, fabulous staff. Good bistro meals. Only their service at breakfast should be fixed. Waiters were running around pointlessly, mixed, missed meals, people were sent back due to no space… good restaurant manager NEEDED ASAP.

Everything was really perfect in the hotel itself, the staff, the room, the breakfast, the location. I really recommend it! The only thing that bothers me is that this stay doesn't qualify as an IHG stay, as it is considered to be discounted and was purchased via CheapTickets. It's discounted by so little.. it's a shame.

Outstanding staff!

We arrived early in the morning but had a very smooth check-in as announced. The staff made sure our stay and check-in was as comfortable as possible and we enjoyed every minute of our time at Hotel Indigo. The location is perfect for exploring Krakow too!

Fantastic little boutique hotel just 5 minutes walk from the main city walls so away from all the crowds. Lovely little local food market right next to the hotel that is lovely to have a walk around. Would definately go back to Krakow and wouldn’t stay anywhere else but Hotel Indigo.

Great little hotel, relaxed and luxurious

Great hotel, excellent quality of renovation, very comfortable and nice food. Our room was amazing, the bed very comfortable and staff were extra friendly. we had heated floor in the bathroom which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the variety and freshly cooked breakfast. This hotel definitely deserves its star rating. A couple of notes. We did ask for our light bulb to be replaced which was forgotten.. The cocktail bar downstairs is modern and well equipped with good ingredients however somehow the cocktails are not well executed and taste flat (both whiskey sour and negroni were disappointing for the price). Despite these minor details, this hotel is an amazing place to stay and would return no doubt. It is a very relaxing and pleasant place to be!

Hotel Bar is lovely. On site restaurant has great breakfast. TV was routed through a speaker in the bathroom, which I found odd. Bedding was excellent.

Close to the centre, but far away enough from the hussle and bussle

The room was amazing, individually decorated a d had the wow factor. The staff were great, friendly and in particular Jakob, who sorted my airport transfers and tours to Auschwitz and salt mine before i had rven arrived

Staff are very helpful and welcoming. Room was very cosy, not a huge room but a good size (regular double room). Espresso martinis are amazing for those cocktail lovers! The restaurant in the hotel provide an amazing breakfast! The evening meal was lovely, presentation to a T! The restaurant closes at half 10 on the dot, even if you have ordered your dinner before this time but want to order a dessert after this time it will be a no, I would recommend ordering your dessert with your dinner if you really want one!

We enjoyed the boutique style hotel and found everything to our satisfaction, except for 1 room where the water in the shower sipped over the bathroom floor. The breakfast was sumptuous and freshly prepared. The location is perfect for sightseeing in the old town. It was a very happy holiday experience.

I stayed at the Indigo for two nights to see Krakow Old Town and take a day trip to Aushwitz. The parking was a little difficult and had to park down the street. It could be communicated better by the hotel. The hotel staff was extremely helpful though, walked with us to our car, helped us get to parking, and helped carry our bags back. Exceptional service. The rooms were really nice and modern. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent location for getting to Old Town. Five minutes to the gate and about 15 minutes walking to the town square. I highly recommend this hotel.

Happy in Cracow

Nicely redone building. Great location close to the center of Cracow. A surprisingly good restaurant in the Hotel where we had an amazing and outstanding dinner. The only drawback we can think of is that the rooms are bit tight!

Lovely building, beautifully decorated and very clean. Great house keeping and front desk friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay close to the city centre. Breakfast was great to - shame we didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant but was given complimentary soup which was delicious!

So close to Old Town in Poland and it was a floor-less stay and extremely comfortable

Second Stay As Good As The First

Another great stay. I was here for business travel again but am looking forward to bringing my family here. Breakfast is top notch. The hotel is clean, comfortable and just the perfect balance of old and new cool factors.

Excellent location - close to the main square but quiet. Friendly staff, clean rooms. The beds are VERY firm which I like but they may be too hard for some people. Definitely would recommend.

Fab hotel and the only complaint would be that the room was very small and the drinks in the bar expensive. First class other than that 👍

Excellent experience from beginning to end.

I'm always a fan of the Indigo Hotels, but this new location in Krakow really takes the cake. It's beautifully decorated. The rooms are very spacious (a rarity in Europe). The restaurant in the lobby offered exceptional food and service. Oh, and the lovely staff at the front desk were incredible hosts. The hotel is centrally located, in an extremely walkable area.

Excellent location for me - near office and town square. Lovely resorted hotel in historic building. Rooms are very modern and they offer a transportable cell phone to use while in the city - very helpful and handy. Two minor recommendations - update the bath towels; they’re old, scratchy and have some pretty thin spots. Second, back off on the room/linen scented freshener. Too overpowering for me. Otherwise was a lovely hotel and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.

Recommend Highly!!!!

We arrived and were unable to stay, because there was an issue with the room. They put us up in the Hotel Puro. Walked us over there, gave us a complimentary dinner, and even left a bottle of wine in our room there. The dinner was absolutely wonderful. Service awesome and the Hotel Puro was just as accommodating. I recommend both hotels as well as the city of Krakow!!

Modern hotel easy access

We had a very good stay at Hotel Indigo. They were friendly at the desk and helpful. One of the desk people recommended a restaurant for gluten free for my husband, and it was absolutely perfect. We have found that most hotels do not know where to recommend other than looking it up themselves as we can. Access from this hotel was easy in terms of restaurants, shopping, etc.

Fantastic hotel, exceptional staff, great location, great hotel restaurant and cosy hotel bar. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Three night at a great hotel

This hotel is exceptional. It is in every way a boutique hotel. The decor is colorful and uniquely appointed with a very modern look. The breakfasts offered everything you can think of and then some. The hotel employees were very helpful and friendly. I loved the shower if I must say. I was impressed with the water pressure. I could stay in there all day. The bed was quite comfortable and there weren’t any noises to disturb sleep. Both my wife and I loved the hotel. We stayed for three nights so we got a good sampling of what they offer and it is all good.

A little gem in Krakow.

This boutique hotel is in a very convenient location a few minutes walk from ststion. Very comfortable bed and the best shower I've had in a hotel ever.! Breakfast excellent with attentive staff.

The Indigo is a very clean and tidy hotel with friendly/ helpful staff. It is in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the city centre. The rooms are quite small, and the drinks in the bar are pricey compared to options in the main square.

Great hotel for Kraków visit.

Very good hotel in an excellent location and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and staff again help the breakfast experience to be efficient and very pleasant. The bar is also a great place to finish of the evening with a very good selection of drinks and served by professional and friendly bar staff.

Hotel was perfect for location and everything from cleanliness to staff was outstanding.
