Although we liked this property for the location and the convenience of being close tobthe train station, I didnt like the check in procedure. When we arived there was no one there even though they say the desk is open 9am-10pm. We tried to call and message with no luck for a few hours so we were stuck with our luggage until someone showed up. They are not clear about check in and state you much contact them at least 24 hours before arrival but make it seem like you need to do that if you are checking in outside of desk hours but apparently that is not the case. After lunch we went back and could see someone was inside as the lights we now on so we had to bag on the door until someone came which was housekerping who had to call someone to get us checked in. Other than that. The hotel is fine and the location is great and very quiet.
The owner was available by phone when we arrived. We were given a free dinner at a restaurant she was working at; which was convenient and delicious. The room was as stated. The hotel is dated, but we had no issues with the property.
The hotel is in a residential area, so we felt like we got a glimpse of the real Venice. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was large and clean. We were given a room across the little courtyard, and it was actually a small apartment with a kitchen (loved it). There were restaurants and shopping close by and it was a short walk to a couple of the vapporetto stops, which made getting to the major sites very easy. The woman who cleaned our room, Consuelo, recommended a little place for breakfast and it was the best breakfast we had the entire 11 days we were in Venice. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
Excellent location in a quiet area and close to shops, restaurants, supermarket, etc. Very happy that we were given an apartment with kitchen. Rooms are big and it has everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. Manola was very helpful and friendly. Check in/out was sooth and efficient.
Good simple hotel
Nice simple hotel. Close to the jewish ghetto. Pay attention when you reserve, not all the rooms are with private bathroom.
Great Location away with the worst tourist masses but very walkable everywhere. Staff was amazingly nice and they really took their time to ensure we enjoyed our stay. very safe also!
Not bad, over priced for what we got in my opinion
Great location but absolutely tiny room. No other facilities at all. Very clean, but the cleaner, who is ever so lovely, but unaware that hoovering outside your door at 8.30am and banging the door with the Hoover is slightly annoying. It’s a great place if you need a bed and a shower. You literally won’t get more than that here. Very clean though and I would potentially stay again.
The only good thing about this property is the friendly staff. Apart from that everything is poor. There is dust everywhere on the ceiling clear indication no one dusts it. There was 2 blood stains on the blanket. Not to forget a huge hole in the wall that literally I could the street outside from it. The shower also was a huge hassle. The water changes temperature constantly from extremely hot to cold without even changing the lever of the shower, this really bothered me as I had to just wait until the water reached a normal temperature again. It is very overpriced for what they offer. Yes they are located in a good spot and Venice is expensive but the least they good do is clean and maintain their facilities properly. The room like I said was a huge disappointed and I will for sure never come back. They also fake advertise their stars as having 3 stars on their front door and keys while they are actually 2 stars. In reality they should be one star or none for their poor quality.
A great location for exploring the city. Slightly tired decor but it was clean and staff were friendly
Fine budget friendly hotel
This hotel was a fine spot to stay for the price. I am not a fan of firm beds so to me the bed and pillow (or lack there of) were very uncomfortable. That being said, the price and location were great. Near enough to the train station and water bus stops that it makes it easy to access everything you need. If you are looking for a budget spot with wifi, 24/7 reception, and won't be spending much time in your hotel anyways, then this spot will do the trick.
Location very good, conditions are poor, very small rooms, not so clean bathroom, however a friendly and helpful staff. Okay for 1-2 nights.
Affordable hotel close to various attractions
Positives: Good location (all major sites within 1.5 km by walk), affordable price, comfortable bed, evening staff was very friendly, morning staff did not speak much English Negatives: 1. Stayed in room on ground floor and there is not a lot of noise insulation, everything from outside can be heard. 2. Room has very small window, not very well ventilated 3. Wifi connection was not very fast and did not work at times 4. Small room/bathroom size(I guess its common for Venice)
Place was adequate for the one night we stayed in Venice. We were a family of four and they put us up across the alley in an apartment. No luxury at all. The staff was pleasant and the held our luggage while we toured around the next day. Worth the price only because Venice is super expensive.
Cute and pleasant.
This hotel was better than expected for the price we paid. We was able to check in an hour early and the lady at reception with blonde hair was very welcoming and exceptionally helpful. Our room was spotless, comfy beds and chic cute furniture. The bad reviews I read before hand are ridiculous, we didn't see any mold in the room. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we feel the price we paid was very good. Thank you hotel henry for a great experience.
Hotel in good location but mold
The hotel itself was fine and clean minus the extreme amount of mold in it that made my friend and I sick.
Great central location Plain simple hotel Cleary would expect much more from a hotel at this price but for central venice is reasonable Staff were very helpful and they kept our bags and allowed us to use the toilet facilities after we checked out on the last day
Stuff didn’t welcome us and their behaviour were rude . It was supposed to have wifi but we hadn’t and if we have , it was so weak
Small hotel in good location at a good price
Hotel Henry is ideally situated in Cannaregio just a small walk from the St Lucia Train Station and Vaporetto stops and is in walking distance of the Jewish Ghetto, Fondamenta Nova and the Rialto Bridge. St Marks Square is a little further walk (15-20 mins) but can easily be reached by vaporetto. The hotel is quite small and basic which is not uncommon in European city hotel rooms. The room was clean and comfortable and staff were helpful. Hotel Henry is local to a number of restaurants, coffee shops and bars to visit during your stay. Most notably Al Timon, Paradiso Perduto and La Cantina.
Great appartment. Central to all sites.
Great helpful staff. Thanks for the upgrade. Centrally located near great restaurants. Easy transport links to Marks square and the islands of fMurano and Burano.
Very surprising...
Very surprising quality which in no way match the images presented on the site. The rooms are right next to the reception area where the staff watch loud TV late into the night and sometimes have loud shouting matches on the telephone making it very hard to go to sleep or relax in the afternoon. The cleaners then began cleaning right outside the doors early in the morning. The room was very small and pokey and about half the size of those you'll see shown here. Electrical sockets handing out of the wall. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Walkable, clean,cozy
Would recommend :)
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the bathroom was nice and private and the free wifi worked pretty well. The staff were friendly and helpful. When we first arrived our A/C unit was having trouble but that same day someone came and repaired it and it worked great for the duration of our stay. My point in bringing that up is that the staff are committed to making their guests comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It is just off of a very busy/fun/main road with lots of shops and food and my boyfriend and I walked around all of Venice from the hotel.
Good location but tiny room
Good location, tiny room that looks nothing as they do in the photos
Close to shops
Room was very small. Their online pictures are very inaccurate. The double bed were uncomfortable and we got bed bugs bites on our legs.
Location is best feature
Best part of this stay was it's proximity to San Marcuola station as well as being just a few turns off the very active main street from Santa Lucia train station into Canareggio. This definitely fits into a 2 ** category. It was a last minute booking on a very busy weekend. It wouldn't have been what I'd normally choose. The room smelled kinda musty, the bed spread was soiled, the bed was hard, the floors felt like they hadn't been swept well when I walked in my bare feet. There were enough sockets to charge phone. Bathroom was small but private in-room. Bidet was dusty. Didn't have that Venetian feel one might hope for. But we really didn't spend much time at all in the room. It was doable for this category. Young man who checked us in was new there. He was very friendly.
I had no hot water and room heating for one whole night. There is no one at reception with whom to complain. Had to wait until 9 am the next to have it sorted out
Would recommend
Clean hotel in a great location with friendly staff
Minimal accommodations.
Two large windows just above street level with no way to close the curtains. Despite making prior arrangements, no one was there to let us in to pick up our luggage midday. If other guests had not let us in we would have missed our train.
It is a shame that standards are maintained
Good location
The hotel is in a really good location with cool bars, cafes and restaurants close by without overwhelming tourist foot traffic. The hotel itself is fairly average but I would still recommend it if you want to stay in a nice part of Venice and this hotel turns out to be cheaper than most.
It was a good location.
Cheap, right next to Jewish Ghetto
Heard of hotel from Rick Steves' book. Tiny room which was not as nice as website photos. Clean towels and sheets. Bedspread was old, outdated, and stained.
Clean and not expensive. A little hard to find.
Hotel Henry is small and hard to find. If you arrive by water bus, get off at the Casino stop and review the map at the bus stop. Hotel Henry is not a 4 star hotel, but it was clean and comfortable although a little on the small side (even by European standards). Its main attraction is it is relatively inexpensive and in Venice proper (not on the mainland). Personally must of the time I was in my room I was sleeping (after all I was in Venice!).
Decent 2 star hotel
This hotel is well placed; around 10-15mins walk from the bus station and only 5 mins from the nearest water bus stop. plenty of shops and restaurants close by. The room was clean and the staff pleasant. We found the bed a little small but the only real down side for us was there was a fair amount of noise from people walking by outside, and from other guests using the shared bathroom which was close to our room.
Good location
Hotel was ok venice isnt cheap so we got wat we paid for pretty much just a small room was ok photos kinda look the same as wat u get
Venice hotel
Good location. Short walk from train station. Easy to get to canal. Quiet area. Reasonable price for Venice.
Never again
Very hard to find. Receptionist not very talkative. Room was not what we booked in picture!!!! We got a grubby room with double and single bed, bed covers had very bad threads pulled, sheets had biro marks. Bathroom had Mold, extractor fan not working. Curtains in room did not cover windows. Window handle fell off when trying to open. Paper thin walls.
Too small and lack of equipments
It was clean but really small and no space to open our luggage. Totally different from the picture that they show. Also I asked for printing out some stuff but didn't have the printer. It was inconvenient no-sound-proofed window.
No breakfast or safety deposit boxes as advertised in the description.
Staff was very nice and helpful.
venice
Our room was terrible. 4 beds and a nightstand squished into a very tiny room. The bathroom wasn't much larger. The picture on the site was not even remotely close to the room that we were given. After complaining, we were moved to a slightly larger room the next day. We ended up leaving a day early.
Very basic
Good location, pretty close to the train station and grand canal. However, room very basic and really bad shower - fluctuates hot/cold throughout. Air conditioning unit is very noisy, hampering sleep - choice between sauna temperatures in room for quiet or putting up with the racket.
Venice
Hotel in a state of flux when we arrived. Welcome somewhat abrupt. We asked for an extra pillow, it came but looked used. We were pleased we were able to leave our luggage after check out at no extra cost.
Quaint old hotel in a great location.
This is a quaint, slightly run down old hotel. However, it was clean, comfy and quiet with friendly staff.. The location was fabulous and we really enjoyed our stay.
Perfect for a cheap stay and don't want luxury
Room was quite small but to be expected for the price that was paid. No kettle or any similar appliances Service was good. Were not rude and were happy to help. Location a bit tricky to find but thats probably going to be the same for most places in venice.
Basic Hotel - Good Location
Hotel should be advertised as 'room only'. Room just enough for two at a squeeze. Coffee machine sometimes works. Owner does his best. Would not stay again.
Good location, friendly staff
Paid for two rooms, two nights and was told we didn't have a room on the first night. Two of us were taken to another hotel about half a K away and the other two to a dorm room with a share bathroom about one K away from our friends. That was a huge inconvenience. The second night everything was all ok. We were given a free continental breakfast for theinconvenience.
Venice Venture
Hotel Henry is a short walk from a Grand Canal water taxi stop and is a 15 minute walk from the railroad station. No breakfast and small lobby and room but quiet and convenient to shopping and eateries. We were in Venice to visit sites, not spend time in our room.
Perfect stay
Firstly, we were greeted with the pleasant personality that is Lorenzo. The staff was truly amazing - friendly, helpful, accommodating. The room was clean and homely. The location is perfectly set in Canneregio, with access to all amenities - including a nice restaurant around the corner. San Polo and Marco are just a scenic walk away, and only a 10-15 min walk from the train station. Make sure to check out HanDay frozen yogurts. There is also a great caffe/roaster just steps away. Alessandro around the corner is a great barber for a quick cut and shave. Also, if any advice was needed, Lorenzo was more than happy to help. Highly recommend!
Outdated but pleasant
It is tucked away off the main street so it is fairly quiet. It's a short walk from the train station and there are plenty of shops, cafe's, and restaurants nearby. The city centre, St. Mark's Square, was about a 20 minute walk away but it was a very enjoyable walk by all the shops, restaurants, alleyways, and bridges. The hotel is small and outdated but the staff is friendly and other than that I can't really complain too much about the room. It's definitely what you would expect to get for the price in an expensive place like Venice. All in all though for traveling on a budget I wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.
Value hotel in Venice
Hotel Henry was not as pictured, but did offer free wifi and some quiet from the busy Venice streets
Good location, a little hard to find
Hotel was lovely, a little difficult to find on a side street in Venice but nevertheless central. Room was very nice, a little noisy as was right near entry and reception but OK otherwise. Great value for being in Venice and close to all there is to see and do. Lovely staff as well, Great place for a short stay.
Lovely and very helpful staff, very good position in a nice and a bit quieter area with shops and restaurants
Tiny hotel
Very friend staff, but the room is really small, can only open one suitcase at a time, remind me of the hotel in Tokyo. The air conditioning is very noisy and not cold enough! Bathroom is very small and you need to squeeze in to take a shower. Location is okay, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. No WiFi. No breakfast included, but there is a coffee machine at the hotel, you can get one for 0.75 Euro. We hired a porter to take our luggages from the train station to the hotel for 15 Euro as our luggages are very large and heavy and there are 2 bridges we need to cross before arriving the hotel. Venice is a small place so we just walked to all the spots.
A little moldy
We chose the hotel based on location. Overall not very impressed. The beds were really hard, the bathroom was moldy, and we spent the nights in a hot stuffy room because the AC unit was full of mold and we didn't want to turn it on. No WiFi in the room, only available in the tiny lobby, and it was turned off after 11pm.
Very friendly and great location
A bit of a tight squeeze for a family of 4. Very friendly and in a great location for the station and sights.
the smallest hotel room you could be in
the sink was just next to my side of the bed, the air conditioning was leaking and in the morning we had a lagoon in the room. the first night we didn't have soap or shampoo, and just 1 towel, after 10 pm or so there's nobody there to help you, the staff get back in the morning after
Venice hotel
This hotel is ok to stay for a short period of time. The room was too small there was not enough space for the luggage. The room was too noisy as it was on the first floor and close to the front desk. Hotel description included a free Wi-Fi and a room safe, however I couldn't get these two together in the same room. Eventually we gave up the safe. The staff was nice and helpful and hotel was in a walking distance to the train station, water bus and the city centre.
ItalyTrip
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Henry, although it was advertised as a bed and breakfast and breakfast was not available. My room was too close to the front desk which could be a bit noisy at times. The air conditioner was very poor.
Wonderful staff and hotel
I would stay here again in a heart beat. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I missed check out time, and they were totally fine with it and even hid my computer behind the front desk. Very helpful in arranging a stressful travel day as well. Thank you so much!!
Nice hotel located near the train station
My friend and I spent one night here as part of our eurotrip and thought it was a very nice place and not too expensive, which was good since we're both students. It's conveniently located about 7-10min walk from the train station and in a generally quiet neighbourhood. The staff was nice and provided us with a map and pointed out various points of interest for us. We would definitely go back.
Great hotel for the price
Perfect inexpensive hotel in a quiet part of town just a minute from a great shopping street with everything we needed. Local restaurants were lovely and much less crowded than other parts of the city. Water busses and train station were an easy walk. Rooms were small but clean with a bathroom that was the same. Breakfast was not included but there were a number of nice places to get coffee and food just around the corner. Would stay there again.
Ok hotel in a very expensive area.
Our room was near the entrance to the hotel and the noise was unbearable.
Loved the location and style of hotel. Nice staff. Couldnt get wifi in our room.
At least it was clean
Our room only vaguely resembled the photo from the hotel website. WiFi was only available in the lobby which was cramped. At least it was clean and since we really only slept there, it was OK
Not bad for Venice standards
The hotel was nothing extravagant, but many other hotels in Venice are old, run down, and not all even have private bathrooms... while hotel Henry wasn't exactly cheap, it was definitely nice enough for a pleasant stay. The rooms were quite old, the bed, and furniture. But, the bathroom was extremely nice, it looked recently renovated... easily the nicest bathroom I used on venice was in our hotel! The staff don't speak much English, and it's definitely nothing fancy, but I would recommend it and it's definitely worth the rate for venice! Location was great, quiet yet close.
Great location
Rooms a bit on the small side, no drink facilities in the room, have to buy them from a vending machine in the lobby. Other than that ,great location, very friendly staff that can't do enough for you.
Very welcoming, fantastic location, loved it :)
Good directions, very welcoming reception by staff, shown to a beautiful room down a nice little alley, room was fantastic, comfortable and clean. Great sleep due to the area being so quiet for how close it was, would defiantly recommend this room! My partner And I wanted longer in this room but we got in too late for bookings.
Stay somewhere else
We were very disappointed with Hotel Henry. After paying and booking an apartment, we were then told not available and put intoa hotel room. We specifically booked the apartment because we have good allergies and its easier to be ableto prepare own meals. Our room was situated right next to a communal bathroom. Anyway, I've stayed at other hotels in Venice previously for around the same price so i would recommend looking elsewhere.
board or a bed?
the location was ideal. I definitely preferred being in venice on that side away from the hordes that converged on the san marco side. the bed and the pillow, wow. upgrade stat. also, a 10am check out is just ridiculous. but the person manning the desk was super super helpful.
Great stay
The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I loved the area the hotel was in, it was away from the most touristy parts with fantastic restaurants just a few streets over.
Great price and location
You get great value here. Smack bam where you wanna be. Decent size rooms with ok standard for a rock bottom price. People running it are a bit weird, but that's what you get for this price and size. Strongly recommed it if you are on a budget.
Amazing service, well kept hotel
Pros: It was very well kept hotel that is completely family run, extremely friendly owners who recommended us where to go and just the way they chatted with their guests would make anyone feel welcome. That and the fact that Venice has its charm made me want to stay back. Cons: The direction to the hotel was a bit hard to find in the night, maybe a direction board on the main street would help. And not really the highlight for my trip but their wifi needed better signal in the room, it hardly mattered to us as we didn't need it too much.
Friendly service
The room was clean but a bit squashy. The people on reception were always helpful. It was a bit cold in the room though. The tiles make it freezing to walk around barefoot and we stayed in the middle of winter.
What a find!
For the budget traveler in Venice, you can't go wrong with Henry! An ideal location...just far enough off the high street to insure a quiet night's sleep, but a quick hop to the Grand Canal. And I can't say enough about Henry himself. He was so helpful with EVERYTHING!
Good Location
I stayed 3 nights. Good location, clean, quiet, good ac, and friendly staff.
Hotel Henry was perfect!!!!! we had been out for 10 days and need to wash closes~we had a washing machine in the room and close line right out the window. This was the best place we had stayed and I will definitely return on my next visit. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful and upbeat even at the end of their very long day. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, comfortable and the beds and linen were perfect!!! The hotel is located in the perfect place, easy access to the water bus and walking to the sites of Venice. We love the Hotel Henry...
A more personal view of Venice
Excellent. Kind and attentive staff....room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The TV was not the newest and hardly worked...but then..you do NOT come to Venice to watch TV !! It feels like a neighbourhood and you are away from the crowds nearer the Rialto and the S. Marco locations. We would certainly return.
Hotel Henry
Hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the train station. They couldn't put us in the main building, and had to assign us to across the courtyard in a "older" building with no elevator. Well the staff offered NO help to carry our luggage...and literally watching me struggle to carry my luggage up 2 floors. Not to mention that at the narrow entrance of this building there's clearly a sign that reads "1 star" and not a 2 star hotel Henry (assuming that's only the "main" building, that we booked. Room and bathroom was clean, but the "TINY" TV didn't quite work. I did try to ask to have them assign us to the main building, but was refused with a not very pleasant attitude. The day we checked out it was a male front desk and he was a more "welcoming" staff. For the rate that we paid I don't think it was "worth it". At least if we pay a little more we can probably get something in a better location.
okay
positive: quiet negative: water on the floor
Hotel Henry
Hotel owner was very accommodating, even after a 4hr delay on our flight and we arrived at midnight. He pointed out the sights to see on a free city map and showed us to our room. Happily looked after our bags after morning checkout until we caught our flight in the evening.
Good Hotel
If you know what to expect out of budget hotels in Venice, you definetly wouldn't be disappointed at all, because the service and the willingness to help surpasses the rest. Lorenzo will go out of his way to help. We thought it was going to be difficult to find after reading a review, but we found it fairly easy. The wireless internet was pretty good and FREE. After spending more money in other hotels in Venice before boarding our cruise, and where people were rude, we'll highly recommend it to anyone even if they can afford more.
It's good and neat. Hot water is n't hot but luke warm. Hospitality is good.
It's behind the building and no sign. You have to put effort to find it. Otherwise it's neat and good. I will stay in this hotel again if I go back.
Close to the Train Station!
The rooms are small, and it is a little hard to find without a good map, or the ability to ask for directions :) But Lorenzo is the one man show there, the front desk workers 24/7, the room attendant, and housekeeping. and he does it all with a smile of his face. He greeted us with a warm and inviting personailty after we had a LONG day of travel. He was flexible to an extent with check in/out times, and did all he could to to help us with directions and such around Venice. We were able to store our luggage there for as long as we liked for free, and it was about a 10min walk from the train station. Prices were reasonable. Over all Lorenzo made the experience very good for us.
Nice, Clean, Comfortable, Good Location.
The hotel was easy to find. We were greated by name at arrival. The room was nice and clean. Lots of hot water. Convient to a Vaporetto stop, safe neighborhood. If we return to Venice; we will stay here again. The bed was firm but we did not notice given how tired we were.
Hotel Henry - disappointing
Although we appreciate the accommodation in Venice is expensive, and location is important, Hotel Henry was a real disappointment. The room we had was directly next to the check-in desk, so was very noisy and a lie-in was impossible. The room smelled bad as it was very damp (paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom). Very strong smell of cheap disinfectant. However we did see one of the other rooms next door and it was larger and of a much higher standard. The front desk closes at night and they lock the front door. Somebody must have been locked out as they spent a good half an hour hammering on the front door, ringing the bell, and even banging on all the ground floor guest room windows at 3am before someone opened it. Not pleasant. Upon check out we were asked to pay 5 euros per bag to leave our cases in the hotel whilst we spent our last day in Venice. Not good service considering we had just spent 3 nights there. In crux - great location, but suggest you spend all your time away from the hotel discovering the beauties of Venice. We would not return.
Nice and cosy hotel!
Everything was more than enough for a one-star hotel. The location is convininent -not so far to train station. It would be great if they also served breakfast..
Good location. Great neighborhood. Fair price.
Cost and location near the train station were our primary issues and both were better than expected. The hotel was in a quiet courtyard that does not feel touristy. Rooms were clean. We had a shared bath, which was modern and clean. There was no breakfast, but there were numerous bakeries in the area. There was a pleasant balcony with seating for dining or journaling.
What a Wonderful Place
I really enjoyed this little hotel. Quiet little place a little out of the way. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A little english is spoken here but with a little patience you can get you wants and needs fullfilled. Finding the hotel took a little bit of asking but that could be chalked up to my inexperience in negotiating Venice. The price is more than reasonable in my books. Close enough to the Vaparetti ( your main transportation in Venice) but be prepared to walk a little.
Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!!
AVOID this hotel! The room is smaller than a prison cell. They never changed sheets for 3 days.
Disappointing to say the least...
I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Despite having been promised a private bathroom when booking, we had to share one with another room. Also, the staff actually made us change rooms our fourth night-- apparently because a group was coming in that wanted rooms together. They moved us to a building about a 7-minute walk from the hotel-- across two bridges. The place we ended up was obviously someone's apartment-- there were personal items/clothing in the drawers and dishes in the kitchen sink. In addition, the "towels" we were given were little more than washcloths, and they had lots of icky-looking stains on them. The keys were also someone's apartment keys-- they had his name on them! It just felt dirty and sub-standard... Granted, it's not a 5-star hotel, but even so I would have expected at least a modicum of comfort, safety, and cleanliness... Do not stay at this hotel.
Buon posizzione Qualita prezzo, buono Personale professionale
Thats ok for the price
Mala atencion

Don’t ruin your trip
All after terrible experiences, my family decided to appreciate for what we have as a shelter from the cold winter wind. I am more upset with Hotel.com than property itself how it can’t validate this kind of property and fair price. - Nobody is at the reception. I informed the arrival time and texted and called to the staff at my arrival, but she didn’t come to open the door. Tourists came out from the property, so we can come in, picked up the room key and figured out everything by ourselves. - Dirty & shabby facility & equipment Moldy smell in the room Broken mirror (very sharp, very dangerous) in the bathroom, broken lights. (Texted to the staff and she said to fix, and didn’t come) Shower doesn’t function well. Water temperature is unstable/unadjustable. Cold shower in the winter time No courage to use some liquids in the dirty bottle in the bathroom. We rushed to the supermarket to buy shampoo and shower gel. Luckily, we didn’t have bug problem
